Nikki (00:00) hi, Kyle.
Kyle Rice (00:01) Hey, Nikki. How are you today?
Nikki (00:03) I’m good. How are you?
Kyle Rice (00:04) Doing well. How’s the week going for you?
Nikki (00:06) It’s alright. I had my wisdom teeth killed, so.
Kyle Rice (00:09) Oh, no, I’m sorry to hear that. How are you feeling? I’m okay. Oh, good. Well, awesome. I had a little bit of an agenda for us this afternoon. I just wanted to check and see if.
Nikki (00:21) I know Laura’s coming. We were just on a call.
Kyle Rice (00:24) Okay, cool. Give her a minute or two here to hop in.
Nikki (01:19) How’s everything over at medallion going?
Kyle Rice (01:22) It’s going good. It’s going good. Yeah, we’re just very busy as usual, you know, and just kicking off QT here a little bit.
Kyle Rice (01:33) What’s new in the strive world this week? Anything exciting?
Nikki (01:37) No, nope. Nope. Oh, ally silver is leaving. So, I know she’s not going to admin. Our account. Do I need to remove her or?
Kyle Rice (01:46) That’s no worries. I can take care of that. I’ll pull her off, the platform and any notifications?
Nikki (01:50) Perfect. Her last day is tomorrow, no?
Kyle Rice (01:55) Worries, I will pull her off. Is there anyone that else needs updating, on the admin side at all?
Nikki (02:03) Let me see who’s in real quick.
Nikki (02:21) It should be Laura and me should be really the only admins.
Kyle Rice (02:26) Okay. Should I pull?
Nikki (02:29) Nikki parks and Ayana, they should still have access, but they’re not admins. Okay?
Kyle Rice (02:35) Yeah. Alright. So, I’ll pull also. I’ll remove Nikki parks?
Nikki (02:42) She’ll still have access, right? But she just won’t be an admin.
Kyle Rice (02:46) She’ll still have access. Yeah, she just won’t be receiving notifications if that’s okay with you?
Nikki (02:50) Yeah, that’s perfect.
Kyle Rice (02:52) And then, do you want me to pull Ayana off there? Or should I?
Nikki (02:54) Leave her on that? Yeah, it should just be, I should I need to add? Laura, I just noticed she’s not an admin. Okay?
Kyle Rice (03:00) Nikki and Ayana, and then add Laura?
Kyle Rice (03:07) perfect. No worries. I can get that done for you.
Nikki (03:09) Perfect. Thank you. Yeah, no worries.
Kyle Rice (03:16) Should we be sending? It looks like I have a special request in there to send any renewal escalations to Ayana should that still be accurate? Yep. Okay. All right. So, I’ll just pull them off as the admin contact names then. Perfect.
Kyle Rice (03:41) Should we give Laura another minute here? Or do you want to jump into?
Nikki (03:43) It, I guess I’m with the slacker now. Okay, cool.
Nikki (04:21) I’ll say, let’s get started if she’s not on in another minute.
Kyle Rice (04:25) Okay. No worries. Let’s give her another minute here.
Kyle Rice (05:06) All righty. Awesome. Want to dive into it?
Nikki (05:09) Yeah, we can go ahead. We can start it. Okay, cool. I’ll.
Kyle Rice (05:12) keep an eye out and see if Laura pops in too, and I will let her in the room. Nikki. Just wanted to check in on any licensing priorities to see if there’s any new licenses coming down the line. I just wanted to make sure that we are processing any priorities in tandem with strive health. So just wanted to check in there.
Nikki (05:31) Let me see what’s been requested recently on the second.
Nikki (06:11) I won’t see any priority ones but I will make sure to take a look. I don’t see anything that’s like high priority.
Kyle Rice (06:26) Yeah. If you happen to see anything, just let me know and I’m happy to move anything in the process to make sure we’re processing those in tandem with you guys. Just let me know there and get those updated. Cool. And then I saw some new requests when I was in your guys’ account today, for Amanda campbell, Korea, bell, mcpeak, Catherine goodsey. Michelle williams and Shauna Lee williams. I’d assess her intake team to move those into process… okay?
Kyle Rice (06:55) To get started. And then I just wanted to flag. We had a couple requests where the profile was not yet at a workable threshold. Typically, we need the best practice, the agreement section to be signed. And then just the provider’s profile to be about 85 percent. So I just wanted to flag a couple outstanding items for you, a couple outstanding providers. And I’ll summarize these as well in a follow up email just so you guys are tracking.
