Amanda (00:04) another day, another dollar.

Amy Barfield (00:07) Right.

Amy Barfield (00:11) I have to wake… up each day with a new attitude you.

Amanda (00:17) Try, right? And then, like halfway through the day, you’re like my,

Amy Barfield (00:21) right.

Amanda (00:26) I’ll get through it. Heads up. I am off tomorrow and Friday, okay?

Amy Barfield (00:35) Okay, good. Thanks for letting me know. That way. I won’t tag you… unless you want me to, just for visibility when you get back.

Amanda (00:45) You’re more than welcome to. Yeah, okay.

Amy Barfield (00:47) I might just tag you just for visibility in case she gets overwhelmed. Yeah. Okay. Cool. Well, I wonder if they’re going to join here?

Amy Barfield (01:02) Sometimes they’re late like if they’re coming off a meeting or something.

Amanda (01:08) I didn’t make much progress on portals. I still need Mandeep’s assistance, but I can go through what I have with them if they join, okay?

Amy Barfield (01:18) Yeah. And they might just have some extras that they need access to, you know, yep.

Amy Barfield (01:27) Let’s see. I’ll give them another minute and then I’ll shoot them an email.

Amy Barfield (01:37) Let’s see. I still have a ton of emails from them. It just keeps growing and growing. I can’t seem to catch up.

Amanda (01:46) Honestly, it’s just like a little bit out of control, but I mean, there’s nothing that can be done. So, yeah.

Amy Barfield (01:55) Stick away at it. Are, you just work eight hours a day? Are you doing any overtime or anything? No, I wasn’t… I wish it was on an eight hour schedule.

Amanda (02:10) What are you salary? Or something?

Amy Barfield (02:12) Yeah… I mean, it’s nice because it’s flexible and I don’t have somebody watching my hours all the time but at the same time, it wouldn’t really matter because I’m working about 10 to 12 hour days.

Amanda (02:26) Yeah. I know. I used to do that. I did that for like nine years of my life and now it’s like what I’m trying not to do to be honest with you.

Amy Barfield (02:36) Yeah.

Amanda (02:37) I did. I ran like a whole mental health company for nine years and I worked probably like crazy hours a week and it reminded me a lot of what you were saying yesterday, like you come home and like or you’re working from home even and you, your husband’s doing everything and you like your kids are going to bed taking showers and you miss all of that, you know?

Amy Barfield (02:58) Yeah, I’m like and I don’t know if you have kids, but my daughter’s 12 and she’s my only one. And so it’s like I don’t want to miss, any good moments or even just red flags, you know, like just getting to those primitive years where it’s like, you know, she’s having friendship issues and, you know, I.

Amanda (03:23) don’t absolutely. That’s what I miss a lot of by the way I have a 15 year old and a 13 year old and I missed a lot of their tiny days, you know? So if I could just be suggestive and that is, and I’m sure you already know, is put that above the rest, money comes later. You know, you can’t you can always make money but you cannot get those years back with your children.

Amy Barfield (03:48) Yeah, I know.

Amanda (03:50) That’s why I’m not a fan of overtime. I mean, I’ll do it here and there but it’s not something I want to be constantly doing. Yeah. And,

Amy Barfield (03:58) if you did take the team lead position, I think that would be best of, you know, too. So that’s another thing to look at. But, yeah, I’ve been… trying to figure out ways to balance my time better, but it’s like some, you know, it’s.

Amy Barfield (04:17) someone always suffers.

Amanda (04:18) You know, absolutely… the workload though. I mean, I can only imagine that’s another thing too. It’s like the workload. I can already see how it’s a lot and then salary, you’re constantly always feeling like you have to answer… you know, because of the salary. Yeah, you’re always on the chopping block per SE. Yeah, it seems.

Amy Barfield (04:41) That way or you’re under a microscope? Yeah.

Amanda (04:45) Like the flexibility is great and everything, but they expect you to be available 24 seven. Yeah. I had to holidays everything and I’m not about that, no.

Amy Barfield (04:57) Like Derek called me on a Sunday meeting one time and I was like, are you kidding me? Like you have me five days a week, four hour days basically like.

