Connor Morley (00:00) hey, everybody.
Connor Morley (00:13) Alright. I think we’ve got Brenda, Sheila and Jesse here. Yep. Okay. Hey, everybody.
Brenda Runde (00:28) Hello?
Connor Morley (00:30) All right. So on Friday, we talked a little bit about turning on the sso… and I think Sheila, you were talking to Todd about?
Brenda Runde (00:47) That?
Connor Morley (00:57) Do we have the approval to turn on the sso? Sheila? If you’re talking? I think you’re on mute.
Sheila Simpson (01:07) Of course, I am because it always does that. Yes, I did talk to Todd. I have the list. I’m just waiting for confirmation from a couple of leaders to make sure I didn’t miss anybody.
Sheila Simpson (01:22) I don’t think I did. We haven’t notified the providers yet. And I, that’s actually a question I need to ask Jesse is how do we notify them what’s the best way to do that? We just need to send an email and let them know how they log in is going to be through their computer, login the single sign on instead of whatever username and password they set up.
Brenda Runde (01:51) This will be just for southwest health, right? Correct. Yeah, I probably have a list that we could.
Sheila Simpson (02:03) Yeah. We have the import list that we had from our template that we could use. Yeah, I just, I didn’t know if I could send that or like who has to send that just to let them know. And then once we’ve notified them, then Connor, we can make that switch yep.
Brenda Runde (02:26) Could we like CC, Todd on that, Sheila? In case they have… issues, questions or whatever? Will he be the one landing those calls or those inquiries or no?
Sheila Simpson (02:39) He, I don’t have an answer for that. Okay? I honestly don’t foresee any issues with it other than I have to get that list also to Todd, so he can put them in the security group that they need to be in, but that’s… going to be part of the big list that I create. I will have that all done today. So, I’m thinking in all honesty, by Wednesday, they’ll give… me a date, push it in there. Wednesday, we should be able to flip that switch because we’ll have let them know. Okay. So, yeah, Brenda, if you can help set that out that would be phenomenal. Yeah.
Brenda Runde (03:27) Okay. Connor, do you have any… you’ve given us a little bit of help… with emails to the providers? Letting them know medallion, do you have anything on rolling that out or no? The single sign on part?
Connor Morley (03:47) Yeah, I, ooh, for the single sign on specifically. Yeah, I… don’t think we have specific language for the single sign on.
Sheila Simpson (04:03) Okay. I can correct that.
Brenda Runde (04:07) Okay. That’s fine. We.
Connor Morley (04:10) have the announcement email template, but,
Connor Morley (04:20) like for a single sign on the steps and Adalee, keep me honest here. The steps are usually kind of more unique and geared towards your organization. So.
Sheila Simpson (04:31) Yeah.
Connor Morley (04:35) We have an email.
Sheila Simpson (04:36) Template… but,
Connor Morley (04:39) I think we need help from Todd on putting in what those single sign on steps would be.
Sheila Simpson (04:44) I can do that. Okay? It’s not hard. Yeah, it shouldn’t.
Connor Morley (04:53) be, but I don’t know like I wouldn’t be able to kind of speak to what those single sign on steps are. Okay. I got that. Okay. I can send you that email template… and then once you have the approval, and once you’ve sent that out, we can turn on the single sign on.
Sheila Simpson (05:24) I would say by Wednesday, we’ll be good to go. So, Adalee make it go on Wednesday… Brenda. I’ll have this email to you very quickly. Okay? And I will have the security list to Todd before Wednesday. It’ll be done in the next hour.
Sheila Simpson (05:46) Okay, perfect. And.
Connor Morley (05:49) Then, I know we had talked a little bit last week about facilities versus practices and that piece.
Connor Morley (06:08) Yep. Do you want to discuss that today? Do you have any more questions from us?
Sheila Simpson (06:17) More just confirmation of, do we need that facility in our system? You were going to confirm with? I don’t remember who you said you were going to confirm with?
Connor Morley (06:30) Yeah. So we, in general, the way that I’ve done it before is we keep one just general facility as, because that’s actually how we link and I had to discuss with our privileging team about this. It’s how we kind of link all of your privilege… or your tjc credentialing or your credentialing people to. So that’s why we have just a general facility in there.
Sheila Simpson (07:05) Okay. I have our main one in there, which is our hospital campus and hospital npi which is obviously our main one. And then like, I know that when we’re requesting payer, we are picking the specific locations. So… I think we’re good. The way that we’re set up practice locations has drawn a blank on the name. Yep. Okay. Yeah, perfect.
Connor Morley (07:35) In addition to that, I still owe you that comparison between the team managers between your organization and reedsburg, something that Adele and I are working on, hoping to get that to you soon, maybe tomorrow and change the emails and give you kind of like a spreadsheet on what emails and aliases will log into what environment? Okay.
Sheila Simpson (08:04) Any word from your engineering team of when they will only have to have one and they can toggle between the two without having two logins. So.