Nikki (07:17) Yeah, we can send that. But yeah, we send out the chat, the task list and the needs client attention, report weekly on Mondays to all the leads so that they can have, they know what to do, but I’ll flag these directly to the providers and their managers.
Kyle Rice (07:36) Okay, perfect. Do you want me to run through these or do you just want me to follow up with an email with these? You can?
Nikki (07:43) Just follow up with an email? Yeah, because I’m probably aware of them.
Kyle Rice (07:47) Okay. No problem. And then just a quick update on April renewals. It looks like we just had one in process for April, for Kimberly Ryan, for her lcsw in Michigan. We had her information needed from provider just for her CE attestation. She did let us know as of March the third that she is working on the CE, but I just wanted to flag that as upcoming.
Nikki (08:07) Yeah, we reached out to her this week about that cool.
Kyle Rice (08:11) Awesome.
Kyle Rice (08:11) And that’s all the items I had for you guys today. Was there anything you guys wanted to talk about or go over?
Nikki (08:16) I know Laura had a few things. Okay? Just hopefully she joins, I slapped her, but let me see. She did. She’s joining now you guys still on?
Kyle Rice (08:35) Don’t see her as of yet, but we’ll keep an eye out for her. Oh, here she comes. Okay. I’m gonna let her in.
Kyle Rice (08:54) Hello? Sorry, I’m so late. No worries. Hey, Laura. How are you? Hi?
Nikki (08:57) I’m good, Kyle. How are you? We’re?
Kyle Rice (08:59) Doing good over here, busy, but we’re getting there. Yeah, busy’s both a good and a bad thing keeps the days moving by, but also keeping, you know, heads down and, you know, business as usual.
Kyle Rice (09:08) I hear you. We are certainly here to keep you guys busy. Absolutely, we’re here for it. We’re here for it. I just ran through with Nikki a little bit, a couple updates, just rechecking on priorities, and then I just let her know we moved some licenses in the process for new requests. And then we have a couple requests that are not at a workable threshold yet, and I know Nikki said that you guys are flagging these on a weekly basis just to pick up any of their license requests. And I will summarize this for you guys in a follow up email as well.
Laura Chandhok (09:38) Oh, great.
Kyle Rice (09:39) And then Nikki said you had a few items for me for today as well?
Laura Chandhok (09:46) Well, let’s see a few quick ones. So the team setup we’ve got, I think I’ve got about half of them set up so far. And for… our nurse practitioner leader as we call them senior manager, nurse practitioners or smmps. So so far really positive feedback around that. I would say they’re excited to have access to… that we have. So today, Kyle, like Nikki has Ayanna her, you know, licensing specialist send weekly… updates of open tasks and like pending provider status out to make sure that the leaders are aware. I guess for the smmps, like is there a way that if we wanted to try to replace that, like they could set up their own reporting to kind of, I mean they’re going to be, you know, looking at their people, you know, just periodically too. But what kind of reporting would you suggest that they do to make sure they’re aware of what’s going on with the people who report to them?
Kyle Rice (10:52) Yeah. So for their teams viewer, they should be able to hijack any outstanding licenses and view any of their outstanding tasks, and then generate some reporting for that. Also in the team process report builder, there’s some functionality in there where they can pull their license requests in to view any outstanding tasks. This will also pull in the current status of any licenses as well. So I would definitely recommend that they’re also able to, I know you just said that I believe it’s Allie sends them out on a weekly basis. So she can also save these reports to generate on a weekly or whatever cadence at your discretion to kind of help facilitate updates and make sure you guys are tracking any processes and any outstanding tasks as well?
Laura Chandhok (11:43) Okay. For seeing who has open tasks, what’s the fastest… way of them seeing that for their team? I’m.
Kyle Rice (11:55) just going to hijack real quick as one of the providers. Excuse me, one of the managers, so you guys can see that. Give me one second here. This is going to emulate their exact view.
