Lyndsey Farmer (00:00) hello? Hello?

Julia Shannon (00:01) How are you?

Lyndsey Farmer (00:02) I’m good. How are you?

Julia Shannon (00:04) I’m fine.

Lyndsey Farmer (00:14) All right. Let’s get started. Is Heidi joining today?

Julia Shannon (00:18) No, I don’t think so.

Lyndsey Farmer (00:19) Okay, perfect. Let’s I saw that you added a few things onto the agenda. So, let me get that pulled up.

Lyndsey Farmer (00:39) Okay. Are you able to see my screen? Yes. Okay. Perfect. All right. So, I wanted to first make sure that you got the updates from yesterday?

Julia Shannon (00:55) Yes, I did. Thank you for that, wonderful.

Lyndsey Farmer (00:57) Thank you. Yeah, no problem. Okay. So going into today, so following up on the ongoing monitoring license verifications, the license tab report does not show the last date, verified only the verification status. So, I know that we talked about this last week. A tech ticket was submitted to see if that can be added. Okay? So I will keep you guys updated on that as I get updates to see if that’s something that we can get added to it. And then is there a way to automatically be emailed the ongoing monitoring report on a bi weekly cadence? Again, this is something that, yes, we can do and it’s been requested with our automation team. So I actually just followed up on that prior to our call. So hopefully we can get that moving. Okay, perfect. And then auto… renewal for licenses that are in, markets. So you wanted, I know we spoke on this last week and you wanted to know if this was an option, correct? If we could do the auto renewal. So, I did pose that question to the team just pending an update and I asked them for an update prior to the meeting. I just haven’t gotten a response yet. Okay. Perfect.

Julia Shannon (02:16) Because, yeah, there’s like a spot that says auto renewal on medallion, but there’s no way for me to change it to, yes, it just says no for everything.

Lyndsey Farmer (02:26) Okay. Yep. Let me, I’ll put additional context in my follow up. So hopefully I can get an answer on that.

Julia Shannon (02:35) Yeah, it would be ideal if I could just like go through and check which ones we want to renew based off of whatever markets they’re in or what markets we’re opening up versus not for providers. But if it’s an option, okay?

Lyndsey Farmer (02:52) Yep. I will find out and get back with you. And then that should actually be up here. I don’t know why… and then this one was new. Is there a way to get a copy of the verification? We cannot print the verification and they’re not always saved in the documents. Let me take this one back to the licensing team to find out best practices for this.

Julia Shannon (03:20) Okay. Yeah. Because like some of them, for example, we were looking at Sherma Morton the license the Dea license we have in the documents is expired. She’s renewed the license, but we don’t have the actual copy of it. And so when it’s been verified and like when we put in another Dea, it was verified by the team and then the document was saved.

Lyndsey Farmer (03:46) But,

Julia Shannon (03:46) for North Carolina’s Dea specifically, the verification’s not in the documents.

Lyndsey Farmer (03:53) Okay. And.

Julia Shannon (03:54) Usually, I feel like a lot of the times when the team is doing those primary source, they’re going to the documents, but it’s not always, it’s just kind of like randomly.

Lyndsey Farmer (04:04) Yeah. Okay. So you have seen it in some instances, in some instances not. Okay. That gives me more to take back. Thank you.

Julia Shannon (04:13) Yeah. I think it was Virginia that we have the primary source verification that the team did, but for whatever reason, North Carolina still has the old file. Okay? So, and yeah, like when I click the verification and like view last verifications and I try to do a print of that verification, it just is like a blank PDF, which I kind of understand the idea behind that, but it also is like if we need a copy of it now, I have to reach out to the provider and she’s like I did this months ago versus we’re already verifying it, you know?

Lyndsey Farmer (04:49) Sure. Yep. Okay. Yeah. Let me take that back. Okay?

Lyndsey Farmer (05:04) Okay. I’ll find out. Okay? Thank.

