Kevin Murphy (00:28) It was good. Spent a lot of it watching the masters. How about yourself?
Brandon Chase (00:34) Nice man. This weekend was busy for me. Unfortunately, I have a couple buddies that are kind of going through some stuff like a couple divorces and stuff. So that’s how I spent like my Friday night with one of them Saturday… with one of them. And then two of my daughters had games this weekend. So, my wife and I did like the coverage thing where, you know, one of us went this way the.
Kevin Murphy (01:02) Other went that way. Yeah, yeah.
Brandon Chase (01:05) And then yesterday was actually good. My wife and I went on a date which was nice and got a little lunch kind of walked around a bit and tried… our best not to talk about our kids or work. Yeah, yeah.
Kevin Murphy (01:21) Something else. Yeah. Are you in Denver?
Brandon Chase (01:25) Yeah. Well, yeah, we’re in Littleton, so it’s… yeah, I don’t know how familiar you are with the area, but it’s maybe I don’t know mileage wise because that doesn’t really matter. It’s like, you know, all about kind of the traffic, but usually we can get into downtown. Yeah, we get into downtown Denver in like 15, 20 minutes. So we’re in the suburbs, you know, which is the way that we like it. But yeah, we’re kind of in a suburb of Denver.
Kevin Murphy (02:01) Okay. So yourself, yep. Yeah.
Brandon Chase (02:06) Yeah, I have a buddy who.
Kevin Murphy (02:08) Lives up in it’s, up near boulder. It’s called. I always forget the name of it.
Brandon Chase (02:17) Lafayette.
Kevin Murphy (02:18) no, it’s smaller than.

Kevin Murphy (02:28) Yeah, it’s a cool place out there.
Brandon Chase (02:32) Yeah, yeah. There’s a lot of cool. There’s a lot of cool places. I mean, it’s like it’s Denver’s, kind of weird. Denver’s one of those cities where it’s very, kind of neighborhood driven, you know, it’s not like it’s not like, oh, we’re going to Denver, it’s like you have to be like, oh, we’re going to rhino, like everything has a name like rhino is, you know, river north, and then we’re going to, oh, we’re going to low high, which is lower highlands or we’re going to lodo which is lower downtown. Everything’s got a sweet little.
Kevin Murphy (03:04) Name. Yeah.
Brandon Chase (03:05) Yeah. You know, I think a lot of cities are like that, but it’s really strange to me like if you think about like Chicago for example, you know, how they have the miracle mile and it’s like, you know, like that’s kind of what I think of when I think of Chicago is like, you know, you have all the stores and the restaurants and it’s like a really cool walkable place that you could go. Denver has that they have that structure. It’s called the sixteenth street mall, but it’s literally like I’m not kidding. I think the only store that’s still there is a ritz camera and it’s like, come on guys that’s not really a ritz camera. Like there’s something else going on there but, you know, there’s nothing there and it has so much potential, but every business is pulled out of there and I think they’re trying to redo it right now, but I’m like man like that’s what Denver is missing.
Brandon Chase (04:03) It’s missing like this centralized kind of thing… and it just doesn’t have it. It’s like just so kind of broken up. So, yeah, yeah, kind of strange. But, you know, I guess every city has its own personality. Yeah. Exactly. So, all right. So, in terms of kind of state of the union, I had a couple updates for you. One is we’re making good progress on the attestation piece. I think I’m pretty sure that we were able to provide the ability to basically match kind of the process that you have right now, one for one so that I appreciate you sending me that thing… from verisys, my legal team basically confirmed like, yeah, like if this is the route that we go, we’ll basically just swap, that verisys form for our form and then that’ll just become part of the process. So, I think that’s good news. But I’m still pushing for great news which in my opinion would be adding the button functionality into isims… and, I could see the technical team. Sammy and our CTO are kind of going back and forth on that. I think that, we have… the ability to do it. It’s just like they’re just kind of working out the details… we have. We’ve scoped it out with two different customers before, but apparently neither of them went through with it. So like we haven’t actually like done it which, you know, that’s not an issue at all. It’s just like this from a scoping perspective, they’re sort of picking up where they left off with those two. And like trying to take it the final mile. So, I suppose once they kind of get a beat on that like 100 percent beat, they’ll probably want to just schedule a scoping call with, I can’t remember the name of the individual that you had mentioned, but with… that person and then just kind of like geek out, on the specifics of how that will work. But, you know, we do have a world in which we won’t have to have your providers, you know, managing a separate username and password and login and all that stuff, which is good.
Brandon Chase (06:50) So that was that I sent you some times for the week of the 20 seventh. I don’t know if that’s enough time for your new CIO to kind of get his bearings, but I wanted to try to get something in the calendar just to keep the momentum going. And if you think it’s too early or if that week’s already kind of messy, I could send over some times for the following week, but, I’ll take your lead on that.
Kevin Murphy (07:19) Yeah. Let me… let me talk to Erica, because I… think today’s the Guy’s first day and.
Brandon Chase (07:34) I know that the current.
Kevin Murphy (07:35) CIO, his, he’s not leaving until I think probably that week. So there’s going to be some overlap. I just don’t know what his calendar looks like. So, let me just get a sense of like when it would make, that might be a good week, two weeks in to bring him in to bring him over it’ll. Be his third week. So could be a good week. I just let me talk to Erica.