Kyle Rice (12:14) So if they go to overview, it’s going to list all the outstanding tasks for their providers in here. They’re also able to generate a report on this as well and export this. So this should help them with any follow up or any outstanding. It looks like Chris does not have any outstanding or open tasks as of right now except for looks like an enrollment. They can also go to the licenses section here and they can review any applicable requests for any team members in their specific team. Just give me a second here while it loads. And then if you filter, I would recommend filtering it by the request status. So you can see requested medallion processing. Anything that needs client attention is probably super important because that’s going to highlight any tasking on there. And then anything that’s board processing. And this will pull into view all the open items that we’re currently working for you as well. So it looks like we are processing about five currently for you guys. So this will show any pending tasking in here. It looks like they’re clean right now for these subset of providers. And then this is also exportable as well in this upper right hand corner to help follow up and facilitate any necessary team actions required from their specific team.
Laura Chandhok (13:45) It’s helpful.
Laura Chandhok (13:56) Okay, great. So that’s been that’ll be good. We’ll finish going outside for the other leaders.
Laura Chandhok (14:09) Nikki and I have also been working through to, you know, we want to try to get things more cleaned up so that the requests that we have open are, you know, ones that are still needed? So I think a lot of the reporting that they’ve been doing is helping us identify things that can be, you know, cleared out… I guess. And it’s something I talked about with Mira too in our kind of Q a review. From your perspective, like I don’t know, can you kind of give us an overall view of like how you would approach continued cleanup of the, you know, just like older requests that are in tasks that are still open and, you know, kind of how we might, you know, get toward a more like active and, you know, current view of the real things that are in process. Yeah.
Kyle Rice (15:01) Mira did flag that to me. I do have that on my to do list to work through for you guys like, I know there’s like some tasking from that was either moved to inactive, that’s still kind of open. So I can kind of help clean up on the back end there, some of those outstanding tasks which would give you guys a cleaner view. I would just, I would definitely recommend focusing on anything that is in task over 21 days just indicating the provider has gone stagnant in responding to us. It looks like we are, maybe have, let me just take a look here.
Kyle Rice (15:42) Looks like we have about 11 tasks that are, that have been outstanding. I think the oldest dating back to December 20 fifth, 20 25. I almost said 2015 there dated us back about 10 years. Just focus on those just to make sure that they’re those applications aren’t timing out. And then you guys also have visibility in the licenses section as well. If you filter it by here, let me share my screen too. Okay? If you filter this by new licenses… you guys also have visibility into the application expiration date. So you can filter it by upcoming 30 days out to a year, anything previous, just to make sure that applications don’t time out the board because we know that tends to be a large turnaround with having to re, complete the application. So you can filter it by anything upcoming. I’m just going to fill, throw a filter on through may through June. That will kind of help give you guys visibility into anything outstanding, anything approaching application expiration, and avoid helping to having to, you know, reapply to the state boards as well. It looks like there is just about, you know, just filtering based on this review, just one application kind of approaching that window. So that might be helpful. And then I would like I said, I’d approach, the task, you know, task over 21 days. And then by the, probably by the oldest task, there are a couple states that do have some expedited timelines for application. I think like I want to say… Maryland is one offhand where they have a pretty quick application expiration timeframe of about 90 days. And I’m happy to flag anything additional with that’s. Has a quick turnaround with that timeframe too.
Laura Chandhok (17:28) Okay. You were, you were just filtering on like app, the app expiration?
Kyle Rice (17:31) Yeah. So if you filter over, you can filter it by application expiration. Yeah. Okay. So, I’m just pulling the filter down just to today. I’ll leave it at six 30. Yeah, it only looks like there’s one kind of approaching that for Annabelle Garcia. So yeah, if you got, I would just definitely focus on that. And then I will help, you know, clean up some of these age tasks that no longer have a request on the back end here and that should you guys should see, some cleanup there?
Laura Chandhok (17:59) Okay. Okay. And then I should… okay, we’re also, we’re working on making… sure that like we have kind of more consistency around our approach of which licensing tasks medallion is supporting. And like verifying that the licenses or renewals are actually needed prior to having the request opened. So what we, may, we’re trying to go back, kind of go back through and do cleanup on like any licenses that are set to auto renew with medallion support. Because what we’re hearing from some of our nurses and MPS is like, especially if they only have one or two states that’s pretty manageable for them to do on their own and it may be like faster for them to just kind of do it on their own timing and like easier that way. I think, you know, you’re probably aware of some of the ones we’ve emailed about recently where like we had a task open and we found out they had completed it on their own anyway. And we already started medallion. So we’re trying to get ahead of that. I think probably, the general default will be new licenses, medallion support renewals providers do on their own. Is how we’re going. So, I guess I’m trying to think about like, what do we have upcoming? That? Is that medallion will be working? And how do we make sure that, you know, we’re.
