Aiden (00:00) hey, Amy, how’s it going? How are you? I’m good. Glad it’s Friday?

Amy Barfield (00:06) Yes… for sure. Okay. Let me pull some things up here. I was out of office the last three days on site with another client. So I’m catching up on emails. I see. I’ve got a few from you. Actually, I think they’re from Tammy or Tessa maybe.

Aiden (00:29) Maybe Tessa, probably not Tammy. Yeah, Tessa, I don’t even remember what I sent you?

Amy Barfield (00:37) A medicaid issue that you’re insuring. Yeah, yeah. So I just that.

Aiden (00:42) was a topic if.

Amy Barfield (00:44) you have like certain providers that you’re wondering about because they were recently approved. Let me know those providers and I’ll make sure that they got added to the… five to nine. It is in the project plans. I’m wondering if those were just ones that were processing prior to that?

Aiden (01:03) Was my thought too. That is a possibility. But I still want to ensure like that pretty much that number does not exist on anyone’s radar for sure.

Amy Barfield (01:13) Yeah. So I did flag that and I will, I’m talking to them here in a little bit. The ones finished under incorrect id were started prior to the project moving forward. They should all be under one id. It is in the project plan accordingly so that’s what she’s saying. But if you’re wondering about a specific one, just let me know and I’ll have them check specifically those providers. But, okay.

Aiden (01:39) Sounds good. All right. That cover is, that was, and you might be right, it was just… they were processing before we all did that, which is definitely a possibility. But I also, it’s just good to know like the insurance that pretty much that never happens again, which I think you already kind of articulated that, but just making.

Amy Barfield (02:01) Sure. And it’s in the project plans like that’s. The only one that they should be adding providers to like the other ones aren’t even in it.

Amy Barfield (02:09) So… and I did have her check earlier this week. I tried to have an update for Jack prior to his call with Sean, but I didn’t get it in time, but there’s only three left that are pending from the list from the original list.

Aiden (02:25) Perfect. Yeah, I submitted a few more but I think we’re slow it’s starting to slow down like I think we’re coming to a fix. Good. Awesome. So yeah, that is good to hear. Is there anything on your end?

Amy Barfield (02:44) No, just I need to confirm, see where we’re at on the medicaid medicare ptan update.

Aiden (02:53) Yeah, I haven’t truthfully, I haven’t been able to get to it yet, but next week, it is like on my checklist of things to do.

Amy Barfield (02:59) Okay, perfect. Okay. So you’re not waiting? We’re not waiting on us for anything just for you to have time to review it.

Aiden (03:07) Yeah, no, you’re good. Okay, good. I’m just been busy, but I hear you. Yeah, I think there was like one more thing.

Amy Barfield (03:20) Yeah, Justin’s got some emails. Let’s see.

Aiden (03:23) Yeah, I’m curious what she.

Amy Barfield (03:24) sent you. Oh, she sent it to support and she flagged me. Let me see what this is. It looks like some kind of letter from ambetter but I can’t tell because it’s sideways hold on.

Amy Barfield (03:47) Unable to process your application because elements are missing. Okay. I’ll get that to the team. It’s like missing information?

Amy Barfield (03:58) You marked that one red, so, I know… and then humana… credentialing letter. It looks like she probably went through some mail and is just sending me some stuff.

Amy Barfield (04:19) Term letter.

Amy Barfield (04:24) Provider networks because your recredentialing is incomplete or tardis. I just want to make sure that we have requests for these in medallion because I know like sometimes she sends me things and the provider is either one not in medallion anymore or there’s no request.

Aiden (04:45) If you, I,

Amy Barfield (04:47) don’t.

Aiden (04:48) know if I was, I, on that email, I might have been… if you want to just shoot it over to me, I can take a look right now or share your screen or whatever works. So you can just get work through it.

Amy Barfield (05:00) Yeah, I can share my screen. It doesn’t look like you’re on these emails. Yeah. Let me share my screen.

Aiden (05:07) I know she gets things and I’ll just send them over sometimes.

Amy Barfield (05:10) Yeah. Excellent. Okay. Well, hold on what provider was that?

Aiden (05:23) We pass for tardif? Okay… she exists. I’m almost certain. Yeah, she’s in the system. Okay? Let me see if we got something?

Aiden (05:43) Enrollment was in like mid last year for blue cross though. I.

Amy Barfield (05:48) think it was well, since it.

Aiden (05:50) Was it wasn’t so I.

Amy Barfield (05:55) don’t have a recred… in here and if she’s termed, she’ll need a whole, she’ll need a new enrollment now. So we’ll need a request for new enrollment for her.

Amy Barfield (06:14) And then when you put in the request, just say her revalidation termed.

Aiden (06:20) So she needs to be revalidated. He said all.

