Rheta Larson (00:00) hey, there, how’s it going?

Rheta Larson (00:05) How are y’all doing today?

Jason R. Hough (00:08) All right. Lisa is indisposed… so she will not be joining today, no.

Rheta Larson (00:19) Worries, yeah, I know I got her previous email as well and from the sounds of, it sounds like Jay, you’ll kind of be heading these… syncs moving forward, but if anything changes, obviously, let me know and I’ll keep her on the invite as normal.

Jason R. Hough (00:40) I only had one thing to bring up. It’s more of a question with the time remaining in the contract. If we wanted to change the cadence of the report that we send to you to weekly, is that a programming change? Is it possible? Would it require work?

Nick Vander Velden (01:09) What’s the purpose of sending it weekly?

Jason R. Hough (01:15) It doesn’t… take as long for us to see changes on our reporting end. Now, we have to wait 30 days on our end to see the changes in the reports. I.

Nick Vander Velden (01:28) Think we would still only be ingesting it monthly, okay?

Jason R. Hough (01:34) Yeah. I just wanted to ask, I don’t expect us to make any major changes at this point. I didn’t know what it would entail… cool.

Nick Vander Velden (01:46) Yeah, I don’t think we’d be able to like if, you can certainly send it, but I don’t I think we’d still be like doing monthly ingestions.

Jason R. Hough (01:55) We might, we might start sending it weekly just because we’re going to change the cadence on our end. But if, but if that happens, obviously, you wouldn’t need to do anything with it if you’re not going to change the process.

Nick Vander Velden (02:10) Okay. Yeah.

Rheta Larson (02:14) Happy to take a look at that when you send it over and Nick, if there’s anything you need internal, let me know, but it sounds like majan will send the file weekly to medallion and medallion will still plan to prep to send it on a monthly cadence unless otherwise stated.

Jason R. Hough (02:33) Yes, understood.

Rheta Larson (02:37) Great. I think the other call outs that I had or I’m sorry, Jay, was there anything else you wanted to chat through? No… perfect. I know the invoice was a question which it looks like our accounting and finance team got with Lisa on that. And it looks like it’s been settled. So I don’t think there’s anything else lingering or outstanding there. But if there are any other questions from Lisa, let me know. And then primarily, I just wanted to chat through this weekly sync. Currently, it’s scheduled for weekly. Did you want to continue operational syncs on a weekly cadence or do you want to shift that frequency to biweekly monthly ad? Hoc? I’m happy to continue to do weekly. I just want to make sure the time is valuable for your team as well.

Jason R. Hough (03:30) Let’s shift it to biweekly… and there’s a chance that even that could be cancelled if there’s nothing on… our… you know, to do list… okay?

Rheta Larson (03:46) Great. I will make note of that. I’ll update this one. And then at least for our next sync, do you want that to pick up on the thirtieth versus starting like next week? Okay? So then we’ll do we’ll aim for April thirtieth? And then we’ll have an ongoing operational call for every two weeks.

Rheta Larson (04:07) And I think the only other thing I wanted to pulse check with you on was the platform are y’all, finding it helpful? Are there any questions I can help you with in platform for the existing licenses portion that like needs attention? Are you utilizing that at all? Not not?

Jason R. Hough (04:30) Really on my end, I’m not utilizing it. It’s… I just find it more useful to use our reports once your data comes back and updates our system. So I have not gone in there. I feel like we have 300 files outstanding that we need to research that could be done by the end of tomorrow. So at least on our end, our system is going to be 99 point nine percent cleaned up, meaning all the mismatches would have been resolved in our system. So on. And.

Rheta Larson (05:07) So, forth… okay, great. Yeah, I just want to make sure I have that space for you all. If there’s anything you need me to show you in platform that can make your lives easier as you’re going through those files. Let me know. We can even pick up another sync if necessary. Sure… great. Outside of that, it sounds like the report that we’re sending and y’all are receiving has been okay with the adjustments we made from that corrective action plan. Any other call outs you want to address? No, the.

Jason R. Hough (05:43) Reports have been useful. Like I said, I think we’re very close to getting to a stable… move forward position where we’re not clearing out anything in the past. We’re just working the present.

Rheta Larson (05:59) Perfect. I think we can chime in there and say similarly for our team, I haven’t seen anything on the back end for our automation or manual validation. It seems like things are moving appropriately as well. Great. Well, Nick, is there anything else you want to chat through before we give time back?

Nick Vander Velden (06:22) No, I don’t think so.

Rheta Larson (06:25) Okay. Well, for that email.

Jason R. Hough (06:28) We’ll let you know, great.

Rheta Larson (06:30) Have a great Thursday bye.
