Kandice’s IPhone (00:00) hello? Hey.
Kyle Rice (00:02) Candace. How you doing? Happy Thursday?
Kandice’s IPhone (00:03) Happy Thursday. Sorry for yesterday. No problem. I got, I totally got sidetracked and my computer didn’t even alert me. I was like, my God.
Kyle Rice (00:17) No worries. It happens to the best of us. I completely understand how’s the week going for you?
Kyle Rice (00:22) I can’t believe. I feel like it’s going by. I was gonna say, I feel like it’s going by a little bit fast on my end.
Kandice’s IPhone (00:28) It’s going by fast, but it feels it just feels like a lot. I’m like, yes, trying to answer everybody’s emails.
Kyle Rice (00:36) I hear you on that one. I hear you on that one. What’s new in the world of forum health this week?
Kandice’s IPhone (00:42) Nothing new. I’m actually in dr Peterson’s stuff. He has a Dea clearance report and I asked them to complete because it came through incomplete like nothing was filled out. So, dr Peterson asked them to complete it with the information in his profile.
Kyle Rice (01:00) Okay. And.
Kandice’s IPhone (01:02) They just sent me it back saying that I could complete it.
Kyle Rice (01:06) Yeah. Let me check in on that for you. Yeah.
Kandice’s IPhone (01:12) It’s for the Dea clearance report. I think for Arkansas, AK, what’s AK, Alaska. I keep, I always do that. I.
Kyle Rice (01:25) Always get Maine and the me one’s confused. I think it’s like Maine, Maryland and Minnesota always mixed up with that. So, yeah, let me check on that and see if we can do that for you.
Kandice’s IPhone (01:35) Okay. And then I know this, I think dr Peterson said this Utah renewal. He’s going to do himself.
Kyle Rice (01:46) Okay, that.
Kandice’s IPhone (01:48) He doesn’t feel comfortable because that’s his main state that he has his own private practice in. So he wants to make sure that it gets renewed.
Kyle Rice (01:56) All right. Let me cancel that on our side of the house then.
Kandice’s IPhone (02:01) So, I think that’s what he said. So before you do that, let me make sure that he’s still going to do that, but I know he doesn’t want to change the email for it.
Kyle Rice (02:11) Okay. Let me see if we have a Utah in there for him?
Kandice’s IPhone (02:19) Yeah. And then I know a couple of these, he just needs to donorize them. We.
Kyle Rice (02:23) Do, do you want me to put that on hold? Looks like we all got a little bit of time because it’s expiring at five 31 and you can just let me know either way to cancel it or if he wants us to proceed with it.
Kandice’s IPhone (02:31) Just leave it for right now. I’m meeting with him tomorrow and I’ll ask him.
Kyle Rice (02:36) Okay. No problem. Alright. So we’ll keep that as is for dr Peterson’s Utah. Awesome. I just wanted to real quick check in on growth in priorities. Any new licensure coming down the line that we should be aware of, and then any priority states that we should be processing as well. Let.
Kandice’s IPhone (02:57) Me go look… at the tracker that I have. We are going to have some new license. It’s going to be a new provider, Brittany Hayden, and it’s going to be for all 45 states that we are in for hhl.
Kyle Rice (03:15) Gotcha. Is she, what kind of provider type is she? Is she an MD or HR?
Kandice’s IPhone (03:19) She’s an NP?
Kyle Rice (03:20) NP. Okay. Yeah. And you said new states for 47 new licenses, right?
Kandice’s IPhone (03:28) Yeah. 45, I believe it is. And then any priority states?
Kandice’s IPhone (03:46) Looks like we’re not all of them are waiting for their Oregon. Okay. So, Oregon, I would do Oregon. Okay? Because they need to have that to open up for business, someone in there.
Kandice’s IPhone (04:06) Yeah. Other than that, I don’t have any other priority.
Kyle Rice (04:11) States. Okay, perfect. Awesome. Then just wanted to touch on renewals really quick. If that’s okay with you. It looks like for March, everything was completed, nothing outstanding, nothing expired. So we’re all set there for April. It looks like we just have, I believe… seven in process requests for you guys. So we have for Amanda dyer moss, we’re just pending an intake for her. We’re just pending a new Coi for her. And then her South Carolina portal login.
Kandice’s IPhone (04:45) Can you email me those too? Yeah, just so that I have them absolutely.
