Connor Morley (00:00) hey, Ray. Boo.

Connor Morley (00:08) All right, Nick should be joining… and we can talk through some of the data imports right now.

Connor Morley (00:22) Hey, Nick.

Connor Morley (00:46) Hey, Janice.

Chandra Palmore (00:50) Hi, Connor. Hi.

Nick Vander Velden (00:51) Everyone boo.

Connor Morley (01:17) All right. Are we waiting on Michelle and Chandra? Yep. Let me check.

Connor Morley (01:38) Think we wanted to talk through a couple of data… import mismatches.

Connor Morley (02:43) All right. I see. Chandra.

Connor Morley (03:00) Hey, Chandra. Hey.

Chandra Palmore (03:02) Sorry about that. I didn’t even have my outlook open and so, nothing reminded me… no.

Connor Morley (03:08) Worries I.

Chandra Palmore (03:10) Was down to a different project. I am so sorry.

Connor Morley (03:12) No worries. I think we just wanted to cover some provider enrollments that we were a little confused about it’s. A small subset, maybe about.

Connor Morley (03:31) It looks like we were just trying to match based on the provider npi and the email. And it looks like the npi that we received and Nick, keep me honest here. The npi that we received didn’t match up with the provider email. So we weren’t sure which one? Yeah, I just got like all messed up. Are these all Michigan?

Nick Vander Velden (04:00) It looks like mostly Michigan and I think basically the question is, should I use the provider npi that’s listed or the email and I’m kind.

Chandra Palmore (04:11) Of guessing, can you go over to the name? Is there a name on that? Can you scroll over a little bit?

Nick Vander Velden (04:15) Or is it John? There’s no name on this one… but I can pull… up on the… maybe in the platform or something?

Chandra Palmore (04:33) Npi based on provider email? That top one is correct? That’s for dr wickham, one, seven, four, zero, two, two eight, two seven nine. Yep.

Nick Vander Velden (04:45) Yeah. So that’s the, yes. So, the column C is the correct npi for that email. Yeah. So, column E is the one that’s mismatched with the email?

Chandra Palmore (05:03) That’s so weird. Is that?

Nick Vander Velden (05:05) Maybe the facility npi, it’s.

Chandra Palmore (05:08) not, I just looked.

Nick Vander Velden (05:09) No, it’s a different provider’s npi. Is it column E, it is.

Chandra Palmore (05:15) It’s all dr starostenko. Okay. So, use column C. Okay, perfect.

Nick Vander Velden (05:23) Yes, that is all I needed on those then, correct?

Connor Morley (05:30) Okay. Nick, those were the only mismatches you had for the provider enrollments, right?

Nick Vander Velden (05:36) Yeah, that was the only question I had left on provider enrollments, so we can move ahead with those. Okay? All.

Connor Morley (05:44) Right. And then Nick, did you have any issues with the existing appointments?

Nick Vander Velden (05:51) I was just looking at those. Okay. Do we have a, might be in a different sheet here?

Nick Vander Velden (06:06) Trying to refresh my memory on those?

Connor Morley (06:22) So, here we have all the external.

Connor Morley (06:28) Locations, yeah, applications, right? And then we have the… recreds specifically for the ascs yep.

Nick Vander Velden (06:45) Yeah. I think on the… existing appointments are looking good. I’ll do a similar thing on the provider, npi and email and just make sure, but that’s a really easy fix if there’s any issues.

Nick Vander Velden (07:07) And then, yeah, on the recreds?

Nick Vander Velden (07:22) No, I think those both made sense.

Nick Vander Velden (07:29) Have we created the facilities or employment entities yet?

Connor Morley (07:40) The appointment entities?

Nick Vander Velden (07:42) Yeah, we created… those. Yeah. And then I guess on the, so for… these parent orgs?

Nick Vander Velden (07:58) Do we need… to create any?

Nick Vander Velden (08:07) Are there any existing appointments directly with the parent orgs or are they just the child’s and then like on, I guess just making sure I have this correct… here. When I import these for, is this corwell health, parent org, and this pinnacle fertility parent org? Those… ones under pinnacle are all going to be underneath pinnacle fertility. And then are these same… question? Are these ones that say corwell, are those three going to be?

Connor Morley (08:46) Yes.

Nick Vander Velden (08:47) Okay.

Nick Vander Velden (09:02) And I think I have this medallion entity type mapping. So most of them are direct matches on these parent orgs. They’ll be listed as health and hospital system. I think based on the values we had that made the most sense unless you have something specific that it needs to be.

Nick Vander Velden (09:34) That’s kind of our overarching hospital system.

Connor Morley (09:42) Michelle, Janice, do you care if they’re called hospital versus surgery center, we can always change them at a later date.

