Kyle Rice (00:00) all right, Larissa’s got the link. Okay? Cool.

Larissa Brefka (00:33) Hi.

Kyle Rice (00:34) Hi.

Larissa Brefka (00:39) Oh, wait. Sorry, I’m not sure how to fix the camera. Oh, there we go. Hi.

Lorraine (00:46) So, you haven’t met Samara yet? No?

Larissa Brefka (00:49) I’m meeting her now. How are you? I’m good. Nice to meet you. Thank you.

Lorraine (00:57) I mentioned to Kyle the thing with Jason that you sent him an email on. Okay. Do you want to go through renewals now Kyle?

Kyle Rice (01:06) I was just going to touch on the auto renewals. I don’t have the.

Larissa Brefka (01:10) list?

Kyle Rice (01:12) Prepared, but we can go through it if you need to, what was the state for Jason Thornton? That was his question?

Lorraine (01:18) Virginia. And I think Arkansas.

Larissa Brefka (01:22) Yeah. So the Arkansas, he didn’t have an entry for prescription authority. So he’s autonomous in there, but like there wasn’t an entry there. So when Jacinta tries to pull up, it just doesn’t show for her. So, what I did, I just added the prescription authority. So some of them, I could just do like a check when I go to the edit, but for Jason, there wasn’t the option. So I had to do a new entry. Okay?

Kyle Rice (01:51) Yeah. I know. So, I’m going to send you guys some additional information on how the prescriptive authority is displayed in our system after the call. It’s a little bit of a mixed bag. There are some states where that we can enact it into the initial license. And we apply to it. Other times, there is a separate application and separate license number.

Lorraine (02:11) That one we don’t have a problem with the problem we’re having with is like Alaska that it’s included in the license, but it’s not being checkmarked. Tennessee, it’s included in the license. I don’t think that even has a checkmark. So they’re building that logic in. But in the state where it’s included in the license, it’s not a separate, we need to when the license is being issued by medallion that they include that little checkbox. It’s not happening on a consistent basis. Okay? And that’s going to throw off their AI agent that’s trying to make sure that they get the, they’re capturing the information. Medallion is the source of truth for that AI agent picking up that information. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (02:58) Did you?

Larissa Brefka (02:59) Mention cherry?

Lorraine (03:01) Yeah, we, yeah, yes, he’s going to get that reinstatement going, but I need to find out how long it’s going to take. We’re moving everybody.

Kyle Rice (03:15) All right. I will send you that reporting for the licenses that don’t currently have auto renewal. Let me know what needs to be, if any changes need to be made there. I’ll send you guys this prescriptive authority documentation as well. Let me see if I can get Teresa on the phone for the reinstatement pathway. She’s a little bit like you said, she’s rather difficult to get in touch with, but it should be, it should be a quick reinstatement process for her. I believe we just need to provide the cme form for her.

Lorraine (03:42) Yeah, I.

Larissa Brefka (03:44) Was looking at the website. It said it’s just long if it’s too long after the expiration, but they didn’t really say how much is too long, so, I’m not sure.

Kyle Rice (04:01) All right, perfect. All right. Cool. What else were we looking for this afternoon?

Larissa Brefka (04:07) Did you mention the artishop?

Lorraine (04:10) Oh, no. The West Virginia for artishop. As soon as that application is submitted online, you need to let Larissa or Tamara. Well, let Larissa know because she’s going to be in contact with Galen. I am sending him the documentation, ready to go. That artishop. She doesn’t have a printer. I’ve been pushing for them to get printers for these providers. I think these providers that don’t have printers, which it blows my mind. It’s 98 dollars for a printer with a scanner.

Larissa Brefka (04:41) So, I.

Lorraine (04:42) got her stuff back. I’m notarizing it for her. I’m going to send it to Galen. He’s going to have it ready to go. Once you tell Larissa that it’s submitted at the board. She’ll give Galen a label to submit the prescriptive authority form. Okay? Are.

Larissa Brefka (04:57) you in mayo, ham? Because I think the biggest issue is, the label expires. So by the time because she doesn’t have a printer by the time she receives one and then put it in the mail, it’s already expired, fedex, does QR labels look here?

Lorraine (05:18) I’ve been pushing for facts. We don’t use fedex. I use fedex. We always use for.

Larissa Brefka (05:24) That always.

Lorraine (05:25) Because those labels expire order supply to the provider’s house. They pick it up at their front door, and you can also.

Larissa Brefka (05:32) Like add the return address with the label. Fedex is perfect for this one. You have to do two labels like you have to send two labels, one for the person and then you do another one to return. Yeah, but they both are gonna have the same expiration, right? So she doesn’t have a printer by the time she gets returned to me, it’s already expired. So that’s the issue we’ve been having.

Lorraine (05:56) They have only fedex set up for shipping. They don’t have it for us to use for.

