Jason Zednick (00:00) good morning, Lisa. Good morning, Tanisha. Good morning. Oh, hey, how are y’all pretty good. How are you? I’m doing all right. See, Don is here.

Tanisha Roebuck (00:17) Dwayne’s still out. So, yeah.

Jason Zednick (00:19) He’s back next week? Yes. Okay, great. Great. Good. I think David had some questions, so.

Tanisha Roebuck (00:30) He should be here. I think.

Jason Zednick (00:32) Yeah.

Jason Zednick (00:37) While we wait though, questions from y’all, I know we have the… concern with the emails, yeah, about approvals going to people that, you know, in different practices. I’m not sure what that is about. I would expect those are limited to, you know, the people associated to that team, but.

Tanisha Roebuck (01:04) Oh, no, that sounds different. Never mind.

Jason Zednick (01:06) Yeah, but I’m not sure. So I got them looking at that once I know more, we’ll sort of go from there. I.

Tanisha Roebuck (01:15) Was going to ask about the amerihealth thing. The emails that we’ve been, that Dawn and I have been getting from Tammy with the, you know, that need the change. They need the correction form submitted since they were submitted, you know, a while ago with the advocare LLC. If you guys are going to, I’m sure you are, you’re already working on them, we got a few for different people. Yeah?

Jason Zednick (01:39) Yeah, I’m sort of, you know, as you are forwarding those to me, I’m forwarding them to my team, logging an incident that’s what we call it and having them submit the right form. I am a little behind. I have a couple of your emails that I have not forwarded yet. But yeah, that is happening.

Tanisha Roebuck (02:00) We might get duplicates too because Dawn and I are both on the secure email. And then it’s hard to tell if you send something you can’t like copy anybody in the secure email. So it’s hard to know if I sent something and she sent something.

Jason Zednick (02:13) Oh, yeah, yeah. I hate secure email systems.

Tanisha Roebuck (02:16) It’s a pain.

Jason Zednick (02:17) Because, you know, it’s one thing when it’s all internal, you know, but all my clients, they have different ones. I can’t read all of them if I need to reference it back. It just makes it really hard.

Tanisha Roebuck (02:29) For me, I know. And then they have timeouts and so we have to do a lot of those in my department too. So it’s yeah, you have to find ways to, yeah, just ways to work around it.

Jason Zednick (02:39) Yeah. I’m right there with you… but yeah, I am escalating those, you know, we’ll get them the right things sent and, you know, as always just please convey to Tammy my appreciation for, you know, her chillness.

Tanisha Roebuck (03:07) Yeah, absolutely. And she knows, I mean, some of these look like they’re older. So, it looks like stuff that was submitted a couple months ago. They’re behind. So, you know, it doesn’t at least to me look like it’s still happening which I’m taking as a positive thing. So, hopefully, you know, these were things when you guys were kind of in the beginning stages of all of this where the advocare LLC versus the care center was still murky, like,

Jason Zednick (03:34) concrete.

Tanisha Roebuck (03:35) on what was what? So that’s the positive I’m taking from that?

Jason Zednick (03:39) Yeah, that’s good. And I did remind the team. I was like, hey, like… just, I asked my lead, I was like, hey, if you can just remind your team, like I don’t have like it may not be happening fresh, but just, it’s always nice. And she did. So. Oh, yeah.

Tanisha Roebuck (03:57) Yeah, it just makes more work because when it gets in the system then you have to go in and update it and it’s those records. It’s like a weed. They’re hard to get out once they’re in there.

Jason Zednick (04:07) Yeah. No, 100 percent. Yeah. And no one wants to have to go back and.

Tanisha Roebuck (04:14) No, do something twice.

Jason Zednick (04:15) Exactly. Yeah.

Tanisha Roebuck (04:18) All right. Let me see where David is. Let me see what he’s doing. He’s getting on or what?

Jason Zednick (05:34) John Tanisha, anything new… from y’all that you’re concerned about at the moment? Nothing?

Tanisha Roebuck (05:46) I can think of right now. Okay. David said he sent you a few topics that we could discuss on Monday. He said he’s not joining today. So, oh, I don’t know if that was clear or sorry?

Jason Zednick (06:05) Yeah, Monday. Yeah. Well, I do sort of, he doesn’t need to join today. Maybe I should shoot him an email, yeah.

Jason Zednick (06:19) Because I had a question. Okay. Well, he did say Friday’s call. Oh, okay. I’m sorry, so he asked me and maybe you can, and I can email him, yeah.

Tanisha Roebuck (06:32) I can reiterate the question, no problem.

Jason Zednick (06:34) Yeah, he asked about broomall pediatric associates, and he said that the care center updated each provider’s profiles, you know, over the 85 percent threshold that’s all fine. But then he said, I still see expired revalidation dates for many of the providers, right? Would you please investigate this and let me let him know, but I’m not sure what he means by like, what is he saying that?

Jason Zednick (07:04) That’s expired? Yeah. Like I’m trying to tie that to the profile and understand what he’s asking. I’m not clear on that. Okay? I.

Tanisha Roebuck (07:14) Just gave him the note and we’ll see if he.

Jason Zednick (07:28) Yeah, I did email him back to clarify because I was just going to ask on the call, but, well.

Tanisha Roebuck (07:32) Maybe that’s why he was like, I’ll show it to you on Monday or something. I don’t know. Yeah, training that we’re trying to do because we’re implementing a new system and he didn’t start until yesterday. So, I think that’s kind of why he’s hiding today.

Jason Zednick (07:49) Yeah. Well, that’s fine. That’s okay. Well, if you could relay that message.

Tanisha Roebuck (07:56) I’ll.

Jason Zednick (07:57) email it to you. I’m happy to look at whatever it is. I’m just not quite sure what I’m supposed.

Tanisha Roebuck (08:05) To be looking at that’s what I told him. If you could give him more email, he’s not clear what it is you’re seeing that’s expired?

Jason Zednick (08:12) Exactly. Yeah. And then, and then this other stuff he asked about, yeah, we can just talk about that live, no problem on Monday and then, well, if y’all, don’t have anything new. I don’t really either. I think I can let y’all go and y’all, can leave work and go enjoy your weekends and everything’s fine. Right? Yeah.

Tanisha Roebuck (08:44) Sounds nice.

Jason Zednick (08:47) Yeah, we wish, right? Huh. Have a good weekend.

Tanisha Roebuck (08:51) Yeah.

Jason Zednick (08:54) All right. Thank y’all, though, if you need something, just shoot me an email. Sure. Okay. All right. Bye. All right. Thank you. Bye bye.
