Justin Ferrell (00:07) I’m good. How are you?

Fatima Nunes (00:10) I’m doing well. Not sure if you remember, we were going back and forth via email probably about a month or so ago regarding delegated credentialing you mentioned that you guys were in the final stages with another vendor. So just wanted to touch base and see how things are going. If there’s anything that I can support you with me and my team can support you with at this time.

Justin Ferrell (00:30) Nothing right now, I need to get an update on where our credentialing manager is. I know she was scheduling some stuff. It had kind of gotten backburnered for a little bit on changing our vendor. So I know she was going through scheduling some demos and things like that. So I’d have to get an update. I’ve been a little bit separated from it.

Fatima Nunes (00:52) Gotcha. Okay. No, I appreciate that. So, it’s good to know. It sounds like you guys are reviewing or like re, evaluating the current vendor you have today and seeing if there’s something better suited in the market for you all.

Justin Ferrell (01:02) Correct.

Fatima Nunes (01:04) Okay. Sorry, I totally misunderstood that. From your email. I understood that you were signing with a new vendor, so I thought we sort of were late to the party there.

Justin Ferrell (01:13) Yeah. Like I said, I don’t she’s been running that for the most part and I have not, we’re kind of given her autonomy to kind of make those decisions and vet vendors as appropriate. So I would really have to check in and just see where she is in that process?

Fatima Nunes (01:32) Okay. No, absolutely. And I mean, what would be helpful at this point, right? I know I sent you a little bit of information via email. Definitely don’t want to bombard you with like, you know, decks or anything like that would love to have a conversation with the credentialing manager. And just like a 15 minute call to see if it makes sense. Maybe there’s it doesn’t sound like she’s evaluated medallion, at least I’m not seeing anything in the system, but it would be worth 15 minutes of her time to see how we can support.

Justin Ferrell (02:04) Her. If you can send me an email so that I have your contact information at the top kind of at the top of my inbox, I’ll forward it over to her and I’ll certainly, you know, let her know. Hey, I don’t know if you’ve looked into this or not, like let me know. I can facilitate an introduction.
