Kyle Rice (00:00) hey, Anne. How are you today?
Kyle Rice (00:06) I think you’re on mute. I’m good. How are you?
Anne Lauria (00:09) I’m.
Kyle Rice (00:09) good. Sorry, I’m late. My computer just prompted me to restart right before we hopped on. So I wanted to apologize there.
Anne Lauria (00:14) No worries. Mine has been yelling at me all morning, so I’m feeling that.
Kyle Rice (00:19) Always something with these updates. You know what I mean?
Anne Lauria (00:23) Yeah, absolutely. I missed my mac because it had way less updates than the PC.
Kyle Rice (00:28) Dude. I just recently switched to a mac within the past three years, and I don’t think I’m going back to PC ever.
Anne Lauria (00:34) No, I was so disappointed when I got this job and they were like you’re getting a PC… like, okay?
Kyle Rice (00:41) One of those things that come with the territory. I gotta relearn a little bit and whatnot and get used to the formatting and the drives and whatnot. But yeah.
Anne Lauria (00:48) For sure. I.
Kyle Rice (00:50) Know how it goes. Awesome. I wanted to, I know Rachel field is probably top of mind for today. I wanted just to apologize for the delay there. I did just get confirmation that is out to her for review and approval. Perfect. So we should be able to get that expedited and I’m going to keep an eye on that and help expedite the submission. I did reach out to the Oklahoma board of medicine this morning as well. Okay. I’m just pending a call back from them just regarding the reinstatement timeline and requirements. As soon as you get back to me, I will update you guys there. Okay? The only thing that Rachel will need to do is just review and approve the application. And then I believe there is a evidence of status form that she’ll need to complete and she should be able to complete that with an enotary. So just to help, so she shouldn’t need to leave the office or anything like that for completion and I’ll keep an eye on that and help move that through the process and then keep you guys apprised of updates along the way as well.
Anne Lauria (01:46) Okay. That would be great.
Anne Lauria (01:47) So it sounds like probably, so I did see now you guys have the average timelines available for us to see which is exciting in the reporting section. And I saw that’s usually about three. It says the average is like three weeks for this. So it sounds like.
Kyle Rice (02:03) Okay. I’m hoping it won’t be the three weeks that might be the longer end of the timeline since she, just since the license has been inactive for just about two weeks. Yeah, they shouldn’t really need anything additional from her and hopefully they can just push that through and then get her reissued there.
Anne Lauria (02:19) Perfect. Sounds good.
Kyle Rice (02:20) Awesome. And then I saw a couple new requests for Samantha Malley, Daniel Larson and Tiffany nykar. I had our intake team move in the process for Samantha’s RN in New York. Her nurse practitioner in Texas, her nurse practitioner in I’ve had New York twice and then nurse practitioner in Georgia as well. And then we have autonomous registration requests for her nurse practitioner in California and then RN in California as well.
Anne Lauria (02:46) Yeah. So for Tiffany specifically, she said that she did upload some other licenses that she has that aren’t showing like her, Oklahoma. She said it expires 10 20 26, and she said she already has Florida uploaded as well for 212 20 30 and Texas too. So I don’t know if we missed something in the setup for Tiffany. Let me.
Kyle Rice (03:11) take a look here and see what licenses we have. I show her. She has Alabama, Florida, Maryland, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina and Texas.
Anne Lauria (03:20) Did you say Oklahoma in there? Sorry?
Kyle Rice (03:22) Oklahoma? Yes.
Anne Lauria (03:23) Yeah. Okay. For some reason, she said it’s saying medallion is saying several of my licenses are inactive. Sorry, she just sent this right before the meeting. No worries. I’m wondering if maybe it’s like older ones that are showing inactive. I.
Kyle Rice (03:39) Show everything on here is active. Let me share my screen as well. It looks like everything has been verified. Hang on. Let me just share this over. Yeah, it looks like everything in here is active. So it looks like she’s got the active Alabama, active, Florida, active, Maryland, active, Oklahoma, active, Oregon, South Carolina and Texas as well. And then it looks like her, Texas is up for renewal on July. It looks like we do have a renewal request in process for that.
Anne Lauria (04:07) Yeah. July fourteenth, that’s what she had too. Okay?
Kyle Rice (04:10) Does that, does that align with everything that she was seeing or is there anything?
Anne Lauria (04:13) Yeah, I don’t know what she’s seeing. Like I said, she just sent it right before, but yeah, I see what you’re seeing. Okay. Yeah, sure. Yeah, yeah.
Kyle Rice (04:23) If you have anything else that comes up with Tiffany, just let me know. Happy to do a profile review for her and then get anything updated, that we need.
Anne Lauria (04:30) Yeah, sounds good.
