Amanda Spadafora (00:00) hey, Carrie. Hey, how’s it going?
Carrie Reding (00:03) It’s going. Is there a way to filter the background?
Amanda Spadafora (00:09) I think so. If you push, oh God, I don’t even know how to explain it. It’s like.
Carrie Reding (00:18) this looks really weird. I’m trying to let’s… check in.
Carrie Reding (00:29) Oh, okay.
Carrie Reding (00:35) I mean, I’ll have to have.
Amanda Spadafora (00:36) My camera off. Yeah. I mean, it’s easier sometimes just to have the cameras off anyways, because the meetings all break up and everything. Okay? That works. That’s the only reason why I have mine off because I have like horrible quality for some reason on Google meets.
Carrie Reding (00:50) Okay. Yeah. No worries. We’ll just do that later.
Amanda Spadafora (00:53) Awesome. Okay. One of the dates, yeah.
Carrie Reding (01:02) Oh, go ahead. Sorry.
Amanda Spadafora (01:04) One of the states I wanted to touch base on real quick that Latoya had, I believe it may have been Latoya wanted to have access for medicaid of Indiana. I went ahead and portal how it’s set up for medicaid Indiana. They, we have, unfortunately, it’s one of the ones like Florida where we have several logins for each address location that we have enrolled with medicaid of Indiana. So it’s… a lot. It’s a lot. So, what I did was I added everybody to the, all of the addresses and accounts I’m going to show you, share my screen and I can share this with you just so we all are on the same page and which ones you do have access for, and which ones we’re waiting on portal, access, ourself or there. I think there’s like two accounts with Theoria which we’re trying to figure out at who the admin is. So that way we can move forward and add additional users. I think there’s two locations on the Theoria side where we’re kind of like at a standstill.
Carrie Reding (02:15) Gotcha. Okay. Give.
Amanda Spadafora (02:17) Me, one second, I’m just going to share my entire screen. It’s easier that way. Okay. So right here, medicaid of Indiana and we can all log in together like we did in our last working meeting just so we can make sure that everybody has access and I’ll share this with you. So that way it’s easier when you are logging in because it’s going to ask you out of all these locations that we have added you to, which one you want to select. So that way you can work in that location. When you log in, you’re going to see a bunch of display names and that’s how you’re going to tell which location it’s for. So these are Theoria locations and they’re just their corresponding display names. And then for complexcare midwest, H, these are their display names that you’re going to be all linked to and how you know, you’re going to be linked. Is it’ll say added here under Brittany, Lori, Carrie and Latoya, if it says account pending, that means we still are waiting for the location to be enrolled. So we can’t do anything at this moment. And then there’s only like one more complexcare midwest that you have access to currently, which is the two eight six churchman ave location. All of the others are account pending. So as soon as we do get access, we will add you. And then while someone is logged in, I’m going to also show you how you should be able to add additional users on your end. So if you have individuals from your RCM team that need access, whatever the case may be, I can show you how you can do that as well.
Carrie Reding (03:43) And you said you already gave this to us?
Amanda Spadafora (03:47) Yeah. Actually these were already signed out. The only one that I had to do a lot of was Latoya. So Carrie, Brittany and Lori had access to all of these already, most of them. But there was a couple of strays that we did that I did make sure that you all were linked to. So accounts already from my understanding… and if not, I can show you also how to create them and get that situated. So let me log out and send you the login link. Who wants to be the person that’s going to share their screen?
Carrie Reding (04:29) You can send it to me… I’m.
Amanda Spadafora (04:32) going to put it in the chat and then you can share your screen. And then that way everybody else can watch and know how to log in and also to access each individual location for Theoria and complex cares. I think I might be, I don’t want to say I could try. If you don’t have your login, we’ll try to work around it and see what we can do to get you logged in.
Carrie Reding (04:56) That’s what I was looking up. So let me share this. Amanda. Do I need to create a login?
Amanda Spadafora (05:09) So if you do not have an account ready, you will have to create one. I can help you that’s what her, Laura, who’s sharing Mary, do you know, do you know? Yeah… well.
Carrie Reding (05:25) That’s what I was looking to make sure.
Amanda Spadafora (05:28) And if Latoya, if you don’t if you’re for sure, don’t if you for sure, do not have one, you can share your screen and I can show you how to create an account. So that way if Lori or whoever else needs to know, they can know as well.
Carrie Reding (05:43) Okay. I don’t seem to, I don’t know why I don’t remember doing this and I do apologize. I don’t know if it was done while I was out.
Amanda Spadafora (05:51) Okay. Well, let’s just move forward. Like you don’t have one.
Carrie Reding (05:54) Okay.
Amanda Spadafora (05:56) Yeah. Same here. I don’t remember doing it either. Okay. So perfect. This will be easy for everyone. I’m going to shoot you these delegate codes I’m about to send you are going to be the code. You only have to create one account. Thankfully for you all you don’t have to have a bunch of individual accounts. So once you create your account with this delegate account, it’s going to link all of the locations that I have already added under this delegate code. So let me send those to you all. So you have them.