Brandon Chase (08:24) I’ll rely on you for that, you know, of course, like every, you know, every time you introduce someone new kind of to an evaluation like this, there’s some risk involved, but you.
Kevin Murphy (08:37) know.
Brandon Chase (08:39) Hopefully, he’ll be able to see the benefit, right? Of, what we’re doing here. Yeah. And, you know, obviously our goal is to not, you know, use resources on your end as much as possible like relying on our team. So, hopefully that, you know, that’ll ring a bell. And I,
Kevin Murphy (08:59) think that’s the big that’s the big thing I’m worried about, right? Is committing resources to that. I mean, yeah, yeah.
Brandon Chase (09:09) We’ll try to avoid that as much as possible. And then the other big one is the price per provider. I think we’re in a pretty good spot on that.
Kevin Murphy (09:25) And.
Brandon Chase (09:25) we’re ready to schedule the call to basically kind of give the first pass review with Erica… it’s not ideal, in my opinion. I’m just like, you know, speaking candidly, I mean, it’s just, you know, it’s we’ve like been bent and flexed I.

Brandon Chase (09:50) bit to try to get this where it is. I think, you know, I think it’s in a place where it’ll be good for Erica to give feedback and then that’ll I think help us go refine it, you know? But I don’t want to take any more time like I’ve been, I can’t tell you how many calls like me and garrison have been on with our like our exec team and then our director of finance and stuff like that.
Kevin Murphy (10:13) And I’m just,
Brandon Chase (10:14) like all right, guys, like we have to give them like just let’s give them something to respond to because we’re like we’re doing all this work sort of in a black box and, you know, let’s check in, just get a temperature check. You know, are we cold?
Kevin Murphy (10:30) Warm.
Brandon Chase (10:31) hot, where are we? And then, we could adjust from there, you know, we’re not going to, we’re not going to nail it on the first time, you know, yeah.
Kevin Murphy (10:41) I’ll make sure that I tell her that when we, when you, when we set up time to review it like this is still a work in progress. So, yeah, yeah.
Brandon Chase (10:50) Like that’s that’ll be good. It’s not like the final product, this is kind of, you know, first pass, let’s work together to kind of tweak it and,

Brandon Chase (11:06) The last one, the last piece was, the roadmap session… and I believe was… that on me to do that. Yeah, that’s on me to do that. So I know Erica wanted to see, I think it, I feel like it’s maybe a continuation a little bit of what maybe she heard in napa.

Brandon Chase (11:37) 100 percent sure like how deep they got, on our actual roadmap, but we.

Brandon Chase (11:43) going to, I’ll have to look for time either with my, I think it’s either my product manager or our CTO, I’ll confirm that and.

Brandon Chase (11:57) Should be, you know, a relatively easy conversation. You know, it’s not sticky like the pricing and, you know, implementation is there’s a lot there, right? But the roadmap thing should be pretty straightforward.

Brandon Chase (12:15) I think those are the outstanding items on my end. Anything on your, anything on your end? Any kind of any changes or updates or anything like that? I don’t think so. No.
