Genove McKenzie (00:00) so, I’ll meet you over there? Yeah. Hello.

Jaz Kemp (00:04) Hello. Hi. Is this mrs Mckenzie at suny downstate health sciences university?

Genove McKenzie (00:14) Yes, it is. How can I help you?

Jaz Kemp (00:16) Hi, this is Jasmine medallion. I have spoken to a lot of directors of operations just about, you know, their credentialing and onboarding and how there’s like revenue lag, so, curious if you guys have looked into optimizing your credentialing process to be more efficient.

Genove McKenzie (00:32) We actually already have a company that we deal with through our hospital so we can’t even outsource.

Jaz Kemp (00:39) Oh, awesome.

Jaz Kemp (00:41) okay. What company is that?

Genove McKenzie (00:45) It’s considered upv credentialing?

Jaz Kemp (00:50) Okay. And do you know what the credentialing turnaround time is for that?

Genove McKenzie (00:54) I don’t know, but I wouldn’t it’s not even information to kind of give because I just know that they’re not going to change and we cannot change because it’s built into the hospital.

Jaz Kemp (01:05) Okay. Do you happen to know? Thanks for that’s. Helpful to know. Do you happen to know who at the hospital like heads that up?

Genove McKenzie (01:16) There’s just many people. I don’t feel comfortable in giving the name and the information.

Jaz Kemp (01:26) Okay. No worries. No, that’s fair. Okay. So, you basically have an in house team that’s also working on credentialing as well as working with the vendor. Would that be a correct statement?

Genove McKenzie (01:27) Okay.

Genove McKenzie (01:37) I guess.

Jaz Kemp (01:39) Okay. All right, perfect. Well, I appreciate the time. Thank you and have a great Friday.

Genove McKenzie (01:44) Take care, you too. Bye.

Jaz Kemp (01:45) All right. Bye bye.
