Doreen.Singelton (00:00) hey, Naomi.
Doreen.Singelton (00:05) Hey, KP.
Naomi Denson (00:08) Nobody’s here yet. Yeah. Oh, Aaron’s, here. Okay? And there’s Doreen.
Naomi Denson (00:27) Hello? Hi.
Doreen.Singelton (00:30) How.
Naomi Denson (00:30) are you? How’s it going good? How are you? Can’t complain? Good. Awesome. All right. Almost Friday.
Doreen.Singelton (00:40) Yeah, yeah, all.
Naomi Denson (00:43) Right. Well, let’s jump right in. Wanted to check in on the status of the custom provider invite.
Doreen.Singelton (00:50) Yeah. Okay. Right now, I’m almost finished the spreadsheet. What I’m doing right now is to put in the employee id numbers that… we have here. So I filled in like you asked me to fill in the text address and everything. So those are filled in and I also put in the insurance policy number already. So all of that stuff is filled in. It’s just this one right here is taking a little time to do, yeah.
Naomi Denson (01:25) I was more for, I think Aaron was owning the custom provider invite draft. Yeah. So are you guys going to build that?
Doreen.Singelton (01:34) I’m going to have to talk to her about what she’s doing, where she’s at with that one… Aaron, I,
Naomi Denson (01:45) saw you come off mute?
Doreen.Singelton (01:46) Yeah. You have an update for them for that one?
Erin Montgomery (01:50) I’m sorry, what were you talking about?
Naomi Denson (01:52) The custom provider invite draft?
Erin Montgomery (02:03) I was supposed to meet with John about that, but I guess we can use what you have right now. Okay. That’s fine.
Naomi Denson (02:10) And then they did submit the single sign on setup questionnaire that is with KP right now. KP, any updates or questions or anything on that? Are you getting the responses that you need?
Kunal Parwani (02:24) Yeah. So I sent an email to, I believe it was Jeffrey, I think yesterday or day before. I’m still waiting to hear back. Okay, I cc’d you on that, Naomi. I can bump it if we don’t hear back by like Monday?
Naomi Denson (02:38) Okay. Sounds good. And then as far as the data import template in my follow up email last week, I let you know that all of the providers had been imported from the providers tab, except there were four rows that failed because of duplicate emails. Did you have a chance to look at those? Do we need to make corrections there?
Doreen.Singelton (02:57) I went through the provider list and I took out the ones that Erin told me that were highlighted in yellow and I looked through all the ones to make sure there’s no duplicates. So what I’m going to send you back is as what we know is correct and accurate. When I send you back the whole spreadsheet with all the information?
Naomi Denson (03:31) Did you make those updates in the live sheet or you have it exported to an excel?
Doreen.Singelton (03:36) I exported it to an excel. Do you want me to put it back in a live sheet?
Naomi Denson (03:41) Yeah. It typically is easier during this back and forth process where corrections are needed if you work in the live sheet and just make updates there as needed.
Doreen.Singelton (03:51) Okay.
Naomi Denson (03:52) All right.
Doreen.Singelton (03:53) I’ll just put it back to the live sheet then.
Naomi Denson (03:56) Okay. And then we had also talked last week about, you know, the group profile tab, adding additional optional information there. So you’re not having to go in later?
Doreen.Singelton (04:06) Yeah, I did that. I changed from what I had there to what’s on the library. Okay? That’s it. So I did that. And I also added the medicaid and medicare ids. This tab?
Naomi Denson (04:27) On your version is where you’re updating. Okay. And then the practices we’re going to move the facilities since you don’t truly have facilities to the practices tab.
Doreen.Singelton (04:37) Right. And,
Naomi Denson (04:38) you’ve got that on your sheet as well?
Doreen.Singelton (04:40) Yeah. Huh. I just have to transfer it back to, this version of the last sheet.
Naomi Denson (04:46) Okay. When do you think you’re going to have that ready?
Doreen.Singelton (04:49) To send back to me by the end of tomorrow before the end of day tomorrow, because like I said, right now, I’m just filling in the employee ids. And so I will be finished once that is finished, only got a couple more to go. So, okay.
Naomi Denson (05:12) All right. And then I had said in my follow up email, I outlined all of the additional tabs on the extended template since we’re not doing caqh imports, the licenses, board certifications. You said you did the malpractice insurance,
Doreen.Singelton (05:28) Yeah. You asked me to fill in the policy number. I did that.
Naomi Denson (05:33) Okay. All right. And then we have also tabs for… provider practice groups, provider enrollments, group enrollments. So these are the existing enrollments already in place for medicare medicaid, yeah, for your providers, and then external accounts for the caqh login credentials. If you have those, otherwise, the providers will be prompted to give those when they log in.
Doreen.Singelton (06:02) Right.
Naomi Denson (06:03) And then we did the payer process scoping since we’re just doing medicare medicaid. Those standards are pretty good… straightforward and then let’s see samaritan… it works.
Naomi Denson (06:26) And then I sent over the instructions in my follow up email last weekend for you to grant medallion to Pecos surrogacy access to the group. Okay? Don’t know if you’ve had a chance to submit that yet, but I did send it in my email on 410.
Doreen.Singelton (06:40) Okay. So, I will look at it and, yeah, we have the Pecos already set up so I can look at it and get you the access. Okay? All right.
Naomi Denson (06:53) Any other questions on the import template? Are you anywhere you’re stuck? I’d like to get this.
Doreen.Singelton (06:59) Like I said, if I have any more questions, I will well email you because, yeah, and then ask you. And then I’m pretty sure you’ll get back to me, okay? And if you have any questions or want me to fill out anything else on the spreadsheet, you know, you could just email me.
Naomi Denson (07:20) Okay. Yeah. Just want to make sure we get all of our data in as quickly as possible.
Doreen.Singelton (07:26) I’m trying to fill in all the necessary like almost all the boxes, so you’ll have the information so you can finish doing what you got to do as far as uploading it into the system. Okay?
Naomi Denson (07:43) All right. Well, I’ll be looking out for that tomorrow early Monday. Yeah. So just, and then if, yep, if you need anything else, let me know, but we’ll just stick with the standard provider invite right now and KP’s working through the single sign on. Okay. All right. Just let us know if you need anything or have any other questions. Okay?
Doreen.Singelton (08:04) Okay. Thank you.
Naomi Denson (08:06) Have.
Doreen.Singelton (08:07) a good rest of the day, you too.
Naomi Denson (08:09) All right. Bye bye.