Amanda Spadafora (06:35) There you go. And… then whenever you’re ready, I did send the registration link or the login link? Yeah.
Amanda Spadafora (06:52) Okay. All right. You should do register now.
Amanda Spadafora (07:00) You’re going to do delegate?
Amanda Spadafora (07:05) Go ahead and enter your info there. And then you’re going to copy and paste that delegate code.
Amanda Spadafora (07:20) I had to think about that for a minute.
Carrie Reding (07:26) Two seven eight. I believe. Okay. Thank you.
Carrie Reding (07:55) Does this need to be different? So the display?
Amanda Spadafora (07:57) Name, you can name that like if you wanted to put, like if you had other logins, I don’t know it can just be your name or you can name it Theoria and complex care or something that, you know, it’s up to you totally up to you.
Carrie Reding (08:24) Perfect. Okay.
Amanda Spadafora (08:29) Thank you so much.
Carrie Reding (08:36) A passphrase.
Amanda Spadafora (08:40) Yeah, you can, something to remind you of your password, if you want. I have no idea. I just put, I literally put apple, so… something to remind you trigger your brain for your password. I think that’s what that’s supposed to be. I’m not too sure. I guess it’s a picture of a dog. Why not? Thank you.
Amanda Spadafora (09:33) Brittany and Latoya, are you all trying to create your accounts as well too?
Carrie Reding (09:37) Yes.
Amanda Spadafora (09:38) Perfect. Yes, I just want to make sure that we can confirm that you all have access. So that way I can mark this off of our list too.
Carrie Reding (09:48) So, now, I should be able to log in.
Amanda Spadafora (09:50) Yes.
Amanda Spadafora (09:56) Fingers crossed.
Carrie Reding (10:13) Everything has to be better.
Amanda Spadafora (10:14) I know.
Amanda Spadafora (10:20) So, thank you.
Amanda Spadafora (10:38) You. No worries. I don’t know if you can also make a note. So you’re aware that this login is for all of Theoria, all of complexcare mnh, locations. So, it’s one login for all groups all locations.
Amanda Spadafora (11:14) Can you share the delegate code? Again? It’s in the chat? Who said that it’s in the chat?
Carrie Reding (11:24) Let me check here. It says two seven, one.
Amanda Spadafora (11:27) Okay. Yeah.
Carrie Reding (11:29) Okay. Got it.
Amanda Spadafora (12:04) This is like the fourth time you’ve had to log in.
Carrie Reding (12:07) I know it is, it’s kind of crazy.
Amanda Spadafora (12:16) Okay. So this is where I was explaining where it shows display name and we can work to get these. I’m going to work to get these like obviously associated with the accounts that we know what they’re for, because right now it’s kind of like, okay, what location and what group is it for you? Don’t really, you can’t really tell by the display name. The only way you’re going to be able to tell is by this sheet that I’m going to share with you for right now, but I’m going to have, I’m going to try to get that updated by the end of the day. So that way… we’re not having to, you don’t I’m going to have it updated by the end of the day if that’s okay. And that way I don’t have to share the sheet with you. Okay? That works because it’s a lot, I mean, unless you need it immediately right now, I’ll share the sheet.
Carrie Reding (13:07) No, I’m good. If.
Amanda Spadafora (13:10) you guys are good too. And then I’ll just get the names updated to correspond with the location. So that way it makes sense when you’re logging in, but that is how you’ll select them. When you do log in next time, hopefully, it’ll say Theoria address two zero zero two, complex care, H2 zero zero two. And that way you’ll know the street address and which company you’re selecting… can.
Carrie Reding (13:36) We run through real quick. I just want to make sure we’re all on the same page because on these calls just, I want to make sure what you have the same information that we shared because I think there was some confusion. We did Indiana medicaid, but we’ve done what Vermont medicaid. I think is the one who did.
Amanda Spadafora (13:57) So, so far we have done, I have confirmed and we already worked on Vermont… Texas, Ohio… and… Florida, and now Indiana.
Amanda Spadafora (14:24) So everyone should have access to all of these portals moving forward and you all should have the ability besides like, no, you should for Florida, if not, if you can’t add somebody, let me know, but you all should have the ability to add users. And if you want to, if you can go back.
LaToya Pough (14:44) We don’t have Florida, that was because the conversation was stated that we were exiting out.
Carrie Reding (14:53) Yeah.
LaToya Pough (14:54) So,
Amanda Spadafora (14:55) can.
LaToya Pough (14:55) you remove that from your feed?
Carrie Reding (14:58) Well, I think Lori has it.
Amanda Spadafora (15:01) He does exactly. That was discussed in our last call. So, Lori is the only one that has account access for all locations. And since you guys are exiting Florida, we’re not going to move forward with adding the additional users. But Lori does have access in case you do need to work in that account.
Amanda Spadafora (15:23) And if you want to go back to Indiana real quick, so I can just show you how to add… a user, you can just click on it. You should be able to click on any of them. Okay?