Kyle Rice (19:23) yeah.
Laura Chandhok (19:24) In.
Kyle Rice (19:25) terms of renewals coming up?
Laura Chandhok (19:26) Yeah. So.
Kyle Rice (19:27) If you go to the existing licenses up there, huh, next to the request, click on that.
Kyle Rice (19:33) And… then if we scroll to the right… it says renewal information. It should be a filter on there that says, renewal, requested, renewal, period, open and renewal soon. If you filter by those, it looks like we do have auto renewal, it looks like it’s a mixed bag right now. Let me see.
Laura Chandhok (19:56) Yeah, looks.
Kyle Rice (19:57) Like it’s kind of a mixed bag, but that’s going to give you visibility into any renewals that medallion is processing. And then on that right next to that renewal information tab, it says has auto renewal, you can also filter that by yes or no and then you guys are also able to enable or disable that feature. And what that will do is that will, if any practitioners want to renew their licenses on their own for anything upcoming, we can do some cleanup there to disable that. And then if we need to enable for any new licenses in terms of renewal, we’ll be able to pick up that request as soon as the board points out and the portal opens that renewal period. So you’ll see like in the blue there renewal periods opens. That means that’s a workable status for us. Anything in green means the renewal is requested. So, if you guys need any additional cleanup there, just let me know. Happy to cancel those or assist any way we can to, you know, with the cleanup that you guys are doing on your side of the house?
Laura Chandhok (20:56) Okay, great. So if… the auto renew means medallion will automatically support the renewal, right?
Kyle Rice (21:09) Correct. Yes. Okay.
Laura Chandhok (21:10) Okay. Yeah, that’s not too many people. I only see 10, right? That we’d need to double check that for.
Kyle Rice (21:21) Pull the filter off the renewal information there. Okay? And then just enable the, has auto renewal. I think I’m showing about 100.
Laura Chandhok (21:32) The bigger list. Okay. Yeah.
Kyle Rice (21:34) I think I’m showing about 179 with auto renewal. Okay. So.
Laura Chandhok (21:38) 10 are coming up soon, 179 overall. Okay?
Kyle Rice (21:44) Okay.
Laura Chandhok (21:45) That makes sense. Okay. Yeah, Nikki, what do you think? I’m trying to think if we should allow auto renewal to stay on at this point?
Laura Chandhok (22:01) For any of like for any of the nurse roles?
Nikki (22:05) On, for the ones that they’ve confirmed that we had in our calls already.
Laura Chandhok (22:09) Yeah, we’ve pulled them off already.
Nikki (22:14) For the most part, some of them still.
Laura Chandhok (22:15) Work. Yeah. Is it who’s selecting auto renewal, the providers or?
Nikki (22:22) No, they ask us to do it. We,
Laura Chandhok (22:24) do it. Okay. Great. Okay. As long as they’re not doing it and.
Kyle Rice (22:28) Then Laura, let me show you another way if you want to disable it by, if you go to the providers tab underneath the overview, and if you scroll all the way to the right?
Kyle Rice (22:41) You can disable that by provider as well. So if there’s a specific RN, RD or NP that wants to not do that in entirety, if they want to do it on their own, you can kind of pick and choose by provider as well. If that, if that’s easier.
Laura Chandhok (22:58) Oh, okay. So right now, we don’t have anyone set to. It looks like that. It would default. So I didn’t see any.
Kyle Rice (23:08) Let me just double check. Yeah, I’m not seeing any. It looks like these were all toggled on by specific license.
Laura Chandhok (23:15) I see. Okay. Great. Okay. That sounds good. Great. And then I think… I talked to Mira some too about wanting to start kind of piloting medallion support for some of your like broader functionality as we think about, you know, our readiness to bring on probably an increased volume of new clinicians in the middle and back of the year. So, I think especially like the initial onboarding, primary source verification like, that packet creation and workflow, we’re interested in seeing how that works. And if that simplifies things for our team, if it gets people, you know, to committee faster and credentialed with strive faster. So that’s probably the most important one. The other one we’re interested in potentially testing too is the payer enrollment and seeing if there are any of the payer enrollments that might make sense to switch to medallion just to like start to, you know, create a bit more capacity for our team and prepare again for that growth. So, I think in the like extension that we just signed, I didn’t actually, I don’t think it ended up including those exact numbers. So I was going to get back in touch with Mira about getting the pricing for that, but just wanted to give you a heads up that was on our website on our list to kind of pilot, yeah.
