Naomi Denson (00:00) all right. Nicole.
Niccole Russell (00:03) Hey, Naomi. How are you?
Naomi Denson (00:05) Good. How are you? Good. It’s just early today, Leah’s, traveling. So, okay.
Naomi Denson (00:20) Hi, Shirley.
ShirleyHooker (00:24) Hi, how are you guys?
Naomi Denson (00:26) I’m good. How are you?
ShirleyHooker (00:28) I’m good. I’m better anyway. Good. Yeah, Leah is traveling, so, I’m not sure if she’s going to join or not to be honest.
Naomi Denson (00:40) Who said, she’s not. Okay. Yeah, it’s just us. So… we are going to take some time here to get the new providers in the system and walk through sending them their invitations.
Naomi Denson (00:55) But first, I just want to confirm that KP did load all the group enrollments for the payers… that were mapped and approved.
ShirleyHooker (01:05) And I don’t know, Nicole.
Naomi Denson (01:08) If you have any updates or further questions on outstanding payer mapping items?
Niccole Russell (01:14) Per the spreadsheet. There are a few that we’re not able to add. I do have PE, looking into those because I saw the updated comments. Okay, I will say for, we’re looking for a contact so we can follow up on for global med management…
ShirleyHooker (01:40) I was thinking that she put that in the spreadsheet. Didn’t she…
Niccole Russell (01:48) I just see a website. I don’t really see any contact information.
ShirleyHooker (01:52) On there. Okay. Just one moment. I’ll take a look here. Okay. Yeah, no worries.
Naomi Denson (02:00) I don’t see it in here.
ShirleyHooker (02:02) Okay.
ShirleyHooker (02:09) Let me just go to our, my own contact stuff.
ShirleyHooker (02:18) And you said that was for global medical… management? Yes. All righty.
ShirleyHooker (02:32) That was that Kaja?
ShirleyHooker (02:40) And network at G. M. M, I, dot com… oh, different… process.
ShirleyHooker (02:59) And I’ll put it in the chat here. Okay?
Niccole Russell (03:05) Thank you.
ShirleyHooker (03:06) Yeah, no worries… here.
ShirleyHooker (03:24) Can I get all of it? Yeah, yeah.
Niccole Russell (03:30) Escalations only. Is there a number under that?
ShirleyHooker (03:34) It’s scroll up that there’s network phone number, and then there’s a rep, Kaja, K a TJ a, huh. And her phone number is the nine, five, four, three, three, four, four, eight, one?
Niccole Russell (03:50) Yes. Oh, is pipsa, I guess for pipsa’s, for escalations, only, right?
ShirleyHooker (03:56) Yes.
Niccole Russell (03:57) Okay. Sorry, I didn’t see the dash there, no.
ShirleyHooker (03:59) You’re good.
Niccole Russell (04:00) Thank you.
ShirleyHooker (04:01) Yeah, you bet.
Naomi Denson (04:05) All right. Anything else from you, Nicole?
Niccole Russell (04:09) Not at this time, but I will keep you updated as I hear.
ShirleyHooker (04:13) Okay. And, let me know for sure. Yeah. Okay.
Naomi Denson (04:18) And then aside from the group enrollment Shirley, are you still working on the individual provider, existing enrollment tab for the data?
ShirleyHooker (04:26) Yes, yes, I am. It’s kind of convoluted a little bit because, you know, we’re just coming into this practice. So we’ve been having to just, you know, verify reach out and different things like that. So what I have is not very pretty, but I’m trying to get it cleaned up and accurate and it’s just, it’s a lot to be honest.
Naomi Denson (04:56) Understood.
ShirleyHooker (04:58) Yeah, yeah.
Naomi Denson (05:00) I totally get it. It is a big lift. It’s a lot once it’s done, it’s in there and you don’t ever have to do it again.
ShirleyHooker (05:07) Right. So it’s.
Naomi Denson (05:08) another practice meeting?