Amanda (05:09) Yeah, not about that, Amy. I’ll be quite transparent just like I told Nicole years ago. I want to clock in. I want to clock out. I did that for a lot of my years of my life and I did the whole corporate thing. I don’t I just don’t want to do it again. I got so sick. So, he reminded me, he gave me like PTSD yesterday when you were talking about shingles and stuff. I’m like girl, I’ve been there. I had like horrible insomnia I could never sleep or you start like dreaming of like you wake up thinking you’re working or you’re dreaming of work and you’re like, I do not miss that. It was, it was truly quite awful like I stopped doing that in 20 23. So I’ve had, and I was like one thing I loved about running like mental health practice was like the credentialing aspect of it. Like I was self taught. So, I’m like, you know what? I’m going to try to switch gears here. It was great being a director but I’m at this point where I don’t want that responsibility anymore. I want to enjoy the time with my kids and that’s what I do now. Like I love being there for my kids and going to their band and possibility of homeschooling one day, you know, like I’d rather do that. And then when I’m in my fifties or something, my late forties, then I’ll revisit, you know, when they’re grown, right?

Amy Barfield (06:28) When you have time and they don’t want to spend time with you anymore.

Amanda (06:32) Hopefully that’ll be never, but, yes.

Amy Barfield (06:34) I know I ask my daughter all the time. I’m like I’ll always be your best friend, right? Like you’ll always, you always come to mama, right? And she’s like, yeah, of course, my.

Amanda (06:45) 15 year old, that’s my oldest. He is like so antisocial. So I have to like pry myself into his life, but my youngest, he’s like my little buddy. He is my, what I can say best friend. They’re both my best friends, but my little one, he’s just like he’s like your.

Amy Barfield (07:05) Sidekick.

Amanda (07:06) correct. He’s like my clone and it’s insane.

Amy Barfield (07:09) And I.

Amanda (07:09) hate it. His video games. He’s just all about that and I hate it. I don’t let him play that, but his father does. Yeah. Well, that’s what their life’s about and I don’t miss it. I don’t want shingles. I don’t want insomnia.

Amy Barfield (07:25) I was telling somebody I said, I’m so used to working in high stress environments and it doesn’t really bother me. I’m pretty resilient and can get through things and break through walls and stuff. But I think my body’s baseline for stress is so high that when I am above that baseline, my body just has a physical reaction to it absolutely.

Amanda (07:51) Yeah, it’s a lot. It really is. I.

Amy Barfield (07:56) Don’t know if they’re joining today. I just sent an email to them. So we’ll see.

Amanda (08:01) I won’t be disappointed if they don’t right?

Amy Barfield (08:09) Give them a couple minutes here. Yeah, they usually don’t be on the spot with this type of meeting. Yeah, they’ve been screaming for portal access for before you like since October. I’ve been trying to get them like get Kelsey to get them on. And they were just so overwhelmed when I first took them over. I didn’t start with Theoria until October. I’m their third engagement manager. So… yeah, it was kind of messy. I mean, you think it’s messy now? It was way worse.

Amanda (08:44) I can only imagine. I can only imagine.

Amy Barfield (08:52) Do you have other clients or just Theoria?

Amanda (08:54) It’s just this one for right now, which I’m very grateful because like I said, I’m still trying to learn it and stay on top of it. And as you can see, you’re getting messaged every single day and it’s you know, which I don’t mind. Like, I love the problem solving aspect of it. I just don’t I’ve seen, you know, Kelsey and Brittany and like they’re just drowning and I don’t want not that I care if I’m in that boat because I’m one of those people I’m only going to. I can only work at a certain capacity. You know, like there’s that’s what you get with any job.

Amy Barfield (09:31) Yeah, so.

Amanda (09:32) I mean, I don’t care. I just don’t want to like, I don’t want to screw it up. You know, I want to fix, I would love to be able to fix Theoria and have him stop complaining about every single thing and questioning every single thing. And then I would love to take on more clients, you know?

