Jason Zednick (00:00) hi, how are you? How are you? Good?

JStout (00:04) Sorry, I’m late. I thought it was at two 30. Oh.

Jason Zednick (00:08) No worries. I was just taking the time to write it up. I think I really only had one… question or two questions, I think, and then that’s really all what you said was very clear.

JStout (00:26) Oh, so your email did work? Yeah?

Jason Zednick (00:28) I had to sort of like open it and like view it in a new window. It was really strange, but I did figure that out. Okay? But there was one image that didn’t come through… for?

JStout (00:43) Which number it’s.

Jason Zednick (00:45) number one, this first one application type for whatever reason didn’t but all these others did, so, that’s great.

JStout (00:55) You said number one? Yeah. Oh, okay. Let me pull up my email.

JStout (01:16) I just received your email, yeah.

Jason Zednick (01:19) Justin did.

JStout (01:28) So, did you ever look at the caqh application for Kayla Schaefer?

Jason Zednick (01:36) Not yet. I’m writing that up at the same time. Okay?

JStout (02:01) What day did I send that email to you?

Jason Zednick (02:03) It was the fourteenth nine 38 P. M eastern.

JStout (02:13) I don’t have sleep.

Jason Zednick (02:31) Hey, Jessica. How are you?

JStout (02:35) Hi, I’m good. How are you? Good? Don’t look at me?

JStout (02:49) Hold on. I’m trying to find this email. I can’t even find it in my script.

JStout (03:34) Okay. So, I have it, let me show my screen.

JStout (03:54) Can I find the button? Oh, right here?

Jason Zednick (03:59) Oh, the share button? Yes. Okay. Oh, there we go. Here it.

JStout (04:04) Is right here. So, what happened? Sorry, let’s make it a little bigger. Okay. So, on this one, they sent in a solo practitioner, and none of our, providers should be entered in as a solo practitioner, because they’re rendering providers for swope, health services, got it. So, in this credentialing, and it states it up here, new solo or new credentialing or rendering. So, if they’re affiliated with a group, then that’s the one you use, but, medallion is using the first one, new solo individual practitioner? Okay?

Jason Zednick (04:50) Looking at it now.

Jason Zednick (05:22) So, I don’t think I’m understanding. So I’m reading this and this looks like it can be used by rendering practitioners.

JStout (05:31) It should be used by the new rendering practitioner that’s the one that they should select.

Jason Zednick (05:39) Oh, it’s like an option on the form.

JStout (05:42) Well, this is when they’re doing, a brand new provider for blue cross blue shield. You remember when I, hold on, let me log in.

JStout (06:22) So, this form is, if the provider is new, I mean, it’s, already enrolled with blue cross and blue shield. So this is just an update form and this is where you put in all the information. But if you have a brand new provider?

JStout (06:46) We’re going to… we’ll see you next time.

JStout (07:16) Let me find.

JStout (07:39) Okay. So on here, it says initial credentialing application group or rendering providers?

JStout (07:57) Okay. So you click next… and you type in all your information. Okay? Yeah.

Jason Zednick (08:07) So basically, if they’re a new provider, it’s one form. If they’re already credentialed, then we’re linking to, is it different? If?

JStout (08:17) They’re already credentialed? So usually, once you do the update form, if the provider needs to be credentialed, then they will send you an email saying that you filled out the wrong form. So on here, select the type of practitioner, they’re selecting individual when they should be selecting rendering?

Jason Zednick (08:38) Okay. So that’s what I was used to so, rendering.

JStout (08:46) And you can take a screenshot of that if you need to.

Jason Zednick (08:48) Yeah. Actually, that’s what I’m about to do right now. Okay?

JStout (08:49) So, you want me to start over? No, no.

Jason Zednick (08:51) No, that’s okay. I think this screen is okay. Which one?

JStout (08:56) I.

Jason Zednick (08:56) already got it. But can you do me a favor? Can you send me just the link to, that application form just so I can make sure.

JStout (09:05) I think I did, but I will resend it again. Did you?

Jason Zednick (09:08) I mean, we may have, we probably do, I just want.

JStout (09:11) to make sure. Okay, because usually, when they, when the provider has to, let me see if I could show you an email of when they sent it back to me?

JStout (10:09) I can’t find one, but they usually send it back from blue Casey and it is say.

JStout (10:22) Hold on. I think I found one.

JStout (11:23) Thank you so much. Okay. So this is when I did the credentialing piece… and they will send you the application. So this is what they are. So… I did an update form for the provider that’s what they call the puff form, which is the update form… and it just lets you know that the update form was the wrong form to use and they provide you the link.

JStout (12:04) But I sent it to you as well.

Jason Zednick (12:06) So, so… you recommend submitting the puff form and then let,

JStout (12:14) them tell you who needs.

Jason Zednick (12:15) to be convinced. Let them tell us, Okay. Because we don’t.

JStout (12:19) actually know if they have been enrolled in blue cross and blue shield or not, got.

Jason Zednick (12:24) It. Okay?

JStout (12:39) And then when they put, because once you complete the application, it asks you if you want to add additional… email address to get the notice from blue cross and blue shield. So, if they add my name and Leanne, thanks because she wants to be notified as well. Yeah.

