Larissa Brefka (00:00) hi, hey.

Kyle Rice (00:03) Luisa, how are you doing today?

Larissa Brefka (00:06) Hi, I’m doing good. How are you?

Kyle Rice (00:08) I’m good. How’s the week going for you?

Larissa Brefka (00:11) It’s going good. Oh, I have very good news. I was going to tell you because I know you lived in Frederick. Have you heard of that charter school? The monocacy montessori one?

Kyle Rice (00:23) I don’t think so. Do you remember? No, you haven’t no, I know the monocacy area pretty well. I lived in urbana for a long time, so that sounds familiar though.

Larissa Brefka (00:31) So, it seems like it’s the fifth better school of the state, but it’s a charter, so it’s a lottery, Emma. Got it.

Kyle Rice (00:39) Oh, nice. Congratulations.

Larissa Brefka (00:42) Thank you. I was so excited because now I don’t have to worry about school for a while.

Kyle Rice (00:48) That’s awesome. Congratulations.

Larissa Brefka (00:50) Yeah. So, I mean, she was going to go to tuscarora over here, but we do have a plan to move, you know, in the future somewhere else. So we’re kind of like, okay. Do we have to hurry to move right now? Because I don’t want her to like be jumping schools and it’s not like it’s a better, the best time to buy another house at the moment, you know? So I was a little stressed. So now she’s going to be on the charter school.

Kyle Rice (01:17) That’s awesome. Yeah, they go to high.

Larissa Brefka (01:21) School. Do they really? That’s great, don’t have to worry, maybe, you know, have the chance to, because it’s in north Frederick. Yeah… it’s a Tj drive one Thomas.

Kyle Rice (01:35) Johnson drive, yes.

Larissa Brefka (01:37) So, it’s like, I don’t know it’s like it’s.

Kyle Rice (01:42) like it’s like.

Larissa Brefka (01:42) It’s like it’s like, but there is traffic on that direction, you know, like, yeah.

Kyle Rice (01:47) Is there a bus at all?

Larissa Brefka (01:49) No, that’s the biggest problem with charter schools there’s. No bus at all.

Kyle Rice (01:56) Yeah. So, there’s something with the logistics. I.

Larissa Brefka (01:59) think with time we maybe connect to someone that could do carpool with us that’s like the main goal.

Kyle Rice (02:05) Definitely, definitely. I know as you guys get into the routine too, you kind of figure out the traffic pattern and, you know, the right time to leave and, you know, get all that squared away, for M, that’s super exciting for M, happy for you guys.

Larissa Brefka (02:16) Yeah. And then, I mean, in the future, there’s always a possibility of like buying in walkersville, you know, like if it’s just a lot closer.

Kyle Rice (02:25) I know walkersville’s got a great, what is it? Wegmans?

Larissa Brefka (02:29) Yes, yes, that would be a lot closer to her school like 10 minutes to less depending where in walkersville, we would go, yeah.

Kyle Rice (02:38) I remember when I was leaving Frederick, walkersville was expanding like crazy and I haven’t been down to Frederick in probably maybe 10 years or so. No, maybe about eight years, seven years maybe. So, it’s been a minute. Yeah.

Larissa Brefka (02:55) I was very excited. You know, it’s Frederick used to be a cheaper place to live. Maybe it was when I moved from GC here, but it’s definitely not anymore. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (03:08) Exactly exactly. I know, it’s a good time for that. It sounds like it’s great timing for the montessori school that’s super exciting news for y’all, oh, yeah, I’m.

Larissa Brefka (03:16) excited. I’m a little worried because I’m not sure how it’s montessori like on real life like elementary up elementary, because I know it’s perfect for toddlers, but see how she’s gonna learn how to read and math and stuff like that, but I mean, I guess it’s the fifth school in the state. So it gotta be good. So, I’m hopeful high expectations and there were only six spots. Oh, really? So it’s not just.

Kyle Rice (03:43) Yeah.

