Lynn Kiter (00:00) of documentation of a plan for coverage and then admitting privileges or an admitting arrangement, maybe being incorporated into the file, but I wanted.
Dreama Hembree (00:14) to talk.
Lynn Kiter (00:15) with her about that. Okay?
Dreama Hembree (00:19) She is going to be back tomorrow or Monday. So, I have all of this.
Lynn Kiter (00:25) Okay.
Dreama Hembree (00:28) For the payer enrollment piece of it, I did call humana on the behavioral health for the traverse location, and I was told it was in process so that’s basically all I could get out of them, but nothing was lacking. So, I have sent that to the team to escalate it. I’ve asked for an escalation at the payer level and they kind of just kind of basically told me that they didn’t have such a thing which I know is not the case. So I’m pushing back on them because it’s been in progress for quite some time. So we should be nearing completion. At this point. I do know when you’re obviously updating contracts to add back in services, that takes a little bit of time. So, I would hope that we would be seeing a contract at some point to modify the existing contract to add behavioral health services in. So I have it on my list to follow up with them again today because it’s been a week now, so.
Lynn Kiter (01:32) Okay. And then kind of related, did trying to look to determine… they had indicated that the medical came out of like they’re no longer credentialed?
Dreama Hembree (01:50) The location, right? Yes. Yeah, the location wasn’t active on your medical contracts. So, the ask was to reinstate that location and then secondly add in the behavioral health services. Okay?
Lynn Kiter (02:13) Yeah, reactivate. Okay. I find where they updated a note medallion, or you, or whomever, okay? Perfect. And.
Dreama Hembree (02:27) then I’ve had just been keeping my eye on Sadler’s, location updates for Melina and blue cross and pushing them to kind of check those. So I feel like we’re getting to the end of where those would be, you know, completed. And then those locations showing up on her file. So I haven’t, lost sight of those. I’m watching those.
Lynn Kiter (02:49) Pretty close. We ended up. I ended up reaching out to our FQ contact at Melina and they did verify that the provider is enrolled, yeah.
Dreama Hembree (03:00) She’s linked.
Lynn Kiter (03:00) Credential, but it lacked one location, her primary location, yeah.
Dreama Hembree (03:05) And I don’t want, I wouldn’t want to suggest that you go ahead and start, you know, billing for, that location, right? For risk of the claim denying, but she is linked to the tin and she is active with the group. Yeah. What else do you have for me?
Lynn Kiter (03:26) Yeah. I put in an inquiry on her, hap too. That one, I mean, separately… like to a FQ contact that we have trying to get an update for Sadler. Just, yeah, I mean, her enrollments date back to November and it’s really impacting her ability to see patients. So.
Dreama Hembree (03:52) Which one was that one? What payer was that for? What payer was that for hap? Hap? Oh, okay. Okay. I’ll check on that one as well because I had blue cross and Molina on my radar.
Lynn Kiter (04:04) Yeah, the blue cross came out of that one got approved, but I attached today, I’ll just let you know what I did here.
Lynn Kiter (04:25) You’re clicking on it… in the wrong location, it would be why I’m not here, my care.
Lynn Kiter (04:37) The wf, I got to get the right initials here, never got updated on her signature form.
Lynn Kiter (04:58) And I attached a copy of what it should look like. The wf fiveeighty form. So, I put in a new request today, to please have the document that I uploaded sent. I don’t know if you recall like early on when you began attending meetings with Colette, we had lifted up that the wf fiveeighty form didn’t have the lines of business checked on it. And I don’t find where whenever went to blue cross blue shield… with them checked. And I know that we can get a retroactive date. So I’ve uploaded that and I wanted to mention that I.
Dreama Hembree (05:47) Got it right here. Okay. Got that one on the list. I will flag that to the team as soon as we’re done here.
Lynn Kiter (05:54) Okay. I did a provider demographic update to be able to upload it.
Dreama Hembree (06:00) Okay. I don’t… know that we’ll need that. I’m going to leave it as is, but I’m going to go to the team and I’ll link that and I’ll just say, you know, we need to get this, make sure that this one is submitted, but it shouldn’t be treated as a brand new request is what I mean. So.
Lynn Kiter (06:20) Okay. Anyway, other than that, just, you know, keeping our eye out for any update. Yeah.
Dreama Hembree (06:33) I know that we have quite a few things pending for you. So as soon as Colette comes back, I will get with her and we will get you something updated at the first of the week on statuses.
Dreama Hembree (06:44) Okay. You are aware of the help email address changing? Correct, the support email, correct? Okay. I wanted to make sure that was on your radar, yep.
Lynn Kiter (06:52) Thank you.
Dreama Hembree (06:54) Any questions on that or any other issues that we didn’t touch on?
Lynn Kiter (07:01) MMM. No… I mean, I think we have a few that other than what I emailed today that are hanging out there, but we can wait for Colette to return.
Dreama Hembree (07:14) Yeah, absolutely. And then I will get in touch with humana this afternoon to see if there’s any updates on that traverse location, and if I am successful, I will send you an email on that one.
Lynn Kiter (07:27) Okay. Well, thank you. I appreciate it.
Dreama Hembree (07:31) Apologies again for the mistake with the meeting, but I think we have it handled going forward. So, and we’ll be in touch at the first of the week with the rest of the updates.
Lynn Kiter (07:42) Okay. Then all.
Dreama Hembree (07:43) Right. Thank you. Have a great day. Thank you.
Lynn Kiter (07:45) You too. Bye.