Kyle Rice (04:34) Awesome. And then I just want to give some renewal updates for April. We have, I believe it is five in process. Robin McDermott’s nurse practitioner, South Carolina. We’ve completed the application and set that center for review and approval. And then for Amy, lochtosh, looks like we’re in good shape for her, Washington that’s been sent to her for review and approval. Her Oklahoma NP, the renewal is in process with the board. Her South Carolina nurse practitioner has been sent to her for review and approval. The only one that we just need some attention from Amy on is her Massachusetts RN. We just need her portal login and a CE attestation from her.
Anne Lauria (05:17) I did remind her of that yesterday, so hopefully we can get that in, but yeah, definitely aware that one’s outstanding.
Kyle Rice (05:24) Perfect. Yeah. Otherwise, it looks like we’re in pretty good shape for April and I believe all these are expiring end of month for these licenses. So we’ve got a little bit of lead time here for this Massachusetts to get that into play here.
Anne Lauria (05:36) Yeah, Massachusetts and Washington specifically are really small for us. So, yeah, not super duper, worried about that one.
Kyle Rice (05:45) Okay, perfect. And then just want to give an update on some priority providers. I know dr Lucan, dr alpert, are always top of mind for you. We have dr Lucian’s is it Lucan or Lucian, Lucan? I gotcha. I spend my day butchering provider last names on a regular.
Anne Lauria (06:04) Cadence. No, I can’t even imagine. Yeah, no people can’t handle my last name either. So it’s fine.
Kyle Rice (06:12) Well, Lauria. Yeah. And Lauria, yeah, they came to.
Anne Lauria (06:18) Lauria. No, it’s, very complicated. My maiden name is smallwood and people used to ask me how to spell that too. Are you serious? Yeah, I’m like smallwood like a little tree. So funny, I.
Kyle Rice (06:31) Know my wife just calls me by my full name. She’s like Kyle rice for anything around the house. So we keep it nice and easy peasy here.
Anne Lauria (06:37) Aw, that’s fun that’s sweet.
Kyle Rice (06:39) Awesome. So for dr lukens, California, we have an intake pending provider just with a fingerprint upload with print scan also for his loq as well, which I know you’re tracking and I know we talked to dr Albert. He’s got his loq letter of qualification through the imlc is actually active through may ninth, 20 26. So if we are needing to designate any new compact states, just let me know and I can get that entered. This should be a fairly quick process for any new states for him. And then we can also renew that as well for him if we, if need be.
Anne Lauria (07:16) Perfect. That sounds good.
Kyle Rice (07:18) Awesome. And then just wanted to touch on a quick payers update. I saw a couple new requests entered since we met last time, I believe we just had Oklahoma medicare previously, but I’m tracking, Virginia, medicare, Florida, medicare, Oklahoma, medicare, and then unitedhealthcare. I just wanted to flag for Virginia medicare, for the Michael Albert mdpc group. We’re just pending proof of incorporation articles there.
Anne Lauria (07:42) Okay.
Kyle Rice (07:43) For Florida, medicare and I’ll touch on these below, but we’re just pending the proof of incorporation articles for the Michael Albert group. And then for the Florida medical partner, Florida, virtual medical partners of California. We’re just pending a couple items. So we just need the proof of incorporation articles there, a bank letter with the business address, and then the pending effective date. And then this one group official added. And then for Oklahoma, Samantha Malley, her application is with soonercare. The team is still following up on surrogacy there. So that’s still in process. And I just saw requests for dr Lucan. I asked the team to move that or Lucian Lucan Lucian?
Anne Lauria (08:26) Lucan, whatever you want to call it. It’s fine.
Kyle Rice (08:28) I had the team move it in for dr Lucan in the process. Okay. Michelle Ledford is pending her Oklahoma license issuance as well as for Danielle Larson. And I had the intake team move into process for application and population, for Tiffany nykar. And then Amy laktosh.
Anne Lauria (08:44) Okay, perfect. So it sounds like the, we just need to finish those profiles for these two then. Okay?
Kyle Rice (08:51) Exactly. Yes. And then for unitedhealthcare for Virginia, I think I just touched on that for Michael Albert’s group, just pending those group incorporation articles and a group official added. And then for Stephanie Garcia, we have her an intake pending provider and the intake team should be moving this forward for her taxonomy code. She just provided that as of yesterday. So that should be moving forward in the process as well.
Anne Lauria (09:15) Perfect. That sounds good.
Kyle Rice (09:17) Awesome. Any other updates or anything that you’re looking to talk through for this afternoon or anything?
Anne Lauria (09:24) I did have a question about kind of the credentialing side. There are quite a few that we don’t know what the expiration dates are. Is that something that you all are able to locate somewhat easily if we request or?
Kyle Rice (09:42) Like license expiration dates?
Anne Lauria (09:44) No, like the credentialing expiration dates or like with the payers, I?
Kyle Rice (09:50) Can definitely look into that. Do you know which payers? And which, yeah.