Amanda Spadafora (15:42) Go ahead and click on close… and then where it says manage accounts under user details, this is how you’ll add delegates. So, if they already have a delegate code like you… all had, if you scroll up, you can add an already registered delegate. So you just see their last name in that delegate code. Do you see it at the top? Yes, if they do not, if they’re not registered, you’ll create their first last name, date of birth. And if they don’t know, then just go this route and it will let you know it’ll assign the same same code for them.
Brittany Dees (16:23) So, you have to be stateside even to access this. I’m assuming since they’re asking for a license?
Amanda Spadafora (16:29) No, I just think that’s for security reasons. Yeah, no, because I don’t have it’s security because I don’t live there and I was able to register with my driver’s license. Well?
Brittany Dees (16:42) No, she’s talking about, we can’t give these to the people in Philippines.
Amanda Spadafora (16:46) Oh, gotcha. Sorry. Probably not. No, okay.
Amanda Spadafora (17:00) Does anybody have any questions on the medicaid Indiana portal? And were you able to gain access? Latoya and Brittany?
Brittany Dees (17:08) I am logging in right now as we speak. And yep, I have access.
Amanda Spadafora (17:18) One.
LaToya Pough (17:18) Second, I’m still in the process, y’all, were moving a little too fast for me?
Amanda Spadafora (17:36) Brittany, you’re the one that said you do have access, right?
Brittany Dees (17:39) Huh. Perfect. I’m good to go. I see all the display names right now.
Amanda Spadafora (17:46) Perfect. And I will get those updated for us, okay?
Amanda Spadafora (18:44) While she’s doing that, I know there were some questions about Georgia… medicaid of Georgia. So if we want to walk through that, I’ll give a breakdown real quick of it and how it’s set up. Give me one second here. So for the medicaid, Georgia, we have access to Theoria, all locations, the complexcare MH apps are still pending. So once those companies are approved, we will then be able to create accounts and link them to the main account. So that way we only have one login for all companies in all locations, sort of just like how we did for medicaid of Indiana. So when you log into your Georgia medicaid accounts, you’re only going to have access to Theoria because CCM and H are pending. Still… Carrie, I went to go add you. You said you didn’t have an account on floor seven, but when I had logged in, it said your account was disabled due to an activity. So I sent a request again and you might have to do a password reset on that since your account was inactive. So you were already added to this account, but the account was deactivated due to not being used due to inactivity. Can.
Brittany Dees (20:08) you send the link to Georgia?
LaToya Pough (20:17) Okay. I’m in Indiana? I was able to log in.
Amanda Spadafora (20:23) Beautiful. Thank you so much. All right. Here is the login link for Georgia. I’m going to get logged in too, in case I have to do some resets. If I had an account, I don’t remember having an account because I don’t even have it on my list here. Let’s see if I can. I would click on the link and start your password reset because you should. Yeah. Well.
Brittany Dees (20:49) The password reset is going to require your.
Amanda Spadafora (20:51) Username. So if you.
Brittany Dees (20:53) Oh, okay. You’re going to give it to her? Okay? Hopefully.
Amanda Spadafora (20:56) If it shows it in there, which I believe it does. So, just bear with me. Yes, it does. And this was for Carrie… I’m going to put your username in the chat so you can just copy and paste it… and then does anybody else need their usernames?
Brittany Dees (21:18) Yeah. Do I have one… Brittany?
Amanda Spadafora (21:21) Is that Brittany? Sorry, I’ll get your voices down eventually? Okay. Brittany? Yes. Like you do, I’m going to send it your way. Okay? Thank you.
LaToya Pough (21:38) Yes, I think, did I send you mine already? I… thought I sent you my username for Georgia.
Amanda Spadafora (21:48) You did, but I need your email.
LaToya Pough (21:52) The email that’s associated with it?
Amanda Spadafora (21:55) Yeah. I had emailed you back in.
LaToya Pough (21:58) So, well, then we would probably just need to do a different user because I was with an old company.
Amanda Spadafora (22:06) Gotcha. So you want me to just try to create a new one for you?
LaToya Pough (22:09) Yes, that’s fine.
Amanda Spadafora (22:11) Okay. I’m going to do that now. So you have to do a password reset, unfortunately, because it’s the only way I can add an agent or you can create a new account and give me the email associated with it. But the only way I can add an agent is through an email address.
LaToya Pough (22:29) Oh, okay. Let me figure that out.
Amanda Spadafora (22:36) So, I don’t know if Theoria email… but you should be able to register what happened here. You’re locked, please contact me.
Brittany Dees (22:49) Yeah, mine says that I didn’t have any, there’s no security questions configured to my account. So I’ll have to contact help desk.
Amanda Spadafora (23:01) Okay. So, looks like we’re going to have to do that too. Carrie.
Brittany Dees (23:05) Yeah.
Amanda Spadafora (23:06) And then while, let’s see if Latoya, if you can create a new account, so we can at least get you all in or get you in.
Amanda Spadafora (23:20) Let me know if you have success with that. I’m hoping you do, but,
Carrie Reding (23:24) at least I have my user id, so I can.
Amanda Spadafora (23:27) Yeah.
LaToya Pough (23:30) For Georgia, I’m going to have to follow up with you via email. Okay? Yeah.