ShirleyHooker (05:11) Yeah. Right now, it’s about 17,000 lines right now and that I’ve gotten it cleaned up from because there’s just a lot of different naming conventions and duplicates and things like that. So it’s just a, it’s been a, it’s been one of those for sure. I do have a question though if we’re past that part regarding the new providers though, if you want to move on to that one. Yeah. Okay. So with the new provider ones that I’m going to be adding in, medallion, am I going to, am I going to… be adding the practice locations over to the provider’s profile and uploading all the onboarding documents in caqh? And then am I going to be importing from caqh or is that something you guys are doing? I just don’t want to do something I’m not supposed to be doing or do something or not do something that I should be doing. You know what I mean? I understand about the adding the providers in, but it’s just okay. I know you guys have the caqh maintenance team or, you know, on that end… my understanding is that I’m still going in and adding the practice locations, the Coi information and, you know, all that stuff into the provider’s profile. And then do… I import from caqh or you guys import? Yes.
Naomi Denson (07:01) So, I think this would be good practice for you to get used to doing it because after implementation, we won’t be doing the bulk imports anymore. So I think this would be a good practice run for you to do that. Yeah. And then, yes, you’ll be associating the practice locations with them. Okay? So, I don’t know if you want to share your screen and kind of walk through the steps with one of the providers or?
ShirleyHooker (07:27) I haven’t built them in medallion yet because I, right?
Naomi Denson (07:30) Exactly. Yeah. We’re going to start from square one.
ShirleyHooker (07:34) Yeah, I can absolutely.
Naomi Denson (07:36) Yeah. Let’s have you work it that way, you get practice and instead of just watching me, yeah, what is it?
ShirleyHooker (07:45) See.
Naomi Denson (07:45) One, do one teach one?
ShirleyHooker (07:48) Right. Okay. Just one second here. Let me get in… to where I can pull up a provider. I’ll share my screen here in just one second. I just want to get everything ready.
ShirleyHooker (08:13) Just get all the provider stuff together here.
ShirleyHooker (08:29) And I’ll get a medallion… I’m getting there.
ShirleyHooker (08:56) Okay. Now, I can start sharing my screen here… share.
Naomi Denson (09:16) So, you can invite new providers from this tab here or the members tab. So the top right corner you see it says invite provider.
ShirleyHooker (09:25) Yes. Okay.
Naomi Denson (09:26) So, you are going to uncheck that? We’re not going to send it right away. You’ll put in their email, first name, last name. Okay? Grab… state. Okay?
Naomi Denson (10:06) I’m starting. Okay. So you’ve created their profile here. So on, you’re going to look down like it’s in the bottom left corner of your screen, it says go to data imports. Okay. So we’re going to link the caqh profile. And one good thing about linking the caqh profile this way mainly versus us doing it is once it processes through you’re, actually going to review what came in and pick and choose what you want moved over?
ShirleyHooker (11:05) Okay. That makes sense. From like other software I’ve used like Healthstream medallion. I mean, not medallion Healthstream and mdstaff too. So, okay… I want to make sure that my, that the girls have finished adding her information in to.
ShirleyHooker (11:39) Okay. Yeah. So they haven’t yet. We still need to add. Okay, we need to add the girls need to add all the documents in. Okay? But then once I, should I go ahead or should I wait because there’s still these three documents left to, yeah.
Naomi Denson (11:59) It’s not going to work because her profile’s never been attested.
ShirleyHooker (12:02) Okay. All right. Not a problem. But that’s just, okay. But this is where I would do it at once. Everything is okay. That, that’s pretty.
Naomi Denson (12:12) That’s pretty simple. You can still click link caqh profile. So when you get to the screen, it’s going to ask for the caqh id or social security number since it’s not already in her profile yet, which will then put it in her profile. And then you’ll click verify, and then the next screen is going to ask you to confirm that the attestation, is up to date.
ShirleyHooker (12:32) Got it. And then it’ll say link that.
Naomi Denson (12:34) Will run through. It can take anywhere from one to four hours for it to run through completely depending on how many are in queue currently.
ShirleyHooker (12:40) Okay. And,
Naomi Denson (12:41) then once it’s done, there will be a flag on the provider’s profile that says, review and add your data. So it’s going to take you to a screen where you’ll review tab by tab, what you want to pull over. Okay?