Anne Lauria (09:56) So, like unitedhealthcare, I think I put that one in because that might have been the one I put in because we were getting some denials, but I think Virginia medicaid was another one.
Kyle Rice (10:10) But.
Anne Lauria (10:10) I guess our bigger problem is like, we just don’t know what the dates are. We don’t have access to that information. It wasn’t ever tracked. They all just said they expired in our system one, one of 20 26, which obviously was not the case. So, do you,
Kyle Rice (10:28) know if that was for the group or particular provider, so.
Anne Lauria (10:32) The way that we’re planning to do the credentialing is, yes for the group, but also just for the two doctors. So, it would be, I guess, for all of the above.
Kyle Rice (10:47) Would that be for dr Albert’s group, and then Stephanie Garcia as well?
Anne Lauria (10:52) Dr Albert, and, yeah, Stephanie Garcia and dr Lucan… we will likely also be credentialing the remainder of our dieticians… moving forward as well, just so, you know, yeah.
Kyle Rice (11:08) That sounds good. Let me ask our pay or enrollment team if we have a way that we can verify those expiration dates for you. Sure. And then I can get back to you on that aspect.
Anne Lauria (11:17) That sounds good. Awesome.
Kyle Rice (11:20) Cool. What else do you have for me this afternoon? I.
Anne Lauria (11:23) think that was actually at the Oklahoma license was the highest priority for sure. So we can get that updated. And then one other question. So, when I go in to look at my tasks, I notice that the doctors when they’re looking at their tasks and the providers have like a due date, but I’m not seeing that when I’m looking at it and I’m curious why I’m looking at the wrong spot.
Kyle Rice (11:45) Yeah, do, would you be able to share your screen over?
Anne Lauria (11:48) Yeah, let me pull it up again here. I’m hoping to have less questions for you. I decided I was going to take the credentialing certification course from the aapc… so hopefully.
Kyle Rice (12:05) Oh, no worries. Get.
Anne Lauria (12:06) My hope in a pile over here because I’m clueless I.
Kyle Rice (12:12) Know nams has a pretty good course too. I think it’s the pesc and then they have a cpecs and then the cpms as well. I believe.
Anne Lauria (12:21) Perfect. I’ll have to look into those. I just was trying to learn anything. So, I’m like y’all just threw me into this.
Kyle Rice (12:29) Are we in the deep end a little bit? Are we into the deep end a little bit?
Anne Lauria (12:33) Oh, for sure. For sure. Okay. So, when I’m looking at the tasks, this is usually where I’m looking like either in admin tasks, but I notice I don’t have like a due date associated with them… and kind of same on this screen, I can see like the created dates, but I noticed that the providers had due dates when they sent me screenshots of theirs.
Kyle Rice (12:57) I think if you click into like the Rachel feel like or fel, if you click into, that should display the due date for you. I don’t know that it is visible on the overview portion though.
Anne Lauria (13:10) Okay. Oh, that didn’t work. Hold on… here.
Kyle Rice (13:20) Okay. Should be a due date up top there.
Anne Lauria (13:23) Okay. So they’re able to see it. They sent me a screen. They definitely can see it, but I can’t okay. That’s sad… but this is the only place to view tasks, correct? Yeah.
Kyle Rice (13:36) Check the, let me see. Check the, that gearbox in the upper right hand corner. Let me just see if there’s an option to… view. Can you click?
Anne Lauria (13:47) Status profession, group, practice, state, task type task. Notes. The latest activity is.
Kyle Rice (13:55) There, any option under the task there to open that? Or is that?
Anne Lauria (13:59) No, it’s just a single like task type, but it doesn’t it’s just the eyeballs. Okay. Let me see if I.
Kyle Rice (14:10) think it’s just visible, under the specific task. I don’t believe it’s visible, under the overview though.
Anne Lauria (14:16) Okay. As long as I’m not using it incorrectly, that sounds good. Let me see if I can find the screenshot too. No, must have been in a DM. I’m not gonna find it. Okay, perfect. If it’s not there, it’s not there. Yeah… I think, that was everything the Oklahoma’s the biggest deal right now, we will be adding in a lot more credentialing, continuing to add those in.
Anne Lauria (14:45) And then I think I got caught up with all of the… insurance, the Coi requests, and the, I believe I’m mostly caught up with the collaborative agreements as well. So hopefully we can get things rolling.
Kyle Rice (15:07) Awesome. That sounds great. I will send you a quick summary of everything we talked about for this afternoon. And then I’ll continue to keep you closely updated on Rachel field as we kind of progress through for Oklahoma as well. And if there’s anything else in the meantime, just feel free to shoot me an email and I’ll get you taken care of.
Anne Lauria (15:23) Thanks so much. Have a good day. Thanks you too.
Kyle Rice (15:25) Yeah. Bye bye.
