Niccole Russell (00:00) hello? Good morning. Hey, good morning.
Sarahfeldman (00:02) Morning. All right.
Niccole Russell (00:05) Is this… all that’s going to join? Or should I wait a few minutes?
Jacqueline Fournier (00:15) Shadi should join any minute now.
Niccole Russell (00:18) Okay. She declined the meeting, so I wasn’t sure if her, if Sade might be joining.
Jacqueline Fournier (00:24) Okay. We can just go ahead and get started sure.
Niccole Russell (00:27) Oh, there’s Sade, let me go ahead and share my screen here.

Sarahfeldman (03:00) No, I don’t have any questions… and I had brought this up to Charlotte last week. Nicole. I don’t know if every Monday we need to go through the list kind of line by line when it comes to sort of the renewal statuses, particularly if things are in process with the board. I would still like to have this physical list that gets put together but I don’t know if we need to like kind of physically like read it out and everything particularly especially stuff that’s already processing with the board. You know, it’s kind of one of those it’s like it’s nice to know but like there’s no sort of actionable thing that we can do for it because once it’s in the board, so in regards to like the renewal statuses, yeah, I think that’s something that like it’s good to have on here so that we can see it just in case we do need to follow up with some of the providers, but I don’t know if we need to line by line, go through and read it out every morning.
Niccole Russell (04:01) Okay. I can just have it listed like this and we can skip over that section if you’re good with that.
Sarahfeldman (04:06) Yeah, that works for me.
Niccole Russell (04:09) All righty. And then application expiration. I have, yakulin and I’ve got paniagua Nebraska board processing that expires six seven. Karen rondeau, Washington, we need prescriptive authority requirement that expires six eight Sarah mataraj, Washington processing with medallion expiring six one.
Niccole Russell (04:34) Tracy Ellis, Georgia board processing expiring six seven Helen Rivera board processing expiring 419, Kia Wesson, Georgia board processing expiring, 422. And then her Mississippi, is needs client attention, LPC application expiring six six, Ebony tate, board processing, expiring, 516. And then Stacey Callum, supervisor evaluation form is needed expiring 414… questions. Nope. Alrighty. And then for board cert, expirables, we only have three. We have Kayla Lowry, American heart association is expiring four 30, Nicole Nguyen, American academy of pediatrics expiring four 30. And then Rachel may york expiring five three for her American nurses. I did let’s see. I did want to call out Jessica here. She’s expiring four 30. There’s another one that was pretty recent. Let’s see. Oh, this one that’s what it was. Stacy Callum. She’s expiring tomorrow. So we need that supervisory evaluation form by then.
Sarahfeldman (06:05) Okay. We’ll have to follow up with her, okay?
Jacqueline Fournier (06:08) Are we able to request an extension?
Niccole Russell (06:12) I can check with the team. Okay. Yeah. All right. I will stop sharing. Do you all have anything to bring to my attention?
Jacqueline Fournier (06:25) I do.
Sarahfeldman (06:26) I do as well, but I’ll let you go first, Jackie.
Jacqueline Fournier (06:28) Oh, well, if you want to go first, you can go first, no, you can go first. Okay. So, Nicole, I wanted to show you something in the platform. Hang on one second. Okay. Just get this. Okay. Is it working? Is it sharing? Yes. Okay, great. So, I was trying to update Isabel’s, deas for Georgia and Texas, new expiration date is five 31 20 29 and I just want to show you what’s happening when I try to update it like I can save it?
Jacqueline Fournier (07:12) Okay. Then it’ll show, but if I refresh, if I try to do anything else, it reverts back to 20 26 and I tried updating it on Friday, like 40 different times. I also deleted the license completely and then tried adding it like as a new existing license and it still kept reverting back to this 20 26 expiration date. And I just, I don’t know what’s going on and I don’t know how to fix.
Niccole Russell (07:39) It, that’s for the Georgia, right? And Texas.
Sarahfeldman (07:42) And it should.
Niccole Russell (07:45) Be five 31 29. I will try to do that on my side.
Jacqueline Fournier (07:55) Like it saved the document I uploaded, but it will not save the expiration date. Yeah.