Amanda Spadafora (23:36) All right. So you, will everyone’s going to have to follow up through email… once you. Okay. So really though, once you do have, once you do gain access, you will have, you will have access to Theoria, all locations.
LaToya Pough (23:53) Okay.
Amanda Spadafora (23:54) That goes for you, Brittany and Carrie as well. So, if you can work on contacting the help desk, gain access. And then once you do have access, if you can just shoot me an email and let me know or we can just touch base at the next meeting and follow up on it. It’s probably easier to do it that way than all these emails back and forth. But if you need something, please do email me.
Amanda Spadafora (24:25) What?
Brittany Dees (24:25) About medicare or medicaid do?
Carrie Reding (24:28) We have any.
Amanda Spadafora (24:35) I didn’t understand your question. Do we?
Brittany Dees (24:38) Have access online access for New Hampshire medicaid?
Amanda Spadafora (24:42) Give me one moment. Let me check that one. Hold on. Okay?
Amanda Spadafora (24:58) So, everyone on this call is contacting the help desk to regain access or Georgia medicaid? Yeah. And then you said New Hampshire? Let’s check that one?
Amanda Spadafora (25:14) I don’t have that one on my list of a poll that needs to be worked right now?
Brittany Dees (25:20) Okay. No, that’s fine. I was just wondering because I’ve been getting a lot of emails regarding, yeah, sure.
Amanda Spadafora (25:28) I do hold on. Let’s.
Carrie Reding (25:30) see if anything, I.
Amanda Spadafora (25:32) Haven’t worked that state yet… but once I, if you need, if you need access before, then please let me know it is on the list though. So I’ve just been working by priority of what you all have been, you know, sending through email. But if that is the next one, I’ll go ahead and mark that so we can get that looked into.
Carrie Reding (25:54) I do have a question on Michigan because it’s done by like provider, right? Is there anything that… we can add providers? Is there something you guys send in? I feel like there’s a form or something that just needs to be sent in by provider.
Amanda Spadafora (26:13) We have account for that. I believe. Hold on. So medallion cannot grant access. The client needs to request access. Amy sent email to lorion one seven with the instructions.
Carrie Reding (26:32) So here’s what I have. So… I have access to complex care. But what I don’t have to is I’ve just been having providers added like one at a time.
Amanda Spadafora (26:47) That shouldn’t be the case. Okay. Let me do some research into that one too. So I have New Hampshire and Michigan to look up on. Yeah. Okay. And then,
Carrie Reding (27:02) Latoya, there was another one that Svetlana wanted us to look at. I thought it was either or Indiana.
LaToya Pough (27:21) Is there anybody on there?
Amanda Spadafora (27:29) I know that there was Minnesota.
Amanda Spadafora (27:37) Wait, which one is where, hold on. Let me get that email.
Carrie Reding (27:40) Yeah, I was looking up.
Amanda Spadafora (27:44) I received a request from Massachusetts, Georgia and Indiana from Latoya. So Massachusetts was the other one that I was going to talk about, which for that one that’s the one where no portals are required. Everything is managed by entering the mpi or the medicaid id number on the website under provider profile update option.
Carrie Reding (28:08) Okay. So no portals required. Just use the mpi.
Amanda Spadafora (28:14) Yeah. Through their website.
LaToya Pough (28:17) What about Tennessee.
Amanda Spadafora (28:20) Tennessee, hold on. I’m going to mark that I talked, we discussed Massachusetts real quick?
Amanda Spadafora (28:34) Okay. What was the other one? Tennessee?
Brittany Dees (28:37) Yes.
Amanda Spadafora (28:40) For Tennessee.
Amanda Spadafora (28:51) So, right now, still trying to gain access to the Tennessee account… unfortunately, when our team called to check how to add additional agents, the rep said that only one person which is a primary account contact can own a provider registration portal account, user and agents cannot be added and you cannot have them create a new account. So, the primary contact holder is a David openlander. So, we’re trying to figure out how we can get that switched to someone from your team.
LaToya Pough (29:38) Okay.
Amanda Spadafora (29:44) Massachusetts and actually more.
Carrie Reding (29:46) We have access to because we talked about on your list, Minnesota, Ohio… we talked about hypermetallic access, Kansas… and Missouri.
Brittany Dees (30:01) I’ll have to pull your notes here. So we have it.
Carrie Reding (30:15) Thank you. Your research in the survey?
Carrie Reding (30:31) And then North Carolina.
Carrie Reding (30:40) Was that North Carolina? Is that for us?
Amanda Spadafora (30:46) What do you mean? Yes, that.
Carrie Reding (30:49) North Carolina note on the email?
LaToya Pough (30:52) Where I said pending access for medallion for?
Carrie Reding (30:56) North Carolina, no, Amanda responded and said North Carolina, pending access from medallion 316. I emailed the client. They need to create an account. Once created. I will link them to the account.
Amanda Spadafora (31:10) Yes, that is for you. That is, I.
Carrie Reding (31:14) Have an account I’ll send you mine. You want my login? Yeah.
