Amy Barfield (00:00) hello? Everyone.
Janette (00:02) Hi.
Amy Barfield (00:16) Yeah. Okay. Whenever you get a chance, I do have some questions for.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (00:29) our optimal enrollments. I dropped them in.
Amy Barfield (00:32) The chat? Oh, okay. Yeah, we can address those. Hold on. Let me get the chat.
Amy Barfield (00:53) Pull out all those. See Jessica williams, just feeling romance, not proceeding same with Angela dying… agent.
Amy Barfield (01:07) Oh, is this the note from platform?
Amy Barfield (01:16) Let me share my screen. So, you know what I’m doing here?
Amy Barfield (01:33) I want to see if Adobe’s you know, right? We delegated, cannot forward email for signature. I need to delegate and see screenshots. Did you have a screenshot… setting client task signature in completion of the amendment? So, yeah, I was talking with our team today about the amendment. Okay? So.
Amy Barfield (02:08) Jeanette and I were talking about the doo. I think it was for optum. Yeah, the doo, that was, there were a couple that… needed correction, but the amendment is what is being filled out by the provider, and some of the amendments were incorrect.
Amy Barfield (02:33) Those, let… me look at these particularly I.
Janette (02:40) just got an email from regarding Angela that I’m looking at now.
Amy Barfield (03:01) I’ll see you in a second.
Amy Barfield (03:10) Optum. So we’re on hold for optum… according to the provider must enroll with traditional medicaid first. And then medicaid is.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (03:33) I thought we had stopped all the medicaid enrollments and just went forward with the commercial… as to not have people on hold for it could be months, okay?
Amy Barfield (03:51) Let me make a note of that again. Yeah, I thought you actually did it while we were on the call. Yeah, let me just push it with PE.
Amy Barfield (04:23) All right. I’ll push that today and have them release those.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (04:36) Is that still the case for holding up marzowski and for williams as well? The lcsws that they’re still tied to medicaid possibly? Yeah, if we could really be careful about those details. I’d appreciate it because these people are seeing optum patients that were not getting paid sure.
Amy Barfield (05:13) Okay. So, I’m going to flag these providers not to hold. So we’ve got, yeah, Jamie and Jessica… who was the other one you were saying?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (05:28) Pimentel and hefner, the NPS?
Amy Barfield (05:31) Okay. So they’re not on this list. So I’d imagine they’re processing, but we’ll look at those individually.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (05:36) Yeah. If we could look at everyone that’s processing for optum and just make sure most of us have a medicaid number, Josephine has a medicaid number and so does Angela, they see medicaid patients in New York all the time, right? So, I don’t know why that would hold it up for them, but mirzowski and williams are brand new lcsws and they’re just processing through medicaid. So I would not want that to hold them up.
Amy Barfield (06:01) Sure. Let’s see… right here.
Amy Barfield (06:15) Thank you. Angela heppner is processing.
Janette (06:27) Well, there was a denial with it that just came through for it, Amy.
Amy Barfield (06:32) Yep. I was going to say, can we actually go into the notes please? Yep. I’m looking at those right now? Well?
Janette (06:39) Angela heppner, I just got an email that it’s out for completion, but one of the pages was not filled in and needs to be completed to add the New York location. It should be completed with the provider’s name, title and signature, as well as the group’s organization’s name. So, apparently, this was left off of it.
Amy Barfield (06:58) Okay. Can you send me that email?
Janette (07:01) Yep. I just sent it to Anna to re, forward it so I can take care of it because by the time it gets back to support it’ll, probably be another three days. So I’d rather do it myself.
Amy Barfield (07:13) Okay. So you’re handling it? Okay? Yep. But.
Janette (07:16) I’m going to send it to you as an fyi, so you can see the error. Okay?
Amy Barfield (07:22) I wonder because they just did a follow up today and that wasn’t let me see how they followed up. Hold on.
Amy Barfield (07:36) Yeah. They called… representative stated that the application was submitted and is currently under review. The processing time for review is 30 to 45 days. Do you know when you received that email, what time it was it?
Janette (07:51) Was today at 10 30 am?
Amy Barfield (07:57) Okay. So, that would have been about 10 minutes after this call?
Janette (08:00) Yeah, but it was just forwarded to me now at 120.
Amy Barfield (08:06) Oh,
Amy Barfield (08:12) okay. Yeah. Okay. Missing info.
