Julia Shannon (00:00) good morning. Hello. How are you? Good. How are you?

Lyndsey Farmer (00:05) Doing? All right. It’s Thursday?

Julia Shannon (00:10) Yes, I’ve been a day ahead in my head or a day ahead for the whole week in my head, right? I thought yesterday was Thursday and I’m like we’re so close… yep.

Lyndsey Farmer (00:25) All right. Let’s see, let me share my screen here. No.

Lyndsey Farmer (00:50) All right. Are you able to see my screen now? Okay, perfect. All right. So, it looks like you put on a couple things. So, ongoing… monitoring, it’s like the licensing tab report does not include the last date, verified, only the verification status, yes.

Julia Shannon (01:10) Okay. So, I was wondering if there is like a better report to use because under the ongoing monitoring tab licenses aren’t included, and usually it’s like not part of ongoing monitoring but kind of. So I just want to figure out the best way for us to track that other than going through and just like looking at the license existing licenses and looking at the date on the side because once I pull that report, it leaves the verification date off…

Lyndsey Farmer (01:49) Okay. Let me look at that and I’ll see if there’s one that we can pull for you guys that will show that information.

Julia Shannon (01:57) Okay. Cause also, I had to go through and as I was looking just at the screen, there were quite a few that were still not verified since like September. So I was going through and clicking verify. So the system automatically does it, but I thought that it was supposed to automatically do every 30 days. I want to say we talked about this at.

Lyndsey Farmer (02:21) Some point. Yep, we did. Yep. And.

Julia Shannon (02:24) I just didn’t know if there’s like something that I’m missing or if something I need to turn on.

Lyndsey Farmer (02:29) Right. Let me check on that too. I’ll check with the licensing team. Okay? And find out what’s going on there.

Julia Shannon (02:40) All right. And then on the ongoing monitoring report, I was just downloading the one that. So there’s like the two, one for Sam, and then one for oig. And then there’s a box at the bottom that includes all of it. Yep. I was wondering if that one that includes all of it could be automatically set up as a report that goes out every two weeks or so. Just so it sits in our email. Sure. And if I need to pull it at some point, then I already have it sure.

Lyndsey Farmer (03:09) I believe that there is, I did send that question over to the team in hopes to have an answer prior to this meeting but they have not gotten back yet. So as soon as I get something from them, I’ll let you know.

Julia Shannon (03:21) Okay, perfect. And then since I was looking at the licensing, I saw when I scrolled all the way over to the right that there’s an option for auto renewal for licenses?

Lyndsey Farmer (03:35) Can.

Julia Shannon (03:35) we turn that on for providers that work in markets for Eleanor health. So, like some of them are locums, so, like, for example, Shondell danzy has a South Carolina license that we wouldn’t want to auto renewal because we’re not in South Carolina but for the states that we are using people in. Is there a way to turn it on or is there a way for me to pick which ones to do for auto renewal?

Lyndsey Farmer (04:04) Let me find out. Okay?

Julia Shannon (04:06) Because that would be super helpful.

Lyndsey Farmer (04:09) Yeah. Yep. Let me find out on that, and I will follow back up with you on that one too.

Julia Shannon (04:14) Okay. And I was just gonna ask, I was doing, we’re trying to get delegated with humana. Okay? So I was going through and I know we’ve had like some weird credentialing dates since we used to do it by every market. So I was looking and there was a few dates for people that the credentialing date for their initial or recred date were wrong when I imported, because like we did the verification, but the official sign off approval doesn’t match that. So I need to update those, but I don’t have access to update them in medallion. Like when I click the little edit button, that part completely goes away because it’s just through the system, right? So like I wouldn’t be able to change it for providers. We’ve already done initially and everything through medallion. But is there a way for me to update it in from my end in medallion, for the people that we didn’t use medallion for use, medallion to credential for?

Lyndsey Farmer (05:17) I, my gut tells me no, but I will definitely check on that?

Julia Shannon (05:24) Okay. And then if there’s not a way for me to fix it, can I send you the few that I know that we need to update? And then can you or somebody on that side do it for me? Yeah.

Lyndsey Farmer (05:37) Absolutely. Okay.

Julia Shannon (05:38) Perfect. Yep. Because we’re like a day off on a couple of these and I just don’t want them to pull the audit and then the approval is like not even they’re not matching. So.

Lyndsey Farmer (05:52) Yep. Send that over to me and then I can get it sent out. Okay?

Lyndsey Farmer (06:03) Let’s see. It looks like for Diana, Diane Garcia, this will be in ready status by the end of today. Okay, perfect. And the Texas medicaid will also, you guys got that we confirmed with them. They have access. Those will be done hopefully by the end of today as well.

Lyndsey Farmer (06:29) I know that they were flagged as a priority to get done today. So hopefully we can get all of them done today.