Chandra Palmore (09:49) Yeah.

Michele Izaguirre (09:53) You’re asking if we care, if the 900 north Michigan is called hospital, no?

Connor Morley (09:58) No, no, it would show up as 900 north Michigan surgical center, but it would be grouped under a hospital type. So.

Nick Vander Velden (10:06) We would, that one will be a surgery center. Sorry, I was asking about these parent orgs, oh.

Michele Izaguirre (10:14) The parent orgs for corwell health and hospital system is fine.

Nick Vander Velden (10:18) Cool. Perfect.

Michele Izaguirre (10:19) But what about, the pinnacle fertility parent? Org? Yeah, we’re not really a hospital system. I guess it’s fine if we just want to keep it consistent. Yeah, it probably doesn’t really impact much of our workflow anyways.

Nick Vander Velden (10:36) Yeah. I don’t think if you’re not doing any actual like association or work on the parent org, I don’t think it’ll matter too much. Okay? But otherwise, yeah, probably the next closest for that pinnacle parent org would be surgery center.

Michele Izaguirre (10:51) Yeah, you could just leave it as hospital system. It’s fine. Okay?

Nick Vander Velden (10:56) Yeah. I think those are the only things that I was like still… better questions on there… existing appointments?

Nick Vander Velden (11:27) Yeah. I think that’s good for good on my end.

Connor Morley (11:31) Okay. Thanks, Nick. And then.

Michele Izaguirre (11:34) do you have an eta of when those will get imported?

Nick Vander Velden (11:37) Yeah. The enrollments, I guess if you have a priority over either two, I can focus on one first, but I’d say like end of this week, early next week… it’s mostly just doing the imports at this point.

Michele Izaguirre (11:55) I think the priority would be enrollment, okay? Versus the hospital surgery centers. And if you’re doing that, then I’m assuming surgery centers by the end of next week. So everything by the end of next week?

Nick Vander Velden (12:08) Yeah. And I’ll try to get the I’ll probably aim for enrollments end of this week and surgery centers. I have a couple more things to check with them. But yeah, definitely end of next week. Okay? Cool. Okay.

Connor Morley (12:25) So, Michelle, I did see that you mentioned that circle center for human reproduction was added to the mpdb. I checked… with our team to see if we got any notification that we were added as a registered agent. I did not get a notice, but I saw that you had mentioned that we are added as an authorized user.

Michele Izaguirre (12:55) I’m an agent. I just probably got it wrong, but I think I did get a notification from npdb that it was accepted from you guys, let.

Connor Morley (13:05) Me double check.

Michele Izaguirre (13:11) Let’s see npdb.

Connor Morley (13:40) Let me double check that, and then just… following up on a couple of pieces.

Connor Morley (13:59) Ray. We talked about the recred dates needing to be adjusted after approval and that flat file template can be filled out and sent to you. Any concerns there?

Rae Tompkins (14:15) I don’t think so. No, that’s just that’s usually utilized whenever you vote on a Thursday, but you can only approve them in the platform Friday morning. So those dates need to be updated. So, yeah, just utilizing that flat file so that we’re capturing the true approval date.

Michele Izaguirre (14:31) That usually won’t be an issue. The… the only like thing that I can see where we need to change the dates for credentialing is in Illinois on reappointments because we might approve it today, but like end dates have to get pushed. They have to fall on a certain cycle that the state regulates but, and.

Rae Tompkins (14:56) you should have the ability to update that date.

Michele Izaguirre (14:58) Internally. Yeah, that’s what I remember you saying.

Rae Tompkins (15:01) But that flat file Connor, that’s just utilized if they cast a vote Thursday night or cast a vote Friday morning, but it was voted on Thursday night just to capture the true date. But it doesn’t seem like that’ll be an issue, but it’s there if we need it. Okay?

Connor Morley (15:21) Okay. Sounds good. We are going to start sending out provider tasks for some of the payer enrollment requests that have been coming in.

Michele Izaguirre (15:38) But providers haven’t been invited yet. So, how are… they going to get the tasks or are the tasks coming to us? We checked yesterday and none of the doctors have been invited yet.

Connor Morley (15:57) That… Let me double check why that didn’t happen but I can rerun the tool today to get those invites out. Is.

Michele Izaguirre (16:11) It going to be okay since we haven’t uploaded enrollment in surgery centers. Like are they going to have to reattest after that?

Connor Morley (16:21) No, they do not have to reattest after that. Okay. Cool.

Michele Izaguirre (16:26) Yeah. I mean, unless the tool ran and it just didn’t update the column under the provider view, where it says like invited but all of those dates are blank and medallion. So we just assume that it didn’t go.

