Connor Morley (00:00) hey, Lindsey, how’s it going?
Lyndsey Farmer (00:06) Sorry, I was on mute. I’m doing okay. How are you?
Connor Morley (00:09) Doing good. Are you ready to go over the payr scoping doc?
Lyndsey Farmer (00:19) Yeah. I guess this is the first one I’ve ever done. So I don’t really know what’s expected of me.
Connor Morley (00:25) Yeah. So really, we don’t have to do a lot with them. Okay? If you can just bring up the doc, yep. And then like let’s just walk them through the different, like the payr names are all mapped and everything, right?
Lyndsey Farmer (00:41) What do you mean by that? Like the research that I did on them?
Connor Morley (00:45) Yeah, yes. Yeah. So that’s all we really have to go over with them because we confirmed with them, there are no rosters there’s no special enrollment. I mean, we’ve like confirmed that with them for weeks. So, I think if we just like talk them through that a little bit sure. Essentially.
Lyndsey Farmer (01:06) Yeah, it’s just going through like each payr and then the name that we’ve matched it with correct?
Connor Morley (01:13) Yeah. So there might be a couple that we’re not sure of. And then I think from my understanding, the ems, I think you guys just have to add them in like, I think there’s one called lash group.
Lyndsey Farmer (01:27) Oh, okay. I don’t know what that is. Yeah, I will have to find out. Okay?
Connor Morley (01:32) No worries. All right. I’m going to let them in right now. Okay?
Lyndsey Farmer (01:35) Cool. Thank you. Yep.
Connor Morley (01:41) Hi, Sheldon. Hi, jijo.
Connor Morley (01:47) Hey, Connor. Hi. Hey guys. Hey, Connor, I’m.
Sheldon Kennedy (01:52) wrapping up a call with the doctor really quick. I’ll be right back.
Connor Morley (01:55) No worries. All right. Jijo. One thing we wanted to discuss a little bit and you guys will have access to this document that Lindsey’s sharing.
Connor Morley (02:08) Is there are going to be some slight name changes with some of the payers that you guys have had just based on like our research, and if we didn’t have them already in the system, we’ll add them based off of what you tell us. So essentially… Lindsey sharing your screen right now of some of those like different payer names, what you provided and what they’ll be in medallion.
Jijo.Mattamana (02:37) Got it. Okay. And we’ll have this crosswalk if we need it.
Connor Morley (02:41) Yep. So there’s just going to be like a little bit of a slight change in some of the names when you’re making new payer enrollment requests.
Jijo.Mattamana (02:52) Okay. That’s helpful to know. I think this seems pretty straightforward. So, thanks for the.
Connor Morley (03:00) Fyi. Yeah. And just in general, part of the reason we do it this way is so that we can just have one standard payer name across all our organizations.
Jijo.Mattamana (03:12) Okay. That makes sense. Yep.
Connor Morley (03:15) So, you know, I think we’re all good with some of this if there are any in here that we didn’t originally have, we’ll add them like I said, and then Lindsay, do you mind actually going to the payer scoping real quick?
Lyndsey Farmer (03:32) Yeah, sure.
Connor Morley (03:32) Tab, and then just to confirm as well, there’s no group enrollments. There are no… kind of special enrollment processes, right? I think we probably ask you this question a ton, but we just want to make absolute sure that, you know, if we’re applying to cigna on behalf of one of your providers, that there’s not like a unique contact that we have to go to make sure that it gets done for you guys, correct? Okay. So I think we are in a good spot for that and we should be all set. The next question I wanted to ask was Sheldon, did you have any other follow ups or issues since our call on Friday to discuss like getting those data points for the profile completion? Yeah.
Sheldon Kennedy (04:43) I need to, I was going to ask you, I got the export, but one thing that’s not coming through is the state. So like all I have are providers, but I can’t like specify like who they belong to or what group they belong to. I don’t know if there’s a way to export that out or if I need to play with the, yeah… so.
Connor Morley (05:07) You’re looking to export out the group essentially that each provider belongs to? Yes. Yeah, we should definitely be able to do that and get that out to you. Let me check with my TSM to see if we can pull that for you as well.
Sheldon Kennedy (05:31) Yeah. As soon as you can, I just want to make sure we’re we want to start tracking, met with G Joe last week. We just want to make sure that we’re pushing the team in the right direction. I have where I can grab all the docs but I want to make sure I’m tying them to the right team member. So yeah, if you can get that to me that’d be great.
Connor Morley (05:52) Okay. Will do. All right. And then in… terms of the actual providers with their… kind of profile completion dates, I am seeing a good amount of providers who are non asc housing. It does look like that. They are starting to complete their profiles, so that’s looking pretty good.
Jijo.Mattamana (06:21) Reminder emails start going out yet?
Connor Morley (06:25) They should, they should have started going out on a… once every three day kind of timeline, but I think they started going out today.
Jijo.Mattamana (06:43) Okay. That’s good.
Connor Morley (06:49) Okay. Right. And then lastly, I… think at this point… I apologize Sheldon, I did not send out the privileging or the credentialing documents for you to look at once you sign that off. Once you sign off on that, then you’re you guys are ready to start doing initial appointments and initial credentialing?
Sheldon Kennedy (07:25) Are we still needing the profiles complete first or no? No, I’m sorry, never mind. These are for new docs?
Connor Morley (07:31) Yep. These would be for new docs. You would still need the profiles completed. What I recommend for customers? Is that a part of that onboarding process, have them log into medallion fill out all the information?
Sheldon Kennedy (07:48) Okay.
Connor Morley (07:51) Hey, Connor. How?
Jijo.Mattamana (07:52) Is the part analysis going… it?
Connor Morley (07:57) Looks like we’ve started to reach out. I haven’t seen anything come back but I’ll check with the team to see if we have a better overview or if we have a few more coming in. We are going to load all of the par analysis within medallion for you to kind of be able to track them within medallion in the enrollment requests tab too.
Jijo.Mattamana (08:27) Okay. And then that will have basically the payer, the provider, and then the date, right? Like the, what is it revalidation date or whatever it is, right?
Connor Morley (08:41) Correct. Okay. And the facilities too, because that’s right? Okay. Yeah, you gave me some facilities for par analysis?
Jijo.Mattamana (08:49) Okay. That’s helpful. And do you know when we’ll have more of a, I guess concrete, I guess update, like when we think we’ll have more responses back. The only reason I ask is I had a meeting last week with leadership and they’re interested to know about the output of the par analysis. So, it’s not just us like waiting on it, yeah.
Connor Morley (09:14) Let me talk with our PE ops team and get you a better analysis on that?
Jijo.Mattamana (09:21) Okay. I appreciate the help.
Connor Morley (09:23) Yep. No problem. Okay. That is actually all I had for today. Did you guys have any other questions for me?
Sheldon Kennedy (09:38) Oh, go ahead. No, no. I was saying I didn’t I just needed to get access to those docs tied to groups. And then I got a project pending on that, yep.
Jijo.Mattamana (09:50) Perfect. Yeah, if you can help us out with that, Connor, then that’ll help us a lot.
Connor Morley (09:55) Yep. All right. Let me, I have a call with the TSM right after this, so I should be able to work through that too.
Jijo.Mattamana (10:06) Okay, perfect. Thanks. Y’all.
Sheldon Kennedy (10:09) All right.
Connor Morley (10:10) Thanks, everybody. Thank.
Sheldon Kennedy (10:12) You. Bye.