Amy Barfield (08:34) Okay. That is for Huffman?
Amy Barfield (08:51) What was the other one?
Janette (08:56) The other provider?
Amy Barfield (08:58) Yeah. The other ones that you wanted to look at, which one? Oh,
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (09:02) pimentel, PIMENT a L.
Amy Barfield (09:05) Oh, she was on, yeah, she had a pending dependency. So, I’ll have that released today on medicaid?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (09:13) Pimentel, but if that is what’s holding it up… we’ll circle back and reapply. She is not new to medicaid at all.
Amy Barfield (09:25) Okay. Yeah. I will reach out to our PE department if she’s new to medicaid with pmps. That’s probably why it went on pending dependency, but I have told them that they.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (09:40) need to, she’s, not, she’s been seeing medicaid patients here for over a year. Okay? What is?
Amy Barfield (09:45) The name again?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (09:47) Emmental? P, IMENT a L first name Josephine.
Amy Barfield (10:03) So, here it says, it’s in process.
Amy Barfield (10:11) For a new provider enrollment?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (10:13) But go.
Sheena Ahlawat (10:16) Into the notes real quick. I’m there. Sorry, I don’t see the notes on my end. Okay?
Amy Barfield (10:28) Can you see them now? They’re right here.
Sheena Ahlawat (10:32) Yep. So, if you scroll down.
Amy Barfield (10:34) I’m at the bottom… I’m sorry?
Amy Barfield (10:51) Let me look at something up here. I want to see if they did a discovery. She is already enrolled in medicaid New York, and there are a few locations needed to be added for the email change request. So we’re just adding locations. It looks like. So this should be a partially completed. And then they should have released that. So I will update, which.
Sheena Ahlawat (11:16) Right. And I don’t see all the notes you see. But what I do see is.
Amy Barfield (11:20) on four two, they.
Sheena Ahlawat (11:23) Said that provider needs to be released pending location ads, and then nothing happened after that, and there’s still a block, it says dependencies blocked. So, on my side, I see it, it’s just coming up as a hold. I mean, it doesn’t matter as long as you can get the line moving that’s.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (11:43) fine. Thank you.
Amy Barfield (11:46) Yeah, I’ll get it moving.
Janette (11:57) Hey, guys, when I have you on the phone, I have a question, I just got an email for Seandra st kitts… and they received a request for New Jersey and they asked if the provider is going to be virtual or in office. She’s virtual? Okay. Thanks sure.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (12:24) Okay. Everybody in New Jersey is virtual Jeanette. Just as a rule of thumb.
Janette (12:31) Okay.
Amy Barfield (12:34) Okay. Who’s the next provider you wanted to review?
Amy Barfield (12:41) You.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (12:41) said you were going to release Jessica williams and Jamie morzowski, huh. I don’t have the list that we went over. I can’t see it is this teensy tiny to me. Okay? Hold on. Let me put it on my big screen.
Amy Barfield (12:57) Hold on.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (13:05) So, sujudi’s still in progress for New York and New Jersey.
Janette (13:11) I received something for her too.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (13:14) It says pending dependencies. I don’t know what that means.
Janette (13:18) No, hold on.
Amy Barfield (13:22) Sujudi, New York?
Sheena Ahlawat (13:23) Should be completed.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (13:24) Okay. So that’s New Jersey?
Sheena Ahlawat (13:27) Yeah. So, essentially all of New Jersey is pending except for Jen weber?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (13:32) Okay.
Amy Barfield (13:34) Thank you. Do I need to look her up?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (13:41) Jen weber, I don’t think they were willing to somehow credential her in New York. She’s a psychologist?
Janette (13:54) That’s what I remember.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (13:56) No,
Janette (13:56) she’s going through credentialing, I’m with Gwen on that.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (14:00) Great. I appreciate it. Yeah, she’s.
Janette (14:03) going through credentialing?
Sheena Ahlawat (14:07) Okay.
Amy Barfield (14:07) I don’t have an open line for her in New York.
Janette (14:12) That’s because I did the application online, right?
Amy Barfield (14:15) That’s right. Okay. Other provider you wanted to look at?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (14:21) Jessica mcjunkin, platz, she’s an lmhc spell the last name mcjunkin, M, C capital JUNK, IN… there you go.
Amy Barfield (14:46) So, processing.
Amy Barfield (14:54) Committed April six currently under review, processing time, 30 45 days?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (15:07) But it’s underway. Okay? And it doesn’t have a dependency. I just want to.
