Kyle Rice (00:00) hey, Amanda. How are you today?

Amanda Lewis (00:02) I’m good. How are you?

Kyle Rice (00:03) Sorry, I’m a minute late. I just walked downstairs to find my daughter was just fully engulfed in a bag of chocolate chips eating that for her snack. So.

Amanda Lewis (00:11) She is excited. She’s trying, no.

Kyle Rice (00:14) She’s trying. I was like, I walked down there. I was like, what are you doing down here? She’s like I’m just having a snack I’m.

Amanda Lewis (00:19) having a snack, I got some chocolate chips, daddy that looks so cute.

Kyle Rice (00:24) So, how’s the week going for you so far?

Amanda Lewis (00:28) Hang on how’s the, what now?

Kyle Rice (00:31) How’s the week going for you?

Amanda Lewis (00:33) It’s always crazy in my world for some reason always.

Kyle Rice (00:39) I agree on that. I wanted to give you a heads up. I connected with Casey cornell this week, yes, about her licensure. It sounded like she had a problem with her multi state license out of Texas and then needed to get the RN applications going for several of her states. It sounds like there’s something with her disclosure that they kicked back with her and some like.

Amanda Lewis (01:00) Fingerprint, it happened. So, it’s something that happened before she was an RN… and I guess it went on a record. Well, California said something about it and I think they were, you know, still got past it all. But whenever a long time ago. But then whenever she applied for Arkansas, of course, my home state, the worst one, they came back and said, have you ever been, you know, whatever? And she said no, well, they flagged it and said you’re lying and they gave her another ding or whatever. Well, she was going to have to come to court, I guess or be in front of whatever Arkansas. And she’s like I can’t go down there. I’m like, I mean, honestly, it would have been cheaper for her to go down there and just get it taken care of.

Amanda Lewis (01:52) Then now they’re coming in and taking all her RNS away. Yeah. So we are going to pay for those, Julie has approved to pay for those. So, I am going to go in and request all the ones that she needs there’s a lot. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (02:11) I figured, I told her I was like, listen, we’re happy, you know, we’re happy to assist. I was like, I am not going to input anything without connecting with Amanda first and just making sure that, you know, they’re aware of the situation because I, you know, I can’t just request licenses, you know, willy nilly here for you unfortunately. So I told her I would connect with you and I’m glad, you know, you’re apprised of the situation. So I would just advise her just to make sure if we’re doing a, any new licensure for her. Sounds like she might need to update her disclosure questions. Yeah, and then add any pertinent like documentation that she might have received from either Arkansas or California. That way we’re tracking her any updates that we need to make while we’re processing, these new RNS that come down the line here?

Amanda Lewis (02:52) Yeah, I don’t know what she did. I didn’t ask, I did not, even, I think it was a hot check is what somebody said. I don’t know. And she said it was before she was even RN RN. And I was, so she didn’t think about it and I was like, good lord, I’m so sorry, I was like, no, we’re here. We’re going to help. We’re going to support, you know, yeah, she thought she’s going to lose her job. So, she hid it from all of us, you know? And I was like, no, you better tell me what’s going on cause I don’t understand why I got to pull you out of Pennsylvania, you know? And so, when she told me, I’m like, okay, I’ll pull you no problem. You know, now on the other one though, Rachel hamelink, she got her prescriptive authority in today. Oh, she did, yeah, without anybody doing anything. So I said, did you not have to take the five hours? She’s like, I guess it was part of my cmes. I said, I’ve already told you that.

Kyle Rice (03:49) Yeah, it was part of the cmes.

Amanda Lewis (03:51) Yeah. She’s like, I thought I had to go and take a college course and I was like, no, you know, people don’t listen. And so it’s… just one of those. So she sent me a message, I mean, literally just minutes ago, all capital letters. So excited. I just got my prescriptive authority and I’m like and you didn’t have to do an extra five hour college course?

Kyle Rice (04:14) She’s like, nope, nope. I know some of the boards will ask for additional coursework like if it was lacking like either in their RN or NP degree, so it’s not definitely not out of the realm of possibility to do that, but.