Amanda Spadafora (31:18) If you want to send it, can you send it back on that email chain for North Carolina? Yes?
Carrie Reding (31:28) See if I need.
LaToya Pough (31:30) Oh, and I can send you mine as well for North Carolina?
Amanda Spadafora (31:36) Perfect.
Amanda Spadafora (31:44) Okay.
Amanda Spadafora (31:52) Indiana, we’re good. Michigan. I’ll look up… Arizona. I feel.
Carrie Reding (32:02) like we’re exiting, are we exiting?
Amanda Spadafora (32:09) Are you exiting? I.
Carrie Reding (32:11) have it on my list?
Carrie Reding (32:41) I don’t know if the user id is case sensitive.
Carrie Reding (32:49) Okay.
Amanda Spadafora (32:50) Were there any other states right now that you had questions on? Otherwise, we’re still researching additional states and then can you guys confirm?
LaToya Pough (33:01) I do have a question for you. It’s not a state but I did email you yesterday in regards to humana, the tricare, if we can get access to the group.
Amanda Spadafora (33:12) Yeah. I had emailed you back this morning on that. Okay, humana, tricare. So, for tricare west, none of these tricare west and east is user specific. So I emailed you back the links. You can create your own account because we don’t there’s no adding users. You create your own account and you’ll add the tax ids for tricare east. And then for tricare west, you would just create your accounts as well.
LaToya Pough (33:39) Okay. I’m going to?
Carrie Reding (33:48) You said tricare’s.
Amanda Spadafora (33:51) tricare east. You’ll create your own, all tricare’s just create your own portals.
Amanda Spadafora (34:01) And then I was, let me just double check my list. I feel like I looked into more states and might have additional info.
Carrie Reding (34:08) Yeah. Let me, I’m scrolling through real quick. Can.
Amanda Spadafora (34:13) you guys let me know if you are exiting Arizona, and if anybody needs access with that state, still we?
Carrie Reding (34:20) Are exiting Arizona, so.
Amanda Spadafora (34:23) Do you want me to discontinue that process? Because Lori does have access?
Carrie Reding (34:31) Lori does have access. She does… I’ll just make a note of it that she has access. Okay? So, yeah… we can, and she, because she shared all of hers. So we should be good. What about Iowa? Is that one pending?
Amanda Spadafora (34:55) Iowa?
Carrie Reding (34:58) No, there is one portal?
Amanda Spadafora (35:01) For Iowa?
Carrie Reding (35:03) What about Illinois? That’s a big one too?
Amanda Spadafora (35:07) For Illinois, I.
Carrie Reding (35:10) have a login but I thought, we do.
Amanda Spadafora (35:12) Need your username for Illinois to add you. Okay?
Carrie Reding (35:22) Do you want it in the chat?
Amanda Spadafora (35:24) Here? No, if you can email me because I’m going to do it, when… we hop off the call and I can let you know.
Amanda Spadafora (35:36) North Carolina. Did we see someone’s email… that was from Carrie? So I’ll get you added to that and shoot you an email back. When added. These are just states that I need to figure out like the ins and outs of the portal? Like if there’s more than one group link to it, so on and so forth. It’s multiple locations. So, if you have your id, I’ll add you, and then I’ll let you know how the portals are set up… let me go through the rest. So we talked about Michigan… Arizona or?
Carrie Reding (36:22) I’ll go through the rest of the states here just to make sure I’m not missing anything.
Amanda Spadafora (36:26) For Wisconsin, we… did send the login to individuals and granted clerk access to all accounts we have access to on January fourteenth, 20 26. That email was sent to Carrie, Lori, and Brittany, Latoya. I still need you added.
LaToya Pough (36:46) Okay.
Carrie Reding (36:47) Luciana, medicaid. No.
Amanda Spadafora (36:49) That was okay.
Amanda Spadafora (36:56) So, the, your login information was sent to you all on January?
Carrie Reding (37:01) Yeah. I’ve got Wisconsin fourteenth.
Amanda Spadafora (37:04) Okay. So, we’ll have that.
Carrie Reding (37:06) On our completed list, well?
Amanda Spadafora (37:08) Can you make sure that you have access to everything too before you? Well, I mean, it’s I want to make sure that you guys, are you are able to log in and do what you need to do before I mark it off my list.
Carrie Reding (37:20) Oh, I’m in, I’m I have lots of access to Wisconsin. I’m still actually working on, I just got some pin letters from carlex there, perfect. So, Carrie, so I’ll be okay?
Amanda Spadafora (37:34) Cool. So, Carrie, are you able to add users? Yes. So, will you be able to take care of adding Lori, Brittany and Latoya?
Carrie Reding (37:44) Yes. Yeah. And I already have access to. Yeah, yeah, I add, I have a whole list of people that I add. If there’s anyone else from medallion… that needs access besides, you know, what Kelsey’s not here anymore, is she?
Amanda Spadafora (38:00) And that’s just for Theoria, right? Yes. Okay. Sorry.
Carrie Reding (38:08) Well, no, well, yeah, just for Theoria, but I’m working on the complex care ones. I requested a bunch of people the other day.