Jason Zednick (13:01) Yeah, that’s fine.

JStout (13:21) But I’m hoping to give this account back to you by like the end of may. I know they’re trying to clean up, our providers and attach them to the correct locations.

JStout (13:47) Here, I’m going to.

Jason Zednick (13:47) Share real quick.

JStout (13:53) Or if you are, for sure that they will, follow the steps, we could probably, have them to fill out the paperwork and probably… because I won’t be able to see it until I get the email saying that it’s done. Yeah. Well.

Jason Zednick (14:15) What I was thinking and we can talk about this is like, it might be nice, if you want to, like I’m going to write this up hopefully the day after tomorrow and tell them, and that, you know, then they’ll talk to the team and we’ll have it documented.

Jason Zednick (14:32) And if we want to, if you were hoping to do it by the end of may, you know, maybe in between now and then we can be like, all right, well, let’s float like three of them, pass those to us, make sure we do them, right? And then when you’re confident we can do, you know, go go 100 percent.

JStout (14:50) Okay.

Jason Zednick (14:52) So, so, let me just, I’m going to, I’m going to share real quick. So, this form, this is the one that submit… this one. And then they will let us know if we need to submit the credential form, yes?

JStout (15:12) Okay.

JStout (15:17) Because I believe I sent you one email from Leanne, and… I believe that’s how your staff got her email address. So, on one of these emails, it has all of the links on there. Let me forward it to you.

Jason Zednick (15:36) Yeah, that’d be great. Cause I looked at, I just looked at our documentation… and we, I, we have both forms listed. So it looks like they were just trying to pick the right one and doing it wrong. If I can just do, hey, just do this one that’ll make it streamlined. Yeah, but.

JStout (15:58) Even when they do the credentialing one, they need to make sure they’re marking the correct box.

Jason Zednick (16:04) Yeah, rendering. Yeah. So, can.

JStout (16:07) you check to see if you just received my email?

Jason Zednick (16:10) Yeah. Let me see. Yeah.

Jason Zednick (16:37) I got it. And it’s got the links here. So, yeah, all right. So, do the provider updates form. If we need to do the credentialing, it’ll be the initial, yes, credentialing application and they should select rendering, and,

JStout (16:49) when it’s time to recredential, it also have those hyperlinks on there as well, cause you will do the recredentialing as well.

Jason Zednick (16:55) I see those, I see those, oh, does bluecross make you like fill out a form and stuff for recredentialing? Oh, I.

JStout (17:04) never had to do a recredentialing. So, I’m not.

Jason Zednick (17:08) Sure. Well… we’ll find out, we’ll figure it out. Yeah. Okay. So that’s great. And then the last may… not the last, but the other question, I had these other screenshots, these are all from the credentialing application.

JStout (17:37) Which one from your?

Jason Zednick (17:39) Initial email share? I just want to make sure. Sorry, once again.

JStout (17:58) The one where it talks about the mpi number matching the facility for the caq, caqh, yeah.

Jason Zednick (18:04) Yeah, this is from caqh for sure. These though, this is the credentialing or the puff form. This is the credentialing form, right?

JStout (18:17) Number four is the credentialing form.

Jason Zednick (18:25) Number five.

JStout (18:26) No, number five is the address. So, the caqh provider locations… that’s the credentialing form… and it, you see the, picture, the image underneath number four? Yeah.

Jason Zednick (18:45) Yeah, I see the caqh summary data. Yeah. And then,

JStout (18:51) five is just saying, where to add our, address, Leanne, and mine.

JStout (19:00) And that’s on the provider update form or even when they do the credentialing, the initial credentialing form. We want to be notified as well. Okay, great.

Jason Zednick (19:10) And then the other question I had is, when you say, separate application is required for each facility that’s the credentialing application, no, that,

JStout (19:21) That… will be, so you would do one credentialing application, and then once that provider is credentialed, then you will go and do, the update form. Okay?

Jason Zednick (19:33) Okay. Yeah.

JStout (19:37) But the update forms, you have to do one update form per location?

JStout (19:47) On number two, where they have all three locations listed on there?

Jason Zednick (19:54) Yeah, that down here. Yeah. So they.

JStout (19:58) will have to be three separate locations, three.

Jason Zednick (20:00) Separate applications for a, okay. Okay.

Jason Zednick (20:09) Okay. All right. I think I got it all. I’m gonna document this for my team, do all that and then talk internally and then we can sync on, how… we start turning those back over. Yeah. Okay.

JStout (20:29) And then for the, the…

JStout (20:37) The information that you were doing for the back end for the, applications to see if you had to correct any for each location, have they completed that yet?

Jason Zednick (20:50) Oh, the impact. Yes. Yeah, it is complete. They’ve done all that. I just have to go get their list so I can share it with you. Yeah.

JStout (20:57) Okay. All right. Well, thank you. All right. Well.

Jason Zednick (21:02) Thank you both appreciate it. I’m gonna write this up and, we can talk about it more next week. Okay? Perfect. All right. Thank you. Appreciate it. Bye bye. Okay.
