Amanda Lewis (00:00) of course. I’m on mute. Hey, hey, how are you? I’m good. How are you?

Kyle Rice (00:06) We’re doing okay. We’re doing okay. I was feeling a little bit under the weather today with some allergies but the claritin’s kicked in and, you know, got some afternoon espresso, so we’re cooking with fire today.

Amanda Lewis (00:15) I took one last night. I had to take claritin, I’m acting like I’m on the beach because this is where I want to be right there.

Kyle Rice (00:22) You go that’s you know, visualize it and, you know, get those positive vibes going.

Amanda Lewis (00:28) Yes, I looked at that and I was like that’s where I need to be. So we’re just going to make that my background today because I just need the wind blowing and I need a cold alcoholic drink in my hand and a lawn chair. But other than that, I’d be all right.

Kyle Rice (00:44) And toes in the sand and you’re all fully set?

Amanda Lewis (00:46) Yeah, that’s right.

Kyle Rice (00:47) I was going to ask, how did your son make out on the rest of his trip in Switzerland?

Amanda Lewis (00:52) Well, in Switzerland, he didn’t get to go do anything he wanted to do. So.

Kyle Rice (00:57) I know you said he was blocked by the big snowstorm and the girlfriend in law’s. Mom did not want to go out in the storm at all.

Amanda Lewis (01:04) Girlfriend’s mom did not want to drive out in it. And so, no, they ended up, they went to the zoo and walked around in the snow while it was snowing. Now. That was kind of cool other than he was really cold, but he was like, this is really neat though. And then a lot of shopping. He was like not what they wanted to go for.

Kyle Rice (01:26) Did he bring home all the chocolate?

Amanda Lewis (01:29) Oh, yeah. I have so much chocolate and he was like, he gave me like all of it and I’m like, no, no, I cannot eat all this. So, he gave some of it to his sister and then he took some and I’m like, all right, this is a free for all. You know, there’s a bag for everybody because I cannot, you know, I’d gain 500 pounds.

Kyle Rice (01:54) I know that’s right? I know that’s right? Well, that sounds awesome. What’s new in the ways to well, world this week? Anything I can help out with?

Amanda Lewis (02:05) Well, okay. So I had, who is it? I just met Krista. Hang on. Casey. Cornell just sent me a message saying that her, Pennsylvania has been put on hold and… they didn’t have her collaborating docs which that’s her thing. She has to put those on there and so, but I don’t have it going as her license being. I mean, it doesn’t have to be renewed until the end of this month. So, I don’t understand why they’re pulling her for her RN… is what she told me?

Kyle Rice (02:45) Looks like they’re requesting for her Pennsylvania nurse practitioner, if I can speak correctly today. That’s expiring at the end of this month. It looks like we’re just needing her state board login for Pennsylvania.

Amanda Lewis (03:00) Yeah. And so, I’m not sure. She said she sent me an email, but I’ve replied to her in teams but she hasn’t got back to me but I’m like, what do you mean?

Amanda Lewis (03:09) It’s on hold? It’s not on hold. You’re still active. You have your people because you have to have a primary and a backup. Okay, they have that. And so I was like here’s your contracts with your SPS, but I don’t understand why she’s saying it’s on hold. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (03:31) It looks like it’s just pending an intake right now just for Pennsylvania login. And as soon as we get that from her, we should be able to move forward with sending her the renewal application, but I’m not seeing any additional flags outside of that unless she might receive something from the board.

Amanda Lewis (03:45) I guess I don’t know yet. I just thought that was weird. I was like, well.

Kyle Rice (03:49) Let me take a look at Pennsylvania real quick and see if they have any flags on her license.

Amanda Lewis (03:53) Yeah. See if you see anything because I, I’m just like I’m confused, it’s not new until the end of the month. Let me take… a look here.

Kyle Rice (04:05) I.

Amanda Lewis (04:05) think that’s where her compact is. I don’t know. I didn’t know.

Kyle Rice (04:17) I show her nurse practitioner is active. I show her both of her prescriptive authorities is active as well. Okay. No, maybe, well, she had an agreement terminated in 20 25, but she’s got an active one through four 30 20 26… with.

Amanda Lewis (04:44) Dr ferris.

Kyle Rice (04:47) Zara, sheriff. Okay. Jason Wu… it… looks like Jason Wu is the collaborating physician. And then Zara sheriff is the substitute physician.