ShirleyHooker (12:54) Perfect. That actually makes perfect sense. Can I ask you this though? Is there, in the support center? Are there, is there step by step documents in support center that I can? Yes, there is.
Naomi Denson (13:10) Yes, you click that and then click help. Okay. Oh, yeah. Okay. And then search there for caqh. Okay. And then it’s the caqh import functionality and then review it, review. And then there’s another one that says it’ll show up in this one too. But so this is the import functionality. And down at the bottom should have another article, other articles related linked. So this is linking the caqh profile and then linking the account. Okay? And then you’ll see that’s that green, that flag that says review and add your data.
ShirleyHooker (13:54) Okay.
ShirleyHooker (13:59) Okay. Yeah. And then how do I, how can I like, can I print off these instructions or?
Naomi Denson (14:08) If you go to the website, go to support medallion co, in a different tab, you can, I don’t know if you can print from here, but you can print from the actual website. Okay?
ShirleyHooker (14:21) And you said that was support medallion co?
Naomi Denson (14:24) Nicole just put it in the chat.
ShirleyHooker (14:27) Okay. Perfect. Thank you.
Niccole Russell (14:29) I bookmarked this on my side, so you can always bookmark that instead of printing it out, but totally up to you on how you want to do that.
ShirleyHooker (14:37) Perfect. Got it.
Naomi Denson (14:46) And then you just do the same thing there, search.
ShirleyHooker (14:50) Okay. And for here, I can just put in the caqh and then go from here. Okay. Well.
Naomi Denson (14:58) The caqh import functionality, it’s the other article?
ShirleyHooker (15:02) Okay. All right. Okay. That makes sense. The.
Naomi Denson (15:08) Third one down there?
ShirleyHooker (15:09) Got it. There. It is. Okay. And.
Naomi Denson (15:17) then if you just control P, if you wanted to print a hard copy or save it as a PDF, you can.
ShirleyHooker (15:22) Perfect. Okay. That’s great. All right. Thank you so much. I think I can, I’ll be able to get through those so that’s that seems pretty self explanatory too.
Naomi Denson (15:34) And then once you’re you’ve done the import and you, the provider’s profile is ready for you to invite them, you’ll just find them in the members tab and click the invite button.
ShirleyHooker (15:43) Huh. And.
Naomi Denson (15:44) then if you… yes, so, from the providers tab, the full directory on the left all the way to the right, is that checkbox?
ShirleyHooker (15:55) Right here? Oh, all the way to the right?
Naomi Denson (15:58) All the way to the right? Yeah, I usually use my mouse pad on my laptop to swipe over, make it faster.
ShirleyHooker (16:04) Yeah, I get it. Yeah. Okay. It’s clear. It’s here, but it’s clear over here. Okay. Yeah, all.
Naomi Denson (16:11) the way to the right. So you just scroll all the way to the right to check the box if you want to turn their caqh manager on.
ShirleyHooker (16:16) Got it. All right. Sounds good. I think, yeah, I think this is perfectly fine. I’ll be able to get through it. Okay. Yeah, I’m not too worried about it. I think, you know, the definitely just, you know, I believe in work smart, not hard. So getting a caqh, you know, 100 percent clean, you know, I, I’m one of those that I, I’m a advocate of this just, I mean, you know, save all the documents here because you could literally these providers, these, this is their professional filing cabinet, you know, give them any employer, your user id and password, and pretty much everything you need, you know, is here. So uploading the document, you know, as much documents, as we have and everything in here. So, yeah.
Naomi Denson (17:17) Yeah, that’s the thing a lot of providers don’t do is that they do only what’s required and yeah, you know, if it doesn’t have that red asterisk, next to it, they’re not going to fill it out or provide it.
ShirleyHooker (17:28) Yeah. No, I’m yeah, no, I, I’d rather, you know, top to bottom, you know, just completely top to bottom. So, and.
Naomi Denson (17:40) Then once you’ve done that, then you can send the invitation and start let me know when you are ready to start submitting the enrollment request. I’ve already given, our enrollment team a heads up that you guys are working through these 10 providers to start submitting requests. Okay, the custom invite is up and ready. KP. They did final approval of that version. I know it’s probably it’s already set up, but so that’s ready and waiting for you guys. Okay?