Kyle Rice (04:49) Yeah, I’ll summarize everything we talked about for today in an email. So no, maybe a little bit of note taking here. And then we’re just pending an updated board certification for her. And it looks like for dr Peterson, for his Virginia and Arkansas, for Virginia, we’re just pending the renewal pin for him. I think Virginia sends that out about 60 days ahead of the portal opening for that. And then for Arkansas, we just need his Arkansas login.
Kandice’s IPhone (05:16) Yeah. I did send him an email and the link to go to those. So I know he’s working on them. Awesome. So I’m going to go check my email, make sure he didn’t send them back. Peterson. Nope, not yet.
Kyle Rice (05:32) All right. No worries. And then we had two, three more just renewals. I just wanted to touch on Raquel Lee for her Florida RN, multi state and her Florida. NP. The applications are out to her for review and approval. And then for Juliana Natividad for RN in Florida, it looks like she just approved that application as of yesterday. So that’s in queue for submission to the state board.
Kandice’s IPhone (05:55) Okay.
Kyle Rice (05:56) Then, did you want to touch on the priority providers at all for dr Peterson, dr saxana, and dr chavda?
Kandice’s IPhone (06:03) Yeah, we can. Okay.
Kyle Rice (06:05) Awesome. So, I know for that, we just touched on the Alaska for that Dea clearance report. I’ll check in on that his Arizona license was just issued. I just saw that come through as of yesterday. So I’m going to have the team close that out and issue that Connecticut, Florida are pending imlc approval. Kansas and Kentucky have both been issued for Louisiana. The compact license is active, but it looks like we’re pending some documentation from him regarding the oath and affirmation, third party authorization, statement of legal name and post licensure information. His Massachusetts application is currently in our internal QA check. So he should be receiving that shortly for review and approval… for Maryland. We are just pending PMP registration there. I believe that’s the prescription monitoring program in Maryland, Michigan was issued. I just want to check in for his Michigan traditional license. I know we had two licenses processing for him. One for the compact one, for the traditional pathway. Should we cancel the traditional one since that has already been issued with the compact? Or do you want to keep that in process?
Kandice’s IPhone (07:16) I think the traditional one was issued, not the compact.
Kyle Rice (07:19) Okay. Yeah. I think that sounds about right. I might have those mixed up there. And then for his, Missouri, the compact license was issued and we’re just pending license registration. North Dakota is active. New Hampshire is active for Oregon. We’re just pending the account creation for him. Oregon just does not allow third parties to create that on their behalf for Pennsylvania. We’re just pending some additional CE for his reinstatement. I believe it’s nine and a half hours of category one aoa one acme. And then South Dakota and West Virginia are both pending imlc approval. Okay?
Kandice’s IPhone (08:01) Yeah. So I just went into his imlc and it shows that the board is still pending his Michigan in there. So we got the traditional one.
Kyle Rice (08:11) Traditional one. Perfect. Do you want to cancel the compact one or do you just want to leave that as is?
Kandice’s IPhone (08:15) I mean, I don’t think we need it since I don’t think you can’t have both. You can only do one or the other. So… yeah, so probably cancel the compact one since it’s already been issued from the traditional one. All right, because I think it will just reject anyway, saying he already has a license.
Kyle Rice (08:37) Oh, my goodness. I cannot type today.
Kandice’s IPhone (08:40) It’s all right. It’s almost Friday. We’re.
Kyle Rice (08:43) almost there. Okay. Awesome. Jumping into dr. Saxana, her Alaska license was issued for her, Arkansas. We’re just pending her file id in order to access the portal.
Kandice’s IPhone (08:57) She doesn’t know what that is. She’s like, I don’t have that. I didn’t get anything.
Kyle Rice (09:01) I believe they should email that directly to her personal email. Okay? So she might have that it might have sometimes been junk. Sometimes it goes directly to spam or to like junk mail because it’s.
Kandice’s IPhone (09:14) do you know what the heading is when they get it so she can kind of search?
Kyle Rice (09:19) I believe it would be Arkansas file id… Arkansas. Awesome. Her Idaho license is just pending CBC results at the board for her background check, Louisiana has been issued for Massachusetts. I know that’s a priority for you guys. We’re pending board processing of her supervisory evaluation form. Her Minnesota application is just pending her criminal background check results for New Mexico. They’re a little bit weird. They use. I’m not sure if you’re familiar with New Mexico at all. They use an external vendor to obtain all their verifications.
Kandice’s IPhone (09:58) Yeah. She actually just forwarded me the email. I have to go and help her fill out those forms. Okay?