Larissa Brefka (03:44) For the whole Frederick county. So.

Kyle Rice (03:48) That’s really lucky. You should go buy a lottery ticket.

Larissa Brefka (03:50) I know that’s what everybody says I was like, what?

Kyle Rice (03:54) That’s super exciting though. Yeah. Hey, Lorraine, how are you? What?

Lorraine (03:58) Am I, why am I not showing what’s going on there? You are. Bye… where am I? Oh, there I am, where’s my background?

Kyle Rice (04:13) It disappeared for you? I.

Lorraine (04:15) Guess. So, I put a couple of things on the sheet, I.

Kyle Rice (04:22) Saw, I saw the Rebecca holden one. I’m gonna take a look.

Lorraine (04:27) At that. What’s that? I don’t know what happened with it. I,

Kyle Rice (04:33) saw the, I just, I pulled the audit trail. It looks like the, when it got issued, the, it did not enable with auto. None of them?

Lorraine (04:39) Are doing it. Kyle, none of the new licenses that are issued are being auto put to renewal. None of them. Interesting. That’s a problem… because if we don’t see it, if we don’t catch it when we get that new license, not… good. I just did one for who was I looking at? I think it was mcgold her New York issue, whatever it didn’t go. They’re not, they’re not showing for the new licenses. If we got the license, it’s got to show auto renewal.

Kyle Rice (05:13) Yeah. In.

Lorraine (05:15) All, when they’re brand new providers as auto renewal because there’s licenses that we don’t renew. But if it’s a license we’ve ordered, that should be showing as auto renew.

Kyle Rice (05:25) Yeah, because I know we have it enabled across the board for all providers. Let me ask our tech team if they can take a look at that to see if there’s any bug associated with that because I feel like they should automatically be picked up with those since we have it enabled across the org. Hang on. Let me check a setting real quick just to make sure that’s enabled.

Kyle Rice (05:45) How’s the weather for you guys?

Lorraine (05:48) Cold cold tsunami, but.

Larissa Brefka (05:52) It’s going to get better, right? I.

Kyle Rice (05:55) Think so.

Kyle Rice (06:01) I know spring’s been kind of weird. It’s been up and down a little bit temperature wise?

Lorraine (06:15) Please update ghoul, Texas. Not renewing. Okay? I’m in the process of moving off all of his supervision, all.

Kyle Rice (06:24) Right. I canceled off his licensure yesterday for everything initial.

Lorraine (06:28) Going on. Was that Vermont? He had that I got to get my coffee. I left it in the kitchen. All he had gone was that Vermont, and the renewal to Texas and something else. All… the other schools.

Kyle Rice (06:49) I did. Yeah, I canceled all the rest of the renewals for him and.

Lorraine (06:53) Any of the payer stuff that we had for him?

Lorraine (07:00) I think he was on hold anyways. And the two X that were sitting there. So, so this is, are you taping this? I’m not gonna do it. I.

Kyle Rice (07:11) Am, yeah, I could turn it off my.

Lorraine (07:12) Husband’s like a funny man. He’s like, okay, you have to be able to protect yourself when I’m gone, what… do you mean? What?

Larissa Brefka (07:23) Is that?

Lorraine (07:24) Missed it? I,

Larissa Brefka (07:26) saw it. Yeah. Look at Kaya typing, but where is he going? He?

Lorraine (07:32) Had to go to his mother’s house. He left alone. He thinks we’re living in the wild west. He’s been watching two wild west too many wild west movies. You.

Kyle Rice (07:41) Never know, Lauren. It’s crazy times out there, I.

Lorraine (07:43) understand. But I understand this is crazy times. This is my glock 19, but that’s awesome.

Kyle Rice (07:52) Okay.

Lorraine (07:54) All right. So, there was that.

Kyle Rice (07:57) Okay. We talked. We just talked holden, we just talked dr Goel, Texas, which I will cancel. I moved all his payers to an active as well.

Lorraine (08:05) Okay. Carmen.