ShirleyHooker (18:11) To be honest, since I was out on Friday, I probably will not start adding providers till first thing in the morning. I’ll get Robin and Marissa… together, and then that way we can, you know, we can rock and roll and, get these providers added and we’ll just do it together.
Naomi Denson (18:32) So, is.
ShirleyHooker (18:34) that, you know, as far as this right here, should I go through and add any, you know? Is there any anything else that you that I would need to do before importing from caqh or?
Naomi Denson (18:51) The only thing that you would need before importing caqh that would be helpful is under the professional or wait. Did you put the social security number in yet, right?
ShirleyHooker (19:02) Here, I did not, no, okay. So.
Naomi Denson (19:03) You can put the social security number in here and then under professional info, add caqh id and npi. Yes. And that would help. Yes.
ShirleyHooker (19:11) Okay. Perfect. Yep. I can do that. I’ve got it on my notes here… caqh, social and npi.
ShirleyHooker (19:24) Npi. Okay. Perfect. All right. Rock and roll. Okay. Yeah, I think I’m good to.
Naomi Denson (19:34) Be honest. What was that? I?
ShirleyHooker (19:37) Was just saying, I think I’m good. To be honest. I think I’m okay. If.
Naomi Denson (19:42) You do get stuck or have any questions? Don’t hesitate to reach out, happy to find async, time to jump on a quick call and see where I can help.
ShirleyHooker (19:51) Perfect. I think we’ll be pretty good though. I will get those. We’ll get those. We’ll get those providers added in and yeah, we’ll be ready to rock and roll on everything. Then thank you so much. I appreciate it.
Naomi Denson (20:05) Absolutely. No problem. And again, just reach out if you get stuck or have any questions, and Nicole is still working on verifying those payers. So we’ll reach out if we have any new updates.
Kunal Parwani (20:18) Yeah, I actually have something to bring up. Give me just a sec. Let me share my screen.
Kunal Parwani (20:26) So, this is regarding the group enrollments with the confirmed payers. So, I did load all of them. The only ones that I am having a little bit of trouble with are the port st Lucie location. I think there’s an npi mismatch. So, this is the npi that’s for that practice in medallion. And then, I know it’s the same npi for the group as well, but for the group, that npi does not match what’s in medallion. So, I’m wondering if there’s like a typo. So, if I look up port st Lucie. So, it gives me this npi, can you confirm if this is correct? I think this is supposed to be a seven, four seven instead of four seven four.
ShirleyHooker (21:15) Yes. Let me double check that. Yep.
ShirleyHooker (21:35) See ya… that one is one, one, three, four, one, zero, nine, seven, four, seven. Yeah.
Kunal Parwani (21:51) So, it looks like there was a typo when we first initially imported the practices. Okay. And am I right in understanding that the group attached to this will also have that seven four seven npi?
ShirleyHooker (22:06) Well, we, for Genesis care. Well, remember, we have like what? 35 or 38 different npis. So.
Kunal Parwani (22:17) Right. And one of them is the seven four seven?
ShirleyHooker (22:20) Yes, that is correct. Yes, it is. Huh.
Kunal Parwani (22:22) Okay. Just making sure because in the enrollment lines, it was four seven four for the group and for the practice, but the group in medallion had the seven four seven. So I got a little confused. Okay. So, let me first change the st Lucie. Npi. This is gonna be seven four seven. Okay. I’ve changed it to medallion. I think we should be good now, so I should be able to import those enrollments for port st Lucie.
ShirleyHooker (22:57) All right. Sounds good. Yeah.
Kunal Parwani (23:00) That was pretty much it for me. Okay. Thanks, Kippy. Thank you. All right.
Naomi Denson (23:07) All right. Shirley, have fun, get your providers in there, reach out if you need anything, and we’ll be here if.
Kunal Parwani (23:15) you do all?
ShirleyHooker (23:16) Right. Thank you so much. I appreciate you guys. You’re welcome. And I think the team will be, I think we’ll be good.
Naomi Denson (23:23) Awesome. Have a good day, take.
ShirleyHooker (23:25) Care. Thank, you too. Goodbye, goodbye.
