Philip Stefani (00:01) hey, I’m calling for sue smith.
Phone Caller #1 (00:03) Who’s calling please?
Philip Stefani (00:05) My name’s Philip, Stephanie. I’m calling from medallion. I was doing some research into OB hospital’s group. I wondered if you were the right person to speak with about credentialing there.
Phone Caller #1 (00:16) About credentialing where?
Philip Stefani (00:20) For the doctors at OB hospitalist.
Phone Caller #1 (00:23) we have our own credentialing department.
Philip Stefani (00:26) Okay. Got it. That’s why I’m reaching out. I’m wondering if you guys have looked at any AI tooling for them?
Phone Caller #1 (00:33) I’m sure they have, but I’m not, I wouldn’t be the right person to speak to?
Philip Stefani (00:39) Oh, got it. Okay. I can remove you from my list. Do you know who it would make more sense for me to reach out to?
Phone Caller #1 (00:40) Yep. All right. Thank you.
Phone Caller #1 (00:49) No, no. Sorry. I can’t help you with that.
Philip Stefani (00:52) Okay. Sounds good. Thank you.
Phone Caller #1 (00:54) What, is, what is medallion… are you guys like in?
Philip Stefani (01:00) We automate some of, yeah, we automate parts of the privileging licensing process, you know, essentially the parts that are typically done by hand, like filling out applications, so those teams can focus on like following up, calling the actual facilities where the privileging takes place, that sort of thing.
Phone Caller #1 (01:17) Yeah, I think we already have something in place for that.
Philip Stefani (01:20) Okay. Cool. Appreciate it. Thank you.
Phone Caller #1 (01:21) But I appreciate the call. Thank you.
Philip Stefani (01:23) Yep. Bye bye.
