Isabella Petas (00:00) hey, Isabella. Hi, how’s it going?
Jaz Kemp (00:03) Well, how are you?
Isabella Petas (00:05) One second. Can you hear me?
Jaz Kemp (00:08) I can hear you. Okay?
Isabella Petas (00:10) I don’t know why my headphones are off. Thanks for finding the time.
Jaz Kemp (00:14) Oh, my gosh. I don’t know what happened this morning. I was like on the zoom and when I got the email, I was like, ugh, but I’m glad we were able to find time today.
Isabella Petas (00:22) Yeah, me too. Let’s see here. Yes. So, I… oh, sorry. Sorry, I feel like in between these, there’s so much going on in the office, excited to meet you, but I can share a little bit about, you know, what we do and excited to kind of understand kind of how potentially we could partner. But I work for a company called harem, I’m on the founding team here. We’re geriatric care management that is covered by medicare. And we work with kind of two supply classes. So, physicians, so, MDS as well as social workers or care managers. And we are currently looking to scale out our team of physicians through multi state licensure. So, a lot of them only have a few licenses in a few states. So, we’re looking for a vendor partner to help us. We’re assessing whether a vendor partner is the right solution or whether we do it in house or whether we stick with our existing vendor. And so we’re looking to credential or to get our existing physician network licensed in the remaining 51 states. And we’ll probably expand the team to 25 by end of year. So definitely want to find, you know, the right solution that can help us scale quickly. So that’s just a quick blurb and background.
Jaz Kemp (01:41) On us. No, I love it. Yeah. This is super helpful. This is just going to be a quick 15 minute call to kind of like learn more about, yeah, what you guys are looking for, I can show up medallion and then, you know, if it makes sense, I’ll pass you through to our account executive to do a deeper dive of like what this all looks like.
Jaz Kemp (01:59) I mean, initially, it sounds amazing. Congratulations on all the growth and work that you guys are doing that’s super exciting. So, do you know how many providers do you guys currently have right now? Five. Okay. And then how many are you planning on adding this?
Isabella Petas (02:17) Year 20, we plan to get to 25 by end of year, okay?
Jaz Kemp (02:23) And then the number of existing direct enrollment payers, right?
Isabella Petas (02:28) Now, we are just enrolled with medicare, but we’re looking to start to get enrolled with all the medicare advantage as well as blue’s.
Jaz Kemp (02:36) plans. Okay. And then what about any delegated enrollment or credit payers?
Isabella Petas (02:44) We don’t do any delegated right now.
Jaz Kemp (02:47) You don’t do any? Okay. So really what you’re looking for is credentialing… for those 25 that you guys are currently?
Isabella Petas (02:57) Not not credentialing but helping them get licenses in other states. Is that something you all do?
Jaz Kemp (03:02) We do licensing yep.
Isabella Petas (03:04) Okay. That’s specifically what we’re looking for, okay?
Jaz Kemp (03:07) And you guys currently have five. So really at the total end of year, you guys would be looking at like you would have 30 providers. Yep. Okay. So with medallion, we typically, you know, work with organizations that are growing rapidly, very similar to your guys’, but kind of with our ceiling, we typically work with people who normally have around like 50 providers just given like, you know, everything that we do that’s kind of where, you know, things are at.
Jaz Kemp (03:42) So right now, I’m not sure that it would necessarily be a good fit just given the fact that you guys are so new. I think it would almost make sense to have this conversation as you guys continue to grow.
Isabella Petas (03:53) Yeah, I just want to say that’s totally fine. If you guys, I don’t know if you guys have like a growth team that looks at earlier stage companies. I mean, we currently work with another vendor and like we’re happy to scale with them. But like, I think the intent is that whoever we partner with is our long term partner. So we’re not trying to like choose one partner and then pivot when we’re at 50. So as mentioned, like if there’s opportunity to kind of work with us early on, amazing, if not, then I imagine it might be harder to have that conversation when going into next year, we’re getting hundreds of positions. So it’s just something to, I don’t know if you guys have special programs or early stage company programs, but that’s something to consider. I also don’t know if you’ve done diligence on the company and kind of our growth rates, but I think happy to share any numbers if that helps with the case at all.
Jaz Kemp (04:42) If you want to send those over my way in full transparency, this isn’t wouldn’t be my call to make. I would be happy to send it along and be like, you know, this.
Isabella Petas (04:51) Is… you all have like programs for earlier stage, you know, promising companies? So happy to send over any information that can help you all kind of assess this opportunity? Yeah, I would just need for it to kind of be, you know, dead in the water and then, you know, it precludes us from having conversations in a year’s time.
Jaz Kemp (05:17) No, that makes total sense. What kind of vendor are you guys currently using today?
Isabella Petas (05:21) We use a competitor, okay?
Jaz Kemp (05:23) Okay. Got it. Yeah, no, I’m happy to take this to my leadership and, you know, see, you know, with the case, I mean, again, just kind of like typically speaking kind of we don’t work with like, you know, organizations that are just starting out totally.
Jaz Kemp (05:38) But, you know, happy to have you send that information over. I can get back to you with what I hear. Does?
Isabella Petas (05:45) That sound good? Yeah, that’d be great. And, yeah, you tell, I guess what would be helpful for me to send over?
Jaz Kemp (05:51) I mean, I guess just your growth plan would probably be the biggest thing. Okay. Yeah, I think that would be good because, yeah, I mean, really, we just kind of look at number of providers to see how fast you guys are growing. But especially if you guys are going and, you know, you need licensed in a different state too, that’s something that we do. Okay?
Isabella Petas (06:11) Sounds good. I’ll send that over to you asynchronously, and then we can go from there.
Jaz Kemp (06:16) Okay. I will reach back out with what I hear.
Isabella Petas (06:18) Thanks, jazz. I appreciate it.
Jaz Kemp (06:20) Perfect. Okay. Bye. Have a good day.