Kyle Rice (08:06) Mejia. I did enter the Texas RN, multi state license for her. So that’s in process and, for Virginia autonomous practice, yes, we can support the application list.

Lorraine (08:20) Of providers, it looks like I have some space because Brian has six slots. Larissa, Brian has six, so.

Larissa Brefka (08:31) The.

Lorraine (08:33) couple ones that we have there. We have four that are under Gould. We can move them. Lauren mcgold is already independent. I already moved her in Salesforce, and, I took care of medallion. I put it in active, so,

Larissa Brefka (08:52) the.

Lorraine (08:52) four, the four, that are under ghoul, we need to move them to Brian, perfect.

Kyle Rice (08:58) And it looks like Lorraine, Laura said that the Virginia is quoting about six weeks or 30 business days for the application processing for autonomous registration. Okay?

Lorraine (09:08) Good. Okay. Cool.

Larissa Brefka (09:11) And.

Kyle Rice (09:11) then just wanted to check in on the credentialing portion. I know we talked a little bit earlier this week. They answered.

Lorraine (09:17) Hold on. They answered about that. Hold on. The conversation was between Tracy, and Darlene hospital. Hi, Darlene. No, I am not aware of a uric standard requiring hospital affiliations. However, I do recall that health plans require the providers of my previous employment to maintain a hospital affiliation, in case the provider found something during a health assessment that warranted having the member admitted to a hospital. We have no local hospitals for them to do that with his. We do not adding Lorraine to comment on hospital affiliations. I think we need to check your extenders again to confirm. Let me see what she says. Thanks for responding. She just responded after Lorraine chatted, there is a requirement after Lorraine and I chatted about whether there was a requirement for hospital privileges as part of credentialing medallions production. I advised her, I would reach out to Christina to learn about twin twins. Need to learn of a provider’s hospital privileges here’s. A summary of the actions. Yorick has no reference to hospital privileges being required during a credentialing element. We… don’t have any hospitals?

Kyle Rice (10:54) So, that should be a no then that?

Lorraine (10:56) Would be a, no. We… didn’t we do not have any hospital privileges.

Lorraine (11:07) Okay, perfect. No, there is no credentialing standard for it. We do not have hospital affiliations, nor do we require them of our providers if a health plan in the future requires, it might be something, but we can’t hold up all of this, yeah.

Kyle Rice (11:24) We can always make the change quickly if we need to. But I will let the credentialing team proceed as a no for that just moving forward so that’s perfect. I think that was the last item we needed and then I will ask the team to get the rest of, those files to be finalized. And then I chatted with Molly this morning. I know you guys had mentioned caqh pricing. I just wanted to check in on that with y’all, well.

Lorraine (11:44) The thing is that, that’s kind of taken a bomb because now that we are no longer going to be doing emblem health, which was one of the clients that required us to keep that caqh for the stuff that they were doing. I think it’s on hold for right now. So, Molly, for just right now, it’s on hold. It might be something they do again right now, what I do need is to have the medicaid and medicare applications updated to the California address, so that we can apply for California medicaid and California medicare. Let’s start there where they do have an office, right? And then we can expand from there.

Kyle Rice (12:26) Okay, perfect. Awesome.

Lorraine (12:29) Which they are moving our mpi to that California. So it should alleviate some of the issues that we had before.

Kyle Rice (12:42) Okay, perfect. If.

Lorraine (12:43) we can get those applications going. I would like to be able to pass that off to the new person with the explanation. She’s got some medicaid, medicare experience. So she’ll know a little bit about that.

Kyle Rice (12:58) Okay, perfect. And then I know we talked this. I think this might have been like a week or so ago, the address was updated in our system. I just want to confirm if you guys had updated, put in the demographic updates for the group. And then all existing enrollments as well.

Lorraine (13:11) I thought I did, but let’s take a quick look and see. I’ve been putting it in for all of the… I thought I looked at the group and I didn’t see anything that needed for us to be done.