Amanda Spadafora (38:14) So, you’re requesting access to that. So I don’t have to worry about that one either.
Carrie Reding (38:19) I’m just going to put it out here, so.
Amanda Spadafora (38:22) I’m going to take that one and mark it as completed on my list.
Carrie Reding (38:25) But who needs to be assigned from now… that Kelsey’s gone, is that you?
Amanda Spadafora (38:32) Yes, do?
Carrie Reding (38:34) You already have a Wisconsin one?
Amanda Spadafora (38:36) Probably not. So let.
Carrie Reding (38:39) Me, I’ll yes, I’ll just get you added. Okay, cool. I can’t get you all required for that, but I can add you to the ones I have and the ones that Brittany and I set up. So you got, actually, you guys have part of them, the logins we have part of them. Does that make sense? Yeah, let me here. I have this for them. Let me show you, so.
Carrie Reding (39:07) Guys, I have to jump. Am I, is there anything else for me?
Amanda Spadafora (39:13) I’m good. I mean, I’ll still continue to work through the states and then we can just touch base on our next call. Okay?
Carrie Reding (39:19) Thank you… Amanda. So these are all the ones that you guys have access to these locations?
Amanda Spadafora (39:29) Oh, hold on one second. Okay? Let me see. Okay. So.
Carrie Reding (39:39) You guys gave us access to this? So this is one user id, and then I created all these locations for this because you have to have a physician and an NP for each location. So, so,
Amanda Spadafora (39:54) it’s login for physicians, and then a login for NPS locations?
Carrie Reding (39:57) Yeah. So you guys own these right now currently, and then we’re managing these, which I guess it’s fine. We can leave it this way for now unless you guys need something, but that’s how it was set up. And then I’m working on getting access to all the complex care ones and I’ll just assign for access. So… okay. I actually, this, oh, and I requested some demo updates because it looks like when they were requested for midwest H, they only requested NP groups… or no, they only requested physician groups. So I had to go in and request NP groups, but for midwest M, they requested NP groups and not physician groups?
Amanda Spadafora (40:49) Oh, gosh. So, I.
Carrie Reding (40:51) put a demographic update in for that. So, and there’s… only seven locations. Now, those other locations have all turned.
Amanda Spadafora (41:00) Okay, good.
Carrie Reding (41:02) So, awesome.
Amanda Spadafora (41:04) Okay.
Carrie Reding (41:07) Yeah. I have, this has been a deal with Wisconsin. I’m like, ugh.
Amanda Spadafora (41:13) Seems like it. Okay. I’m just trying to go through our list, make sure everything else is good and.
Carrie Reding (41:19) Let me look at the rest of the semester payroll. So it’s kind of just going through our states here. We talked about Kansas. What about Louisiana? Medicaid?
Amanda Spadafora (41:31) I don’t think we’ve just looked like for Kentucky?
Carrie Reding (41:36) For.
Amanda Spadafora (41:41) Carrie… Kelsey added your name on March seventeenth, the crediting nine, the C reading 19 to account sent email to Carrie informing her that she now has access. Okay?
Amanda Spadafora (41:58) You said Kentucky, yes?
Carrie Reding (42:03) You said crediting 19?
Amanda Spadafora (42:05) Yeah.
Amanda Spadafora (42:18) Wait, hold on. I apologize. That was for North Carolina. The oreo account is undergoing maintenance and I’m unable to add new users of now, for Kentucky, complex care midwest. M app is still in process. So, that was for Kentucky, my apologies. Okay?
Carrie Reding (42:36) So, it’s still in process?
Amanda Spadafora (42:37) Yeah. For Iowa, no portal for Illinois, we need the username.
Carrie Reding (42:47) For Illinois, New Hampshire, I’m.
Amanda Spadafora (42:52) looking into New Hampshire, Missouri and Kansas and… Colorado, we.
Carrie Reding (43:02) Are also exiting what?
Amanda Spadafora (43:05) Colorado?
Carrie Reding (43:07) Okay.
Amanda Spadafora (43:08) So, do you need portal access for that right now?
Carrie Reding (43:16) I want to say somebody has let,
Carrie Reding (43:27) let me just make sure I feel like somebody, one of us has access to this. Yeah, it looks like we have Colorado one actually.
Amanda Spadafora (43:38) Okay. So, you guys have access to Colorado? Yeah. Okay. So I’ll turn, I’ll.
Carrie Reding (43:43) stop. So I’m gonna put, all right.
Amanda Spadafora (43:48) So, Colorado, I’ll stop working on that one.
Amanda Spadafora (43:51) Yeah… Montana had reached out on March sixteenth. I’m sorry, March 26. I need the last four of your social numbers if you want to give that to me now, I, for you, at least like, and whoever else is on the call, get that added. So… which one? So this is for medicaid, Montana?
Carrie Reding (44:16) Mine is eight, triple nine.
Amanda Spadafora (44:20) Hold on, say that again, that’s Brittany, right?
Carrie Reding (44:23) No, this is Latoya. This is Latoya, and mine is eight, triple nine eight.