Amy Barfield (09:48) I think we’re a ways from that. That’s what I’m saying especially with complex care, you know, effective date starting. The problem, is whenever she… Svetlana came in mid summer last year, and there was another person that was in her spot. And the enrollment well before we had engagement managers, the manager that was over them ended up being their engagement manager and I think she just kind of let them do what they wanted to rather than giving like some clear direction. Yeah. I mean, she was good at her job, don’t get me wrong, but there were some things like I definitely would not have allowed from the beginning but now we’re almost a year out from that and it’s like you can’t really go back, you know? Yeah. So… you know, for instance, like requesting medicare back in July of last year, getting mad that we’re not getting approvals, but they’re not even opening until January one. It’s like you’re supposed to wait 60 days, you know, things like that. And really, they function a lot differently than the other groups because she wants everything released and she wants, you know, all these retro requests and she wants letters sent and like none of the other clients do that. Yeah. Okay. Carrie’s joining now. So, okay.

Amanda (11:29) I gotta go. Hey guys.

Amy Barfield (11:32) I’m so sorry, I was jumping off another call. I figured that’s what I was telling Amanda. I was like they’re usually jumping from call to call. So they might be a little late, one of my.

Amanda (11:42) favorite subjects.

Amy Barfield (11:43) Wisconsin was what… Wisconsin? Yes, blue cross woodshield, but.

Carrie Reding (11:54) No medicaid?

Amy Barfield (11:56) Medicaid? Yeah, it’s either one or the two, right? It.

Carrie Reding (12:01) Seems that way I may be the only one, I know Latoya is out today. So, okay, let’s try to get through what we can. And, okay.

Amy Barfield (12:15) I’m not sure that Amanda has a lot of updates for you. I think she might be waiting on some things. She can go over those with you, but just want to touch base and see. Were there anything that we’re pinning or that you’re waiting on response for or that you need us to start on for those portals. So,

Carrie Reding (12:33) this is what we talked about last week.

Carrie Reding (12:37) These are all the ones that are completely leaked. And then let’s see. Michigan. Medicaid is researching Tennessee, medicaid, Kansas, and Missouri, and… then we’ve said not to add Montana and Pennsylvania. Those are fine. And then I think I have new games for some of those. Okay? So.

Amanda (13:00) Just to confirm you don’t need Montana anymore and Pennsylvania. Yeah.

Carrie Reding (13:05) Okay.

Amanda (13:06) Let me just take that off mine. I did not. And then, I sent.

Carrie Reding (13:12) You the user id for Illinois and then also for North Carolina. Okay?

Amanda (13:18) One second. So, mon medicaid and, Montana for Carrie.

Amanda (13:31) And.

Amanda (13:38) just take this one. And the other one was pa.

Amanda (13:57) Mark those. All right. Okay. What was your question on the other one? Illinois?

Carrie Reding (14:06) And North Carolina, I sent you my user id for both of those. I’m.

Amanda (14:12) still working on Illinois, but I did make progress with North Carolina and we were able to add you today… to, your user id of creding 19.

Amanda (14:27) So… this account, we have access to the oreo locations, and we also have access to CC to, and it’s all under one login. So… when you log in, you should have access to all of them as well.

Amanda (14:53) And I can also show you hopefully how to add users. So that way in case anybody else needs them. Well?

Carrie Reding (15:00) Let’s see if I can log in with this real quick. And then.

Carrie Reding (15:11) Yeah. Did you say, it was spreading 19? Yeah.

Amanda (15:16) Be ready 19?

Carrie Reding (15:22) Is it case sensitive? It?

Amanda (15:24) Most likely is, yes.

Carrie Reding (15:28) Was it all capitalized? Do you like?

Amanda (15:29) That, oh, it was.

Carrie Reding (15:33) All over the place. Okay?

Carrie Reding (15:50) What just happened?

Carrie Reding (16:00) Yeah. I saw that. What is.

Amanda (16:06) These portals do not make it easy. I can assure you, well.

Carrie Reding (16:10) I mean, and it’s even saying that I’m not signed in like with being… it’s just nonsense.

Carrie Reding (16:27) So, now, the website’s not there in this?

Carrie Reding (16:44) Right. You said that case, so.

Carrie Reding (16:54) And then… let me fix the set, come back to you later. Why can’t I get in?