Amanda Lewis (05:02) Okay. Let me go to my board… on that because I have it as I flipped it.

Amanda Lewis (05:19) To SP, agreements Pennsylvania… I’ve got her with dr ferris, which is, and this is for Pennsylvania, right? Pennsylvania. Yeah, I got her with dr ferris, which is a staff doctor of ours. And then the backup is dr… Hazel bluestein.

Kyle Rice (05:44) Hazel bluestein.

Amanda Lewis (05:46) Weird. Yeah. I’m not sure she might have to put the information in there, wrong?

Kyle Rice (05:50) Maybe, yeah. Let me know if we need any updates there. I think the team might task out for a new collaborative agreement when we get that through. So we’ll make any updates there once we get her through intake.

Amanda Lewis (06:00) Okay. That’s weird. Yeah, I’m just like I’m not taking her out. That’s a very big state for me and my lead times are harder. I’m like, no, I don’t agree. So I’m waiting on her to reply because I’m like, no, I still show you as this is good. So, this is what we’re doing. And… then I have one that’s going to be leaving in two weeks and I had to ask for prescriptive authority on her and, or not prescriptive authority. I asked for autonomous on her and y’all were having some conflict of stuff on what the board was telling y’all versus trying to get information for her. And so I went ahead and canceled that because I was like provider put in her two week notice and it’s Rosa. Okay. And then I went ahead and took her off of all the renewals. Not that I don’t think she has any.

Kyle Rice (07:03) Oh, Rosa barrios. Yeah, I see that in there. I’m going to cancel that for you right now. Well?

Amanda Lewis (07:08) Do I need to keep it for, until her last day?

Kyle Rice (07:11) It’s up to you. It’s up to you if you want to cancel it. It looks like it’s a new initial license. Oh, okay. Okay.

Amanda Lewis (07:18) No. Okay. Yeah. Go ahead and cancel that. I thought you meant like all of her stuff. Oh.

Kyle Rice (07:23) No, no, it’s up to you. Yeah, we can deactivate her when she leaves or you can keep her, but this is for Rosa barrios, correct?

Amanda Lewis (07:29) Yes, I need her. Yeah, don’t worry about getting anything for her in Florida all?

Kyle Rice (07:35) Right. I will cancel that right now.

Amanda Lewis (07:45) But I’ll deactivate her once her last days hit and then it’s crazy busy. So, Cameron yerzik is a manager and Brian balba is a manager and I know… that they have some tasks to do, but… I think one of them is fingerprints or something like that. That’s going to be, they got to get all, that might be another week or two, but that’s it’s going crazy.

Kyle Rice (08:20) That’s a good thing and a bad thing because keeping busy. But yeah, I do see a couple tasks out there. It looks like from Cameron, we just need a copy of his professional diploma or transcript from cal state university, Long Beach, and then does his fingerprint upload. And then New York is kind of crazy. They ask for your elementary school and high school information. So they want to know like all things.

Amanda Lewis (08:40) Yeah, we’re not open in that state yet in New York yet. And so it was just kind of one of those I’m doing it preemptively so they know that they need to get it. But those two guys right now are so swamped. They’re like Amanda, give me time, don’t you know, and I’m like, okay, and then Julie, I have dedicated time to me and her work on hers tomorrow, okay? Because you’ve got some stuff. Yeah, I.

Kyle Rice (09:11) Do see a couple of tasks out for Julie if I can open this?

Amanda Lewis (09:17) Oh, yeah. I try to go in there and do them but I’m like I don’t know all your logins and mocingbird made email addresses for them and I can’t find her. So I’m going to have to go through her emails and see if I can’t find the email address that they did. So that because I guess they set up all these logins for her and we don’t know the passwords or the emails. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (09:43) That’s lovely. Yeah, it looks like she’s got about six tasks. Probably the most pressing just being the South Carolina renewal logging because I know that expires in about three weeks. Yeah. And then we have a couple a little bit of lead time. It looks like we have her Illinois upcoming end of may and then her looks like we have her Washington.

Amanda Lewis (10:01) I’m going to try to knock all that out tomorrow.

Kyle Rice (10:03) Okay, perfect.

Amanda Lewis (10:05) Because she will, she actually will be. So the job for a director has gone out. She’s getting a director and it’s an internal.