Amanda Lewis (04:26) Yeah.

Kyle Rice (04:27) It’s a pretty easy just a CE requirement and then that should be applicable for any other like new states she’s applying for or any renewals or?

Amanda Lewis (04:34) Anything? Yeah. Well, she’s got it. I think she’s already applied for CSR in Illinois. So that problem took care of itself because she was all freaking out. I’m not doing this and I’m not doing that and I was like, whoa, you can’t just tell me you’re not going to do something. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (04:50) I will, I’ll get Rachel’s RX authority added to platform this afternoon for you?

Amanda Lewis (04:54) Perfect. And then I’ll go in on Casey and request RN… status. Okay? As of right now, I think Pennsylvania is the only state I have to pull her out of.

Kyle Rice (05:08) Let’s take a look… and.

Amanda Lewis (05:12) That’s not showing on here on, you know, because her license she’s got, she’s licensed her, but they’re making her get an RN and Carlton told her if you continue to practice, then that will be a mark on you and it will look bad. And so that’s when she finally owned up to it and said you have to pull me, I said, I’m looking at your license, I don’t have to pull you and so she told me and so I was like, I do have to pull you and thank you for being, you know, if you would have just kept lying about it, you probably would have lost your job. Yeah, you know, yeah.

Kyle Rice (05:51) She was asking me too. She’s like, am I able to practice? I was like, I can’t get into that for you at this time. I was like, I know you need to license your hand, but without, you know, additional information and, you know, I don’t have visibility into everything I can’t really advise. Yeah.

Amanda Lewis (06:03) I’m not advising on or off that. I told her she needs to call the board find out.

Kyle Rice (06:09) Exactly. Yeah. Well, let me know. Let me know. Yeah, exactly. It’s a complex situation. I was just saying, just let me know when you get those RN requests in and I can help expedite those through for her. So we can keep her, you know, active practicing and some of those RN licenses might take a little bit to go in because we’re starting to hit the, what I call the busy season here with the boards because everyone’s graduating, everyone needs a license. So, yeah, they start to get, yeah, some of these boards start to get inundated between like now and like August. So, yeah, they tend to slow down a little bit. So, we kind of prioritize any of her licenses in the process.

Amanda Lewis (06:43) Okay. We, so I did my admin tasks. I did get some stuff done for Julie. She was not able to get on and help me. I was like, it’s okay. It’s okay. We got this figured out… license renewal is expiring that’s on Casey. I’m looking at admin, Julie Kelly, Illinois, CSR, business address, and phone. Ooh. I like that. Illinois is asking for a business address and phone number now.

Kyle Rice (07:20) Yeah, some of them do tend to get a little funky with it. Is that for her CSR probably?

Amanda Lewis (07:24) Huh. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (07:27) They tend to get funky with those. Some of them are actually doing in home visits. Like, I know Indiana is getting pretty strict on that like they’re asking for like a picture of like the office location and like the waiting room. And like some of these wardrobes are getting, very, funky and nuanced.

Amanda Lewis (07:40) Yeah, because I have, we have office space like I have a desk I could go and sit at in an office on those states but, ugh. Okay. My nose all of a sudden started running. It’s that time of day. It, ugh humidity, it’s about to rain.

Kyle Rice (08:01) Oh, I know, I am ready to get back to some spring weather. It has been in the nineties the last three days up here and I have my air conditioning at full blast this week. So, oh,

Amanda Lewis (08:09) gosh.

Kyle Rice (08:10) I’m ready to get back to that 60 degree cool. You know, let some pollen in a little bit with the windows down and,

Amanda Lewis (08:15) get.

Kyle Rice (08:16) us settled a little bit.

Amanda Lewis (08:17) Ours, we went through a… big thing of pollen… had a little storm, went through some cold, went through another big thing of pollen. It’s like it just keeps starting over. And so the.

Kyle Rice (08:33) pollen cycle.