Amanda (17:13) Is this okay? That’s all?

Carrie Reding (17:17) It’s supposed to do no.

Amanda (17:19) I think you’re in the wrong website, man? I don’t know if you hear there’s ambulance like going crazy outside my house? Okay? I.

Carrie Reding (17:27) can’t hear that? That’s.

Amanda (17:28) good then, because it was very loud. All right. I’m, trying to it’s NC tracks that you should be logging into. Do you need that login? Or you got it?

Amanda (18:05) Okay. So you should be able to have access to everything if you go to, possibly, I believe it’s administration.

Carrie Reding (18:16) I’m going to make sure I put the right thing in here. Okay? Is that it away administration?

Amanda (18:27) Administration?

Amanda (18:33) User maintenance on the left?

Amanda (18:40) And you would search whoever’s id you want to add. If they already have an existing account, you can do user id or last name search, and then you can add them this way. If they don’t have an account, you can do new years or setup.

Amanda (18:59) But that’s how you would add additional users?

Carrie Reding (19:03) And just pick a.

Amanda (19:04) Administrator… you don’t have, you don’t have to do that. Okay?

Carrie Reding (19:12) I don’t even know if this is that people at medallion?

Amanda (19:22) Yes. So those are different administrators that our account is tied to. Now, if you’re checking in enrollments, you can click on enrollments.

Amanda (19:35) Status and management and there will be all of your enrollments there. They will take a bit to load. So, these are all your provider enrollments… that’s a lot. But yeah, you now have access to Theoria and complexcare.

Amanda (20:16) Thank you.

Amanda (20:32) I’m going to mark this all our… list.

Amanda (20:46) Okay. So, we got North Carolina… Michigan.

Carrie Reding (20:55) Illinois, I think somebody had said it’s kind of difficult to get access to.

Amanda (21:01) Not sure on that one yet. I’m still working on that one, but Iowa, did we discuss Iowa? No, that one is all done by paper apps.

Carrie Reding (21:14) Oh, yeah, fashion over there.

Amanda (21:18) Yeah. So that one all paper and then revalidations, you can create a portal yourself and you should be able to do provider revalidations if needed.

Carrie Reding (21:34) And you said the applications are tapered, yeah.

Carrie Reding (21:48) I will.

Carrie Reding (22:05) Separation. Okay. Anything else?

Amanda (22:10) Georgia, were you able to call the help desk and gain access? Oh my gosh.

Carrie Reding (22:16) No, I have not called the help desk.

Amanda (22:18) No worries. We’ll keep that on hold. Indiana. All of those name changes are basically complete for each individual location. I went in and renamed all of the accounts there’s like four more. I still need to do, but other than that, the ones we have access for and that you have access for are all now renamed. So when you log in, you will, yeah.

Carrie Reding (22:42) Because I was in here this morning and.

Carrie Reding (23:00) I love my dog just saying.

Amanda (23:03) Me too, he’s my pal. So, yeah.

Carrie Reding (23:06) That’s not what my dog looks like. Mine’s way cuter than that one.

Amanda (23:10) What kind of dog is it? I’ve.

Carrie Reding (23:12) got a heeler, megs love it. He’s so cute. Okay?

Amanda (23:17) So, you can see here now, you’ll see like each login is changed, so they’re not all these weird names there’s like a couple more that need to be changed, which I’ll work on getting those updated… but you’ll see CCM midwest H, that’s the location you’ll click on.

Amanda (23:33) If that’s the one you want to work in. If you click page number two, you’ll see the additional ones at the bottom, you see one of two.

Carrie Reding (23:46) Oh, yeah. I see that now. Okay. So you have to search if you want to see if a provider is linked. So like I have a Kelly… schultz, would you just click, like if I was going to look at this location?

Amanda (24:04) If it’s for Theoria and you wanted to know about eight one six, you would click on that one? Yes.

Carrie Reding (24:09) And then from what I saw go to… and then I think it’s this and then you can look at rendering providers. Is this… I don’t know what the difference is here, but… is that how we find out who’s enrolled that?

Amanda (24:34) Should be linked? These should be all the rendering providers linked here for this location? Yes?

