Amy Barfield (00:00) hello, put the camera on so you.

Stephenie Tennant (00:02) Can see me?

Amy Barfield (00:04) All right. Will Ashley be joining today? No. Oh, you’re on mute, Stephanie, but I think I could read your lips that she’s not here today. All right. Cool. Yeah, there we.

Stephenie Tennant (00:20) Go. Yeah, she’s off today, sorry?

Amy Barfield (00:22) No, you’re good. I think we should all take Fridays off.

Stephenie Tennant (00:28) That would be amazing.

Amy Barfield (00:31) Okay. Let me share my screen with you. I think I’ve got a couple emails either from you or from a payer. I was out the last couple or three days on a site visit with another client. So I’m catching up today. So, apologies for late responses.

Amy Barfield (00:49) If you did email me… recapping from last week, I went through and looked at the medicare lines and I do see where there were tasks for admin signature and provider signature. So I know she said there needs to be two separate tasks. So let me look on this one particularly… closing these out. Yeah?

Amy Barfield (01:25) No, it’s not going to show up because the status changed when you look her up real quick… winters.

Amy Barfield (01:45) Medicare… which it looks like it’s been completed. But let me look to see if any tasks were here. Oh… so there’s the signature for the… admin, and then the signature for the provider. Okay? But I did go through. I don’t know that I went through all of them, but I went through quite a few and I did see for both. So I’m wondering where… that might have generated… from or maybe it was corrected before it was brought to my attention, you know, not saying it didn’t happen, but maybe it just got corrected before I was able to flag it, you know? Okay. But I do see that happening now for wellcare. We did submit to release this to the team for Susan.

Stephenie Tennant (02:46) Let’s see if.

Amy Barfield (02:48) That is moving along… real quick. So it looks like it’s in peer processing, it was submitted. So that’s good. And then for your par analysis, we had, it looks like it’s all completed. The only thing that’s pending are some tasks and I’m pretty sure that’s just going to tell you whether you need to enroll or not before they can completely close those out. But the only ones I saw were for triwest, okay, I do need to get a status update on this bulk upload. I think last week when I talked to our TSM, he was going to have try to have that done either by end of week this week or beginning of next week. So we should start seeing those come through here pretty soon.

Stephenie Tennant (03:35) Okay.

Amy Barfield (03:35) Okay. Can.

Stephenie Tennant (03:37) we look at a provider?

Amy Barfield (03:39) Yeah, absolutely.

Stephenie Tennant (03:40) Because I think, I don’t know. I may be confused and so provider, Jennifer Morris.

Stephenie Tennant (03:52) So, this is one with the medicare?

Amy Barfield (04:03) Just had the one task. Yes. Okay. Medicare… on one, I assume… yeah, that’s the par analysis. So that would be this one.

Amy Barfield (04:24) Yeah. So there’s one to the provider to get surrogacy access so that we can view… her current enrollment to know how we need to proceed with linking her to your group. So that would be addressed to the provider.

Stephenie Tennant (04:38) Can we look at that task?

Amy Barfield (04:48) Please grant permission via CMS identity and access management within three days, your login information will be the same as your mpi login for mppes website, see?

Stephenie Tennant (05:01) They did respond and I didn’t even mark it as complete. This is one that I had emailed you on. So, what happened was the task type was under payer enrollment. So I don’t think the provider can see it when it’s under task payer enrollment.

Amy Barfield (05:20) Okay. Let’s see if it would have showed up for her.

Amy Barfield (05:27) Actually, let me do this.

Stephenie Tennant (05:31) Is that how I tell, I go to let?

Amy Barfield (05:35) Me log into her account and see what she sees?

Stephenie Tennant (05:41) She can see it now because I think they canceled the task and created a new one. I just saw. Okay?

Amy Barfield (05:51) Yeah, she should see any task provider enrollment related?

Stephenie Tennant (05:58) Even if it, but it says payer enrollment. Like the task type says payer enrollment.

Amy Barfield (06:05) Right. She should see that. Let me see here about caqh, this one’s completed. Yeah, payer enrollment. Okay? On 220, let’s… see what original. So, yeah, see. So it was originally created on 213. We sent all these emails. It was done on three nine… which looks like this reset task not approved… because it looked like she probably had done here. And then they reset the task again, reset the task again, right here, provider put done. They reset the task again and now it’s done and shows received.

