Adam Lipton (00:00) hi, this is Adam.
Seth Weidle (00:00) Hi, Adam. This is Seth calling from medallion. How are you doing today?
Adam Lipton (00:05) Good.
Seth Weidle (00:06) Hey, I’m calling because I spoke last week with Wendy Angelo and we were talking about maintaining consistent tracking and monitoring of provider credentialing and payer enrollment, so that providers can fill ASAP, and she actually mentioned I should reach out to you as you’re probably a little bit more tied to some of that information. And is that something that you’re kind of overseeing?
Adam Lipton (00:30) I oversee credentialing if that’s the question. I’m in the middle of a conference call though, so we might have to, you know, get back together another time.
Seth Weidle (00:32) Okay.
Seth Weidle (00:40) Yeah. Is there a better time to call maybe later this week?
Adam Lipton (00:45) I mean, if you could just email me, you know, like a white paper or whatnot, you know, I saw an email from you, but at the moment, we’re not in the market, you know?
Seth Weidle (00:52) Yeah. Oh, great. Okay.
Seth Weidle (00:58) Yeah. No, that makes sense. If you were, you probably, yeah… you got it. Yeah, absolutely. Right off the top of the bat, we reduced the amount of time spent credentialing down to, we have contracted slas to get your primary source verification, all that credentialing down to three days. So it just gets providers in that revenue loop faster.
Adam Lipton (00:59) But happy to, you know, tell me the Roi.
Adam Lipton (01:21) And that’s a different department. We separate enrollment from, you know, primary source verification. So that’s a different department. You know, we’ve got, you know, kind of we do insurance. I do insurance credentialing and my team and another team, you know, that reports to the, one of the many medical directors, does the onboarding?
Seth Weidle (01:28) Yeah.
Seth Weidle (01:36) Yeah.
Seth Weidle (01:45) Gotcha. Yeah. So the idea is medallion’s able to, yeah, medallion’s able to put that all together so that you have more visibility tracking as well as just increase those turnaround times across licensing, credentialing and the payer enrollment process, it?
Adam Lipton (01:45) So, you know, but,
Adam Lipton (02:00) you take it all?
Seth Weidle (02:01) It sounds like it might be worth a conversation?
Adam Lipton (02:01) Take it all.
Seth Weidle (02:04) Yeah, exactly.
Adam Lipton (02:06) No one wants it. So, if you want it, just take it.
Seth Weidle (02:06) Would you be open to a… would you be open to a brief conversation just to gather some more information, and just kind of dig into what medallion might be able, to help you all with?
Adam Lipton (02:23) Maybe it’s just, you know, I just had some time off and I need to get caught up. So, maybe at the end of the month or?
Seth Weidle (02:29) Gotcha.
Adam Lipton (02:33) It, you know, might be a little better,
Seth Weidle (02:35) Yeah, would it be, would it work if I sent over like a tentative calendar invite?
Seth Weidle (02:40) And then for like the last week of April, and if things work out that’s great, you can accept it, and then we’ll connect then, and if not, you can just decline it, and then I’ll reach out and we can find a better time.
Adam Lipton (02:55) Yeah. I’m gonna just say, you know, like the 20 eighth between nine and 11.
Seth Weidle (02:57) Okay.
Seth Weidle (03:02) Yeah.
Adam Lipton (03:03) Or the third, the thirtieth, you know, between nine, nine and 12? Okay?
Seth Weidle (03:04) Nine to 11?
Seth Weidle (03:10) Okay. I’ll send one over for Tuesday, the 20 eighth at 10 a. M… and you’re eastern, right?
Adam Lipton (03:19) Yeah.
Seth Weidle (03:20) Awesome. I’ll send that over and like I said, no pressure or anything, if that meeting rolls around, you’re like, I’m still not.
Adam Lipton (03:26) I don’t feel any.
Seth Weidle (03:29) What’s that?
Adam Lipton (03:30) I don’t feel any, but I do have to go. So we’ll talk then.
Seth Weidle (03:33) Okay. I’ll send that over. Yes, looking forward to it, Adam. I appreciate your time.
Adam Lipton (03:38) All right. Thanks.