Amanda Lewis (08:34) Yes, I’m like my gosh. And it just popped up that it’s supposed to rain this afternoon and we’ve got a truck show tonight.

Amanda Lewis (08:41) And so it was like, do we go? Cause if it could have hail? And if that damaged our truck, I mean, that we have a show truck that’s not okay. You know? So we were like, are we going, we’re not going? Are we going, you know? So it’s like, yeah.

Kyle Rice (08:58) We’ll send some of that rain by the way. We need it, especially, get some of this pollen down.

Amanda Lewis (09:02) For sure. Yes… South Carolina. Yes, let’s look, do I have anybody… licensed? Yeah, that I could like… fully? I have Jamal here’s. My problem. Okay. I have a few people licensed in South… Carolina. I’m trying to just get states real quick and I’m not doing very good on it. Let me get on my overview. No, that’s not there. How about her?

Amanda Lewis (09:47) So, I need somebody else that can prescribe medication other than Jamal. And right now, I think he’s the only one that can.

Kyle Rice (09:57) Yeah. He’s got prescriptive authority. Let me see if Angela has that or Samantha matos.

Amanda Lewis (10:05) Let’s see. I need to push it with Samantha matos. Or I don’t really need Daniela or Angela. No. Okay. They only see async patients. I guess it could help me short term, but.

Kyle Rice (10:25) Yeah, that makes sense. So, Samantha needs prescriptive authority. It looks like Angela does too. And then so does Casey.

Amanda Lewis (10:32) How do I… so I just go ahead and request that?

Kyle Rice (10:38) Yeah, you want to say it’s going to actually end up?

Amanda Lewis (10:46) Okay. So, Casey cornell has an RN in South Carolina?

Kyle Rice (10:50) Yeah, she’s got an RN and an NP in South Carolina.

Amanda Lewis (10:54) I need Julie to have it. I need Samantha matos to have it. Okay. So if I do.

Kyle Rice (11:04) Yeah, it looks like Julie needs prescriptive authority as well.

Amanda Lewis (11:10) I need these ASAP, if that sounds crazy enough, but I have Jamal is.

Amanda Lewis (11:21) The only one that comes prescribed right now in that state? So it is like we’ve got to get other people in there. Okay? So, she’s Julie is like add me in. We hired, she hired a director.

Kyle Rice (11:40) Oh, yeah. We called me last week.

Amanda Lewis (11:41) Yeah. Remember Brian?

Kyle Rice (11:44) Brian balboa?

Amanda Lewis (11:45) Yeah, balboa. Yeah. Oh, nice. Awesome. Yeah, we did it from within. So, that was awesome. Yeah, we’re super excited. So he started that. Okay. So, right. Never mind. I hate this. Okay. I have to go under prescriptive authority and look for that specific state that’s good. I.

Kyle Rice (12:13) Can make sure you’re getting in the correct ones. My.

Amanda Lewis (12:17) Screen won’t share off this darn computer, but I have it. I just did it, right? It’s under prescriptive authority. I tried to put the state in there and then go down and do prescriptive authority, but that’s not how you do it. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (12:30) Go straight to the bottom under prescriptive authority. It should say South Carolina to pop up and then that should let you let’s let you enter it. All right?

Amanda Lewis (12:37) It’s it, make sure you get it on your side because I just did it for Casey all.

Kyle Rice (12:41) Righty. Casey.

Amanda Lewis (12:44) Julie, Jamal and Samantha?

Kyle Rice (12:48) Don’t see anything yet. But just let me know when it’s submitted. I see Casey cornell’s in. Huh? I’m gonna add priority text to all these two and,

Amanda Lewis (12:58) then do Julie?

Amanda Lewis (13:07) So, if anything, I can keep Casey cornell in… South Carolina. My wait time is four weeks in South Carolina right now.

Kyle Rice (13:17) Goodness. Yeah.

Amanda Lewis (13:19) We just dropped a big development thing too. So, and then Rogan, was on. And so it is, it’s crazy around ways to, well, I promise you that, that’s.