Kyle Rice (13:30) Okay. And then hang on. I just want to backtrack for a quick second. Should we be stopping the emblem health lines?

Lorraine (13:38) No, just it’s they’ve all been on hold for their own. Okay? Actually. So they’re supposed to be off boarding. I think in July. So don’t stop anything until then. I don’t think we have anything for care, community… care. We have two Monica and Lori Rutledge and I haven’t added anybody else good because they’re… doing their own little thing right now. So I don’t okay. And then blue cross blue shield, Michigan and California are both closed. Okay?

Kyle Rice (14:26) That sounds good.

Lorraine (14:27) For right now, Connecticut stopped. Also, they’re not doing anything. They’re off boarded. So we don’t have anything else going on, but this medicare. So what do you need me to create a new entry for medicaid medicare, California, or can that be switched?

Kyle Rice (14:53) Medicaid medicare?

Kyle Rice (15:00) I think we need a new entry for that, okay?

Lorraine (15:10) Okay. So let me, I have a, I think I have a legalsync meeting on, yes… legalsync meeting on Friday, and I will discuss it with them on Friday.

Kyle Rice (15:24) Okay, perfect. Do we want to jump into some renewal updates? Yes. Let’s do that? All right. I will send this spreadsheet to you guys too as well. Let me just show my screen over quick.

Lorraine (15:39) Question. Before you jump, you said you couldn’t open the email I sent you with the email addresses that need to be updated?

Kyle Rice (15:44) Yeah, it was corrupt. It was not, it was asking for. I don’t know if it was like corrupted or whatever on my end, but I tried two different applications. I tried word. I tried excel and I tried Google sheets and it wouldn’t allow it, do.

Lorraine (15:55) You have numbers that was a Google sheet. I.

Kyle Rice (15:58) Have numbers too. Yeah, I.

Lorraine (15:59) can send it in numbers?

Kyle Rice (16:02) Yeah. Send in numbers and see if that works. Let.

Lorraine (16:03) Me see if I can do it like that and send it and if not, I’ll put it in an excel and send it in an excel.

Kyle Rice (16:11) Okay. Yeah, that’ll work too. Okay?

Lorraine (16:13) I’ll get that off to you today. Okay? Our automation of that has kind of been shifted a little bit because the priorities shifted a little bit, but they’re looking for like, I think third quarter, so we have time to get it done, perfect.

Kyle Rice (16:30) That sounds good. I’ll take a look at that and we’ll get those women as soon as I get it. All right. So, it looks like we’re in pretty good shape. Everything that has not been highlighted in yellow and orange is just pending either provider action. Anything in yellow is requiring an intake. Everything else is either in process with the board or has been sent to the provider for review and approval. I just wanted to flag. I believe it was what 12 Ish applications here. So, for Brianna Cahill, for her DC, Minnesota and Massachusetts, we’re just pending an update to her agreements section. She just needs to sign the agreements, update data and add a station to the application for Elsa.

Lorraine (17:16) Go ahead. I’ll do this because I see across the board on a lot of providers, this is missing. Larissa send out a blast just to all providers, RN, to please check their medallion accounts. If their agreements have not, if they have not recently updated their agreements, they need to go ahead and do that.

Kyle Rice (17:40) Okay. Because.

Lorraine (17:42) I see that on a lot of them.

Kyle Rice (17:45) So I can do it for all of them. Okay. Yeah. And I’ll send this over to you, Larissa for the call as well. So you’re tracking Elsa Garcia, Alisa Garcia, for her Florida, what is this nurse practitioner license? It looks like we’re just pending her completion of the CE attestation and preliminary mandatory questionnaire for Elizabeth neighbors nurse practitioner in Florida. We’re just pending her CE attestation for Kai yarbrough, physician assistant in Arkansas. We’re just pending completion of a CE attestation, and then for Mary gamble we’re pending two, for her, two CE attestations for her, for, Florida, RN, and New Mexico, NP. And then for Molly Wilhelm, we’re, pending a CE attestation for Arkansas, an updated collaborative agreement for her, Oklahoma, and then Shayla, koja, for her RN in South Carolina. We’re just pending a CE attestation there. And I’ll send this list over to you guys after the call, everything else has been either submitted or is with the provider for review and approval.