Amanda Spadafora (44:31) Nine nine. Yours is easy. Okay. And Carrie, I,
Carrie Reding (44:36) just put it in the chat, zero six, three six? Okay. Perfect. I’ll.
Amanda Spadafora (44:41) get that added and then let’s see for.
Amanda Spadafora (44:52) Minnesota… on January twelfth, we had sent a login to, so on January twelfth, logins… were sent to Carrie, Lori and Brittany. Yeah.
Carrie Reding (45:11) I’ve got Minnesota. Do you want me to… since I don’t have the link, but no.
Amanda Spadafora (45:22) I mean, as long as you have to log in?
Carrie Reding (45:27) Yeah, I have a login. Yeah, for Minnesota. Do you have one? Latoya? No?
Amanda Spadafora (45:34) I do not. So I had sent yours on the ninth. Let me just copy and paste it in the chat.
Carrie Reding (45:44) Yesterday. Okay?
Amanda Spadafora (45:46) Yes. Hold on. I mean, if you want to, just if you can’t find it, let me know or I can put it in the chat. It’s up to you. No.
LaToya Pough (45:55) No, no. I’m going to refer to my email, make it easy.
Amanda Spadafora (45:58) I was going to say, I don’t know if you want your stuff out there like that anyway. Okay? All right. So you’ll let me know Carrie, you confirmed you’re all set with Minnesota… then we have, I haven’t seen.
Carrie Reding (46:14) It’s been a long time since I’ve logged in.
Amanda Spadafora (46:17) If you need help, just let me know. Okay for Pennsylvania, that one, do we even have it researching? Hold on.
Carrie Reding (46:28) I don’t think we have Pennsylvania.
Amanda Spadafora (46:30) That would be nice if I can take that off.
Carrie Reding (46:33) Yeah.
Amanda Spadafora (46:34) I was.
Carrie Reding (46:34) Like wait a second hold.
Amanda Spadafora (46:35) On, I don’t know why it’s on there then, but it is, so that’s why I was going to look into it. I see logins for it.
Carrie Reding (46:42) Yeah, yeah.
Amanda Spadafora (46:45) But there’s just a bunch. So I have to look into like, you know, which ones are, right? But if you don’t have Pennsylvania or don’t need access, just let me know.
Carrie Reding (46:52) Am I losing that? That’s so bad?
Amanda Spadafora (46:58) Well, there’s.
Carrie Reding (46:59) a lot… if I do it’s not one I’m real familiar with. Oh… we have one location in Pennsylvania. Oh, my gosh. I forgot about that, which.
Amanda Spadafora (47:13) one, can you read off that address? Just so I can make sure because there’s a ton of logins.
Carrie Reding (47:18) Six eight, two pleasant drive.
Amanda Spadafora (47:21) Thank you. Yeah. All right. So, I’ll at least look into that for you. Medicaid, Florida. We took care of that one. Rory has access. You guys are exiting. So she has an access order. We’re going to skip the rest.
Carrie Reding (47:37) We’re exiting Pennsylvania?
Amanda Spadafora (47:39) Sorry, we’re.
Carrie Reding (47:41) not exiting Pennsylvania?
Amanda Spadafora (47:42) No, I said Florida, oh, Florida.
Carrie Reding (47:45) Yeah. So.
Amanda Spadafora (47:46) Medicaid, Florida, and then medicaid, Massachusetts. They don’t have a portal for that one. You use the website. And then Ohio is the last one on my list and you all have confirmed you have access to that, Carrie. I’m sorry, Lori and Latoya have confirmed.
Amanda Spadafora (48:10) If you want Carrie and Brittany, we can try to get you access to Ohio if you don’t already.
Carrie Reding (48:17) Well, I have an Ohio account… but I don’t if I remember, right, the last time I pulled this up, there was like nothing there.
Amanda Spadafora (48:32) So,
Amanda Spadafora (48:39) medicaid, Ohio here’s, what I have in here.
Amanda Spadafora (48:43) Did I add you as a user? No, I did not. So I, while you’re in here, hold on don’t exit yet. I’m going to add you. I needed, I had emailed you and said I needed a user id and like their pin number, whatever they want to call it. So, just bear with me. Let me log into my account.
Amanda Spadafora (49:09) Okay. Now, let’s figure out how to do this.
Amanda Spadafora (49:37) Taking forever to learn another.
Carrie Reding (49:39) Column hold.
Amanda Spadafora (49:42) On one second.
Amanda Spadafora (49:55) Okay. Password enter.
Amanda Spadafora (50:07) Salute.
Amanda Spadafora (50:11) okay.
Amanda Spadafora (50:39) This is for Ohio, right? Yes… for some reason.
Amanda Spadafora (50:55) I’m not having access like… I did before.
Amanda Spadafora (51:08) Let me,
Carrie Reding (51:09) I.
Amanda Spadafora (51:11) don’t understand why it’s not, but can you hover over where it says carry writing to the top, right? I’m going to take a screenshot of that. I don’t know if I’ll be able to see it, if it pops up, can you click on it? Is anything popping up there? You go? Let me just get a screenshot of that. And then I will add to when I figure out why it’s not letting me add users. Now, I literally did this with Theoria the last fall. So I don’t understand why. And then, Latoya… do you, did I able to, was I able to get yours? Let’s see? I think it was, I thought.