Kyle Rice (24:40) Awesome. That sounds great and super exciting. Just a couple things I wanted to note to kind of help with like if you guys are, it sounds like you guys are onboarding probably a significant number of providers towards end of the year. We can definitely, if the, maybe a question you guys might want to ask in screening or HR recruiting or onboarding, ask if they have a previous medallion profile. We can, what we can do is we can export all their, all of their documents, all their data over to a new profile to assist with completion with profile completion. The only thing we would just need them to complete is just an updated agreements section. And anything that doesn’t migrate over some of the different organizations, have different settings in terms of what is required and what is not. We can also help import some of these provider profiles as you guys know, with caqh, a resume scan. If it’s a physician, we can also do a like an fsmb import as well for all their information, to help facilitate and complete profile completion a little bit faster than, you know, them going in and manually completing each, you know, section because, you know, that’s rather time consuming.
Laura Chandhok (25:44) Okay. Does the caqh step happen today when we get their information or?
Kyle Rice (25:50) If the provider has a caqh, it’s definitely an option. Let me just take a look… like Amanda milliken. It’s an option only if they input their social, a lot of people don’t have their social yet.
Kyle Rice (26:06) Just using one of these providers as an example. Amanda milliken does look like we did import. She did import her provider information via caqh here. So it is definitely an option, you can also do a resume scan as well, which will pull a lot of the information. And if it’s like an RN and they don’t have a caqh profile?
Laura Chandhok (26:28) Okay. So.
Kyle Rice (26:31) It’s definitely an option. It’s just how the clinician wants to proceed with that data input on initial onboarding.
Laura Chandhok (26:39) Cool. That sounds good. Yeah. I mean we’re trying to, you know, have as much kind of… early notice of providers as we can and, you know, see all that we can get started before they actually start with. Strive. I think these calls seem to be really helpful to kind of look at like our higher, you know, prior like our licensing requests that are more critical for enabling patient, you know, patient readiness in certain areas where we’re more restricted and that’ll probably continue to be important too just for us to like stay connected with you and the team and make sure that any of those higher priority requests are being moved through as quickly as possible. Yeah.
Kyle Rice (27:21) Absolutely. If you guys happen to have any change in priorities for new states, new provider types, or if you’re you know, going live in a new state, feel free to let me know. And I can definitely mark those as a priority. And do I can help expedite from my side of the house?
Laura Chandhok (27:34) That sounds good. Is this a section that we use at all? I was just like, I don’t even know. I think we have some older notes here. Maybe, do we want to use this section or just use your, I think the track like the document you were sharing of kind of like a running notes list? Great, too.
Kyle Rice (27:52) Yeah. This is, this is just our internal section. So this gives, you know, our, any special, you know, client priorities. It does seem a little bit outdated. So if there’s any like client priorities or special requests that you guys are, let me know. I can, I update this internally on some of our software. So if you guys have any questions or any changes or special requests, just let me know Nikki already, let me know to pull a couple of admins off here and update you on here as well. Yeah. So if there are any changes needed here, just feel free to flag to me and I can get you guys get you guys updated there.
Laura Chandhok (28:27) Yeah. I mean, I’m sure our priorities will probably change like, you know, every week to week of who maybe not that quite that often but like more often. So I think it makes sense to just sort of like have our information accurate here. And then I’m fine with more of like a running document that we share on.
Laura Chandhok (28:45) Absolutely. Yeah. Okay, great. All right. Well, I appreciate the time and thank you for all that you’re doing for us. Appreciate it.
Kyle Rice (28:53) Yeah, no worries. Hope you guys have a great rest of your day and almost Friday. So hang in there for a little bit and if there’s anything else I can help you all out with, just feel free to send it my way and I will get you taken care of here. Thank you so much. Have a good rest of your day. Thank you all. Take care. Bye.
Laura Chandhok (29:07) Guys.
Kyle Rice (29:07) Bye.
