Rae Tompkins (00:09) No worries at all. I just wanted to make sure because I know we canceled two Thursdays ago. So sometimes it gets messed up. Just wanted to check in. I was reviewing this morning, some of our providers that are still in process. So obviously, faulkner Boyce, zematis, and Randolph are still processing for wellcare. I did see that the team did make phone calls yesterday. So… I mean, they were instructed that they’re still under processing by wellcare directly. So I’ll make sure to, you know, that we continue following up on those and being more aggressive to see what exactly is needed to get those pushed through. And then for Casey Lomax, her NHC advantage, I didn’t see that a phone call had been made. So I escalated that internally to make sure that we, our next follow up, we’re picking up the phone to call them to see what’s still required in order to get her pushed through. Okay? Did you have any specific questions about anyone? I know those are the ones that have been kind of lingering.

Jessica Redden (01:27) Yeah, not really. I think we’re getting things cleaned up. Finally kind of slowed down with onboarding too. So it’s I think helped… but no, I think right now I’m okay.

Rae Tompkins (01:43) Perfect. Yeah, I’ll keep my eye on those four. I know we’ve been on those for a while, so I’ll keep you updated especially on Casey womack’s, because it doesn’t look like a phone call has been made yet, but I’ll keep you up to date with where we are with those in process.
