Fatima Nunes (00:18) Yeah. So the reason why I’m reaching out is I’ve connected with a couple of folks over at orthovirginia? Are you still leading the credentialing team there?
Tina Byrd (00:29) I am not leading the team. I am an employee of orthovirginia, what is this about?
Fatima Nunes (00:37) Yeah. So, sent an email over to you and I’ve been working with Justin Farrell. I understand there’s a current credentialing and payer enrollment initiative, just evaluating different vendors to see.
Tina Byrd (00:42) Huh.
Fatima Nunes (00:49) Just to gather some more support for orthovirginia in that area, and wanted to see if it made sense for us to connect. Medallion is a credentialing and payer enrollment, ncqa certified cbo. And so, thought that it could be a good opportunity for us to connect with your team. So that’s why I’m reaching out.

Tina Byrd (01:33) Yes.
Fatima Nunes (01:33) So, I thought, you know, she’s probably super senior there definitely understands, you know, kind of the lay of the land, but that’s super helpful. You said Erica, is Erica the one kind of running the initiative right now on like, okay?
Tina Byrd (01:40) Huh. Yes, she’s in charge of everything.
Fatima Nunes (01:46) Perfect. Do you have it? Okay? And so she’s doing and you all, I know that you have, or you’re pursuing some delegation from just past conversations with your team, but you’re doing direct enrollments for the most part, right?
Tina Byrd (02:01) Yes,
Fatima Nunes (02:03) Okay. So, no delegated agreements in place today?
Tina Byrd (02:06) Not as far as I know, but again, I wouldn’t know because that’s not my level, you would have to speak to Erica about that.