Amy Barfield (06:22) right. Well, her revalidation termed. So now she needs to go through the whole process. Now. I think we have sent a recredentialing non compliance termination letter started with the process.

Amy Barfield (06:39) It’s in receipt of the provider’s re, credentialing application. We’re unable to complete the application as you have not updated caqh. So, I’m not sure who’s doing this because it’s not in our system. They said they received something, but… her caqh is not up to date. Does she work for anyone else?

Aiden (07:01) No, I don’t think so.

Aiden (07:07) I mean, wouldn’t I imagine medallion credentialing email would have been reached out about this because they’re the contact. I don’t know, but I wasn’t seeing anything on that. Was there. Yeah. Is this on the term letter? Is four three? Yeah, that’s our location or one of our locations for denim. Bye.

Amy Barfield (07:37) So, that was four nine. Oh, wait, what did that say? We’re terminating your contract with us in 90 days? Okay? So if you can do an enrollment request, I’ll forward this to you. Do a, I think we can revalidate.

Aiden (07:52) Yeah. I think it would have to be revalidated.

Amy Barfield (07:54) Okay. Let me forward this to you… and just do.

Aiden (08:01) you want to attach that?

Amy Barfield (08:02) Attach that? Yeah. Can.

Aiden (08:04) you mark it as priority as soon as I submit it just in case. Yeah, all right. That works. Oh, strange that they’re doing that. Make sure. I mean, I’m… sure they might be doing it, but if you can make sure that the team is monitoring coqh because I want to know y’all are contracted with that. I mean, it might not be anything crazy. It’s just interesting that they would send this.

Amy Barfield (08:37) That our team is monitoring it yeah.

Aiden (08:41) Well, we.

Amy Barfield (08:42) don’t monitor revalidations, if we get a notification and there’s no revalidation in the system, then it just sits in an email box. I know that sounds silly.

Aiden (08:55) That sounds that’s interesting. That seems a bit odd because how would we know if there’s not a revalidation date in medallion couldn’t that be forwarded over to me or there is one in afc, I would.

Amy Barfield (09:09) I’m going to ask if we can start forwarding things that don’t have a place in medallion? Because I think you at least deserve that, you know?

Aiden (09:20) Because like, I know we have a lot of like when medallion was implemented. I wasn’t there… but.

Amy Barfield (09:30) Yeah, because they didn’t give a.

Aiden (09:31) Revalidation. Yeah, there’s a lot of them, a lot of the revals, I think Katie told me were made up or not added. So, if… we’re if medallion’s getting them in any sense, I think it would be great if we could just have them sent to me so I can.

Amy Barfield (09:47) Review sure, and emails to medallion being forwarded to this is.

Aiden (09:52) Off form. Yeah.

Aiden (10:11) All right. It is submitted in medallion if you want to, if you can mark it as priority, please. Okay. Make sure we not lose her enrollment would not be good.

Amy Barfield (10:26) Oh, it’s still not showing up. Let me see. I’ll refresh. Oh, I wonder if it’s in. It might take a minute, maybe on my side?

Amy Barfield (10:51) Well, since, yeah, it’s not showing up.

Amy Barfield (11:00) Do you see it when you log in? Like when you go back to it, can you see it?

Aiden (11:10) If it’s marked priority, is that what you’re saying? Sorry, no?

Amy Barfield (11:13) Just if you see it at all, because you can like, I’ve refreshed and.

Aiden (11:17) Yeah, it’s there under tardis. Yes. Yeah, it might just take a second. Okay. Wait, well, since I thought it was blue cross. Oh, my gosh.

Amy Barfield (11:27) Oh, wait. Let me double check.

Aiden (11:29) You might be right. I’m not sure.

Amy Barfield (11:32) Oh, wait, no, it is blue cross.

Aiden (11:34) Okay. Blue.

Amy Barfield (11:35) Cross Massachusetts.

Amy Barfield (11:36) That’s probably the problem here. Blue cross Massachusetts. Sorry about that. Well said, so we will mark this at tag. Yes… perfect. Okay. Got it. All right. And let’s just look at these real quick, see if there’s anything else we need to address?

Amy Barfield (12:10) Please see. Attached. Give me a credentialing letter, Mary Jordan, as of date, this letter, we have not received your required recredentialing documents. This looks like it was probably mailed to you guys. So, Elizabeth Jordan?

Aiden (12:32) Mary Jordan for humana? I said… yeah, Mary.

Amy Barfield (12:38) Jordan, yeah.

Aiden (12:42) Is that just a letter saying they’re not going to move forward with the enrollment? Well, they’re just saying.

Amy Barfield (12:48) They haven’t received anything for her that’s.

Aiden (12:50) strange because it seems like it completed literally just a few weeks ago on the end of March, the enrollment am?

