Melissa Hintzke (00:00) bye.

Jeremy Walker (00:01) Hey, is this Melissa?

Melissa Hintzke (00:03) Who’s calling?

Jeremy Walker (00:04) Melissa? This is Jeremy walker from medallion. If you’ve got maybe 15 seconds, I can explain why I’m reaching out to you specifically.

Melissa Hintzke (00:12) Okay. I’m about to jump on the call but, okay.

Jeremy Walker (00:13) You know, yeah, I just noticed your role obviously over at sage dental, and I saw that they were actively hiring maybe 57, I think was the number that I found either general or specialty dentists, and medallion uses automation to get providers billable much faster, accelerating onboarding timelines by 35 to 55 days on average. And was curious with this growth that you guys are experiencing if you were currently looking at ways to accelerate onboarding and get providers billing faster?

Melissa Hintzke (00:48) So, onboarding specifically related to credentialing or what specifically?

Jeremy Walker (00:54) Yeah, credentialing and enrollment with the payers?

Melissa Hintzke (00:57) Okay. So essentially credentialing?

Jeremy Walker (01:01) Yes.

Melissa Hintzke (01:03) We do have a full team that handles that.

Jeremy Walker (01:08) Yeah.

Jeremy Walker (01:12) For sure. Yes.

Melissa Hintzke (01:12) Bye.

Jeremy Walker (01:13) So, we usually partner with teams and we’re a software package that essentially again with AI at the forefront is able to accelerate both the submission of applications to payers, and then actually the follow up and, you know, all of those processes with the payers. And again, on average, for our dso clients, we usually see 35 to 55 day difference from what they’re doing today to what medallion can do for them. And again, as someone in revenue cycle, the impact, there is just faster revenue, right? Getting providers billing and submitting claims sooner. So, we’d love to, if you’re open to it, I know I’m catching you out of the blue, but maybe set aside 15 minutes. I can dive a little deeper and show you. And if it makes sense to continue conversations great, if not, we, you know, part ways as friends from there.

Melissa Hintzke (02:10) What I can do is we actually have a director over credentialing, I know that they are leveraging a new platform… for things like that.

Melissa Hintzke (02:24) I don’t remember what it’s called, but I know that they were going to be starting with a new platform that was going to help them with some of those things.

Melissa Hintzke (02:37) I can take your information and share that with our director of credentialing. And, you know, have her out to you if that’s something that she’s interested in.

Jeremy Walker (02:43) Sure. Yeah, that sounds great. I think I actually sent, I’ve sent you two emails total now, I think. And yeah, if I can reforward it, so it’s top of your mailbox for you. If that’s helpful for you?

Melissa Hintzke (03:02) Yeah, I didn’t see anything, but it may have gone into my junk mail or it could just be mixed in with the other 40,000 emails… but, yeah, that’s.

Jeremy Walker (03:13) well, I’ll send you a new one then, just so it’s fresh, I’ll send you a new one here in two minutes. I’ll just take some of the content from my previous one and then include that in and get that over to you. But I appreciate the time, Melissa. I don’t want to take any more of it, but if you could make an introduction to the right team, that would be awesome. So, thank you so much.

Melissa Hintzke (03:34) Okay. Sounds good. Thank you. Have a great day.

Jeremy Walker (03:36) You too. Bye bye.

Melissa Hintzke (03:37) Thank you.
