David Ezeobinwa (00:01) hey, hello, am I speaking to Stacy?

Stacy Parker (00:03) Yes, you are.

David Ezeobinwa (00:04) Hey, Stacy. This is David calling from medallion. How are you doing today?

Stacy Parker (00:08) I’m good. How are you?

David Ezeobinwa (00:09) I’m doing pretty good. Thanks for asking. I know I’m hitting you in the morning. I just wanted to follow up on the message I sent you about a week ago. I don’t know if medallion’s ringing a bell at all?

Stacy Parker (00:19) It’s not.

David Ezeobinwa (00:21) Okay. No worries. I figured I’d probably get a ton of emails, but I did want to see if that came through your inbox. But essentially, I was reaching out because I was looking at legacy health services. And typically, I saw that you guys are expanding kind of into the western region. And here in medallion, we kind of see that when organizations expand that there can be some issues when it comes to onboarding providers and just getting them billable efficiently enough typically leading to, you know, some issues with accelerating revenue, you know, claims, denials. So I just kind of wanted to open the door to what we’re doing here at medallion. We’re using AI and automation to simplify that process overall, leading to faster turnaround times and just overall reduction in time to revenue. So, I kind of just wanted to see how that’s looking for the organization now. And if you’re seeing any issues pertaining to those things and see if you’d be open to meeting and kind of discussing further how that could look with medallion.

Stacy Parker (01:13) Actually, I am exiting legacy and tomorrow is my last day here. So I am definitely not the person to reach out to for.

David Ezeobinwa (01:19) Wow.

Stacy Parker (01:25) Things for legacy. So you might.

David Ezeobinwa (01:25) Yeah.

Stacy Parker (01:28) Look up our new coo, Julie, excuse me. She’d probably be the one to reach out to.

David Ezeobinwa (01:36) Okay. Julie, what’s her last name?

Stacy Parker (01:39) Cecil.

David Ezeobinwa (01:41) Cecil. Okay. I can, yeah, I’ll reach out to Julie. Yeah, I guess I got you on the way out. So no worries there, but yeah, no worries. Best of luck in your next opportunity. I appreciate the time though today. I hope you have a good rest of your day.

Stacy Parker (01:46) Yeah, that’s all right.

Stacy Parker (01:54) Thanks, you too.

David Ezeobinwa (01:56) All right. You take care.

Stacy Parker (01:57) All right. Bye bye.
