Rheta Larson (00:00) hello? Hello. Good afternoon or, good morning to some of you?
Steele’s Notetaker (00:05) Good morning for most of us. I think.
Rheta Larson (00:09) How are y’all, doing? How was y’all’s, weekend?
Steele’s Notetaker (00:13) Mine was good. Are we the only ones so far?
Rheta Larson (00:17) I think so. I don’t know if Sherry’s going to be joining either or she accepted… this invite. Let me check.
Steele’s Notetaker (00:30) Well, Durant should be on here.
Bitnerworkman (00:33) I’m on here as well.
Steele’s Notetaker (00:35) Oh, bittner, how’s it going?
Bitnerworkman (00:37) Can’t believe you forgot me? Still, it’s okay, though. Well.
Steele’s Notetaker (00:39) I couldn’t see you on my phone. It wasn’t showing who’s oh, now I can see.
Bitnerworkman (00:44) Durant’s on as well.
Steele’s Notetaker (00:47) You’re in bittner, aren’t you, you’re traveling aren’t you? Yeah, I am for work in Costa Rica.
Bitnerworkman (00:56) Yeah. There’s a lot of really important contracts down here.
Steele’s Notetaker (01:03) That’s great. But.
Bitnerworkman (01:06) I prioritize you guys over those contracts as well.
Steele’s Notetaker (01:10) Thanks, bittner. Are you on your surfboard right now?
Bitnerworkman (01:15) Yeah, I mean, it is a little bit difficult on the surfboard at the same time, but we’re figuring it out. Actually, I wrecked pretty bad. I got slammed on some rocks yesterday. Oh.
Steele’s Notetaker (01:28) Actually.
Bitnerworkman (01:29) Retired from surfing.
Steele’s Notetaker (01:30) Oh, wow… Durant. Where are you?
Rheta Larson (01:36) Home base?
Steele’s Notetaker (01:37) Oh, you don’t take your calls from somewhere cool like bittner. No, I’m not. Yeah, I’m not that cool. Durant, will we?
Rheta Larson (01:54) No, we can get, I wasn’t sure. Y’all, have two sherrys. There. I see Sherry, Ryan, I know that’s Sherry, and then, Sherry, I,
Bitnerworkman (02:04) think the other, Sherry is, I think she just had repeating that she would be on this, but I don’t think she’s with us anymore if I’m not mistaken.
Steele’s Notetaker (02:15) Well, it might be Sherry fells. Is that what it is? Oh, was it?
Bitnerworkman (02:18) Sherry fells?
Steele’s Notetaker (02:18) I think it’s Sherry fells. I don’t think she’ll ever join these meetings but… she was on them. She’s gonna, she’s one of the admins of our account. Okay. Gotcha. Maybe why she’s on there? Well?
Rheta Larson (02:33) Here’s Sherry. And yeah, I’ll keep her as optional. Feel free to look at the invite. And if there’s anyone we need to remove or just mark as optional, they’re welcome to join whenever. Cool. Well, I am happy to get started. Hi, Sherry, let me pull my screen… and I can keep this relatively short just with folks traveling. But if y’all have something in particular, I definitely want to address that. I had a few follow ups from last week. I think Scott McBride was the big conversation where he was having trouble getting in.
Rheta Larson (03:12) I see the ticket has been resolved. So it looks like he was able to successfully log in. I just wanted to pulse check there and see if he was having any other issues.
Steele’s Notetaker (03:21) Yeah, I do know he was able to check in and start that. So I think we should be good.
Rheta Larson (03:28) Thank you. Yeah, definitely. And then David nowick and Brendan williams. I know those were two files where they had open provider tasks. Those have been pushed forward. Both have been worked by the team and it looks like nowick currently has a note indicating that client docs were sent to him via Adobe as of the seventh. So I would just make sure he is aware of that to kind of look at those.
Steele’s Notetaker (03:56) And those are docs that he needs to sign or needs to do something with. Correct. Yeah. Okay. Thank you. I’ll let him know. Yeah.
Rheta Larson (04:04) If there are any questions, feel free to push him our way, but those have been assigned to him for next steps. And then lastly, Peter wing, I know redland’s in southern hills.
Rheta Larson (04:17) I can’t recall who was asking for this, but bittner, it might have been you but you were looking for etas on those because they’re both now currently in submitted to payr or submitted to the hospital, but on our end, it’s still pending. It usually takes about 90 to 120 days for completion. So once it starts to exceed or creep up to that 90 day threshold or 120 day threshold, the team does escalate and they’ll work on contacting via phone and other means of communication, but for now they’re moving as appropriate as appropriately in the platform. And then we have our notes indicating like each outreach so you can hop into the notes and kind of see where the last outreach indicated.
