Bill Hagan (00:05) hello?
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:07) Hi, Gideon mcclung for bild.
Bill Hagan (00:10) Yes.
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:11) Hi, bill. This is Anika over at medallion. How are you?
Bill Hagan (00:15) Not bad.
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:17) Awesome to hear. I know we haven’t gotten the chance to speak before, but I wanted to reach out directly. I manage a cinqcare relationship here at medallion, and we were having a conversation with the team a while back about your credentialing and payer enrollment processes. So I was just curious seeing that you guys are growing and bringing on new providers if this would be a good time to maybe reevaluate credentialing or medallion’s credentialing practices around automation.
Bill Hagan (00:45) Yeah, I don’t think we need any help with that right now. We have our own team in place, but I certainly appreciate the call.
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:53) Yeah, makes sense. And are you guys using a manual processor that’s a software in place?
Bill Hagan (00:58) No, we have software.
Nneka-Shay Grant (01:00) Okay. Gotcha. Makes sense. I typically love to have these conversations because we know a lot of times little teams have software, but they’re still seeing a lot of manual maybe tidbits to the process and still kind of losing revenue from that. So, I was just curious if it would make sense to maybe collaborate to see how medallion would compare against what you’re currently doing.
Bill Hagan (01:23) Okay. Well, not at the moment, but certainly, if you can send me some information, I’ll pass it on to the person who actually does it.
Nneka-Shay Grant (01:32) Yeah, yeah. Absolutely. I did send over an email. I’ll just follow up on that, so it’s at the top of your inbox. But yeah, just would love to connect with the team just to see if it would make you know if there’s value here and if we can help to drive some revenue. So I’ll follow up there. Thanks so much for your time, bill, and we’ll be in touch.
Bill Hagan (01:39) Okay.
Bill Hagan (01:53) Okay. Bye.