Larissa Brefka (18:57) Okay.

Kyle Rice (18:59) And I’ll send this list over to you guys as well. Well. Any questions on renewal?

Lorraine (19:06) No, I think.

Larissa Brefka (19:07) No, I was already following up with Brianna actually yesterday. We were looking into it. Okay?

Lorraine (19:13) But the thing with the agreements is the thing that I don’t think that I had realized that was holding up anything because I had, like I said, I had seen that in a couple of a couple… of different providers, but I didn’t realize that was going to hold up stuff.

Kyle Rice (19:31) Yeah, I think we’ve seen that and able to move forward, but we should, it should be a quick action. Brianna was the only one I saw for this month. And then I will, I’ll get you guys. We’ll start going through April and may updates with our meeting next week, if that works for you guys.

Lorraine (19:46) Yes, our meeting next week will include Tamara, so you can meet Tamara and we can start getting her.

Larissa Brefka (19:54) On it’s, Monday, right? Yeah.

Lorraine (19:57) She’ll be starting on Monday, do?

Kyle Rice (19:59) You have an email address for her by chance? Maybe hold on. I’ll just get her added here.

Lorraine (20:06) Yep. I’m putting it in.

Kyle Rice (20:11) The chat here. Okay, cool. And then I’ll add her as soon as we get that.

Kyle Rice (20:20) Should I also add her into the medallion notifications as well?

Lorraine (20:24) Yes.

Lorraine (20:33) I’m going to go ahead and add her into medallion. She’ll have it when she starts.

Lorraine (20:46) It’ll be next week.

Lorraine (20:52) I don’t want to go.

Larissa Brefka (20:54) You do Irene, you do well?

Lorraine (20:57) After yesterday?

Larissa Brefka (20:59) I’m sure you’re going to enjoy the first day of her. Well, I love my job, but I would not mind to be retired… me either if we get to be retired, right? Kyle, because right now, things are like… crazy.

Kyle Rice (21:18) Everything’s crazy. It’s crazy where we’re living.

Larissa Brefka (21:23) Everything.

Lorraine (21:23) Is crazy. Everything is really crazy.

Larissa Brefka (21:27) It makes me worried to look 30 years from now. Unfortunately, I.

Kyle Rice (21:32) know, I don’t know about you guys, but gas over here has been going up the wall. I think it’s like, I think it was like 420 this morning when I saw it.

Lorraine (21:38) I’ve seen it here now at 449. And on Miami beach, it’s 589.

Kyle Rice (21:44) Oh, my goodness.

Lorraine (21:45) Because on Miami beach, there’s so few gas stations, so, if you go on the island and you need gas, you’re screwed.

Larissa Brefka (21:52) Groceries, too.

Kyle Rice (21:54) Groceries, groceries. Yeah.

Larissa Brefka (21:57) We went to costco, and I noticed a lot of things like a lot higher.

Kyle Rice (22:02) Milk eggs for sure. Tomato.

Larissa Brefka (22:05) Sauce that we always buy like two to three bucks more than it used to be. It’s like gosh… fruits are crazy like, you know, I would say like one box of strawberries being nine nine nine that’s crazy.

Kyle Rice (22:22) I know we go through the berries here in my house quickly.

Larissa Brefka (22:25) Exactly. All right.

Kyle Rice (22:29) Cool. Awesome. So, last thing I wanted just to chat through, I know we haven’t done this in maybe two or three weeks, but just wanted to flag the upcoming board certifications. I have Christina van hiltz who I think is a new provider. I don’t think we previously flagged her. I have her ancc coming out for expiration on 523 with her impacted license right now.

