Ryan Lange (00:29) Good. Listen. I could keep it super brief. I know I’m calling you out of the blue. I was actually calling in regards to an email I sent you yesterday. I’m not sure if it got lost in your inbox. Did you happen to see I was emailing you from medallion… basically. So I talked to a lot of leadership teams at healthcare orgs that are looking to kind of modernize the way they handle credentialing provider enrollment was curious if that’s something your team has been looking into as well for maxim.

Spencer Kurtz (01:00) I was going to say we’re very corporate. So, when it comes to things like that, we have our processes that are cascaded down from above.

Ryan Lange (01:09) Okay. So that’s it’s more of a C suite conversation on who handles that credentialing?

Spencer Kurtz (01:16) That, it definitely would be.

Ryan Lange (01:18) Yeah. All right. I’m just curious. Have you noticed like the turnaround times are a bit more delayed when it comes to credentialing and licensing and payer enrollments?

Spencer Kurtz (01:29) Not necessarily, but I mean, I.

Ryan Lange (01:33) yeah.

Spencer Kurtz (01:35) Don’t know what I’d be comparing it, to be honest, but I mean, everything works with me right now.

Ryan Lange (01:41) Totally fair. Yeah, yeah. I mean, we do hear that a lot, it’s pretty common. Just a lot of the organizations we talk to have pretty long turnaround times. The team spent a lot of time like preparing the applications and tracking the payer statuses. The reason I was asking with medallion we automate all of those processes. So the turnaround times can go from like 60 days to down to two days, but it sounds like this is more over your head. So, do you have an idea of who would maybe be the best person to chat with about this?

Spencer Kurtz (02:14) I wouldn’t on handling that. I’m not sure who’s running the operations on those setups just with our internal platforms that we’re using?

Ryan Lange (02:25) Right. Okay. Do you know if there’s like a system in place or is it mostly manual?

Spencer Kurtz (02:31) No, I mean, we’re using our online systems to be able to coordinate everything with our onboarding and all of that.
