David Garofalo (00:00) hi, this is David.

Kirsten Neville (00:01) Hey, David. It’s Kirsten calling from medallion. How are you?

David Garofalo (00:06) I am good. What is medallion?

Kirsten Neville (00:08) Well, I don’t think we’ve spoken before. David. Medallion is a healthcare credentialing automation. And I sent you some cookies earlier in the week. I just wanted to know if you received them.

David Garofalo (00:18) What address did you send those to?

Kirsten Neville (00:21) I sent them to the moon lake boulevard address. Is that correct? Crossing my fingers?

David Garofalo (00:26) Oh, it’s… not that’s just one of our clinics, but it’s okay. We actually use a.

Kirsten Neville (00:30) No, no.

David Garofalo (00:36) Our founder has an outsourced bpo. So we are all set with credentialing.

Kirsten Neville (00:43) Oh, great. Can I ask you what it is by chance?

David Garofalo (00:47) It’s called arohana.

Kirsten Neville (00:49) Arohana. I don’t know if I’m familiar with that, but glad to hear you have a solid process in place. And honestly, like, you know, I’m trying to reach out to you and sending you cookies and I’m sure that you have something in place, but just kind of hoping you’d be open to having a conversation and just maybe sharing some of your process and just seeing if there might be any alignment for the future because I know you have some.

David Garofalo (00:52) Yeah.

David Garofalo (01:11) Yeah, they credential for over 60 Aba companies. So he’d probably be a great person to reach out to.

Kirsten Neville (01:20) Okay. Remind me his name, I’m sorry?

David Garofalo (01:23) Yeah. If you just go to the arohana website, you, can you’ll find all the info you can reach out to them directly?

Kirsten Neville (01:31) I see. So they are kind of like doing it on your behalf or it’s a service?

David Garofalo (01:37) Yeah, third party.

Kirsten Neville (01:38) For you. Okay, great. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. And, you know, kind of the reason I was reaching out to you is because I saw that early autism services is having a lot of expansion. I know you’re opening some new clinics in Illinois and Virginia, so I thought it might be a good time to have maybe an intro conversation. I mean, any chance you’d be open to it just to kind of hear us out and see if there’s alignment for the future?

David Garofalo (02:04) I am not the owner and I would be taking money from his pocket. So it’d probably be easiest for you to reach out to him?

Kirsten Neville (02:14) Okay. Got it. David. Sorry that the cookies didn’t reach you and hope we can align again in the future.

David Garofalo (02:19) Yeah, sounds good.

Kirsten Neville (02:20) Appreciate it, David. Thank you.

David Garofalo (02:21) Bye bye.
