Molly Dwyer (00:00) hey, Melody. Hey, how’s it going good? How are you? Doing well? I feel like we haven’t connected in a while, but it’s nice to see you. But what was I going to say? I actually spoke with John earlier today and so I wanted to share with you an update. I kind of explained to him basically where we are essentially, this is a blocker to begin work for montefiore and the team. I don’t know if it was a consultant from montefiore or someone from their legal team provided red lines on the initial agreement that our team did not accept. And we shared that back with him. And so he said that he needs to go back to their legal team. He doesn’t know how long that could take. Like he said, it could take a really long time and I asked if we could get it done this week or next. So I don’t know if there’s any way… you can follow up and help escalate that internally.

Melody (01:06) I will. Yeah, let me get with, yeah, I’ll go internally and just let them know kind of what’s happening.

Molly Dwyer (01:12) And I’ll just show you because I feel like this is kind of like I’m like I feel like we’re making a mountain out of a molehill, you know, kind of thing when I like pull up like basically the red lines that our team is not accepting, they’re like who do reports from delegate, get sent to? It’s? Like questions that like they’re commentary from someone’s legal team.

Melody (01:36) Okay.

Molly Dwyer (01:38) Like need documentation for compliance, information, integrity standards. This has already been provided to us in like the thorough, yeah, the thorough documentation we provided, Yolanda previously, okay? So that’s why our legal team is like, this doesn’t make sense, like kind of what is being suggested? It’s already been covered. And, yeah.

Melody (02:00) Okay. Let me, I’ll send it to our internal directors and just kind of let them know. So, I mean, like montefiore is their own thing. We don’t own them, but we’re trying to like it’s. Very weird. I don’t know how the partnership works, but they, to the point where they wanted us to pay for the credentialing.

Melody (02:19) So that’s why we signed the contract. But now they’re kind of holding up with that. But if we’re paying, which we are, we’re still paying for the service, but we’re not being able to use it. So, I think it’s they need to just do whatever we say at this point so we can get it going.

Molly Dwyer (02:33) Yeah. Okay. That makes a lot of sense. I mean, and also so that if that’s the case, like just send me a note and we will send for like the delegated agreement, the standard delegated agreement, just the signature and like let’s just get it done.

Melody (02:46) Yeah. So let me just, but let me get with the others and push it. Okay? If.

Molly Dwyer (02:52) you need anything else or like any questions come up, just ping me and I’ll get back to you as quickly as possible so we can get this done. Okay? And then once that’s done, we are ready to like begin doing requests and getting that ball rolling. Perfect. Okay. Before I hop into the metrics, was there anything that you wanted to discuss or raise?

Melody (03:14) Nope. Not anything that I haven’t included you on already this week, so.

Molly Dwyer (03:18) Yes, I know the team is working through a few more of the caps. So just pulled from last Thursday to today, 463 new enrollment requests, this week, and then 413 enrollments completed. The average requested to complete a turnaround time ticked up by a day as well as the average app submission to completed. Also saw that uptick by a day and then we approved or delivered 54 credentialing files this past week. Perfect. I need to update that date. Anything else? Are there any questions here?

Melody (04:00) Nope. Looks good.

Molly Dwyer (04:02) Awesome. And then I think I copied you on my note where we’d love to get like a meeting with you, and Nate and mark on the books if you, have you met Nate yet?

Melody (04:11) No, actually I have a meeting with him tomorrow you do. Yeah, Derek, like on the side introduced me to him. So.

Molly Dwyer (04:17) Of course, he did.

Melody (04:19) Yeah. So, and then I think mark reached out to have like that meeting too as well. So if it’s just mark, that’s fine. Okay, perfect.

Molly Dwyer (04:28) Well, maybe you’ll get to meet him twice but awesome, really glad that you got to make that connection. And, yeah, I would love for you to join, the call with mark as well in a few weeks. Okay. All right. Well, I hope you have a good rest of your week, thank you Melody.

Melody (04:42) Yep. Have a great day.

Molly Dwyer (04:43) Bye.
