To Annette Craig (00:13) Oh, they all seem to be anymore.
Kristi Toby (00:16) I think that’s the normal, it used to be a point in time where it felt like this is just a one off and now it’s just every day is busy every week is busy. Yeah… you know, it’s life now.
To Annette Craig (00:29) Yes. So, Patty just texted me, she is stuck in another meeting and she said she won’t make the noon meeting. Okay. Well, then we’ll have to. All right… I’ll just say we’ll reschedule for next week.
Kristi Toby (00:45) Absolutely. And just, we can certainly reschedule with Patty not able to join. But just so that I understand you currently, what does the credentialing process look like today? As far as the delegation, do you already have delegated agreements with payers configured already? Or is that something in process?
To Annette Craig (01:03) No, we do with some of our payers, our previous corporate office does, yes. Okay, perfect. And that’s why she’s asking about it. Yeah.
Kristi Toby (01:12) Within medallion. Okay. So that’s a good framework to work from. So it’s not like you’re having to start entirely from scratch through the process. It’s more. So just making sure medallion is configured to support that.
To Annette Craig (01:21) Correct. And the contract does.
Kristi Toby (01:23) Not, it’s not.
To Annette Craig (01:25) On.
Kristi Toby (01:25) there. Yeah, exactly. So we can dug into the nuts and bolts with Patty next week, understanding the numbers and so that way we can get an accurate proposal for what that might look like.
To Annette Craig (01:36) Okay. Yep. That’s what it is. So, okay, perfect. She just wants to make sure that can continue. Okay?
Kristi Toby (01:43) Absolutely. So I will send over some availability for next week and I know you said Patty’s schedule was a little more, yeah.
To Annette Craig (01:50) She’s the one that’s probably the busiest. Yeah.