Carrie Reding (24:43) Well, I was on the right path this morning.

Amanda (24:45) Good. Okay. All right. Just let me check one more place. Can you go back to my home… provider maintenance?

Amanda (25:02) Okay. Cool. Hold on one second. That’s how you would change your rendering provider changes. Okay? You can search through there and you can remove them and you can also add them.

Amanda (25:24) All right. So, Indiana we have crossed that off, I will get those remaining ones updated today… Michigan… medicaid of Michigan.

Carrie Reding (25:41) Now, I have Michigan, but it’s added by like,

Carrie Reding (25:49) by like provider… Give.

Amanda (25:54) me, one second. Let me log into this account.

Amanda (26:04) I’m going to have to wait a minute for this code here.

Carrie Reding (26:23) So, if a provider’s not showing or that has an issue with not showing as rendering provider, and they’re not here. Does that mean they need to be added? Yes?

Amanda (26:45) All right. So, for Michigan?

Amanda (26:53) We have the oreo here, clicking it domain… administrator, and for this one for Michigan?

Amanda (27:13) I need a user id. So, do you have a user id already for Michigan? Yeah.

Carrie Reding (27:18) I do. Yeah.

Carrie Reding (27:39) Reading C in 1979.

Amanda (27:43) Reading C, 1979.

Amanda (27:52) Was it a capital C?

Carrie Reding (27:58) Yes… capital R, capital C.

Amanda (28:10) It looks like you have access already. Well?

Carrie Reding (28:14) But that’s what I was looking at. I mean, if I want to review a provider though, I.

Amanda (28:30) Okay. Hold on, click there and then scroll down. You’ll see Theoria medical, and you also have complex care. Okay? But,

Carrie Reding (28:41) do I need to have access to like the individual providers to see their stuff? Let’s.

Amanda (28:47) click on Theoria and check real quick. Well… you have to select a profile. So let’s see which one I’m real quick. Let’s do hold on.

Amanda (28:59) Provider enrollment access.

Amanda (29:23) Click on manage provider information.

Amanda (29:42) View, servicing, provider details. This is optional. This looks like you might have to have individual access for a provider.

Carrie Reding (29:55) Yeah. So, as I’ve had provider issues like I just have them go in and add the provider to my profile, but I take it it’s individually… that’s awesome. I hate.

Amanda (30:14) That they do that because then you have a 1,000,000 things you got to click on, you know… I’ll get clarification, let me see if I can just message and this was Michigan.

Carrie Reding (30:34) Right. Yeah, this is Michigan.

Amanda (31:03) Let’s see if he responds before we hang up and I will get clarification on that one… but I’m pretty sure that looks that way.

Amanda (31:17) Okay. Let me see if I can. Do, you know, how to add users or no?

Carrie Reding (31:22) I do not. I would love to let’s do.

Amanda (31:26) That in case anyone else needs access. If you click on close this out, you can exit out of this… is everything on… oh, launch… services.

Amanda (31:56) Okay. So go to Theoria, you can also go to complexcare. Any of them really just go to, yeah, that one, let’s see, select profile. We’re going to do domain administrator… go.

Carrie Reding (32:17) Okay.

Amanda (32:19) Sorry?

Amanda (32:31) Okay. Up at the top by admin.

Amanda (32:40) User list.

Amanda (32:45) Okay. And then we see the little add button… next to close top left… you would add the users here. You just need to make sure that they have their user id. Well, you have it. And then for available profiles, I select all of those, if you’re wanting them to have full access. You just want them to do eligibility. You know, you would select the corresponding one.

Carrie Reding (33:12) Claims, oh, this is for, okay… this is administrator access, not to add a provider. Okay?

Amanda (33:20) No, not to add a provider. This is, yeah, administrator access. Okay. So like add, so if you need to add Latoya, Lori… and Brady, they don’t have access already.

Amanda (33:38) Okay.

Amanda (33:43) And yes, and you did confirm, you have to, let me see.

Amanda (34:03) Yes. So you, he did confirm you have to have provider individual access to be able to manage their enrollment. And I’m trying to see if you can show us how to add them.