Kyle Rice (10:04) Yeah. If you need anything for assistance, just let me know, and then we can help move that forward?
Kandice’s IPhone (10:12) Or can I upload them into the task and have the team complete it?
Kyle Rice (10:19) Yeah, absolutely.
Kandice’s IPhone (10:20) Okay. I’ll do that.
Kyle Rice (10:21) You know what forms it was by chance?
Kandice’s IPhone (10:26) Me, go find it.
Kandice’s IPhone (10:43) This one right here.
Kandice’s IPhone (10:50) Yeah. So they send a whole bunch of… like all applicants will be required to complete a background check with id, me identigo. We cannot use background checks. So, I think she has to go through the identigo for background check.
Kyle Rice (11:08) I think we submitted that first. So she should be good. I think New Mexico just automatically sent those out. So it should be good to bypass those. But I’ll verify, do.
Kandice’s IPhone (11:17) You want me to forward you the email that we got sure just so you can review it and then let me know what you think?
Kyle Rice (11:23) Yeah, absolutely. Okay.
Kandice’s IPhone (11:26) I’m gonna have to copy and paste it because there’s so many correspondence in there.
Kyle Rice (11:30) Yeah, no problem.
Kandice’s IPhone (11:36) I’ll do that right now. So I don’t forget… alright?
Kyle Rice (11:41) Perfect.
Kandice’s IPhone (11:43) Excellent.
Kyle Rice (11:45) And then for dr… saxana’s organ, we’re just pending her account creation there as well. And I’ll make sure we mark those as a priority. Okay? And then jumping into dr chavda their Alaska. I think that’s a, she, right?
Kandice’s IPhone (12:01) It’s a, he,
Kyle Rice (12:02) is it? Yeah.
Kandice’s IPhone (12:03) Yeah.
Kyle Rice (12:04) Okay. So, for his, Alaska, we’re just pending the board processing of license verifications for Alabama, Connecticut, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Vermont, which have all been sent to the board. So we’re just pending the receipt there for Massachusetts. His license was issued. North Carolina is in final review at the board, and they’re estimating about two weeks or so to finalize and complete and issue that.
Kandice’s IPhone (12:28) Okay.
Kyle Rice (12:29) Oregon was sorry, Nevada. We’re just pending completion of form iv, the malpractice carrier verification?
Kandice’s IPhone (12:38) I think he sent that.
Kyle Rice (12:39) Okay. I’ll take a look.
Kandice’s IPhone (12:41) I think they are sending it directly to the board. I think, I don’t see that in here. When I go to provider tasks for him, all I see, I don’t know why that did that child. It shows npdb self curry a birth certificate and an MD license requirement and pa exam, there’s only three tasks for him.
Kyle Rice (13:06) Okay. Perfect. Yeah, it looks like those came down for Oregon. I know that the team had just submitted that as of four seven. So I know they’re working on ordering the verifications for him. Okay?
Kandice’s IPhone (13:18) And.
Kyle Rice (13:19) then South Carolina looks like it is pending final review. So it looks like we’re in the closing stages there. Yeah, I.
Kandice’s IPhone (13:26) wanted to ask how long when something gets approved, how long does it take for the system to get updated? Because I ran that monthly report that I asked, remember you created? Well, it didn’t calculate some licenses that were approved because there was like a task open for it. So it didn’t show up on the report as like as a count for a license are?
Kyle Rice (13:49) You talking like when the license is like newly issued?
Kandice’s IPhone (13:51) Yeah. So, when it’s newly issued, I think there’s like maybe a like lag and maybe when the system updates, with it, how do you, what’s that time for? Is it like a week? Like a couple like the two hours a week I.
Kyle Rice (14:05) believe it’s five to 10 business days because Candace how it works is, our system will, our team will verify the license and then it will go into a separate queue for double verification just to make sure that the team has verified the correct licensure information. Sometimes it might be a little bit faster if there’s an automatic verification or linkage with the state board. So you might see some of those jump through a little bit faster. But if it has to go into a manual verification queue, it’d say about five to 10 business days.
Kandice’s IPhone (14:33) Got it. Yeah, because my report was off by four license and I was like, how… and I didn’t know that was there there was a lag until I logged in and noticed that it was issued in one day but updated in another. So, I had to answer to like the head boss, he was like, why are you messing up the numbers? I was like, it wasn’t me, I just random reporter just didn’t update in there. So now I know, so, I will let them know that if something gets issued towards the end of the month, it’s not going to be included in that on the first because it takes five to 10 days to get updated in medallion.