Lorraine (22:48) I think she did it. Okay. I think I spoke to her and she did it and I asked her to update medallion. I’m gonna tell her right now? Okay? Cool.

Kyle Rice (22:59) Just the impacted licensure for her. That she should be able to send the free verification from the ancc to is Arkansas, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida.

Lorraine (23:07) We’ll send her that.

Kyle Rice (23:10) Louisiana, Kentucky, Maryland… Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Washington and West Virginia. Then Tiffany brown is upcoming on five 31. Her impacted licensure with the American board of American academy of nurse practitioners for fnp is Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, DC, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont and Washington for faith sack. We have a little bit of time on her. She’s not upcoming for her anp until June sixth. And then she’s got a smaller subset of licenses here. Alabama, DC, Delaware, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia. And then Janal Patel, which I think we flagged the last three with exception to Christina. His aanp is coming up for expiration on six six as well. And looks like he’s got Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Texas.

Lorraine (24:27) Okay. And we’re letting them know here on slack what they need to do, yes, anything.

Kyle Rice (24:35) Else, top of mind for you this afternoon, Lorraine. It looks like Larissa dropped.

Lorraine (24:39) Not that I can think of right this minute. I gave you what, the thing with Anna, palm, Virginia, this lady holden, you’re gonna find out what we can do for that, RN? Yeah.

Kyle Rice (24:53) Should we, should we proceed with a reinstatement for her for now? Yeah.

Lorraine (24:56) Because she needs it, then. The other thing is the same thing. We got something on an exploration for princess Ali, her California application, but she’s new. I don’t understand. How could that application already expire? Can you take a look at her or am I losing my mind? Yeah.

Kyle Rice (25:18) Who is it for princess Ali?

Lorraine (25:19) Yes, Ali, strange little name, but she’s a nice lady. Let’s take a look.

Lorraine (25:35) By the way, you always think it’s a man, Janelle Patel, it’s a girl. Is it, it’s a girl? And… Tracy, I mean, this Tiffany lady, I have told her already, but did she say something to me? I don’t know. Who knows if she said something.

Kyle Rice (25:54) Looks like looks… like princess Ali’s initial California application is expiring, 313, 20 27.

Lorraine (26:01) When did we wait? How long is that application good for a year? Because she had one before us then?

Kyle Rice (26:09) It looks like she, we submitted the application for her on 313, 20 26. Yeah.

Lorraine (26:14) It’s good for a year. We got something that was expiring.

Kyle Rice (26:20) So, you look my,

Lorraine (26:22) computer panic, her computer shut her out. I.

Kyle Rice (26:26) Don’t know it’s.

Lorraine (26:29) needed updating mine. Did that over the weekend? Thank God. It did it by itself.

Lorraine (26:37) Let me, let faith, I know those two.

Kyle Rice (26:44) No, it looks like I’m sorry, it looks like, our automation is just pulling in that expiration date. Looks like she had a started application on the portal that was submitted on 20 20 24. Okay?

Lorraine (27:00) You don’t let me out? I’m sorry, say that again, say that again?

Kyle Rice (27:03) Looks like she submitted the application in 20 24 itself.

Lorraine (27:07) Yes. So that one’s expiring but not what you’re gonna, what you’re going to do for her? Yeah.

Kyle Rice (27:15) Let me verify with the team on that just to double check. And then we may need to, it looks like we picked up her application that she had previously submitted. Let me verify that as well. Yeah, because.

Lorraine (27:25) Then you guys are going to have to do this information. The other thing is faith sec from the one that you’re doing right here. Did she not update medallion? Because, she did the board recertification, let me take a look that was in February when we let her know.

Kyle Rice (27:54) Yeah, she’s good to go. She’s renewed, yep through 20 31 and aanp adult gerontology primary care. Yeah, she’s good to go and she’s gonna make a note for that all.

Lorraine (28:07) Those states that we gave her, okay?

Kyle Rice (28:10) Beautiful now.

