Ellington Loy (00:24) Yeah. So I’m Ellington, I am on our business development team here at medallion. So a really big part of my role is just getting to learn more about your organization and what brought you across medallion and prompted you to put some time on the calendar to learn more about our solution. So if you want to kick us off and tell me what exactly you all are looking for. So.
Shubbham Choudhary (00:59) My name is shubbam, I am product manager with healthrecon connect. We are an RCM company. We have around 2000 as a workforce. So basically, what we are looking here is we have a credentialing department since we provide RCM services, that is part of that, but we don’t have a dedicated tool or platform where we can manage our credentialing, right? So most of our process is basically manual. We have, we are currently managing around… or six 700 active employee providers, but we just signed a big client that has around more than a 1,000 providers, last one, right? So now, it is getting a bit hectic managing them. So what we are looking for is a solution that will effectively give us more insight into our credentialing, help us manage the tickets. Or basically, we will have some reporting module, some sort of if there is a caqh integration, things like that basically to make credentialing more efficient. Right now, what we are doing is basically just using different tools to keep track of data, spreadsheets, excel. We are manually creating reports, roasters. Everything is manual right now. So we are looking for some sort of automation tool that will help us do that.
Ellington Loy (02:26) Okay. Gotcha. And so I have some questions for you. So are you all looking for a… software only platform or are you looking for someone to own this kind of end to end?
Shubbham Choudhary (02:48) No, we are only looking for software. We have our own team and we would like to keep them. Okay? Unfortunately.
Ellington Loy (02:57) Because of that, I don’t think that medallion would be the best partner for you. All. The way our business model works is we don’t just sell our software. We have a team as well, and we like to own the partnership end to end and we go in and do the credentialing for our clients and the enrollments. And so, that’s how we typically work, like to partner with organizations. So, because of that, because y’all, are looking for just a software platform, we don’t sell just our software. So that’s why I think we would be the best partner for you all. Okay?