Amy Barfield (12:57) I spelling her name wrong? Yes, I am. So if she was enrolled… originally with another employer, that would be her original effective date for credentialing. So, even if she’s linked to other employers whenever they submit, and for them to be linked to your group, it doesn’t change the credentialing date, it just gives you an effective date to when you can start billing for that provider. So, if her credential like if she was initially credentialed like three years ago, and you didn’t get, she didn’t get linked until like two months prior to her recred date, then she would fall into that recred?

Aiden (13:51) Okay. So, is there really any action needed to be taken then?

Amy Barfield (13:56) Let me see here.

Aiden (13:58) Because it just like it just finished. But yeah, I know. I hear you.

Amy Barfield (14:05) I think, yeah.

Amy Barfield (14:12) Let’s see there’s two here.

Amy Barfield (14:18) 324… didn’t give a recred date.

Amy Barfield (14:30) Yeah, she would still need to be recredentialed.

Aiden (14:33) Okay. Interesting. I’ll submit one and they can figure it out, okay?

Amy Barfield (14:39) Yeah, because this is just saying she was already credentialed with humana. We just needed to link to the group. And so, now her recredentialing is due.

Aiden (14:49) Interesting. That’s a weird, such a weird thing. All right. Well, regardless I put one in. Okay. So.

Amy Barfield (14:56) Whenever you send me that one, I can mark it priority, I believe.

Aiden (15:00) Oh, I submitted it. Oh, you did? Okay. Yeah, I did not attach the letter though. I don’t it should be fine though.

Amy Barfield (15:11) Okay. Let’s mark it priority here.

Amy Barfield (15:19) Okay. Next is.

Amy Barfield (15:28) And better.

Amy Barfield (15:35) Practitioners in the system are unable to process the application because elements are missing. Shall we, or shall we? The E y?

Amy Barfield (16:05) Okay. So, it’s completed?

Aiden (16:09) So I’m.

Amy Barfield (16:10) not sure where we’re getting that. When was this completed?

Aiden (16:16) Recently?

Amy Barfield (16:20) January 12 and this was from.

Aiden (16:26) That’s so weird.

Amy Barfield (16:27) It is very.

Aiden (16:28) Weird.

Amy Barfield (16:29) Okay.

Aiden (16:29) I mean… if they’re saying she’s enrolled, I’m sure it’s fine. I mean, I can put a reval just in case, I wouldn’t mark it priority.

Amy Barfield (16:40) Well, that’s not a reval though it’s saying that the application’s incomplete, like she can’t be enrolled. So, but we’re showing that it’s completed. Yeah, let me flag this to our team.

Aiden (16:56) It’s so weird.

Amy Barfield (16:57) It is very weird. Shelly camerota.

Amy Barfield (17:03) Where’s your stuff here?

Amy Barfield (17:38) Then… will point or Amber freeman? Good afternoon.

Amy Barfield (17:59) Oh, they need an explanation. Let me just see.

Amy Barfield (18:30) Elevance. Well point.

Amy Barfield (18:36) I don’t have those in here.

Amy Barfield (18:49) I’m not sure which one that’s for.

Amy Barfield (18:58) Do you?

Aiden (19:00) What was it again? Sorry, it?

Amy Barfield (19:02) Is from for Amber for will point for Amber freeman. They need an explanation, but I don’t have a will point line.

Aiden (19:17) For her?

Aiden (19:21) I’m looking okay. That’s strange. There is not a will point line. Where is it? Maybe it’s coming off of the blue box?

Amy Barfield (19:37) That’s what I was wondering.

Aiden (19:41) She primarily works in Georgia. So, like,

Aiden (19:51) I wonder if it’s even worth chasing.

Amy Barfield (19:54) Yeah, I just want to make sure it’s not, it’s… affiliated with blue cross blue shield.

Aiden (20:00) Yeah, that’s kind of what I know. It’s just strange.

Amy Barfield (20:05) But for what states is what you’re offering… Tennessee? Wait, that’s medicaid?

Amy Barfield (20:22) Okay. I’ll just, I’ll email this rep and ask them. Is this for? Okay? Because she’s asking about Tennessee state license in California. It’s probably more for this Tennessee. Okay? It’s for Amber freeman. Okay. Insert like this? Well, you know?

Amy Barfield (21:01) Okay. This is the one I think I’ve already. Yeah, already addressed this. Just keeping it new, sorry.

Aiden (21:15) Sounds like we’re good.

Amy Barfield (21:17) All right. Anything else? I?

Aiden (21:20) Don’t think so. Not a ton, just kind of making sure everything’s steady, but I’ll let you, I’ll ping you once I get that medicare thing done.

Amy Barfield (21:30) Okay. Sounds good.

Aiden (21:31) All right. Well, have a great weekend bye.

Amy Barfield (21:33) You too. Bye bye.
