Jeannie Hanna (00:00) hello?
Ryan Lange (00:01) Hi, I was looking for Jeannie Hanna, please?
Jeannie Hanna (00:04) Who’s calling please?
Ryan Lange (00:05) This is Ryan. I’m calling over from medallion?
Jeannie Hanna (00:09) From where?
Ryan Lange (00:10) Medallion.
Jeannie Hanna (00:11) what is that?
Ryan Lange (00:13) Yeah. So we’re actually a solution that helps automate credentialing and payer enrollment, so your providers can start seeing patients faster. I was curious if you had a quick second to talk through community health centers.
Jeannie Hanna (00:26) Well, at this time, we already outsourced that.
Ryan Lange (00:31) Okay. Do you know, is the team happy hello?
Jeannie Hanna (00:32) Okay. I’m here.
Ryan Lange (00:35) Oh, sorry. I thought I got a dial tone. Is the team happy with how the system is set up? I know we’re seeing a lot of turnaround times usually between like 90 and 100 days with medallion. We could actually cut that down to just two days to get your providers credentialed and seeing patients?
Jeannie Hanna (00:54) With whom?
Ryan Lange (00:56) Sorry?
Jeannie Hanna (00:57) With any insurance company?
Ryan Lange (01:00) Well, yeah. So credentialing, we can cut that down to just two days. I think, you know, our product specialists can get more into the weeds on the specifics with payer enrollment. I believe that can be cut down just in half, maybe to 30 days, but the licensing and credentialing, we can have your providers seeing patients within like two days.
Jeannie Hanna (01:25) Well, that’s the norm at least for us anyway.
Ryan Lange (01:29) Oh, okay. So you’re seeing that?
Jeannie Hanna (01:31) Okay. We’re pretty good there.
Ryan Lange (01:32) What yet? Is it, is it more of a manual process or is it like?
Jeannie Hanna (01:37) I don’t know what they do. I think it’s more automated. The company that we’re dealing with?
Ryan Lange (01:43) Yeah. Okay. Do you think there’s opportunities? Do you think there’s opportunity to just check out medallion and see what the differences are? Maybe this Thursday, if you had like 20 minutes?
Jeannie Hanna (01:44) It’s called synergy billing.
Jeannie Hanna (01:55) This week is totally shot. This is my week for board meetings and financials, so.
Ryan Lange (02:01) It’s a busy one. I get it.
Ryan Lange (02:03) I get it. How about maybe next Monday?
Jeannie Hanna (02:02) Yeah. Next Monday might work? Because I would like for my billing manager to hear what you have to say and she’s out of the office right now?
Ryan Lange (02:13) Okay. Would she be back next week?
Jeannie Hanna (02:17) She will be?
Ryan Lange (02:18) Okay. So, maybe we could try would Tuesday work then if she’s out Monday?
Jeannie Hanna (02:22) Not Tuesday, Monday may be Monday may be better. Let’s see around where are you? Because I mean, we’re at Central Time?
Ryan Lange (02:33) Yeah, I’m east coast, our product specialist, she’s central as well, so we can make whatever time work for you.
Jeannie Hanna (02:40) Okay. Well, let’s try and do something at 11 o’clock on Monday.
Ryan Lange (02:45) All right, perfect. I will shoot you a calendar invite. Let me just confirm I have the right email for you. Is it?
Jeannie Hanna (02:52) Excuse me?