Kyle Rice (10:17) Internal hire. Yeah. And.

Amanda Lewis (10:19) so, tomorrow, she gets to announce who her new director is. So I will have more time with her like getting her stuff. Oh.

Kyle Rice (10:30) Yeah. Take, some, take some stuff off her plate a little bit. Yeah.

Amanda Lewis (10:35) And hopefully off mine, there you go, she’ll be able to help more with compliance again like she used to, but she’s trying to be VP and director and manager and, you know, everything else. So, I’m like.

Kyle Rice (10:49) Okay.

Amanda Lewis (10:53) So hopefully I’ve got, I think two more people I’m on hold with… that haven’t, met… their time here in order to get on medallion. Yet, I think it’s just two might be three, no three.

Kyle Rice (11:21) So, and then.

Amanda Lewis (11:22) rose is going to be leaving. So we’ll backfill that one. Okay, perfect. Yeah. Well, I’ve got a few that I’ve got to, you know, put in there. Our Coi will expire at the end of next month. Okay? And so I’ll have new ones for everybody. Do?

Kyle Rice (11:41) You know, if the malpractice broker or carrier, if they provide it like as like a specific company, like it says ways to well, or if it lists like, or if the, it lists like all the clinicians on one face sheet or do they, no?

Amanda Lewis (11:54) I’ve tried and tried but they send me singles single and original ones. Yeah. And so I just upload them in there. Okay? I did Tracy cornell’s a while ago, but I was going.

Kyle Rice (12:07) To say if you guys have a face sheet with those or if it’s listed just like ways to, well, we can blanket upload those, but if they’re listed by clinician, we’re a little bit a little bit blocked there. Yeah, I.

Amanda Lewis (12:19) tried whenever we got on with y’all, I’m like can’t, we just have one face sheet with everybody’s name on it.

Kyle Rice (12:25) I’ll push back on that. They usually can. Okay?

Amanda Lewis (12:28) See if you can do that. Yeah, I will do my best because I’m like having to upload every one of them is a little much guys.

Kyle Rice (12:37) It is, yeah, it’s a little bit of a little bit of a lift there. Yeah.

Amanda Lewis (12:42) So that’s I’m like that is, I just thought it was stupid because I have to keep up with all of them. So I have 54 of them. I think right now, 455, 56, 57. Well, close to 60. I’m like individual ones. Y’all, got to quit, but it comes up every may 20 first and.

Kyle Rice (13:05) they probably take it down to the wire up to the 20 first to get that to you too.

Amanda Lewis (13:09) Absolutely… the day before or the day of day.

Kyle Rice (13:14) Of, yeah, yeah. The last company I worked with I worked for a psychiatry neurology telemedicine practice and they took that down to may or March 30 first, the expiration date every single year and made it a huge pain for us. So I definitely understand how that goes. Yeah, it’s like, yeah… awesome. Well, what else? What else can I help with today?

Amanda Lewis (13:40) I think that’s it. I just got some stuff that I requested and I’m waiting on provider tasks to get their stuff done. And so I’ve got admin tasks. So I got some stuff for Julie because she’s at risk and then Samantha matos… she hasn’t checked off that she’s done her two things. And Casey, what’s this license renewal? I bet that’s Pennsylvania. I bet this is why she’s thinking we… are needing state board logins for South Carolina and Pennsylvania for Casey. If she would just get that she should be able to.

Kyle Rice (14:22) Yeah, we should be good to go on her. I wonder if just the tasking alarmed her, but let me know if she received something from the board. Happy to look into that. But otherwise she should be all set.

Amanda Lewis (14:30) That’s what I’m thinking she should be all good. And then we have five there. I just go to provide or admin tasks. I try to make sure.

Amanda Lewis (14:43) They all are taken care of, but I think we should be good notes created three days ago. Yeah… Krista Pritchard looks like she’s 28 past due, 28 days past due on some stuff. I’ll get her manager after her. Actually, they have access to all this now, they should be doing it themselves but we’ll see awesome. Sounds like a plan. All right. Well, thank you, very much you’re.

Kyle Rice (15:17) welcome, let me know if you need anything, Amanda and I’ll get you taken care of here, you?

Amanda Lewis (15:22) Got it. Have a good day. Thanks.

Kyle Rice (15:23) You too. Bye.