Kyle Rice (13:32) a good thing though it.

Amanda Lewis (13:33) It is, it is a good and a bad like, yeah, we have, a good group of leaders. So it helps, that, we kind of have that I really appreciate like they gave us all an extra two days of pto to use, you know, at a different date to take some time, you know, take two days off, just added it like because everybody’s working so much that’s super nice. Yeah. Who was my third person that I was going to add South Carolina?

Kyle Rice (14:10) Julie. Sorry, I see, Julie, I see Casey. Hang on. Let me see one.

Amanda Lewis (14:16) Other person, it wasn’t Angela, it wasn’t give.

Kyle Rice (14:20) me, two seconds here. I gotta love that screen, Samantha matos, yep.

Amanda Lewis (14:28) That’s who it is. Thank you.

Amanda Lewis (14:34) Go ahead and take care of that while I’m here. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (14:38) I’ll throw a priority tag on for those as well. Do you happen to know the supervising physician is going to be for them? I,

Amanda Lewis (14:43) already have them all. Yeah, we… had to hire them because they have to live in South Carolina. So, let me pull those and I can give you that… information.

Amanda Lewis (15:02) All right. Just did Samantha, my toes, Casey… cornell, I may not have her one. I did. I don’t know that I knew she was licensed there, but, okay, I can get her one quickly. All.

Kyle Rice (15:15) Right. So, I see smith, it was just a story, right? Samantha, Julian, Casey. Yep. All right. I’m gonna throw a priority tag on those and,

Amanda Lewis (15:23) then this is… South Carolina. I’ve got Jamal, I have somebody, Angela, Samantha may toes. Her doctor is Edward Mcneil. All?

Kyle Rice (15:36) Right. Give me one second supervising physician?

Kyle Rice (15:44) Is that Mcneil?

Amanda Lewis (15:47) Huh, is?

Kyle Rice (15:48) He, mdrdo, let.

Amanda Lewis (15:51) me, look at what he signed MD, and,

Kyle Rice (15:55) do you have his license number by chance? I?

Amanda Lewis (15:59) Should, let me as long as he messaged me back and there you go. I don’t but I will, in just a minute, I’m gonna give you another name because I have to go to a different section to look for this one. Julie’s is Edward Mccarthy. I.

Kyle Rice (16:17) Mean, dude, Julie now.

Amanda Lewis (16:21) Let me go to this one, Edward?

Kyle Rice (16:23) Mccarthy. Do you have his license number?

Amanda Lewis (16:25) Yes. Let me get in this one and I will have that. And then I don’t have Casey one yet, but I will get it. Okay?

Kyle Rice (16:37) Is that Mccarthy? Is that MCC, a RTH?

Amanda Lewis (16:39) Y… hang on. Let me find Julie Mccarthy, MCC, a RTH y, and he’s a D o do.

Kyle Rice (16:49) You have his license number by chance?

Amanda Lewis (16:50) His is South Carolina five eight four.

Kyle Rice (16:55) Five eight, four. All right.

Amanda Lewis (16:58) Do you need his mpi or anything like that? I?

Kyle Rice (17:01) Don’t think so. Okay.

Amanda Lewis (17:02) And then the other one was Samantha matos.

Kyle Rice (17:09) Edward Mcneil, MD, and just needed his license number?

Amanda Lewis (17:15) I’m looking.

Amanda Lewis (17:23) There it is. It is one three three zero one.

Kyle Rice (17:29) Zero three three zero. Yep. All.

Amanda Lewis (17:32) Right. Perfect. That says South Carolina, Edward. Yeah, yep.

Kyle Rice (17:37) And then, do you have a supervising physician for Casey by chance? I?

Amanda Lewis (17:41) Don’t, I’ll have to request that all.

Kyle Rice (17:44) Right. I’m just gonna get a supervising physician is pending?

Amanda Lewis (17:51) I’m gonna make a copy of, I… don’t know if this would help, and I’ll send it to you. I have no problem sending. Do you need a list of all the super? Like all the people, what states they have supervising physicians, the names of them and their license number?