Lorraine (28:12) Janelle, let me see Tiffany brown because she’s not as compliant with things. Look at all the things that she has open. I’m trying to clean up as much as I can before this lady starts. But I’m not getting much places because every day I am adding more licenses. So I feel really bad that I’m gonna leave so much in her hands, but it’s been busy and there’s so many new licenses. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (28:40) There’s Tiffany has not updated her still showing that’s gonna expire five 31 26. Okay.

Lorraine (28:53) This is important. Let me tell her this. I’m gonna actually email her because I don’t think she listens. I’m gonna send her that in an email. Okay, her manager knows, I’m… gonna copy it right off of your list so that they know we told her you told us and we told her.

Kyle Rice (29:18) I’m gonna double check Janelle Patel just to make sure while we’re at it.

Kyle Rice (29:29) All right. And doc, Janelle Patel is also expiring six seven, 26. I’m.

Lorraine (29:35) gonna email her too. When does Tiffany’s expire five 31 five?

Kyle Rice (29:42) 31 26 that’s.

Lorraine (29:44) what you have, right? Yes.

Lorraine (29:54) Okay. I’ll take care of emailing both of those. And if there’s anything else, I’ll let you know, you’re gonna miss me. I sure am. How… many years have we been working together? Now? A lot of years you left access. Thank.

Kyle Rice (30:08) You. What didn’t.

Lorraine (30:12) take too long before I ended up over here and ended up working with medallion it’s.

Kyle Rice (30:17) A smaller one. I think I left 20 because I’ve been, it’ll be three years tomorrow. Actually, I’m a dying you?

Lorraine (30:24) Left the year before I did. Yes. I took over your job. I only had it for seven months. I took over your job. When you left. I only had it for seven months and… then I was out in November, yes.

Kyle Rice (30:41) And then the smaller world, we live in here. So you never know what will come back around. So… yep, but all right. Cool. So I will cancel, dr growell’s Texas renewal. I’ll work into the auto renewal. I will enable anything that is not currently enabled on there just to make sure we’re clear for anything, let.

Lorraine (31:00) Me know, because we’re gonna have to, I mean, we’ve got to make sure I’ve been telling Larissa as soon as a new license issues go, look, make sure, make that one of your steps, make sure that it went into auto renewal because… we can’t afford. I mean, this, was an RN and her MP is not issued yet.

Lorraine (31:17) I don’t know if an NP is issued and RN goes out. What are the implications? Not good. I’m sure. But does.

Kyle Rice (31:25) Rebecca have a, does she have a multi state by chance Rebecca?

Lorraine (31:29) Holden, no, does not have a multi state?

Kyle Rice (31:45) She does not, she’s living in Illinois and Illinois is not participating. Does?

Lorraine (31:49) Not all right.

Kyle Rice (31:51) I will get that reinstatement back in the process for her. Did you send Tamara’s email by chance? Yes?

Lorraine (31:57) In the chat, you see it? I?

Kyle Rice (32:00) Do not. Okay. I’ll.

Lorraine (32:03) text it to you. Okay? If I find my phone, I don’t know what I do on my phone all.

Kyle Rice (32:09) Right, cool. I will also.

Lorraine (32:10) Text it to you. It’s Tamara, T a M a R a dot raglan, R a GL a ND at twinhealth. Com all.

Kyle Rice (32:26) Right. Perfect. I wanted her, and then I’ll enable that and.

Lorraine (32:29) Add it in medallion too. Awesome.

Kyle Rice (32:33) I will notify the cred team about the hospital affiliations and bump them on that. And then for princess Ali, I will take a look at her application that was previously submitted and let you know next steps there, but I might need to reapply. Okay?

Lorraine (32:46) Thank you. No.

Kyle Rice (32:48) Worries hope you have a great rest of your day. And then I’m sure you’ll be hearing from me shortly on this and I’ll send a recap to you and Larissa with all of this information and the renewals as well. Got.

Lorraine (32:59) It, thank you. Perfect.

Kyle Rice (33:00) Thanks.
