Destiny Golden (00:00) hi, Collette. How?
Collette Waddell (00:02) Are you? I’m.
Destiny Golden (00:04) great. How are you?
Collette Waddell (00:05) I’m doing good. How was your time off? It?
Destiny Golden (00:11) Was so good and so needed. So, I’m glad I had it same.
Collette Waddell (00:17) I’m still playing catch up, you know, of course, but I promised myself I was not going to go check at night, you know, and I didn’t I was completely disconnected good.
Destiny Golden (00:32) For you. Yeah. And so was I.
Collette Waddell (00:34) But yeah, but sometimes it’s like how much more is going to be waiting for me when?
Destiny Golden (00:40) I, when you come back and there’s always more, but.
Collette Waddell (00:44) That’s okay. So, yeah, it was good to disconnect. Yeah. So I’m glad you had some good time. I know the holidays. I can’t believe we’re almost into may.
Destiny Golden (00:57) Yes.
Collette Waddell (00:57) Almost, we’re already having to figure out summer.
Destiny Golden (01:02) All the things it’s here already. It’s here. So, I.
Collette Waddell (01:08) was just taking a peek back at, you know, from our last call that we had at the end of March and we didn’t really, we didn’t have too much going on then just, I did finally get the account tab updated just earlier to replace Aiden’s name with yours. So like if there’s any platform communications, it’s going to kind of route to you first so that you don’t have to worry about. I know we talked about him forwarding things to you.
Destiny Golden (01:36) Yes, that.
Collette Waddell (01:37) Needs to be adjusted at any point. Just let me know and I can do that. Okay?
Destiny Golden (01:40) Thank you. And,
Collette Waddell (01:42) then the second thing that we really touched on was the Connecticut licenses for?
Destiny Golden (01:50) George? Yes.
Collette Waddell (01:52) And I had sent a follow up email to you letting me know what the licensing team had shared.
Destiny Golden (01:58) So, I didn’t I took care of it. Okay?
Collette Waddell (02:01) You did? All right. Just wanted to make sure we like closed the loop. I didn’t see anything open ended there, but I just,
Destiny Golden (02:07) yeah, yep. We did. Thank you. You’re welcome. That was taken care of.
Collette Waddell (02:12) Anything since then, I do.
Destiny Golden (02:15) Have a request for the credentialing. Can I can… two of the admin get access to see that part of medallion because they don’t and that’s Marissa gross and Kenesha. Harding. Yeah, let me.
Collette Waddell (02:47) Okay. Yes. Let me do that now while we’re on the call together. So that way?
Collette Waddell (03:03) And I can’t recall if we’ve chatted through this before, when you add a new admin user, it on purpose defaults to not grant that credentialing visibility just because there can be more sensitive information that kind of lives in that credentialing file. And so it’s that extra step of just having to go in and grant that.
Destiny Golden (03:28) Can you share? Let me see. I don’t I’ve never done that. And I thought when I went into, I didn’t think I had the access to do it. Let’s see, oh, maybe I have to go into team Simon. This extra.
Collette Waddell (03:45) Layer of permissioning is not something that you can do on your end you.
Destiny Golden (03:49) Have to reach out.
Collette Waddell (03:49) To either myself or our support team can also assist with that. And it’s… hopefully we have something like where like a super, I mean, I would love it if like at least one admin on the customer side could do that, but it’s just so that it doesn’t default to show it. Yes, because like npdb reports are in there and that kind of stuff. So, so it’s intentional, but it is an extra, just step like, hey, I just added this person. They do need to see the credentialing tab. And I’m so sorry if that’s never been really communicated to you before that’s okay. So I am getting it added to Marissa.
Destiny Golden (04:39) It’s Marissa and Kenesha harding.
Collette Waddell (04:42) Kenesha was the next one. Yes, I see her too.
Collette Waddell (05:04) Okay. Now, if both of those individuals were to log in or refresh, if they’re already, if they’re like logged in right now, they should then see that credentialing tab.
Destiny Golden (05:14) Okay. I.
Collette Waddell (05:16) did want to just double check since I’m taking a look at.
Collette Waddell (05:26) I suspect they should see what you see in terms of like have the same type of access, right? Because there’s another there’s… like a permissioning that you have, and it’s just like a kind of behind the scenes settings. It’s for HR type of information, so, that would have lived in a provider’s profile. Now, let me see if I have any information on exactly what that entails. So if their login should, if they should see and have the same visibility that you do, I can give that to them.
Destiny Golden (06:04) No, I wouldn’t want them to see like can they see consumption or anything like that? Accounting? What all can they see? I think… everyone see that. Let me go.
Collette Waddell (06:18) In, I think that account tab, does… I’m… going to impersonate one of their views real quick? Okay. So let’s and I’ll do a screen share just so you can see. And this is just like an impersonation. So, I don’t actually like do anything this is, so we can see what. So, let me screen share.
Destiny Golden (06:44) Okay.
Collette Waddell (06:45) And where is this?
Collette Waddell (06:51) So, this is Marissa’s view. And Kenesha would be also mirror this because I just updated them both just to add the credentialing tab. Okay? So they do see this account and they do see this usage. Okay. I don’t know if there’s a way… to disable that just for them, but for you to still see it, I can ask, I don’t know though. I know I can, if all.
Destiny Golden (07:24) admins see it. It’s fine. Okay.
Collette Waddell (07:27) Okay. I mean, it doesn’t well, I guess it does have a little bit of dollars in here. Okay? But I… do want to see… so they see everything here.
Destiny Golden (07:48) And I need to ensure Christina Keith takes care of that.
Collette Waddell (07:58) Oh, can I not? I don’t want to X out of this banner.
Collette Waddell (08:08) I do want to see, I don’t actually know what I want to pop into a provider’s profile real quick to see when it that little that HR admin setting. Okay? I need to get clarification on exactly what that entails.
Collette Waddell (08:34) So, I mean, they can see date of birth, they see this information and they have the ability to see the full social. I’m not entirely sure what that setting does now that we’re looking at it live together.
Collette Waddell (08:58) I’m going to ask internally about what that other HR setting is that I didn’t enable for them. Okay? You have, I just don’t know how this.
Destiny Golden (09:08) Don’t enable it until we find out what it’s for.
Collette Waddell (09:11) Yeah. I’m not going to, okay. I’m going to get clarification on.
Destiny Golden (09:16) That, okay. Sounds good.
Collette Waddell (09:17) Yeah, I’m yeah. So this is their view. So they can see, you know?
Destiny Golden (09:25) Okay. But,
Collette Waddell (09:27) yeah, before they would have, this is their view minus that credentialing tab until I enabled that.
Destiny Golden (09:33) So, okay. Sounds good. That’s it, that’s all I needed.
Collette Waddell (09:39) That’s well, it won’t work. I’m going to go find out what other permissions that you have. Okay? Just so that you and I know.
Destiny Golden (09:50) Okay. What it is? Sounds good.
Collette Waddell (09:53) Sorry, I think my internet is cutting off.
Destiny Golden (09:56) Yes, you were freezing a.
Collette Waddell (09:58) Little bit there. Oh, I’m so sorry. I just turned my camera off, hoping that doesn’t pull as much, but, yeah, I’ll do some homework on that setting. I won’t touch anything in terms of theirs, but I’ll let you know what I find out.
Destiny Golden (10:11) All right. Sounds good. Appreciate you, Colette.
Collette Waddell (10:14) Oh, thank, you too. Destiny. Just reach out, let me or support know if there’s anything in the meantime.
Destiny Golden (10:20) Okay. Will do, have a great rest of your.
Collette Waddell (10:22) day. Thanks you too. Bye.