Kyle Rice (18:10) If we do, we can put that in platform for you if we didn’t add it already because there’s a state for supervision in there. And then you can also track the like pertinent supervision. So, like if you have it, we can get it added for you.

Amanda Lewis (18:24) I’m not going to stress on that today, but hey.

Kyle Rice (18:27) Just let me know that.

Amanda Lewis (18:28) Those people should be putting their own people in there. But I also know that they are so extremely busy. Anything I can do to help them right now. I’m going to try so, but yeah… I’ll get Samantha one for South Carolina. And then that way or not, Samantha Casey.

Amanda Lewis (18:49) And that way we can get her open at least in there because if anything shuts down, at least maybe I can get her in there.

Kyle Rice (18:57) Okay, perfect.

Amanda Lewis (18:59) And then where’s… my other? What’s my other four Georgia? Let’s look at Georgia. Who do I have? I need to shrink my screen real quick?

Kyle Rice (19:19) We have quite a few in Georgia.

Amanda Lewis (19:23) We can’t get, does ever, does anybody have conscriptive authority?

Kyle Rice (19:29) So, Jamal does?

Amanda Lewis (19:31) Jamal, yes, he’s going on vacation and this is what my problem is. He’s going on vacation and I need somebody else besides him, Rosa… I will be off boarding her soon.

Kyle Rice (19:47) Okay. We do have a couple Georgia applications, but I think we are actually blocked with Georgia prescriptive authority. I think that’s one of the states that we’re not able to assist with for whatever reason because they have some like barriers with the state board.

Amanda Lewis (20:01) Huh. It doesn’t surprise me. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (20:04) They are a rather difficult board in general.

Amanda Lewis (20:07) They’re horrible. They won’t give you, they won’t even give us like… they will, if you, I guess they have a supervising… physician and the supervising physician has to have the prescriptive authority through them. And so that’s the big problem there, I guess, which is stupid, but… it is what it is.

Amanda Lewis (20:40) So we’ve got Danielle montour, she’s async, only Rosa is leaving Brian, he’s… a director. Now, Julie’s VP, Carla.

Kyle Rice (20:54) And Angela, I think.

Amanda Lewis (20:56) Angela, which is that. And then Jamal and then I have inactive, I’ve got Susanna Perry and Joseph hurt and they’re both maxed. Okay? So I really, I… could probably put Carla in there and… that might be it when Rosa leaves. Okay? Now, Carla? Yeah, you’re not gonna have prescriptive she’s not gonna have prescriptive authority. Nobody is unless they have it with their doctor. Okay? That makes sense. I’m looking, I pulled lead times right before I got you on the phone, so I could see what states I needed to have more people in. My four week ones are my ones that I worry about. So, it was Georgia and South Carolina and that’s because Jamal’s going on vacation and he’s in both those states.

Kyle Rice (21:55) Okay. That makes sense.

Amanda Lewis (21:59) Perfect. South Carolina basketball.

Amanda Lewis (22:07) Yeah. I think those are my only.

Amanda Lewis (22:17) It’s my only two that are further than after two weeks, two days. All right. Well, that works. I think I’m… good. Do you have any questions for me? No?

Kyle Rice (22:31) Nothing for me. I just put a priority tag on the South Carolina ones for you. If you happen to just have that supervised information to send it to me, then I’ll self facilitate them a little bit faster, otherwise the team will help task out for it. Okay? And then I think we’re all set anything else for me or anything else I can assist with for today?

Amanda Lewis (22:47) No, I think I am good. I think we got everything going.

Kyle Rice (22:52) Perfect. Love to hear it.

Amanda Lewis (22:54) Great. Thank you so much.

Kyle Rice (22:56) Anytime anytime, Amanda. I hope you have a great rest of your Thursday and then let me know if there’s anything else in the meantime?

Amanda Lewis (23:02) Same for you. Thank.

Kyle Rice (23:04) You much. I appreciate you. Bye. I’ll see you later. Bye.