Amy Barfield (15:10) Make sure I wasn’t missing anything else. Okay? I.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (15:13) don’t think there’s any other ones that we have for New York? I think New Jersey will be our next target.
Amy Barfield (15:19) Okay. Do you want to review any of those?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (15:23) Do you have the list for jersey? Sheena? I do not.
Sheena Ahlawat (15:29) Yeah. Give me a second.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (15:34) And I do understand in New Jersey. Providers have to be credentialed for medicaid regardless if they’re LMS or LCS, everybody has to have a medicaid number?
Amy Barfield (15:46) Okay.
Sheena Ahlawat (15:52) I think if I’m not mistaken, they’re in the process of sending Alexa something, but the other names I just dropped in the chat for y’all, okay?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (16:01) I know Alexa’s on vacation today. She’ll sign it when she gets back tomorrow?
Amy Barfield (16:04) So, I have hefner, webel, she’s back today. Oh, okay. Yeah.
Sheena Ahlawat (16:08) I think she’s working on it, okay?
Janette (16:10) Is she already, you’re talking about Alexa? Yeah, yeah, she already signed it. Oh,
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (16:16) thank her. That’s wonderful.
Amy Barfield (16:20) Okay. So, these, I’ve got one, two, three four, five, six in process for optum, New Jersey.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (16:26) Great. Okay. And,
Janette (16:28) only two providers are approved. I sent it to Sheena. I think yesterday, I saw.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (16:33) Lobel and Jen, right? Okay. Yep.
Amy Barfield (16:39) Right. Moving along. Okay. Did you say lobel was approved?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (16:50) Is she in the, is she approved? Or she’s in the final stage? Jeanette, something like that?
Janette (16:55) Hold on a sec. Let me go back to my.
Janette (17:02) She’s Jennifer weber is already approved. Elizabeth. Lobel will be the second to be added to the 10.
Amy Barfield (17:08) Okay. So, just to have a confirmation, yeah.
Janette (17:11) That was us of the April 15, okay?
Amy Barfield (17:16) Perfect. What else would you like to review today?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (17:22) Just to, just to put on the radar that all of our New Jersey providers should be credentialed through New Jersey medicaid when they come on, and we have a few new providers coming on pretty soon. We have a few existing ones for sure, but everybody will need a medicaid number. So we’re kind of working on that now. So in the future, everyone has one. I don’t know the difference between New York and New Jersey medicaid in terms of time and whatever the process is, but it… can’t be worse than New York, yeah.
Amy Barfield (18:00) Right. Nothing. Yeah. Let’s see. So it looks like.
Amy Barfield (18:10) I want to review them real quick, see what you do have in… here for… patience.
Amy Barfield (18:33) So, I only have two in here for the behavioral health for New Jersey medicaid. I.
Janette (18:39) Just got news that I’m signing now for her for the missing page. So I’ll take care of it now. Okay?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (18:47) Is there a spreadsheet that you share with medallion? Who needs to go on the lines for what payers? Could we share all of our jersey providers to get on for medicaid please?
Amy Barfield (19:06) Yeah, I have a credentialing list.
Sheena Ahlawat (19:08) But I don’t share that with medallion. Jeanette has access to that as well?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (19:12) Oh, that’s what I meant. Yeah, yeah.
Sheena Ahlawat (19:14) Jeanette has access to that great Jeanette. How can I help support you in making sure that they’re being enrolled?
Janette (19:23) I mean, if it’s not in medallion, I’ll download the latest one that Amy’s looking at and just make sure, and I’ll send that to you to see if there’s any providers that are missing. And I just asked the… rep to send me the one for New York. So I’m waiting for her to reply. So they’re pretty good about replying to me. So.
Amy Barfield (19:46) Okay. All right. So I made a note that you’ll be adding those New Jersey medicaid requests.
Amy Barfield (20:04) Anything else you want to review?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (20:09) No, I’m good. Thank you. Okay, perfect.
Sheena Ahlawat (20:14) Anything?
Amy Barfield (20:14) From you, Jeanette.
Janette (20:18) Nope, I’ll just keep working on these.
Amy Barfield (20:21) Okay. I know you have your plate full, so.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (20:23) Good lord. Thank you so much, thank.
Amy Barfield (20:26) You have a great day.
Janette (20:30) Bye bye guys.
