Sam Glandorf (00:00) hello? Hey.
Kyle Rice (00:01) Sam. Happy Monday. How are you doing today?
Sam Glandorf (00:03) Good. How are you doing?
Kyle Rice (00:05) Good. I feel like it was a quick weekend this one.
Sam Glandorf (00:07) Yeah. I know. I was like not enough days off this past week.
Kyle Rice (00:11) No, no, not at all. We’re back to it again Monday here. How’s everything going on the current health side of the house? Anything to note or upcoming?
Sam Glandorf (00:21) Good. So far? So the only one that I have to update you on. So there’s a couple outstanding tasks that the nurses are working on for their June and may applications. So they’re working on those. They’ve been responding to the team, the medallion team. The only one is Kayla davis. She’s still out on leave. I have reached out to our HR department so that I can provide an update for you all. I just am waiting for HR to get in contact with me. So.
Kyle Rice (00:54) Okay. She.
Sam Glandorf (00:56) Was reporting back this week, but it looks like it’s getting extended. So I have her on hold right now. I have had the HR representative that I normally follow with. She’s on vacation. So there’s some filling in for her. They’re gonna, they’ve already reached out to her on some tasks, but ultimately, like she’s on leave. So I don’t know if we’ll have anything else for her. Okay? For right now. So I’ll put another message that she’s currently on leave. I know that this could affect her license. I have made that aware to our HR team. So, okay, perfect. Once I hear more, I could provide you with an email summary too. Okay? Yeah.
Kyle Rice (01:39) No worries. Just let me know. Either way. We’ll just keep it in process and we can kind of go from there. I do want you to know that we are all current caught up for April. Everything was renewed. We completed 21 renewals for the month of April. Perfect. Looks like we have about 12 in process for may. Everything looks in good shape except for Morgan pendowski. I just had a pending an intake task from her, I believe to provide her Illinois portal login. Okay? And then all the other applications have been populated and either are in process with the board or have been sent out to the clinician for review and approval.
Sam Glandorf (02:19) Okay, perfect. And then for Krista, I did remove her from RN on medallion just making sure that she was inactive on your end so that she doesn’t get renewals.
Kyle Rice (02:30) Yes, I didn’t ask you anything for Krista. Okay?
Sam Glandorf (02:32) Perfect. That’s all I had from our team. Once I get an update on Kayla, I will provide you either an email or update you at our updating the agents now, but there’s some tasks that I can’t go in there and update. So, yeah, I will have more this week from HR. Okay?
Kyle Rice (02:53) Perfect. Yeah, just let me know we’ll keep it in process and then we’ll go from there waiting for further advisement.
Sam Glandorf (02:58) Okay. Perfect. Well, you have a nice week and we will follow up at the next meeting.
Kyle Rice (03:02) Sounds good, Sam. Have a great week.
Sam Glandorf (03:03) Thank you. Bye bye.