Stephenie Tennant (07:03) Okay. Because we’re having some issues where some providers can’t see and I thought it was because it was the task type payer enrollment.

Amy Barfield (07:13) No, she sees it because it was done by her on three nine right here. And then it was done by her again. And then that’s our team and then you completed it here. And then she completed it again here. So she is seeing it. Okay? I just, I don’t yeah, maybe she didn’t understand. And so she just completed it. What was being asked? Okay?

Stephenie Tennant (07:43) So, if I get another provider that tells me that I’m able to see the activity right in the task?

Amy Barfield (07:53) Yes. Yeah, you can see it. And even she, so I’m logged into her profile. So this is her view. Okay? So she can see this too. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, I had to click the little view all for all these to show up. But because… originally, it looks like this hold on. So view more, just click that view more and it’ll show you all the correspondence. Okay. Yeah. Do you have another one you might want to look at?

Stephenie Tennant (08:22) Can we look at Eric rutberg? Yeah, let me release this one.

Amy Barfield (08:32) Eric?

Stephenie Tennant (08:35) RUT?

Amy Barfield (08:54) I got to go on the back end. Can I just… oh, see he hasn’t logged in a while.

Stephenie Tennant (09:11) Okay. Well, that explains why I haven’t seen it. Yeah.

Amy Barfield (09:17) So, here’s one for caqh that’s in there right now… completed signed medicare application activity. So we’ve created it on 210 and we’ve sent all these reminder emails.

Stephenie Tennant (09:35) And it was done. He’s just not doing it.

Amy Barfield (09:37) Yeah, done by you on one?

Stephenie Tennant (09:39) Okay. Because I thought that he wasn’t seeing it because of the task type.

Amy Barfield (09:47) Yeah. No, they’ll see this. They can see by task type. So, and they can even filter here by pay enrollment. So they see all this right here.

Stephenie Tennant (10:01) Okay. Yep. He’s.

Amy Barfield (10:03) got some for provider profile, caqh maintenance, one, two three for pay enrollment.

Stephenie Tennant (10:08) Okay. I will follow up with his supervisor, right?

Amy Barfield (10:12) Now, he just has one for caqh login information. Okay? And that one was created on, let’s see. So we sent an email on 210. It was done by Eric. It looks like… on 215. Hello? I’m following up on this. So they probably reopened it. Yep, they reopened it on 216. And then there’s been email reminders sent since then. Okay. I.

Stephenie Tennant (10:50) will work with the program on him, yeah.

Amy Barfield (10:53) Because if he would have provided it, he put done, but there’s no note from him here with the username and password, unless it’s let’s double check real quick in his profile. Maybe he updated it in external accounts. I can’t read this. Let me see if I can… thank you.

Amy Barfield (11:26) We’re going to give it to insight at 20 25. Yeah, he hasn’t changed it in external accounts either.

Stephenie Tennant (11:33) Okay. So.

Amy Barfield (11:34) Not sure why he completed it. Sometimes, I think providers come in here and they see something and they’re like, yep, I read it complete, but they didn’t actually know that it was something that they needed to act on. So, yeah, these aren’t notifications. These are requests. So maybe that, yeah, should be communicated to them. Okay?

Stephenie Tennant (11:57) Anything else? Yes, there was an email, a couple emails from Heidi dutton from Aetna. Okay?

Stephenie Tennant (12:11) And I think you were cc’d on it. And Peter was also okay. I think it’s just letting your team know the process because it sounds like it’s not being completed correctly? Okay?

Amy Barfield (12:38) Okay. For Aetna. And I think I, yes, I updated our internal processes and relayed back to the team. I think it was last Thursday.

Stephenie Tennant (12:54) Okay. Because she sent another one on April. Okay?

Amy Barfield (12:58) Let me look at that. April. I don’t have an April eight. Let me go back… here. Mailbox here. April. I don’t have any emails from April eight. Can you forward that to me? Sure. Okay. And then I’ll address that with our team?

Stephenie Tennant (13:56) All right. Anything else? Those were the only things they had. Okay. Cool. Did you have anything? Sir? No.

Amy Barfield (14:07) I don’t no. Okay. All right. I will look out for that email and I’ll respond to those two that I just saw in my mailbox too.

Stephenie Tennant (14:17) Perfect. Thank.

Amy Barfield (14:18) You so much. All right. Thank you. We’ll see you next time. All.

Stephenie Tennant (14:21) Right? Bye.