Julia Shannon (06:35) Okay, perfect. Yeah, because I mean, this has been ongoing and I thought everything was resolved in February when I asked about it for like the third time… but then I randomly got a task and it was like when I went, and the only reason I heard about it is whenever I went and did like a ticket for an update or like on the request, I clicked like need support and then requested an update. And that’s when I started getting all the tasks that nobody had access like month, like over a month later. So that’s where I was like, no, but some things I don’t know if it’s my account or something’s wrong because I went and deleted old admins, and then the other admin on the account can still see those, but I can’t and she can’t she was able to add medallion even though it said medallion’s already there. So I don’t know if it was my account or something. But anyway, she took care of it for me. So I was like, thank you because we’re going back and forth on like why we don’t have access, right? But well, at least it’s taken care of now and that everybody has access. Yeah.

Lyndsey Farmer (07:48) When they sent me that back, they’re like, yep, we’re all good. I was like, thank God.

Julia Shannon (07:53) Yeah. Like we don’t I mean, I’ve never had this many problems with like access for medicare and medicaid and I’m like, is it like, come on, of course, you know, yep. Okay. The only other question is, did you find out anything about marcel’s caqh?

Lyndsey Farmer (08:12) Yeah. Let me go.

Julia Shannon (08:14) Back to see.

Lyndsey Farmer (08:16) If they responded to me, okay… penises?

Lyndsey Farmer (08:33) Yes. So they can confirm that the provider is logging information correctly and was recently attested on March and it does not appear from our end, that… that’s there, Shantae? Is there anymore? What?

Julia Shannon (08:54) Happening?

Lyndsey Farmer (08:55) Yeah. From what I got back on last Friday, was that, yes, they can confirm that the provider is logging information correctly, and was recently attested on March 20 third.

Julia Shannon (09:09) OK. Let me, let me pull this up because I’m… I even sent a screenshot. She was asking. She’s the one who asked me about it. So I don’t know. So, I wonder if it was something from caqh, like they had, I don’t know some kind of weird crossover situation. I mean, that’s happened with like dr first before with companies, which is terrible, right? This is the last attestation was April third, OK?

Lyndsey Farmer (09:44) So, there’s been a new one since, oh, probably because they were in it on April third on Friday.

Julia Shannon (09:50) Yeah. OK. Let me… let me see. Well, it’s OK. Now, it’s just coming up as a new location for review.

Lyndsey Farmer (10:06) The Lachante one? Yes.

Julia Shannon (10:08) Yeah. OK. I can’t share my screen, but, oh,

Lyndsey Farmer (10:15) I can stop sharing. OK, give me one second. Let me stop this one and allow you. OK, let me see.

Julia Shannon (10:35) So, this is, can you see it yet?

Lyndsey Farmer (10:38) Not yet. It’s coming slowly but.

Julia Shannon (10:44) Sure.

Lyndsey Farmer (10:45) Huh.

Julia Shannon (10:47) My computer is also freezing right now.

Lyndsey Farmer (10:52) I feel like over the last couple days, there’s been a lot of glitches with like systems and even down to like our phones. Yeah. Yesterday, I don’t think I could make calls out. Nobody could call me man.

Julia Shannon (11:09) But all my screens are frozen right now. Apparently, I’m not supposed to share. OK, it’s just sitting in the new locations for review.

Lyndsey Farmer (11:20) OK.

Julia Shannon (11:21) But at least it’s not showing up as an active practice location like it was last week. OK, and we were able to reattest but you can make… my screen stop sharing because now I can’t do anything.

Lyndsey Farmer (11:39) Is that an option? It’s not an option? Great.

Julia Shannon (11:42) OK. Well, at least we were through it. I mean, that’s all we had.

Lyndsey Farmer (11:47) OK. I didn’t have anything, just to follow up on some of the stuff that we talked about, but I think we got all of that out. So I will take back these reporting questions to the team and figure out kind of what we can do on that front and then… I will follow up with you in an email if, as soon as I get answers.

Lyndsey Farmer (12:21) Julia?

Lyndsey Farmer (12:28) Are you there?

Julia Shannon (12:29) Now, I’m back, apparently, I got to stop screen sharing, but it said zoom, quit unexpectedly. Yeah, I noticed.

Lyndsey Farmer (12:37) Yeah.

Julia Shannon (12:39) Thank you for that.

Lyndsey Farmer (12:41) Okay. All right. I will follow up with you in an email on the outstanding items as I get updates for them. Okay? Perfect. If you need anything between now and our next meeting, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Julia Shannon (12:53) Awesome. And then I’ll send you the updated credentialing dates, yes?

Lyndsey Farmer (12:59) Yeah. Okay. Perfect. Thank you so much.

Julia Shannon (13:03) Have a good day. Bye.

Lyndsey Farmer (13:05) You too. Bye.