Bitnerworkman (05:04) That’s perfect. Thank you so much. Yeah, it’s actually really good to know that hospitals usually take that amount of time. So that’s just good to keep in the back of my mind for future.
Steele’s Notetaker (05:15) Reference.
Rheta Larson (05:17) Yes, I’m.
Steele’s Notetaker (05:19) sorry, Rheta, quick question. Those emails or documents sent to dr nowick, they would have come from medallion or are you saying the hospital?
Rheta Larson (05:29) They would have come from medallion?
Steele’s Notetaker (05:30) Okay. Thank you. Yeah. And.
Rheta Larson (05:34) In most cases, I think it always comes from medallion. Sometimes I think it could be from the hospital, but yeah, mostly this will come from medallion. All… right. Those were some of the open action items. Did y’all have anything else you want to dive into or address here?
Rheta Larson (05:57) I think last week, we were also talking about that email discrepancy with the Monday integration. I just wanted to check to see if y’all had progress. There. Is there anything you want me to loop in the technical managers on? I know y’all, were trying to get the list of how many there were?
Durant (06:13) Yeah. Should we all be resolved now?
Durant (06:19) Deactivated a few of those emails that shouldn’t be on there? So should be up to date. Okay?
Rheta Larson (06:26) Good. Yeah. If there’s anything in particular where they can’t log in, just again, have them loop in support or myself and we can get them addressed pretty quickly. All right. Any open tasks or applications, y’all, want to go through? Thank you. How is the platform treating everyone? I know we went through quick overview training, bittner, and then for Kristen as well, do y’all, have any questions further on admin capabilities? Anything I can explore with you here?
Bitnerworkman (07:06) No, I think for the most part, everything getting… a really good handle on it. So, I think every week’s meeting, I learn something new. So, yeah, I think it’s just keeping up with that right now.
Rheta Larson (07:21) Great. I think the one call I’ll say here, is there’s an overview task here with 97 tasks which most of these are tied to the provider tasks, but at least the admin tasks, I see there’s about four. These are just some of the providers that we haven’t heard back from our tasks to them. So, for Andrea, dreher, petty Parth, and Sherry harder, we’re just asking if y’all can give them a nudge to reach out to their open task? Because we haven’t heard back after almost 30 days, sorry?
Sheri (07:56) Bittner and Steele, do you know if Brandon was able to access the information he needed on Sherry harder?
Bitnerworkman (08:05) Go ahead. Bittner. Are you talking about the thing that I reached out to Durant about that? We, the email no?
Sheri (08:17) Brandon called me over the weekend and he was not able to, I guess something was holding up about Sherry harder’s stuff that Tracy was working on.
Bitnerworkman (08:29) Oh, I think that might have been the same thing.
Sheri (08:33) Was it? Okay?
Bitnerworkman (08:36) I don’t think so. It was basically just, I was checking every avenue just to make sure because reaching out to Sherry, she’s not always the most pleasant to be asking for information. So, I was just making, I went through Chelsea and Durant and Steele and we kind of tried to find the information but it wasn’t anywhere to be found.
Bitnerworkman (08:57) So I just reached out to her and she said I can do it. It might take a second, but that’s just side information anyways. We’re still waiting on her license.
Sheri (09:08) Okay.
Bitnerworkman (09:09) So, it’s just as long as she gets that in before we get her license, that’s also what’s not, you know, been complete. So, okay.
Rheta Larson (09:24) And y’all are doing her state licensure in house. Is that or is she doing it herself?
Bitnerworkman (09:30) We’re working on it with her, and helping her get that. It’s just been a process because she’s from Canada. So, oh, gotcha. There’s a lot of, a lot more hoops to jump through. Apparently, definitely, we’ve been working on it since I think December January. So it’s just taken a while to get it, but it’s not forgotten about, yeah.
Rheta Larson (09:50) And that’s pretty typical for ucfmg providers. So, I expect there might be a few more months where y’all are working through that. If you can’t push it with the Nevada board. But my only call out here is once it is issued, once her Nevada license is issued and active, add that to her existing licenses tab here. You can just add it as an existing license. And then that way our team can see that and push forward with the appointment applications and then just close the loop in the open tasks too.
Bitnerworkman (10:23) Is that the same tab as in the profile license? It is. Yeah, it wouldn’t be different to put it in the existing licenses there.
