    Current state, there is no way for clients to add to Existing Enrollments their confirmed provdiers PAR by Delegation with Payers. This is extremely manual for Confluent to individually add once providers initially Credentialed. Is there a product opportunity to automatically add Initiatially Cred providers to Existing Enrollments for their approved delegated Payers?

    1. An explicit 85% or above option in the provider profile completion filter on the caqh management table (hard to assess which are eligible because the only option is 70-90% right now). 2. The status column should move from Queued to Assigned when the profile completion % hits 85%, currently it is being done manually and we need to keep checking one by one. 3. Regardless of wherer the last attestation date is auto-synced, we want to be able to edit it manually.

    The request is for a solution to systematically and securely get SSN’s to customers in bulk. Today, we need to manually export from Django and send to customers which is not sustainable when the customer is trying to feed data into a downstream process that relies on SSNs. Currently, we have 2 mechanisms to support these downstream customer processes with data, either via an embedded dashboard or via the public API. Neither of these mechanisms will give customer’s access to SSN’s in bulk.

    Ability to see audit/change history on Practice / Group profiles like we can on provider profiles – our large enterprise orgs have multiple admins owning work in the platform and often ask who has made changes to the practice/group profiles, which we can not currently track well

    Providers need to have concurrent credentialing/re-credentialing dates (for example, if they work at multiple groups or move and then return to an original group). They also need to be able to track the dates they were credentialed across groups in some sort of audit log.
