Nneka-Shay Grant (00:01) hey, good afternoon. I’m calling for Michael.
Michael Saleh (00:03) Nancy was calling.
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:05) Hey, Michael. This is Anika over at medallion. How are you?
Michael Saleh (00:09) Good.
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:10) Awesome. I don’t believe we have spoken before, but I notice that you’re the director of medical services at unison health. Is that still the case?
Michael Saleh (00:19) Yes.
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:21) Okay. Awesome. I wanted to briefly connect. We’ve been speaking with unison about your current credentialing and enrollment practices you guys are growing. So, I was just curious if this ruled up to you at all.
Michael Saleh (00:33) Currently, not at the moment. No, I don’t think we believe we’re credentialing any providers in the near future?
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:39) Okay. Makes sense. I figured with the Ohio rise and 24 crisis stabilization, you might be adding new providers, but I might be, I might have that wrong, but I do appreciate it.
Michael Saleh (00:50) No, no, you’re I mean, you’re right? We’re just, we’re already past that phase. We’ve already front loaded since we’ve had that contract for a few years now, so.
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:58) Okay. Gotcha. So, are you guys using like, any software to maybe support like recredentialing or paying enrollment or anything of that sort?
Michael Saleh (01:08) Not to my knowledge. No. Right now, I believe all those things are accounted for and we’re good, on the, on that end. But… the only thing I can probably tell you we might need assistance with is assertive community treatment providers.
Michael Saleh (01:25) so, actual psychiatrists in the act, assertive community treatment credentialing, if there’s any providers in your network or any that you have access to. That may be something we’re looking to as we’re looking to add a fourth act team.
Nneka-Shay Grant (01:41) Yeah, that makes perfect sense. And, and that’s kind of why I wanted to reach out and introduce medallion. So we are taking an automation approach to the credentialing and enrollment process and able to cut down those turnaround times that you’re seeing with your payers and significantly accelerating revenue for those providers. So just curious. I know you said this is something that you guys might be looking to support in the near future? Would it make sense for us to maybe set up some time to introduce the medallion?
Michael Saleh (02:07) Yeah, I think that would be okay.
Nneka-Shay Grant (02:09) Okay. Awesome. Do you have any time? Maybe next Monday? I can put some time in your calendar?
Michael Saleh (02:14) Yeah, next Monday would be in the later afternoon time. Let me tell you what time would work… Monday? The twentieth would have to be after two 30.
Nneka-Shay Grant (02:26) Two 30? Okay, perfect. And you are central Tanya?
Michael Saleh (02:29) That’s, Eastern Time?
Nneka-Shay Grant (02:33) Eastern Time? Okay?
Nneka-Shay Grant (02:39) Two 30 eastern? Yes, that should work on my end as well.
Nneka-Shay Grant (02:48) Let’s see.
Michael Saleh (02:48) Yeah, two 30, two 30 onward. I’m free.
Nneka-Shay Grant (02:51) Okay, perfect. And I will be looping in my colleague, Jeremy walker. He helps to, he helps to support unison health here. So he will be on that call as well. Let me just pull up his availability. Alrighty. Awesome. Yeah, I can do so. Two P. M. My time is, I think three P. M your time? How is three P? M?
Michael Saleh (03:13) Three three is fine. Yeah, that’ll work.
Nneka-Shay Grant (03:15) Okay, perfect.
Nneka-Shay Grant (03:16) Alrighty. I will send that over to your calendar in just a few seconds. Let’s see, and it’s msally at unisonhealth. Org.
Michael Saleh (03:28) Yep. Msallyh, at unisonhealth. Org.
Nneka-Shay Grant (03:32) Okay, perfect. Alrighty. I will send that over. So I’ll also follow up with a quick email just in case there’s anything additional you’d like us to cover, just let me know there, but we’re definitely looking forward to the conversation on Monday.
Michael Saleh (03:44) Okay. Sounds good. We’ll talk then.
Nneka-Shay Grant (03:45) Thanks, Michael. Bye.
Michael Saleh (03:46) Thanks. Bye.