Kyle Rice (15:17) Perfect. That sounds good. And then I’m tracking the Alaska clearance report for dr Peterson and we’ll cancel his Michigan compact license. Yeah. Anything else in terms of updates that you wanted to go over today or anything else I can assist with for this afternoon?
Kandice’s IPhone (15:32) No, I did, we did mention to Mira about the, how the ad? So like perfect example here for… where is she at? This Agnes rolick, I have this same task in here for Louisiana, one, for the admin, one for her. When, so I have to go into both of them and put the same note. So sometimes if it’s already in my bucket for her, I’ll just say this is a duplicate task and mark it complete. So I don’t have, I don’t have two of those same tasks… yeah.
Kyle Rice (16:10) I did, Mira, did let me know about that. I did submit a request to our product team to see if we can link those tasks. That was for her in Louisiana, correct? I believe she had a collaborative agreement. Yeah, yeah, signature. I did flag that as a product enhancement with our team. So I’m just waiting to hear back if they’re able to pick that up. Essentially, what I’ll do is link both tasks, but I did ask the team, to be closing this out if one or the other is completed. So you shouldn’t need to be completed on.
Kandice’s IPhone (16:36) That also, I can you just double check there was a bunch of license that I had to cancel for Jennifer thompson. I put a note in there like we’ll no longer need those, the state. So, I just want to make sure that they were actually.
Kyle Rice (16:50) Closed, Jennifer thompson, physician assistant. Yeah, let me take a look and I can close those out if they have not been already.
Kandice’s IPhone (16:57) Yeah. There’s a bunch of states that, which angers me because I spent a lot of time on collaborative agreements.
Kandice’s IPhone (17:08) Yeah, I put a note in every one of them. I don’t remember what states they were, because now my tracker is updated to like just show the ones that she’s actually going to be in.
Kyle Rice (17:29) Was it for?
Kandice’s IPhone (17:30) Massachusetts?
Kyle Rice (17:35) I think that’s the only one I’m seeing right now.
Kandice’s IPhone (17:38) No, there was a whole bunch, California, Washington, Oregon. I think Alaska… I’ll have to go find the old tracker, but I can look it up which ones they were, and I’ll email you the states that we did apply for that. I canceled.
Kyle Rice (17:58) All right. So, it looks like we did cancel a whole bunch. Yeah.
Kandice’s IPhone (18:03) Okay.
Kyle Rice (18:03) I apologize. I had written correct filter on there, Alaska, Arkansas, California, D, C, Delaware.
Kyle Rice (18:17) Hawaii, Iowa… Kansas… Massachusetts.
Kandice’s IPhone (18:31) Yeah, you don’t have to go through all of them, but I just wanted to just make sure if they started canceling, then they got them. Okay, perfect.
Kyle Rice (18:38) Perfect.
Kandice’s IPhone (18:38) I just want to make sure we’ll be here all day. There’s like 40 something of them. Yeah.
Kyle Rice (18:43) It looks like we did inactivate those. So, if you happen to see any, just let me know and I can take care of that.
Kandice’s IPhone (18:49) Yeah. And then I forwarded you that email from Saxena about the New Mexico. Just so let me know about that. Perfect. Awesome. And yeah, we’re good, awesome.
Kyle Rice (19:01) I will summarize everything that we just talked about and shoot you a follow up email just so you’re tracking. And then if there’s anything else in the meantime, Candice, just feel free to loop me in and I will get you taken care of here.
Kandice’s IPhone (19:11) Perfect. Thank you. No.
Kyle Rice (19:13) Worries hope you have a great rest of your Thursday and we’ll.
Kandice’s IPhone (19:15) Talk. I think.
Kyle Rice (19:16) We’re slated to talk next in two weeks again on?
Kandice’s IPhone (19:20) Wednesday on Wednesday? Yeah, I will be there, no worries.
Kyle Rice (19:23) If anything comes up, just feel free to email me. Usually, I hang out in the room for about five, 10 minutes.
Kandice’s IPhone (19:28) Okay. Yeah, I came 10 minutes too late… no.
Kyle Rice (19:33) Worries. No worries at all. So, I hope you have a great rest of your day, you?
Kandice’s IPhone (19:36) Too. Thank you next time. Just shoot me an email and say hello. I’m here, we’ll, do? All right? Thank you.
Kyle Rice (19:45) Thanks, Candice. Take care.
Kandice’s IPhone (19:46) You too. Bye bye.
