Sarah Melby (00:00) hello? I’m just waiting for there’s Sandhya?

Sandhya Kapila (00:07) Hi, all. Good morning or? Good day. We’re all in different areas. Good day, you guys and happy Friday. I hope all is well, Sarah, you’re on mute if you’re speaking, I wasn’t sure if you were speaking.

Sarah Melby (00:24) Yes, I said, good morning earlier, but good day is, yep.

Sandhya Kapila (00:29) Wonderful. Alrighty. Sarah. I don’t know if you saw my email from earlier this morning, I guess it was last night, but we can go through it here.

Sarah Melby (00:42) Yep. I did send you the responses as well.

Sandhya Kapila (00:44) Oh, perfect. Thanks. I missed that. Thanks. Yep. Okay. I’ll go through that then… just wanted to check in to see if Dreama, you had any updates on the payr process, scoping side of things?

Dreama Hembree (00:59) No, I did reach out to the team regarding adding the EAP lines. So I’m working with Brenda on that in the background, so that will make sure that that’s available for them. So other than that, no.

Sarah Melby (01:14) I don’t have any other updates?

Sandhya Kapila (01:16) Okay. Sounds good. Cool. Thank you. All right. I think the only other thing were related to the questions I had. And so I will look at your email and we can go through I’m just looking at it real quick, Minnesota medicaid. And I think we have Minnesota medicaid on our.

Sarah Melby (01:35) You do? Yep.

Sandhya Kapila (01:42) So this is exactly what we’re saying. And then this, you said we can remove for now. Yep. Okay.

Sarah Melby (01:50) And then the south country is the south country health alliance yep.

Sandhya Kapila (01:56) Perfect. I love this one. So for… those ones, any, do we, I’m going to have to double check the list. Do we have any providers that are assigned to magellan? We can look right now? I.

Sarah Melby (02:12) think I do have some on there. Okay? The contract’s really old and I just want to connect with koo, our CEO to see if we’re going to maintain that contract since we don’t actually utilize?

Sandhya Kapila (02:23) It. Okay. So then we will wait to load that side of things and I’m going to check with Nico. I don’t know if he’s on.

Niko Byron (02:33) I’m here.

Sandhya Kapila (02:34) Can we load other folks that are not connected to magellan or would you prefer?

Sarah Melby (02:40) I can go ahead and remove all the magellan providers if that’s easier and go ahead and load as is because Minnesota medicaid was in there, south country health alliance. And then the magellan would be the only question. But I can go through the spreadsheet and remove all magellan for this. We.

Niko Byron (02:57) Can remove them for you. You don’t have to worry about it. Do you want to keep like a separate spreadsheet with magellan on there? Just to have it as a record? If we do want to add them later or does it matter?

Sarah Melby (03:06) You can, otherwise, we do have them on our spreadsheet as well.

Niko Byron (03:10) Sounds good. Yeah. So we’ll remove magellan we’ll map mhcp to Minnesota medicaid and south country health or south country to south country health alliance. And we’ll get those in. Okay. Thank you. And did we have any updates? Sorry, I don’t know if we hadn’t gotten to it yet, but the next part as well with the providers… that were missing some information.

Sarah Melby (03:32) Yep. So Karen nystrom, yes, should be mapped to bloomington. I don’t know how I missed her, but, yes, she is bloomington. And then for the, Rebecca pollan, and Vicki Schroeder. I, those two just, they’re… starting the process of credentialing with us. So they probably need to be moved to that other sheet where they’re not enrolled in anybody yet, but we will be enrolling them and we’re actively working on it internally until medallion, but we just had them on our list currently because we know we’re working them. So I just switched them to medallion so we can move those to tubi. Credential. Wasn’t there another enrollment?

Niko Byron (04:19) Request? Yep.

Niko Byron (04:26) Perfect. And then will your team move those or do you want us to move those?

Sarah Melby (04:33) I’ll move those? Okay?

Niko Byron (04:34) Sounds great.

Sandhya Kapila (04:36) Cool. Thank you. Nico. Did you have anything else on the data set?

Niko Byron (04:39) No, those are the only ones.

Sandhya Kapila (04:40) Perfect. Okay. That’s what I had on my list, but I did want to check in to see how you were feeling about adding those users into medallion and making updates.

Sarah Melby (04:53) So, I did add the two admins, and it was, really easy. So I’m hoping I didn’t miss anything. It was literally just their email and first and last name, and then send them the invite and they both received it. So I’m assuming that’s all I needed to do.

Sandhya Kapila (05:10) That’s exactly it.

Sarah Melby (05:12) Was almost too easy. So that’s… in there. And then I’m working with them this afternoon to get them in there. So we can make sure all our caqhs are at that 85 percent for you guys. Perfect. And then that would be my other question. You said that medallion feeds into caqh once we have it turned on, correct? Correct? Yes. And that’s every 60 days. Yes. Okay. What if we have a new provider in that 60 days, do we fill out caqh? And then that will import into medallion? Or how does that work?

Sandhya Kapila (05:51) If you, yeah, if you want to input, if you want to have them have their info in caqh, we can run that initial data import from their provider, or you can do that or the provider can do that, whoever from that initial data from that data import tab or they can fill in the info directly within medallion. And then we’ll push it out to caqh.

Sarah Melby (06:17) Okay. Just because I know when we start caqh to get them a username and stuff, they do need a lot of the information in there. So I didn’t know what you all needed but we can do it either way as long as we set up the initial caqh and have the username and password, correct? Yes. Okay. Great. And.

Sandhya Kapila (06:39) Then I will also be putting together a doc for you that kind of outlines. It’s kind of like a user guide. And so I’ll put that together for you and send that to you. I want to say by end of day Monday because I’ll start working on it today. If I can get it out sooner, I will, but by end of day Monday, that’s when I’ll share that out with you guys. Okay?

Sarah Melby (07:06) And then the one question I know you were checking into seeing if we could get a report for pushed out for like our intake and program admin staff that we don’t necessarily want in medallion, but we would like a report of basic information like provider name, provider, mpi, provider, primary location, and the payers they’re credentialed with on a regular basis. Is we just need some sort of report so we can do a blast to the admin. So they have it probably weekly. Okay? I.

Sandhya Kapila (07:43) can create a weekly report. I can create that for you. And then I can take a loom video to show you how, so in case you need something else created similar, you can do that as well.

Sarah Melby (07:52) Okay, great. And I think that was all from my end. Justin, does that hit what you were asking?

Justin (08:04) Yeah, we’ve got some other stuff to work on internally and I’ve got some ideas but that would be great for them to do that.

Sandhya Kapila (08:14) Perfect. Okay, great. And anything else from the team?

Sarah Melby (08:23) Nothing on my end. I’ve been sending you a lot of emails when I have questions. So I’m sorry about that.

Sandhya Kapila (08:29) No, please don’t apologize. Yes, please continue to do that. And if I get to you too late, I’m sorry, I’m also in back to back. So, apologies.

Sarah Melby (08:39) No worries. Yeah.

Sandhya Kapila (08:41) No, don’t even apologize. Just continue to send as they come up. Just continue to send them over.

Sarah Melby (08:47) Okay. That sounds great.

Sandhya Kapila (08:50) Wonderful. Okay. Well, thank you all. And have a lovely weekend.

Sarah Melby (08:54) Thanks you as well. Thank.

Sandhya Kapila (08:56) You. Take care. Bye bye.