Amanda (34:41) Okay.

Amanda (34:59) Can you go back to your login page real quick? Like, you know, when you select Theoria and all that?

Amanda (35:11) So here, yes… launch services.

Amanda (35:38) Click on where it says Dennis, Mary, real quick. Okay?

Amanda (35:53) Like the drop down. Yeah. I’m not sure on this one, go to the top left where it says your name, Carrie Redding, and click that little arrow down.

Carrie Reding (36:12) No.

Amanda (36:14) Okay. I’m going to hold off on that one and I’ll see how I can get some instructions on how to add providers. They might have to give you access from their profile. Like you said, you’re doing it that way currently, right?

Carrie Reding (36:29) Yeah. If I need access, I just request it and send it to Amy. She sends it on a per provider basis.

Amanda (36:39) Gotcha. Okay. I’ll let you know how that gets added. Hopefully, she… responds before we hang up on that and we can mark it off our list. Let’s see… the next one… medicaid, Kentucky. Do you still need this one?

Amanda (37:08) That was a payer we had discussed. I believe medicaid Kentucky.

Amanda (37:17) And unfortunately, this is not an easy one. We do have access to all locations. However we can’t just add users. You would have to create your own account, then you call medicaid Kentucky to link the medicaid ids that we have for Theoria… CCM and H are still in progress. So we can’t do anything with that one right now. And there’s medicaid ids for?

Amanda (37:49) NPS pas and physicians. So you’ll have to add, yeah, I know you have to add Theoria three times. So, when you call you’ll say I need to add Theoria medicaid id ending in two one zero for NPS and I need to add six, six zero pas, and then eight five zero physician, internal medicine. And then you’ll have access to all Theoria providers and enrollment?

Carrie Reding (38:12) I mean, it’s not priority, but let’s just, yeah.

Amanda (38:15) I will send those in an email. What’d you say I.

Carrie Reding (38:19) said it’s not priority, but yeah, we’ll just go ahead and get access to.

Amanda (38:22) It, I will definitely send that in an email to you. Okay?

Carrie Reding (38:27) And it’s set up on an individual basis. You said… I can set it up. Yes.

Amanda (38:34) Correct. Then you would contact medicaid Kentucky and ask them to link the medicaid ids to your portal and I’ll send that in an email. So that way, yeah… it will be a little bit easier for you.

Amanda (39:05) Okay. That one’s done. I will send a follow up email on that. Illinois. We’re working on that one. Still New Hampshire. I’m still working on mo and KS, still working on.

Amanda (39:27) Everything else I’m still working on?

Amanda (39:45) Did we, do? We did Michigan, right? Yes.

Carrie Reding (39:50) We just made the… that was the only one we were just thinking about. Okay? I guess I don’t.

Carrie Reding (40:09) we just need to figure out how to meet the providers.

Amanda (40:13) For Michigan. Okay. He’s not understanding what I’m saying. So I’ll have to get back to you on that.

Carrie Reding (40:23) Yeah, it’s I literally think you have to move them one at a time. I mean, for providers. I thought that’s what I had understood because the providers have to sign something so, I could be wrong.

Amanda (40:38) I will confirm on that one and let you know. And then you’re going to follow up with Georgia. Both you and I.

Carrie Reding (40:44) think.

Amanda (40:47) It was with us last time. Maybe Brittany, I forgot Latoya or Brittany. One of them also had a call to help them… and I will continue working on these others for us.

Carrie Reding (41:02) And once I get in, I’ll confirm that with you though. Awesome.

Amanda (41:11) Is Tennessee on your list? Yes, that one as well? I’m working on. Okay, good. And then I think that’s it as far as any updates or whatnot, if I make progress, I’ll shoot you an email on like, I know Kansas and Missouri were kind of at the top of your list. Yeah.

Carrie Reding (41:32) So, as soon as.

Amanda (41:35) I figure that situation out, I will let you know if it’s sooner than our meeting open for next week… awesome.

Carrie Reding (41:45) Okay. Thank you.

Amanda (41:48) Thank you for your patience. Yeah, of course. Bye.

Carrie Reding (41:54) Guys. Bye bye. Thank you.