Connor Morley (16:39) No, it should have updated that, but let me double… check, see if I had the right API key. Let me work on that and fix that today and I can send that out… right after this call. Okay? Cool.

Michele Izaguirre (17:02) And then just really quickly, Connor, I logged into npdb to double check and it does say that the agent relationship with medallion was approved.

Connor Morley (17:12) Okay, perfect.

Connor Morley (17:19) In addition, if you do need to change… future reappointment dates, you can do that in medallion. Sorry, I’m moving a little off topic, but you can change that initial date. And then if you need to change the reappointment date, you can do that in medallion as well. Okay. And Ray, I think we followed up and we confirmed the ama profile for board verification. Any questions on that?

Nick Vander Velden (18:05) Not for me directly.

Michele Izaguirre (18:08) Okay. All right.

Connor Morley (18:15) So, one other piece was, I know that we talked about those gap explanations a little bit. Anything greater than 30 days in medallion is required to have a gap explanation to explain to the state boards. Any issues with that? I know it’s a little.

Michele Izaguirre (18:34) I mean, right now, it’s not an issue. I can let you know like how much it like what type of feedback we get from it. I think the issue was that when Janice was looking at, it was flagging it like, you know, if I started, if I ended my job March thirtieth, and then I started April, there was something like that where the gap between month and month was causing an issue, but I don’t have an example. So, okay, it may have, it may not be an issue.

Michele Izaguirre (19:10) So we’ll just leave it and I’ll let you know if anyone complains.

Connor Morley (19:21) All right. That sounds good. And then Nick for those dop forms, I know we talked about mid April and you’re working with epd to kind of to get that in any concerns or any questions?

Nick Vander Velden (19:40) No, it seems like pretty… straightforward once we get going with them, I’ve started a few of them so they’re on their way and,

Nick Vander Velden (19:57) is the main thing is getting those in, so they’re available to like use or are we doing an import after that?

Connor Morley (20:08) No, because Michelle, I don’t think we have any of those actual privileging documents for the hospital applications. I.

Michele Izaguirre (20:18) Don’t have any of those like we would have to start building that from scratch as we start to apply for privileges or reapply.

Nick Vander Velden (20:27) Cool. So it’s just getting those forms mapped and like available. Yeah.

Michele Izaguirre (20:32) And those are just going to be for the pinnacle fertility surgery centers like that parent? Yeah.

Nick Vander Velden (20:38) Yeah. In that case, middle of April definitely be doable.

Michele Izaguirre (20:43) Yeah. All others on that list? Like we got nothing, yeah.

Connor Morley (20:48) Cool. And Michelle, for those… forms, they’re not needed, right? You can opt to not include one. So if you’re making a request for a hospital application for an external, you don’t need to include one of the privileging forms that will have loaded, okay?

Michele Izaguirre (21:10) Perfect. Okay. Cool. And.

Connor Morley (21:12) Then just in terms of the required fields, typically, we always require at least… like core privileges or like limited privileges to be checked and then date signature and print name. Once Nick’s done with the form mapping, we go through and kind of look at which ones are required on each ones. Okay? I’ll take a first pass. But if you have any, once those are in the system, if you have any kind of issues with what’s required and what’s not just let us know and we can change those. Yeah.

Michele Izaguirre (21:47) I think at this point, we don’t have them separated by core or additional. So we don’t have like any requires. I’ll have to connect with like our medical directors, our boards to see if they want to flag that for right now. I think I would just leave them all as optional as you’re importing them in. Okay? All right. So, do you?

Connor Morley (22:12) Still want us to require the applicant’s signature and?

Michele Izaguirre (22:15) Printed name? Yeah. Okay.

Connor Morley (22:19) And then the approval signature would come from your board members?

Michele Izaguirre (22:25) Yes, the medical director. So on that spreadsheet I gave you, it was like the far column, whatever the doctor.

Connor Morley (22:36) Okay, perfect. And I’m assuming they or you would kind of check off the granted versus denied?

Michele Izaguirre (22:45) Exactly. They would, they would have to check off the granted or denied. And then they’d have to sign. Okay, perfect. Okay. Cool. I don’t think I had anything else. Okay? So it sounds like by the end of the next week, we’ll have the rest of the stuff imported. And then Connor, will you just shoot Janice and I an email, Janice, I, and Chandra, all of us when the tools finished running, yep?

Connor Morley (23:14) No problem. All right. Thanks, everybody. All right, anyone.

Michele Izaguirre (23:21) Else have anything, Janice? Chandra? Nope? Okay. Thanks guys. Have a great week.

Connor Morley (23:31) You too. Bye.