Niccole Russell (08:01) I’ll try to do it on my side to see if I can, I would submit a support ticket on that since it gives you the capability to edit it. I would assume that you would be able to do that. So maybe it’s something wrong with the platform. Maybe… let me see if it’ll actually let me pull it up real quick and see if it’ll do it on my side.
Niccole Russell (09:11) See, and that’s the Dea, right? Yeah.
Niccole Russell (09:43) Okay. It updated on my side. So I think a ticket probably needs to be put in. I did the Georgia one. Are you seeing it on your side yet?
Jacqueline Fournier (09:56) No. When you refresh, does it still show updated?
Sarahfeldman (10:01) Yeah… I.
Niccole Russell (10:04) wonder if you close out and go back? Do you only have the one tab open? Or do you have multiple?
Jacqueline Fournier (10:09) I have a whole bunch of tabs open? I,
Sarahfeldman (10:12) also tried it because Jackie had me try it just to see if it was something on her end. It’s doing it on mine too.
Niccole Russell (10:20) So.
Sarahfeldman (10:21) I think this is a platform bug. I don’t think this is an individual bug and I just opened fresh medallions today, so.
Niccole Russell (10:35) Okay. Let me see… Texas as well… like this.
Niccole Russell (11:12) I do see it updated on my side. I can put a ticket in for you if, yes.
Jacqueline Fournier (11:20) Please? Okay.
Niccole Russell (11:21) Because let me share, no, it’s still not showing on your side?
Niccole Russell (11:39) Can you see my screen? Yes? See, I hit refresh and it updated here. So I probably need to submit a ticket for you.
Jacqueline Fournier (11:50) Interesting. It still isn’t showing on mine.
Niccole Russell (11:59) Not sure, but I can put a ticket in and we’ll see where we get with that. Okay? Because it should be obviously, yeah, yeah, thank you for bringing that to my attention. Especially if we’re updating on our side as well. And you’re not seeing that, that’s a concern for me. Okay? What else do we have?
Sarahfeldman (12:23) Do you have anything more Jackie?
Jacqueline Fournier (12:26) Nope. The floor is yours, okay?
Sarahfeldman (12:29) I have one that came from one of our cnms and she was specifically asking about the requirements for an Alabama license, and I guess she had reached out to medallion and received a very sort of generic response. And it was specifically asking about some classes that looked to be, I couldn’t tell if they were Alabama specific, ces or if they were generic classes. So, my question regarding that is for the cnms and for the nurse practitioners, can we get a list of requirements from medallion for Alabama of what they need to do? I know New York and I know Pennsylvania and a few other states are, have state specific like classes, ces, those sorts of things. And judging from Amy’s response, it looked like medallion said that they may be Alabama specific, but the language was not very clear. So, I want to confirm a list of requirements before sending her off to have to do all of that. Okay? And I know that the requirements can vary a little bit between the cnms and the nurse practitioners. So, if we could get a set of guidelines for both of them, that would be great. And then if there are any sort of specific courses that they do have to take, if instructions can be kind of provided just so that we have something in the background that we can be aware of and that we know of and how to handle and direct it to the providers.
Niccole Russell (14:39) Yeah, we’ll check with the team on that one and.
Sarahfeldman (14:42) Then the second one that I had was for kalmarina, nuwashuku, her Nebraska license. She had a task for it that she needed to go and redo her fingerprints at printscan. And she got them in like just in the Nick of time before the deadline for, but I have not seen a follow up yet from medallion from the licensing team and she was asking about them this morning. So she just wants to confirm that everything was fine. She doesn’t need to get any additional follow up steps because as far as I’m aware she completed them, they were marked that… like new fingerprints are supposed to be submitted. And so she did go and get those, but she just wants to make sure she doesn’t need to do any additional steps. And I… think in… general, I think that’s it… now, just double checking my licenses. Sure, might have had one or two new providers that I put in for next week. Come on.
Sarahfeldman (16:14) These are all the renewals. More renewals. Not seeing anything. Right now. If I think of it, I will shoot you a message and everything, if anything needs to be bumped up, sort of in priority.
Niccole Russell (16:32) Okay. Sounds good. All right. I will get a response back to you on these few things and I’ll put a ticket in for you, Jackie, or for the team, I guess since none of you are able to do that, and if you need me, just let me know. All right. Thank you. All right. Thanks. Have a good day. Thank.
Sarahfeldman (16:47) You. Bye.