Rheta Larson (10:32) Nope. Yeah. Same tab. This is in their general profile. And then this is the same pull out here. This is essentially just the requests tab. If y’all had licensure requests we’re working on.
Bitnerworkman (10:44) Okay. Yeah, perfect. Then I’ll make sure to mark that complete when we get that.
Rheta Larson (10:50) Okay. In the interim, do you want me to keep these in this status? I think, I don’t think that’s going to hinder anything on our end like analytics wise, I can check with the team. But typically, if we’re waiting on something where our hands are kind of tied, we usually put those on hold until y’all are ready to pick them back up. I don’t know if that’s because essentially, they’ll check these every two weeks. So there’ll be a note out to you all saying like, is there any update here? Is there any update here? I don’t know if that’s going to get annoying.
Bitnerworkman (11:20) Yeah. I mean, either way, it’s fine. It doesn’t really bother. I mean it’s good to just have it back in the mind. So maybe just keep it. Yeah, unless it’s sending the provider an email. I wouldn’t necessarily want them to get an email every two weeks. But as far as it’s sending it to us that’s fine. Okay.
Rheta Larson (11:39) Yeah. I believe they do get the open, any open tasks that are still in their profile. They’ll get the email notifications on. So you can see the activity here is like the email was sent on just today. So it’s telling them like, hey, you have an open action required task for medallion. So they will receive that the provider can turn off their email preferences like we talked about last time. So they’re not seeing it, but I know that’s something that will occur.
Bitnerworkman (12:05) I mean, honestly, it’s probably even now that I think about it, it’s actually probably good that they get the email just as a reminder to see if she actually remembers to do it. Great.
Rheta Larson (12:17) Well, then we will keep that as an action item and then just monitor it closely and then wait for y’all to give us the green light that NV license has been issued.
Rheta Larson (12:32) Okay. So I have Sherry harder and that’s all I had other than this email thread steal. I know you had looped me into this provider woo, and it sounds like he’s just working on getting his profile completed, but he hasn’t reached out for any questions. So I’ll be on standby if there’s anything in particular he needs.
Steele’s Notetaker (12:55) Okay. And that was actually one that Durant you might have found because they had an email in there as well as their name, kind of like how we had identified last week, someone having and not that this doesn’t totally matter, but it is a girl provider… Rheta.
Rheta Larson (13:17) Yeah, I see. Yeah, thanks for letting me know. I’m sorry about that. All good.
Steele’s Notetaker (13:22) So,
Rheta Larson (13:22) I only see one profile tied to her account, which is good. It’s that one with the.
Steele’s Notetaker (13:29) Okay. Durant must have in his repairing and getting all those worked out, must have deleted it, which is good. Okay?
Rheta Larson (13:40) Great. Yeah. Let me know if there’s anything we can help her with has.
Steele’s Notetaker (13:44) She started filling out her profile at all or, yes, it looks like. Okay, okay, great. 80.
Rheta Larson (13:49) Seven percent completed. She just needs the professional info and then that professional history section is pretty blank. So that’s the bulk of the information we’re waiting on.
Steele’s Notetaker (14:01) Perfect as a new grad just for future reference for me as far as like work experience and professional experience. You know, obviously, they won’t have a ton but crna experience is kind of just, they know what to upload typically.
Rheta Larson (14:19) Yeah, they’re already employed with renew, correct? Like you have already?
Steele’s Notetaker (14:25) She’s contracted with us on a PRN capacity. Yeah, but we’re her first job out of school. Yeah.
Rheta Larson (14:33) That’s fine. I think just, obviously, it’s just going to tell them like as long as there’s no gaps that’s what they’re looking for. So, if between her residency training and then picking up the contract work with renew, she’s had like more than 30 days or 60 days, the system will flag it and just ask what they were doing and she can put in anything like vacation sabbatical looking for work.
Rheta Larson (14:55) That way our team knows what the delay was. And then for any future providers, some clients like to onboard providers ahead of time before they’re contracted or working with their groups. I don’t know if that will be the case for renew. And in those cases, we just ask that when you input the work history here, put the expected start date, not like today’s, date or whatever. So that way our team knows it’s a future date with y’all’s group.
Steele’s Notetaker (15:25) All right. Thank you. Yep.
Rheta Larson (15:30) All right. Anything else?
Bitnerworkman (15:39) Not from my end. I.
Rheta Larson (15:41) Don’t think so. Okay. Awesome. Well, if there is anything as always send an email, but I don’t have any current open action items. So I’ll just keep an eye out for anything that comes through from support or from you all. Thanks. Have a great day bye.