Connor Morley (08:15) They are working a little slowly. I don’t have a solid timeline just yet. Talking to the team admins, the admin user role currently has that ability to log in between different environments but not the team managers or the providers yet.
Sheila Simpson (08:35) Okay. So, Brenda and I, and nobody else yep?
Connor Morley (08:38) That.
Sheila Simpson (08:39) doesn’t help anyone?
Connor Morley (08:42) Nope. It… it does not. Okay.
Sheila Simpson (08:49) You’re thinking we should have that set up for like the lucid and the uw people by tomorrow so that we can advise them of how they need to log in between the two? Yes. Okay. And,
Connor Morley (09:06) lastly, was those kind of users who get no PII data or no, like full name social security, anything like that? Yep.
Sheila Simpson (09:23) That is part of that security list that I’m going to get to Todd. Okay? That’s what I’m waiting for, sign off from two additional leaders yet to make sure I haven’t missed anybody. And then that list will come well to you and Adalee, the call will include you too. And then it’ll go to Todd because he has to put them all in the security group for us to be able to create the users. So it’s coming. Okay? Perfect. Okay?
Connor Morley (09:56) All right. Sorry, just going through the rest of my notes. Okay? So it looks like we are doing pretty good. We’ll officially be live on Wednesday with all users invited to the system. And… you will be good to start making all requests. Everything’s been loaded into the system at this point?
Connor Morley (10:27) So, we’re ready for Wednesday. Okay?
Sheila Simpson (10:31) Yeah. We just need to get through the admin tasks that are out there. Like… Brenda. You and I should like discuss how we’re gonna get those done.
Sheila Simpson (10:46) While we’re on the phone, can we look at one account? Can’t remember who emailed me back on Mary? Gee? But the issue is telling us that they’re not that she’s not linked to a practice location, but she is. So I’m wanting… to make sure that we’re not missing something like some link, if we would, if we could look at her that would be, that would help us, I think.
Brenda Runde (11:15) It’s still going as a reminder on my screen too. I see.
Connor Morley (11:23) Yep. Let’s take a look at Mary gee and… please link provider to practice and medallion they’re… linked to a couple practices.
Connor Morley (11:38) They do have a payer, enrollment request that… is not linked to any practices. So… here is where.
Connor Morley (11:56) I’d want, I think they want that corrected. And Niccole, yeah.
Niccole Russell (12:01) It’s in the request itself. Yeah.
Connor Morley (12:04) So, Niccole for this one, can they not just pull in the practices? Yeah.
Niccole Russell (12:11) It doesn’t look like one was selected was the issue when… the request was made. So you should be able to edit requests?
Brenda Runde (12:27) But where is? Okay? I was gonna say up at the top is where I would have thought it… I guess that’s just organization. Okay. Sorry, yeah.
Connor Morley (12:48) Niccole, could you take a look at? Didn’t mean to know best to edit this because I’m not getting an option for being able to edit this right now. Let.
Niccole Russell (12:55) me see.
Connor Morley (12:56) I.
Sheila Simpson (12:58) might have just hit a wrong button too on her. No… but I did not mean to, well.
Brenda Runde (13:08) I think I requested the revalidation on her, and I’m trying to think, I don’t recall there being, a stop there to pull anything in either.
Connor Morley (13:26) Yeah. It is a provider revalidation. It does look like there are no practices associated with the revalidation for medicaid?
Connor Morley (13:42) But we should be able to go in and update the practice locations because she is linked to the practice, to the different practices. It’s like therapy clinics, and the overall hospital yep.
Niccole Russell (14:01) Yeah, I just need to know which location specifically is for the revalidation all.
Sheila Simpson (14:07) Of them. Like it’s one revalidation for her medicaid enrollment.
Connor Morley (14:25) Oh, where’d that task go?
Sheila Simpson (14:30) I clicked a button and it ran away.
Brenda Runde (14:38) gee, is her last name? GEE?
Connor Morley (14:45) Let me take a look.
Brenda Runde (14:46) Yep.
Connor Morley (14:50) Someone went in and marked it complete. No worries. We can still find it.
Sheila Simpson (14:55) I told you I clicked the wrong button that was on me. I.
Brenda Runde (15:00) Think I completed it because when I looked at the providers, I can see that all locations were showing. So, I didn’t understand what it was still being out there that a location needed to be added? I think I completed it.
Niccole Russell (15:15) Too. Okay.
Sheila Simpson (15:17) So, is it just a matter of like when we’re finding that and we’re not finding or we’re seeing it’s linked, just put a note in there.
Connor Morley (15:23) Yep. Okay. Yep. Because our team is just want to, they just want to confirm which practice locations because sometimes there could be, it could be selective. Sometimes it could be all. So for this case, if it’s all of them, just please add all practice locations linked on the provider’s profile. Okay?
Sheila Simpson (15:46) Okay. Yeah. I just didn’t want to go back and forth like we’re obviously, we were missing something, but we didn’t know what?
