Operational pain

  • Optometrist residency diploma requirement causing incomplete provider profiles (~90% complete); most optometrists do not have residency training. Connor Morley created a ticket for Nick Vander Velden to investigate turning off the residency diploma requirement for optometrists — per Gong 2026-04-20.
  • Provider email corrections needed: some providers receiving no invites due to incorrect emails on file; process confirmed (Members tab → change email / resend invite).
  • ASC housing provider profiles showing “incomplete profile” tasks in Medallion overview; Medallion to delete open appointment requests for ASC shells (Grant, Hu, Joshi, Luke).