Larissa Brefka (05:59) Galen. I’m going to ask him to like print himself. And then, you know, it’s easier and then mail it to his house.

Lorraine (06:06) But Galen is one of our very proactive.

Larissa Brefka (06:08) And on top of everything.

Lorraine (06:10) Providers okay. So, and he does everything fast. Okay?

Kyle Rice (06:18) So, we.

Lorraine (06:21) talked about the everything’s going to be an auto renewal?

Kyle Rice (06:24) Yes.

Lorraine (06:25) So, Tamara, we’ll talk about later on staffing in the areas that we don’t staff certain providers that we have to turn off the auto renewal. We don’t do it. Okay. Another state for most of them. There’s only like six providers we can use in South Carolina at this moment. But we’re going to be using a company for supervision. So that might change. So, I don’t want to throw South Carolina into the mix because pretty soon we’re probably going to have somebody there, okay, that we can use. Okay? As soon as you find out about that reinstatement, I need to find out, I need to provide the information to leadership to let them know why this expired and what we’re doing to be proactive about solving the problem and how we’re solving it. So that going forward that won’t happen again?

Kyle Rice (07:13) Absolutely. I will let you guys know. So I’ll send that the list of the auto renewals that we have currently disabled for you guys. If you guys can just double check, let me know if you want to make the edits or just let me know there. I will also send the, I’ll get the team expedited on dr Shaw or, excuse me, Ari, Shaw’s, West Virginia. I’ll let you know when that goes to the board. And then I’ll send you guys the documentation pertaining to the prescriptive authority displays also.

Lorraine (07:35) One other thing we’re going to move Lisa Shaw’s licenses back if we’ve done, if we’ve removed her and put her off the auto renewal, we’re putting everything back after the three licenses that Larissa’s working right now because it’s too much right now. We have too many providers to do that. What we will do is track her stuff and anything that needs to be done, we’ll make sure that we work on it on our end, but we’re going to let you guys continue to submit her renewals because it’s just, we don’t want anything to fall through for her. Also Bree Willis, Utah, it’s showing expired, but she submitted her renewal.

Kyle Rice (08:14) All right. I’ll take a look at that, get her.

Larissa Brefka (08:16) Out. Yeah, actually, Kyle, I look for that one. So she has two entries for Utah, right? If you go to see the verification, she has two entries, one is superseded, the other one, it’s expired in 2028. So I think just need the update in the system to the one that’s actually active.

Kyle Rice (08:37) Take a look here. Yeah.

Lorraine (08:38) She does have one that’s active at least on the website.

Larissa Brefka (08:41) Yeah, she does. I.

Kyle Rice (08:43) Will get that updated for you guys as well.

Larissa Brefka (08:46) Thank you.

Kyle Rice (08:47) Alrighty. Perfect.

Lorraine (08:49) Okay. I think that’s it for right now.

Kyle Rice (08:52) Okay. Awesome. Well, I hope you guys have a great Monday. We have.

Lorraine (08:55) A meeting for Thursday. We do. Okay. So, can you add Tamara to that meeting yep?

Kyle Rice (09:01) We added her last week. She should be added.

Lorraine (09:03) Okay. That’s what I thought, but I just wanted to make sure. Okay?

Kyle Rice (09:05) Awesome. And then your guys’ credentialing requests are in process underway I.

Lorraine (09:11) saw the first one come through, Taylor retledge?

Kyle Rice (09:14) Yes, I was gonna let you know that he’s ready to go. There should be the remaining. I think there’s 10 more requests in there. They should be following up shortly. I think there’s only one provider. I’m just waiting for it to load that we’re just pending signature for their application attestation here. And I will.

Lorraine (09:30) Let you know. You can discontinue working on Ana, Paul, okay, his credentialing because he’s leaving. Let me confirm with Darlene, because she submitted. I don’t know what she has submitted or not if she has to do anything, but I would think not to worry about him because he’s gonna be gone.

Kyle Rice (09:49) Do you want me to archive him or do you want me to keep him?

Lorraine (09:51) In, let me confirm with Darlene, first, and then I’ll get back with you about archiving his information, at least this credentialing request. Okay? Perfect. For the time being, because he’s gonna be on until June seven. Okay?

Kyle Rice (10:03) Awesome. It looks like just for Lorraine for credentialing, carpenter and dr Shaw have not yet signed it. Oh.

Lorraine (10:11) Dr Shaw’s, assistant was trying to complete the attestations for her. Am I able to do that for her? No, or does, she has to do it herself? Okay? So, we’re gonna have to coordinate somehow to get him to get her on there to make her. I gotta get her to put it on the schedule. I’ll let Cindy know that there’s no way we can do it for her. She’s gotta do it herself. Perfect. Sounds like fun. Okay. All right. Thank you. Thanks.

Kyle Rice (10:37) Guys. Have a great day. Bye. Thank you.

Larissa Brefka (10:39) Bye.