Connor Morley (15:56) No worries. And, you know, once we’re live, we’re not going. We’re not going anywhere for a bit, and she and Niccole will also be, you know, six months a year from now, we’ll be kind of meeting with you to make sure that you guys… have everything that you need. And if there are any questions on any of the tasks or anything that, you know, we can clarify them a little bit more. So we’ll still kind of work through these together once we’re live.
Brenda Runde (16:31) So, just to double check because I always, I have the revalidations noted when they need to be requested, will the other, will the providers generally have a practice location to choose then on that screen or is that what… I did? Wasn’t correct?
Connor Morley (16:52) Yeah. So let’s take a look at.
Steve McCarthy (16:55) One.
Connor Morley (16:56) Example and I’ll show you the process. So if we go to just a par provider, I’m just going to pick one at random. So I’m going to pick a provider specifically, it’s.
Niccole Russell (17:09) not allowing me to edit it either for some reason.
Connor Morley (17:18) Or, or in linked group. Okay? Yep. So we’ll have Mackenzie anderson with blue cross blue shield’s got five practice locations. Let’s say we want to go in and request revalidation for them, pick medallion… the provider. It should have all five practice locations right there. And it’ll just ask you if you’ve received like a notice about your revalidation and you can submit that request and it should pull in all those five practice locations that are associated with their profile. If there are any that you need to kind of move or change? That would be like a demographic update though.
Sheila Simpson (18:03) Okay. That’s what we did. Did you go on the?
Niccole Russell (18:08) Line or did you hit the request where it says revalidation? Because right here under this, there’s also a revalidation?
Connor Morley (18:17) Yep. So if you go here and then you request, well, I’m just going to pick one medicaid Ohio. It won’t pull in automatically.
Niccole Russell (18:28) Yeah, that’s what happened?
Sheila Simpson (18:30) Okay. So do it from the individual provider line, not up above. Is that correct?
Connor Morley (18:39) Yep. That’ll be the yeah, and what you can do as well is we can look at the revalidation date or the effective dates kind of see what’s coming up or we can search by the individuals.
Connor Morley (18:55) Okay.
Sheila Simpson (18:58) Brenda, does that make sense to you as well? Like I get it now, why it’s just a different functionality of where you click?
Brenda Runde (19:08) I’m kind of looking myself to right now to see if I can see where I should have started and where I went. I.
Niccole Russell (19:18) Think that request is still an intake, right? Connor?
Brenda Runde (19:22) So,
Niccole Russell (19:23) it can be canceled and requested the appropriate way.
Connor Morley (19:27) I just responded back to… the intake team. Oh,
Niccole Russell (19:33) okay. As long as it’s not on intake complete, you can cancel that and start over once it hits intake, complete consumption begins. So I would not cancel those unless you want to, yeah.
Connor Morley (19:50) For that one, I think it was just a practice location. So I just responded back to the intake team to use all the practice locations on the provider’s profile.
Niccole Russell (20:02) Sounds good.
Connor Morley (20:04) Makes sense. Okay. All right.
Sheila Simpson (20:14) Brenda, do you have any other questions? I don’t think.
Brenda Runde (20:17) So, I had, I got all my answers Friday afternoon… and I had gotten back to everybody and I don’t think I got any more follow up from my… answers.
Brenda Runde (20:33) So, I think I’m good for now… and then.
Steve McCarthy (20:39) I was at a different meeting. I don’t know if you chatted about it before, but maybe Connor, I know invoice got forwarded to me for pass through items, and I didn’t know how many pass through items there were. It looked like these were Dea and cahq, I think.
Brenda Runde (20:55) Cahqh and npdb?
Connor Morley (20:59) So,
Steve McCarthy (21:00) I mean, are there other things or are those just the kind of the two items? Anytime they’re going to be requested, we’ll get a monthly pass through providers for that, let.
Connor Morley (21:09) Me double check. I don’t know all of the potential pass throughs off the top of my head, but I can have Nick reach out to you and I do have a list that I can send of the pass through fees. So, one second while I look for those… but I can send that to you. Yeah.
Steve McCarthy (21:29) I mean, shoot that over. I’m not sure. We, Jesse, I’m not sure we baked that into the budget, so.
Connor Morley (21:34) It.
Steve McCarthy (21:34) looked like last month was about 700 bucks. So.
Brenda Runde (21:41) No, that sounds good.
Connor Morley (21:47) Okay. Let me send those over to you because I… do, I apologize. I don’t know the pass through fees off the top of my head.
Steve McCarthy (22:01) Give me one second. If Nick emails them over that’ll work.
Connor Morley (22:05) Okay. Sounds good.
Connor Morley (22:12) All right. Any other questions?
Brenda Runde (22:18) I don’t think so. Alright… thank you. Yep. Thank you all.
Niccole Russell (22:28) Thanks. Have a good day.
Brenda Runde (22:30) Thanks to you.
Connor Morley (22:30) Guys too. Thanks, everybody.
Brenda Runde (22:32) Bye bye.