LaToya Pough (51:52) I did.
Amanda Spadafora (51:54) Okay. We did, yeah, on our last call, we had worked on it together and I was able to add you. I don’t know why I’m not able to add anyone right now. Okay? One second.
Amanda Spadafora (52:31) Let’s see if I can look it up now, cause that is mind boggling.
Amanda Spadafora (52:46) I wonder if it was through your account, Brittany, that I was adding people? I.
Carrie Reding (52:51) Think Brittany, yeah.
LaToya Pough (52:55) Brittany’s not on here anymore.
Amanda Spadafora (52:57) Oh, I’m talking about our, Brittany. Oh, you’re Brittany, I was.
Carrie Reding (53:02) Like our Brittany.
Amanda Spadafora (53:04) All right. Hold on. Let me.
Carrie Reding (53:06) See.
Amanda Spadafora (53:11) Yeah, I think it might be through her. So, let’s see.
Amanda Spadafora (53:20) If not, I will get you added. Regardless. I took a screenshot it’s when you’re good. Okay?
Carrie Reding (53:32) I should do that completely.
Amanda Spadafora (53:40) Provider network why?
Carrie Reding (53:46) Don’t you go. Hi, I’m with you.
Amanda Spadafora (53:48) Come on.
Amanda Spadafora (54:00) Of course.
Amanda Spadafora (54:07) I hate these codes that you have to enter for every everything.
Carrie Reding (54:25) I think this covers everything doesn’t it.
Amanda Spadafora (54:27) I think I found it. Okay. Cool. Yeah, it should, that should be all the states, but who knows at this point administration, I found it. Okay. Medicaid id for Carrie.
Amanda Spadafora (54:55) Seven one, two two.
Amanda Spadafora (55:04) Seven one, two, two, nine, six, three, seven. And the email associated with it?
Amanda Spadafora (55:18) Do you know the email associated with your account? Carrie? Is it the same one we always use? Yeah, it should be.
Carrie Reding (55:24) The.
Amanda Spadafora (55:24) C, ready or?
Carrie Reding (55:28) Yeah, crediting it Theoria?
Carrie Reding (55:34) Theory of medical illness?
Amanda Spadafora (55:39) Ohio id is not bound?
Amanda Spadafora (56:13) And, this isn’t making sense, enter medicaid id.
Amanda Spadafora (56:22) Give me a second.
Amanda Spadafora (57:22) Asking for a medicaid id.
Carrie Reding (57:27) For Ohio.
Amanda Spadafora (57:29) Yeah.
Carrie Reding (57:32) The actual medicaid id?
Amanda Spadafora (57:34) That’s the thing like, I don’t understand why it’s asking for that, Brittany. Do you have any insight on that? Or maybe it’s just for, I wonder.
Carrie Reding (57:45) If it’s our group id, that’s.
Amanda Spadafora (57:47) what I’m going to look for Theoria’s?
Amanda Spadafora (58:08) Okay. Nope… I have no idea. Oh, wait, hold on power agent access. Here we go. Good, lord. Have mercy. Okay. Yeah, Ohio, id seven one, two, two, seven, one, two, two, nine, six, three seven.
Amanda Spadafora (58:49) There’s the group item two.
Carrie Reding (58:52) Four, eight. Yeah.
Amanda Spadafora (58:54) I have a new power agent.
Amanda Spadafora (59:12) Toya, and Lori have it. Let’s see, search for her id add new.
Amanda Spadafora (59:21) I would like to have your id access… seven, one, two, two… nine, six, three seven. Okay?
Amanda Spadafora (59:45) I will work on it. I don’t know why it’s not working.
Carrie Reding (60:13) Victoria, anything else?
Amanda Spadafora (60:21) Everyone’s good?
LaToya Pough (60:24) I think we’ve pretty much hit all. We just need to get a couple of them and I need to get those ids over to you. But for the most part, I think we have everything you’re.
Carrie Reding (60:38) researching these two, right? Montana, Pennsylvania, you said?
Carrie Reding (60:49) Say that again? Montana and Pennsylvania. It’s.
Amanda Spadafora (60:54) cutting out so bad. Yeah any of the states that I’m researching, I will follow up with you on, okay, but yes, New Hampshire doing some researching all.
Carrie Reding (61:06) Right. Well, that sounds good. I think this is a pretty good list for.
LaToya Pough (61:10) Us.
Carrie Reding (61:10) So, of getting those completed. So we’ll talk I guess next week awesome.
Amanda Spadafora (61:17) Thank you all so much for the last.
Carrie Reding (61:19) Yeah, no, thank you. We appreciate it. All right? If.
Amanda Spadafora (61:22) You need anything? Let me know. I’m going to work on that, Ohio access for you. I don’t know what’s not working right now? Okay?
Carrie Reding (61:27) All right. It’s.
Amanda Spadafora (61:28) Friday?
