Delaney Crowe (00:00) hi, Jessica.
Delaney Crowe (00:07) Sorry, I’m currently.
Jessica Arora (00:08) On mute. Sorry about that. How’s it going?
Delaney Crowe (00:11) No, you’re all good. I’m good. Thank you. How are you?
Jessica Arora (00:15) Good, good. Where?
Delaney Crowe (00:17) Are you calling in from Seattle? Oh, very nice. Okay. I’m in bent, Oregon. So kind.
Jessica Arora (00:23) Of close Ish, yeah, same side.
Delaney Crowe (00:25) Yeah, exactly. Same coast. Okay. Yeah.
Jessica Arora (00:30) Sorry, thanks for taking the call. I actually came across your guys’ page in a newsletter that I subscribe to and I was curious what your product offerings were. I’m specifically looking for someone that can kind of plug in and assist with provider licensing, you know, reporting on what licenses are active, which ones are coming due and helping kind of initiate that license process and owning that as well with the different states. And I’m also looking to see if you guys assist with supervisory agreements like delegation per state, if you understand those requirements and the compliance concerns around, that would be super helpful as well. But yeah, curious because I wasn’t 100 percent sure when I looked at the website if that was part of the offering, but yeah, I was curious if you could give me some more information on that and what pricing looks like.
Delaney Crowe (01:28) Yeah, absolutely. No. That’s a perfect place to kick us off and just to like set the scene for this call. Usually, it’s just like a quick like 15 minute call. And then if we align like if it makes sense, we’ll continue the conversation and I’ll loop in one of my colleagues who can maybe get a little bit more granular about, you know, medallion capabilities and what it would look like for its Aurora. Yeah. Okay. Cool. Aurora health aesthetics… and that kind of like leads me into my next question. How many providers do you all work with and what types of providers do you guys have?
Jessica Arora (02:06) Yeah. So our, we are a doctor led company. So our provider is licensed in all 50 states and underneath him, we have, you know, anywhere currently anywhere from 30 to 40 providers, but that number will grow exponentially as we ramp up here quickly. So, we have a provider network group on our digital health side of the world. And then we have our actual like medical directors and NPS that support like actual physical brick and mortar locations as well through telehealth clearances or just oversight for the clinic. So, yeah, that number right now probably looks like 30 to 40 and that includes a mix of W2 and 10 99 contractors, but that will grow very quickly here.
Delaney Crowe (02:52) Okay. Cool. Yeah, that makes sense. I mean oftentimes people come to us when they’re in this growth phase and they’re like we have 30 to 50 providers now, but going to double that and that’s when it can get like the credentialing and the enrollment process can become a pain for sure. So, just to give you kind of like a high level overview of medallion, we’re a centralized platform for all things provider network management. So that’s your onboarding, your credentialing, your payr enrollment. So we say that we’re like a modern scalable solution. So like for this reason, if you’re growing, if you’re adding providers, like we help you scale quickly and make sure that your providers are billable as quickly as possible. And we’re able to do that with AI automation. And we have delegated agreements with the top payers because of that, because of those delegated agreements, we are able to contract to outcomes and ensure that, you know, a new provider is onboarded and billable within like three day turnaround time. So basically, that’s like, you know, very high level what we do and sounds like maybe that kind of like answers a few of the questions that you had before. I know you mentioned payers, do you know, like around how many payers you’re working with right now or like insurance is?
Jessica Arora (04:14) Sorry, when you’re referring to payers, I don’t know if that’s the line of business that we’re in. We don’t deal with any insurance related items currently.
Delaney Crowe (04:21) Okay. You do not, no. So, how so.
Jessica Arora (04:25) This is like a provider we bring a provider on and we work with, we connect with D to C businesses like for example, one of the more popular ones is like hims and hers online. Oh, yeah, they offer, you know, glps or whatever it is. So a customer, if you were to go on their website, you would not be able to order anything and get approved for anything without a provider seeing you and clearing you. So our providers are the ones that plug into that network to complete the visit with the patient. And then, you know, send the script off to the pharmacy.
Delaney Crowe (04:58) Got it. So then like, you know, you go ahead, you go ahead, no.
Jessica Arora (05:02) There’s no, like we don’t interact with the insurance side of it at all for me. All I want to do is be able to onboard a provider, have visibility into where they’re licensed, where we can help them get licensed. If we have high volume in those states, you know, if there’s if certain states have delegation agreements that we could assign because we have a provider that has, who can set up those agreements for us so that these providers can operate in multiple different states as well.
Delaney Crowe (05:33) Got it. Okay. That makes sense. So when in this situation, it’s like the hims or the hers or that company that’s dealing directly with like payers or insurers probably. Yeah. Okay. I see. So that’s not a part of the equation. Okay. That makes sense. Okay. That would just be one thing I want to. I would probably want to like ask internally to see if, you know, because transparently I wouldn’t want you to be like, yeah, medallion makes sense. But because of that portion, like it may not be an exact fit, you know what I mean? Yeah, yeah.
Jessica Arora (06:07) So,
Delaney Crowe (06:08) let me chat with someone on my team and see what they think because we just want to make sure that we’re like have, you know, happy customers and that like, you know, because we do have a minimum annual spend. So our pricing is based off of like it starts at 50 K and then of course, it depends on like what other, you know, it can kind of go a la carte of like what your needs are, and how we help with that. But a big portion of that is like, you know, the payers or the insurers. And so I just want to make sure that like it would still make sense for you all. But it sounds like mostly what you’re looking for is like visibility into those providers and their licenses, maybe like ongoing verification, and.
Jessica Arora (06:55) Like support getting them licensed and getting their delegation agreements completed as well.
Delaney Crowe (07:02) Okay. That makes sense. Let me, yeah, like I said, let me talk to my team and then get back to you is the email that I have here, your first name and looks, Jessica or at aurorahealthgroup. Com. Okay. Cool. Perfect. Yeah. Let me talk internally and then get back to you. And then if there’s any other like follow up questions or something I’ll just let you know… but yeah, we’ll just take it from there if that sounds good.
Jessica Arora (07:29) Yeah, that sounds good. Okay. Cool. Appreciate it. Yeah.
Delaney Crowe (07:32) Thanks, Jessica. Bye bye.
