  • Task-completion bug (Kristen) — Kristen (admin) reports marking tasks complete but status not updating. Likely cause: navigating away from page before save completes. Rheta to review Kristen’s admin profile on backend; if issue recurs with example, will submit engineering ticket (Gong 2026-04-20).