Julia Shannon (05:07) You. And then Karen harris is terming, we just found out yesterday so we can stop all work. I was going to go in and deactivate her so that she, everything flips to like canceled and then reactivate her until the 20 ninth. Is that the best way to do it? Or should, I didn’t want to have to manually go through because she’s everywhere… so I.

Lyndsey Farmer (05:33) can I can go through and tell the team to stop all work right now? Okay? And then you can deactivate her when it’s time? Yeah.

Julia Shannon (05:41) Okay, perfect.

Lyndsey Farmer (05:42) Yeah. So I will send out, is she, does she, do you know off the top of your head? Is she in line for any licenses or is this just for enrollment? I’m.

Julia Shannon (05:51) sure. She’s in. Yeah, I think she started in like November and I want to say there was a total of seven licenses that we were getting for her. Okay? And I want to say like a handful of them are in progress right now, so.

Lyndsey Farmer (06:05) All right. Yeah, no problem. I will let both teams know.

Julia Shannon (06:09) Perfect. Thank you so much. We’re getting very efficient at this Lindsay.

Lyndsey Farmer (06:14) We are.

Julia Shannon (06:14) I feel like we’re getting somewhere. I haven’t had any real complaints with licensing. Okay, good. I haven’t really had anything with enrollment either other than the Texas medicaid which we’ve we’re working on now, their team has been working on them. So that’s all good. There was one thing about, I think it’s Kadisha, no Ashantis, there’s two new providers and no matter what I do, I can’t get them straight in my head, they’re the same person and I can’t remember them. I think it’s Ashantis though she has a Texas license. Yes. It’s Ashantis. What’s her?

Lyndsey Farmer (06:59) Last name?

Julia Shannon (07:00) Keys?

Lyndsey Farmer (07:01) KE y S. Yes. She.

Julia Shannon (07:05) Has an existing Texas license, but the primary specialty is family nurse practitioner, and we need her to be a pmhmp in Texas. So I put in the request for pmhmp. And then it was inactivated, I think by our operations gal, the director. Okay? I don’t know why, but I put in a ticket and then I put in another ticket. Then I was talking to panga yesterday, and I was like, can you please make this active? Because we need to change the specialty. So, they said that they were going to do it but it’s still showing inactive, but that’s a higher priority because they want her to start. She’s a locum to hire and we’re putting her in Louisiana and Texas. Okay? And her Dea is like already submitted, but she has to have the correct pmhmp to link. So we hopefully they can fix.

Lyndsey Farmer (08:11) That. Okay. I’ll follow up with the team lead on that team.

Julia Shannon (08:16) Perfect to.

Lyndsey Farmer (08:18) Get that reopened?

Julia Shannon (08:19) Thank you so much.

Lyndsey Farmer (08:21) Yeah, no problem. Anything else?

Julia Shannon (08:25) I don’t think so. Not off the top of my head. Okay? I feel like you answer my questions in the email and this, I think we’re good. But I do have, Kim now is part of the team.

Lyndsey Farmer (08:39) Hi, I’m Lindsay.

Julia Shannon (08:43) She’s been jumping in on some of our enrollments that we didn’t give over to the team. Okay? Awesome. And then just filling it everywhere. Yeah. So I’m sure you’ll receive emails from her occasionally and you.

Lyndsey Farmer (08:57) Know. Yeah. All right. Nice to meet you. Looking forward to working with you.

Julia Shannon (09:02) Nice to meet you, Lindsay. Thank you so much.

Lyndsey Farmer (09:05) You’re welcome. I hope you guys both have a great rest of your day. Julia. If you have anything in between, don’t hesitate to reach out, I’m out of office tomorrow, but I have access to email and stuff. So if it’s urgent, I will definitely get back to you.

Julia Shannon (09:18) All right. Well, enjoy your day off.

Lyndsey Farmer (09:20) Thank you so much.

Julia Shannon (09:22) Thank you so much. Have a good day. Bye you too. Bye bye.
